wear a heavy blanket around your shoulders to feel like wings

Pure black/red/yellow/etc eye contacts!

Take walks in forests

Take time to enjoy the night, maybe take a walk if it’s safe!

Drink sweet tasty drinks if you remember liking nectar

Make a dim sensory room with lots of interesting lights and lamps!

Light candles around your home (be safe!)

Wear soft fuzzy jackets to feel like moth fuzz, or dress in the dark/neutral tones of moth cryptids! (or whatever colours you may be!)

Collect forest things vultureculture or crowcore style!

Listen to forest sounds

Watch the moon or stargaze
