Although I. D.o.n.t actually have any followers lmao I thought I would share this Incase someone came across it! These are my safe foods. They come in all flavors, sweet and savory, and they are crazy low call. I usually have 2 or three in my house Incase I feel a binge coming on. I can eat all this and it would be exactly 450 Cals. Not bad at all. Good luck! You go this, you’re so close!
