hi i lost 10lbs
hi im back i made very little process but i thought I’d share what i do
Things I’ve done:
-Only 1 cup of coffee (Whole milk & stevia)
-Only 1-2 meals (not super big)
-Snacking on low calorie stuff (Last two days has been watermelon)
-Drinking 0.5 to 1 liter of water (I struggle A LOT with water, so the more the better, obviously.)
-Panic attacks every night LMAOOOOO
-Avoiding carbs (Doing mostly keto)
-Avoiding most sugars (I eat fruit and use stevia, that is all)
i dont count my calories, because if i do it causes my bulimia to act up. I dont over think on what i do eat, because ill end up vomiting.

Hi this a biology reminder that it's not fats in food to be extremely worried about its excess carbs and way too much sugar.
Theres significant evidence to show that "fat-free" foods are often a lot less healthy due to most companies replacing it with more sodium or sugar.
Sugar and carbs both things your body can become "addicted" to. Sugar is just, really bad. Carbs are bad, but slightly less because they can give you energy.
So essentially, go for sugar free over fat free.
But like, keep in mind moderation and always research what sugar replacement is used for "sugar-free"
Also stevia is a great sugar replacement for coffee or oatmeal.
Now be safe and drink water damnit.

probably should have set my fast time earlier bc I know I didn’t eat that late last night, but w/e....I’d rather fast longer lol. Felt good this morning and afternoon, did some yoga in the park, feeling kinda tired now. Breaking my fast with some shirataki noodles, spinach and artichokes, and vegan alfredo sauce.... probably around 200 kcal? idk lol
