Plasticman vs Adoption Trials pt 1
Thanks for waiting, and more to be posted in the future when i have time to work out a proper battle.
Start here
Previous here
Next (not up yet)
Plasticman took a deep breath as the… ghost guardians (gaurdian goons?) of his son moved about somehow less organized than a JL and affiliated allies barbecue.
“As the leader—” the blue armed woman began.
“Only due to a technicality,” Clockwork interrupted. “We all know I’m his favorite.”
Plasticman was just glad his son was safely not present to be pressured into answering that loaded question.
“We have been over this,” Nocturne groaned, rubbing his face. “Just because he agreed to be ‘your problem’ so he wasn’t Ended, doesn’t mean you get to claim favorite status.”
“I find myself agreeing with Nocturne,” blue lady continued. “Especially as we all know we Elipis enjoys the name and role my kin have granted him for his achievements outside of the realms as a mortal.”
“And I’ve known him longest,” Nocturne forced his head up. “Frankly, i’m the most knowledgeable on the living and how they tick in this council, pun intended.”
Clockwork lifted his staff with narrow eye as a geezer. Then pointed it as a toddler.
Plasticman flung himself between them, looping around the staff a few times.
He hates being the sensible one in a room of Ancients and adjecents.
“Hey, I’m pretty sure you guys are supposed to be working out my tests. Like, how many am I taking? Do I get a snack break? Is it open or closed book?”
Clockwork gave him a look that Plas knew would bite him in the butt.
“There are five tests,” Frostbite began while taking the staff of time and Plas safely away from the Infinite’s most over the top time trickster.
“Because Amity already gave me her seal approval,” Plas twisted his head upside down, “so you couldnt up it to six or seven, right?”
“And the children are waiting for you as my liege’s deathday nears,” Fright Knight added with his special brand of ‘too courtly to side eye the Ancients but debating it’ abundantly clear. “So your tests have the potential to happen simultaneously.”
“Great,” Plasticman unwound from the staff and returned to his prior spot. “But do i have an answer ok snacks and if medical comes up, am I allowed to phone a friend,” Plas shifted into a phone and shook his phone hand in Frighty s face. “
Or is that trip to the slammer?” Plas asked behind his finger-made jail bars as he rattled a cup against them.
He delighted in Frighty’s huffing and Nocturn’s slight smile.
“The Great One will need my help and will always have it,” Frostbite began. “There is no reason why asking for help should result in consequences.”
“But if he lacks knowledge it could End Dani,” Clockwork stated with that grin Plas knew was going to bite him in the ass.
“And we are not in the business of leaving our children’s safety negotiable,” Pandora intoned.
“So, is there a class for that? Because if I’m not mistaken, none of you are quite sure how to stabilize her if old Frostbite isnt around,” Plas continued, tying himself in knots openly.
“That’s different,” Pandora began.
“Not quite, my lady,” Fright Knight interrupted. “First aide skills are a requirement, but continued stability for one born coreless is a constantly balance they must maintain themselves.”
“Only until they form a proper core for themselves.” Frost bite began. “The extensive care required is not something any one of us can provide, and halfas are always unique in each case given their nature.”
Pandora pinched her brow. “You are not helping.”
“Sorry,” Frostbite shrunk in on himself for a moment. “If possible, i would like to issue my trial first.”
“Lay it on me iced Yeti!”
Nocturne gave him a look. Plas ignored it.
“You are to escort a blob ghost to the far frozen alone. You’ve always traveled the Infinite with The Great One beside you, but if he or Dani are injured their enemies and any number of the Infinite’s predators might give chase.”
Plas gave him a few foam finger sized thumbs up.
Pandora sat taller before addressing him. “And for my trial, we shall see how you hold up against me in combat while escorting the blob to the Far frozen.”
Plas wondered if he could just turn into freshly printed paper, or if that would be inappropriate in the bad way given this is his co-parenting council.
“Okay, when do we start?”
Clockwork grinned with far too much teeth and banged his reclaimed time staff.
“Now.”
Plas huffed as he realized he was dropped into some part of IR—thankfully close to earth if the green sky was any indication… and he has a blob.
The blob—Blobby?— floated up to him and smacked into his face.
“Okay, Frostbite said Far Frozen escort mission—you got any idea which way that is blobby, can i call you blobby?”
The blob twisted in the air and splat against the ground.
“Not a fan of blobby… how about—”
Something shot him in the back.
The blob cowered on the ground.
“Hold on to that thought little buddy.”
Plas twisted his torso around the thing—squishy thing, hot, and oddly light for something that hit that hard…
Wait this is the ghost zone, made of ectoplasm. Which is as multipurpose as carbon.
