I am sSCREAMING at ur tags lmao, when I first watched Sandman I audibly said 'Damn, you can tell this man is birtish"
Right?! 😄 I tend to like looking at odd faces... Digressing, but If you've followed for awhile, then you know I have a thing for eyes that are so symmetrical they veer away from each other... I think it's the most gorgeous trait a person can have. I will stare and get cartoon starry eyes. Just wow. i.e. Lupita Nyong'o, Mirielle Enos (it’s very noticeable for her), Denzel Washington, and Chris Evans all have it. It's when you look at them straight on there's a huge gap of white scelera on both eyes in the middle closest to the nose...So, the eyes end up the opposite of crossed. Don't ask me why... but it's just beautiful. So it grew on me, but dude looks like someone drew him. Especially the physicality (short, narrow, skinny, angular, but somehow there's a bit a muscle?? wtf...). It's fascinating and insane...but perfect for the part, since it doesn't look quite human. I thought they used camera tricks in that first ep, but apparently, that's just him?? I hope nothing unhealthy happened to achieve that. Still, that's just one aspect that tickles me. They just said... 90's goth aesthetic a'la Trent Reznor and ran with it.... NOBODY dresses even remotely like these Endless anymore. 🫢 The only fashion I would yoink for myself is that coat Constantine rocked.

Influx coverage lowers herbivory throughout post-disturbed coral reefs through filtering varieties make up, abundance and behavior regarding important bass herbivores
The present research aspires to research the effects regarding SFI and its particular main components for the contraction involving separated rat thoracic aorta jewelry along with the potential components with this motion. Methodology/Principal Conclusions: Your isolated rat thoracic aorta jewelry had been in the beginning given different amounts involving SFI, Hongshen injection (HSI, primarily that contains ginsenoside) or even Fupian injection (FPI, mostly that contain aconite overall alkaloids) on their own. The actual manage group ended up being added an identical volume Krebs-Henseleit (K-H) option. Seventy one needles exhibited absolutely no obviously effects on the basal pressure from the rings from the sleeping state. However, in the remote thoracic aorta jewelry using unchanged endothelium, once the jewelry had been 1st caused through Sixty millimeter potassium chloride (KCl) or perhaps A single mu Mirielle norepinephrine (NE) on the maximum contraction after which helped by earlier mentioned injections, SFI along with HSI considerably limited the particular vasoconstriction brought on by simply KCl or even NE. Furthermore, FPI will slow down KCl-induced vasoconstriction as well as help NE-induced vasoconstriction, however no factor. None demonstrated obvious MK-5108 purchase relation to the endothelium denuded vessels. Moreover, this procedure had been recurring right after pre-incubation involving n . o . synthase (NOS) chemical N-G-nitro-L-arginine methyl ester (L-NAME), which in turn suppressed the particular vasorelaxation effect of SFI as well as HSI. Conclusions and Implications: These benefits show that the two SFI along with HSI brought on an evident thoracic aorta relaxation simply by endothelium-dependent fashion, that has been connected with eNOS technique, whilst FPI did not have any evident vasodilator result. This particular recommended the ginsenoside from crimson Radix Ginseng may be the main active ingredient of SFI's vasodilator result.History: RNA-seq enable you to measure allele-specific phrase (Automotive service engineers) through determining string reads to individual alleles; however, comparative Ottom will be methodically biased when collection says are arranged to a single reference point genome. Aiming sequence says to the two adult genomes can get rid of this particular tendency, however tactic might not be sensible, particularly for non-model bacteria. To improve precision of ASE assessed using a single guide genome, many of us recognized attributes of differentiating internet sites accountable for opinionated steps of family member ASE. Results: We all found that groups involving distinguishing sites averted sequence states coming from another allele coming from straightening on the guide genome, causing a prejudice inside comparable Ottom favoring the particular reference allele. This opinion greater with higher collection divergence involving alleles. Helping the number of mismatches permitted any time aligning collection states to the reference genome and limiting analysis to genomic regions using much less distinct web sites compared to the number of mismatches allowed virtually entirely taken away this thorough prejudice. Accuracy and reliability associated with allelic large quantity was improved additional by simply not including differentiating internet sites within string scans that can stop in-line exclusively inside the genome (not whole mappability) as well as states that will overlapped more than one insertions as well as deletions (indels) between alleles. Conclusions: Right after aiming collection states one guide genome, excluding unique web sites using no less than as much neighboring unique sites as the quantity of mismatches granted, unfinished mappability, and/or the indel(ersus) close by led to measures regarding allelic plethora much like those produced from straightening sequence says to each parental genomes.

Amazon's version of "Hanna"
I find it poetic when Erik Heller first confronts Marissa Wiegler that he offers her a cigarette.
I feel like it's natural to their characters but also a tip of the hat to those fans who know Joel and Mirielle as Holder and Linden from "The Killing". Very nice touch.

