Why We Think Cotton Is Best For Summer

The burning summer sun can get you dehydrated, make you sweat and break out into a heat rash. Good news is if you wear appropriate clothing you can stop some of these problems.

It is important when the hot weather arrives to dress light and comfortable. That is why it is paramount to pick natural fibers instead of synthetics for many reasons. Four main natural fibers are cotton, linen, silk and wool. You can see why many choose cotton in summer months as it is highly breathable, and absorbent and it helps us keep cool.