Ectoplasm. He was wrapped around ectoplasm.
Well, ecto projectile then—oh this was going to be a real blast now!
“Hey little guy, i will be right back, try eating some of this,” plas unraveled himself. “It’s not the best, but my kids eat ectoblasts all the time, might feel a bit grumpy and jumpy after.”
The smushed blob inched to the failed ectoblast while plas looked around. Based on how he was hit, the enemy was in the sky.
Could be Young Blood again, or it could be a real enemy or Worse.
He’s hoping an overeager Young Blood and not Pandora with guns. He does not want to k ow what an ancient of protection, master of battle and keeper (or jailer) of hope.
One eye ran around to see what all the fuss was.
He saw blue flaming hair, Johnny’s infamous motorcycle and a bit of metal and green flames…
What were his chances of catching a ride with one of them once they find out this is a test?
Low.
Skulker likes testing weapons on his son in particular—something about it being important for his development… he does fear Ellie. Especially since Ellie is a menace of the highest degree and was raised in a lab as Vlad’s assistant before everything went down. She knows what not to do and will do it for revenge. He also knows his kids are never far behind him.
Kitty and Johnny won’t want to get on another ancient’s bad side. He’s not sure why Nocturne hates Johnny, but he’s pretty sure it has to do with Jazz—sleep guy has a favorite liminal and holds a nasty grudge whenever it involves Jazz. (And is probably why Vlad has so many night terrors now, if the baby ghost busters’ bugs are a good indicator.)
Ember hates ancients and doesnt like Plas for being “too ghost” for a mortal with no net liminality. He’s an uncanny valley to both sides of the veil, and still isn’t sure if that’s perfect or a shame.
Stealing Johnny’s bike is always ethical. He did vandalize his favorite part of his city and refuse to clean up. Cleaning ecto in any form just sucks—and not in the ‘safe consumption as a living vacuum’ sucks.
Plas walked one finger over to the bike and got ready to reel it in while another set off skulker’s guns in Kitty’s direction. Prompting Johnny and Shadow to go on the offensive and abandon their ride.
He snagged the bike while the four argued.
“Hey Goop?” The blob chimed with a twirl. “Goop it is. We gotta get going, and i grabbed a ride.”
Plas showed off johnny’s bike, and was relieved to see Goop plop down in the side car and snuggle in.
Plas flung the motorcycle into the air and let the GZP map kick in.
He’s just glad its in 2D this time and not 5D that was hard to keep track of the time part.
Then he heard a certain angry warrior yell and kicked it into high gear.
“Hold on Goop! We have an angry spear mom on our tail!”
Goop made a bubbling sound, sinking deeper into the passenger seat.
“You and me both buddy. Think the TimeLocked isles’ markets will be enough to slow her down?”
Goop made a low gurgling sound.
“Well not for a long time, but like an hour or so.
She isn’t one for poofy dresses and Goop do they have a lot of those there.”
Thanks to @stealingyourbones and @bonebrokebuddy for their info on Plasticman

Swedish Unions vs Tesla
Tumblr media
I'm not sure you've heard, but right now Elon Musk and Tesla are in a union conflict in Sweden. A big one. The biggest one Sweden has seen in decades, in fact. It all started in 2018 when Tesla refused to sign a collective agreement with IF Metall, one of Sweden's biggest unions with over 300 000 members. Now, a lot of companies in Sweden don't have unionized members, but metal workers are traditionally very strong.
So what happened? Tesla refused collective agreements in USA, Germany and Sweden, and all hell broke loose as Swedish unions decided to take action:
17 October: IF Metall warns about a strike. Tesla refuses to negotiate.
27 October: Blockades are created at Sweden's seven Tesla workshops. Tesla calls in strikebreakers, which is NOT well received.
3 November: The blockades are expanded to all metalwork on Tesla cars in Sweden, at 17 workplaces all in all.
17 November: At this point, several other unions joins. Fastighets makes sure no Tesla facilities are being cleaned, no Tesla cars are being loaded or unloaded at the docks, no electric work is being done on Tesla cars, loading stations or facilities.
Tumblr media
20-21 November: Most damning of all: SEKO and ST has created a blockade against delivering mail and packages to Tesla. Why is this a problem? Because without registration plates you can't sell a working car in Sweden, period.
Tumblr media
No, Elon. You're insane.