The Trailer for 'Never Here' is an Intense Look at Voyeurism Turned Upside Down
What happens when a people-watcher turns out to be the one being watched?
That’s exactly the question posed by the trailer for Never Here, a thriller starring Mirielle Enos (The Killing, World War Z) in which she plays an artist named Miranda Fall who photographs strangers. However, she slowly begins to suspect that someone is watching her instead and seeks to find out the truth. The film marks…

seven seconds netflix review
Tumblr media
Seven Seconds
Seven Seconds is Netflix’s new well-acted downer The grim tale of a child’s murder being solved by troubled people, Seven Seconds is this Friday’s new prestige Netflix project. Binge on this one over the weekend, and you might be excused by your boss for not showing up on Monday due to an emotional hangover. One bright victory for this new 10-part series is that it’s a great showcase for Clare-Hope Ashitey as a lawyer with a drinking problem and a complicated personal life.
The crime and who committed it are revealed early on in Seven Seconds. An off-duty cop (Beau Knapp) accidentally drives into a kid on a bike, killing the youth. His cop colleagues convince him to cover up the incident. Why? The most corrupt officer explains his thinking succinctly: “A white cop and a black kid? Don’t you read the news?” All of the drama flows from this set-up, with race and class and the vagaries of the judicial system providing the subtexts.
youtube
The agonized family of the dead boy is headed up by Regina King, whose sorrow and fury have been tapped in similar ways in recent years in ABC’s American Crime and HBO’s The Leftovers. As the matriarch of a Jersey City lower-middle-class family, King’s Latrice Butler is a strong-minded church-goer, but her strength and her faith are sorely tested by grief and her encounters with the legal system. Ashity’s K.J. Harper is the assistant district attorney assigned to the case, and the first time we meet her, she’s drunk, so we know she’s not going to be the most efficient public servant to aid Latrice and her family in seeking justice for their son’s death.
Between the corrupt cops and the drunk lawyer, the movie comparisons start piling up. I began to wonder whether K.J. was going to be like Paul Newman in The Verdict—an alcoholic who pulls himself together long enough to secure a win. I started looking at all the scenes of cops sitting in crappy cars talking crudely and being reminded of films like Training Day and Copland. Seven Seconds was created by Veena Sud, the writer-producer who also oversaw The Killing, the show that made many of us aware of Joel Kinnaman and Mirielle Enos for the first time. But The Killing had its flaws, so Sud is not a rookie when it comes to slow pacing and frustrating plot turns. Like The Killing, Seven features some great acting, and there are numerous strong scenes spread over its 10 episodes that periodically make you think, “Gee, this cast is awfully good. So why am I a little bored?”
Whether you get caught up in Seven Seconds depends on how impatient you are with its nods to other TV shows and movies it reminds you of. The series would certainly benefit from some editorial tightening—reducing its number of episodes to five or six would have made it considerably more exciting. As its stands, Seven Seconds is admirably acted, but it’s a slow grind.
Seven Seconds is streaming now on Netflix.

I have some feels, allright
that i really need to share
I sometimes clawed my way through the dark moments of The Killing pondering whether or not this show was that good for my mental health, my dreams and my general worldview (to be fair i’m quite easily affected by dark shit and stuff -.- )
But that ending! The ending i fought through four season of dark shit for - it was everything! It is the very essence of what i long for and seen it in that way was sooooooo beautiful! And now I how aall of these feelings.... sigh...
Though Joel Kinnaman and Mirielle Enos and their beautiful fases and the whole Linden&Holder shabang was one of the best and most realistic relationsships on screen i’ve seen in a long time! X)

The Catch Morphing Into an 'Adult Scooby-Doo Sex Farce' In Season 2
Tumblr media
By Michael Ausiello / January 10, 2017, 4:55 PM PST
OK, here’s The Catch: Things are about to get a lot sillier.
After “sort of finding” itself tonally in its first season, the ABC caper will embrace its lighter side in Season 2, exec producer Allan Heinberg told reporters Tuesday at the Television Critics Association winter press tour, before adding, “The show really is a romantic comedy at its heart and we embraced it.
To that end, a fundamental element of the series — the cases of the week — have been overhauled. “I was realizing that these cases were not allowing me to spend as much time getting to know the characters as I really wanted to, and they were crowding out some of the soap [opera] I wanted to do,” Heinberg explained. What’s more, the EP noted that leads Mirielle Enos and Peter Krause “would see all the fun that was happening on the con-artist side of the show, and they would say, ‘Why can’t we do that? I want to do that.
As a result, “I made a promise this year that would just get rid of all that stuff in Season 2 and only have [Anderson-Vaughan Investigations] cases that actually ended up exploring their lives, their backstories, and their relationships, so there are no wasted moments on the show.”
Later, Krause characterized the quasi-Season 2 reboot thusly: “It’s an adult Scooby-Doo sex farce.”
The Catch returns on Thursday, March 9 at 10/9c.
