-Drinking 0.5 to 1 liter of water (I struggle A LOT with water, so the more the better, obviously.)
-Panic attacks every night LMAOOOOO
-Avoiding carbs (Doing mostly keto)
-Avoiding most sugars (I eat fruit and use stevia, that is all)
i dont count my calories, because if i do it causes my bulimia to act up. I dont over think on what i do eat, because ill end up vomiting.

just gonna put it out there right now: I WILL NOT EVER tell someone how to eat less. just got a message from someone asking me to help them eat less for new year's. I dont play that shit. You wanna eat less the healthy way? Google exists. Doctors and nutritionists exist.
You wanna try and fuck yourself up by "catching" an eating disorder? Fine. I cant stop you. But I am NOT going to help you. You wanna ruin your life, your body, your relationships, and possibly die? Figure out how to do that shit yourself. Or better yet, go get some fucking help. Talk to someone about how you feel. Get therapy instead of falling down the rabbit hole and/or asking people to help you do so.
I dont care if this sounds mean. I'm not helping anybody "catch" an eating disorder and I'm sure as fuck not gonna give tips to newbies. Either get help or figure that shit out by yourself bc I'm not gonna have blood on my hands from helping people starve themselves. End rant.

New Safe Food!
melba rounds, they’re crackers that are like mini piece of toast. They’re 10 cals each! You can put almost anything on these for a low cal snack.
When I’m craving Nutella, I smear a tiny bit on one of these to satisfy my cravings.
Right now I’m having this, which is so good. I spread Laughing Cow Cheese Light (25 cals) on it and cut up a piece of ham (15 cals) to put with it. I didn’t use the entire cheese, so in total I probably spread about 8 cals of cheese on it, with an added 5 cals for 1/3 of the piece of ham. In total it’s 23 calories for a light snack :)

how to not break a fast
whenever i’m fasting i’m suuuuuper tempted to take “just a bite” or have “just a little” and then i end up breaking my fast with a binge. what i do instead is i make a note in my phone every time i decline food or avoid it when i could’ve eaten. i count all the calories in those foods and at the end of the day i’ve usually avoided 800-1500 calories of food!!!