23 November: Blockade against paint jobs for Tesla.
28 November: Blockade against construction work for Tesla. Also, on this day Tesla sues the Swedish state and the postal company Postnord for refusing to deliver their registration plates. Unfortunately for them, the Swedish court ruled that Postnord has no duty to deliver anything before the trial. Since the right to strike is protected by the Swedish constitutional laws, it overrules the postal delivery law, according to Postnord. And Tesla cannot get those signs themselves.
So what happens now?
We'll see, but things are not looking good for Elon. Good luck with your useless cars, you worthless capitalist piece of shit.

Hazbin Hotel season 2 episode ideas
Though season 1 of Hazbin Hotel ended a while ago, it’s been made clear since the announcement date of season 1 that season 2 of Hazbin Hotel is already in production and could come out earlier then we think.
Sure Vivzie will likely want to wrap up on Helluva Boss season 2 now, but I could still see HH season 2 coming out around late 2025/early 2026. Hopefully all the success the first season of Hazbin Hotel brought convinces the people at A24 and Amazon to give VIvzie and the others more funding to make more episodes for season 2 and/or get the next season out sooner.
Only time will tell, but till there here are a few ideas for episodes that I could see happening in Hazbin Hotel season 2 in no particular order.
Trial S2x01: Lute vs. Hazbin Hotel- A possible idea for the season 2 premiere. We find out that ever since Lute became in charge of the Exorcist and is still angry at Charlie and co., Lute has been threatening to use the Exorcist army to attack Hell more often than just once a year, or put the Exorcist army on strike, unless Heaven punishes Charlie and her friends for the murder of Adam. Heaven in a combination of fearing of what could happen if Lute does anything like this, and that Adam’s death was indeed a shock, does decide to at least hold a trial to assemble the whole story of what happened and if someone is possibly responsible and should be punished. Things get intense when Lute negotiates a deal where if she wins this trial, she wants Niffty to be executed since she was the one who killed Adam.
This could be a good way to recap the events of last season as Heaven could use their version of the MMPR viewing globe to show events of the past AKA clips. To not make it a full clip show, I could see the episode review the events through the eyes of certain characters where we see the events shown in certain ways like Charlie has a lot of things look very happy, Husk see’s everything in a Noir setting, and Angel has all the male characters be very sexy before Heaven tells him to stop XD. We also could have segments where the angels give some of the backstory of several characters when they were human like Angel Dust, Niffty, and Husk. Sadly no Alastor as that deserves its own episode.
There is also the possibility of Charlie and the gang find out what happened to Sir Pentious while there, or not which could lead to plot of a future episode but more on that later.
In the end Heaven finds Charlie and co. not guilty cause they were technically in their rights to defend themselves, BUT Niffty is forced to go to court ordered therapy. Lute is furious at this decision and it is made worse when while out of the court she overhears that some angels/winners are glad/don’t mind that Adam is gone. This drives Lute insane and secretly vows to destroy Charlie’s hotel, the forces of Hell, and the “traitors”, in Heaven. This could lead to something related to the Lilith Imposter theory or hint at a future threat to the series, as someone tricks Lute into allying with it. Charlie and the Hazbin crew happily return to the hotel thankful that nothing big happened to them until they see Lucifer there with Lilith, surprising them especially Charlie.
Grand Reopening- Another possible choice for the season 2 premiere. I talked a little bit about this in my review of season 1 finale, but I could the first episode of season 2 starting with a bit of a recap of the events of season 1 told by Katie Killjoy and Tom Trench, where through them we also find out what has happened to everyone and Hell/Heaven since the season 1 finale.  It could then cut to Charlie and the others going back to the season 1 problem of trying to recruit more guest for the Hotel and depending on if they know about Sir Pentious’ fate, how they can redeem a sinner.  After shenanigans and problems, like now people don’t want to be associated with the people the Exorcist hate or poking at Charlie at still not knowing how to redeem sinners (again if she doesn’t know about Pentious), they do recruit a few more people like Mimzy, Baxter, and that Cryimini character to name a few possibilities which makes Charlie happy but then the episode ends on a cliffhanger with Lilith appearing to say hello to Charlie, much to her and all the S1 character’s shock.
If it isn’t the season premiere, then I still see it being about Charlie and the gang having another attempt to try to get some residents in the redemption program, but the same problems from the previous paragraph still happen and maybe Lilith’s new presence there makes things awkward until she tells Charlie about something (maybe the story of Dante’s Purgatorio) that helps her in a way. It also could hint at something being up with “Lilith”.
Party Time- To celebrate Lilith’s return, the Morningstars hold a party to welcome her back. While happy to see her mom back, Charlie also thinks this would be a good chance to get some news clients for her hotel and to get people in Hell to help support her dream, but sadly her plans are put on hold when the Von Eldritch family arrive.
For the rest of the episode we see various characters deal with the family members like Charlie dealing with her rival Helsa, Seviathan bothering/annoying both Charlie and Vaggie by bringing up how he and Charlie dated in the past, Angel clashing with Bethesda while Niffty wants to learn from her, and Fredrick talking to Husk and Alastor about business ideas, deals, and “deals”.
Pentious’ Paradiso- A Sir Pentious centered episode where we see him handle his new life in Heaven and being shown around by Emily like the poem the episode’s title is referencing. An episode like this is another chance to learn more unique things about Heaven and how it works, as well as be introduced to/foreshadow more angels and angelic characters that can appear later like archangel Michael and Jesus Christ.
If Charlie doesn’t know that Sir Pentious is in Heaven, then the main story for this episode would be how Sera has, until further noticed, forbidden Pentious and Emily from informing Charlie that he is there. They of course don’t like this as they think she is trying to stop Charlie’s plan, as I can imagine there being people in Heaven fighting against Charlie’s redemption program at this point, so they decide to go against the order and try to contact Charlie to confirm that redemption is possible for sinners. They eventually succeed (Helluva Boss did show us that Hell can receive video from Heaven) but of course get caught afterwards, where Emily takes the blame. The episode could end in 2 ways with Emily instantly becoming a fallen angel, or it’s another step to her facing such a eventually fate. I prefer the second option as her becoming a fallen angel should happen dramatically and after doing something really big like maybe cursing in front of someone XD.
A Day in the Garden- This is a prequel episode that would showing us how Lucifer met Lilith, the day they gave the apple to Eve and Adam, and Lucifer and Lilith being banished to Hell. It’s a fun episode that could give us more info on how things came to be, and maybe foreshadow things to come later in the season or series like something related to the Lilith Imposter theory I’ve been talking about.
Field Trip- During another debate between Charlie and Heaven about how a soul is truly judged, someone brings up the idea if Earth could somehow have a factor in it. After both sides take interest in seeing if it does Charlie, Emily, and a few other characters are allowed to visit Earth to do some research. This would be a fun episode as we could see how both react to Earth, as it was implied that Charlie likely never went to Earth, or not as much.
Such an episode could also have references to Helluva Boss, like seeing Blitzo and co. in the background or maybe Charlie and co. find Cletus and his other banished Cherubs there and try to get them to help with the redemption process. Not to mention it would be a good excuse to see the human disguises for characters.
End of Act 1- The season 2 finale. I’m calling it this cause I’m personally hoping for Hazbin Hotel to have at least 4 to 5 seasons, I mean if Helluva Boss is getting 4 then so should Hazbin Hotel. It’s also a callback to how the title of the S1 premiere is a reference to how a play/musical starts and how the finale didn’t end with such a title as this.
Some things I can see happening here is that Alastor calls in his favor to Charlie and this causes Lilith to do something that along with spelling out bad news later on in the series, finally reveals that she has been an Imposter for most of the season as if the Imposter Lilith theory does turn out to be true, it would get old wonder if the character was really her or not.
Maybe said Imposter gets destroyed, only for an eviler threat to be hinted at for the next season.
That is all I can think of right now, but I’m sure there are other ideas for what could happen next season like the eventual Vox confronting Alastor, Angel getting free for Valentino and seeing the moth pimp try to get him back, and an episode about the other Overlords like Zilla and Zestial.
Do you want to see any of these episodes happen in season 2? What could you see happening?

DELETED SCENES: MOD NATCH'S PREQUEL FILM SUMMARIES (with emphasis and notes by mods Sugar and Angela)
So originally for Episode 2: The Jedi Were Always Right, Mod Natch was going to rewatch the Prequels and then summarize the entire trilogy as quickly as she could, but it turned out to be a little longer than anticipated and we wanted to get to the fun nitty gritty analysis stuff a little quicker and we decided not to include this section in the final draft of the episode. However, there are some really fun pieces in Natch's notes for the section, so we've decided to release them to the world of Tumblr for everyone to enjoy.
EPISODE ONE: THE PHANTOM MENACE
The Trade Federation (evil twins) have a blockade of Naboo. Qui Gon and Obi Wan show up to negotiate (they do not negotiate, they get attacked)
QG and OW sneak onto droid ships to get to the surface of Naboo and meet Jar Jar, who takes them to his city and force manipulates the Boss to give them transport so they can get to the city of Naboo. Also QG convinces the Boss to let Jar Jar join them
The evil twins capture the “queen” and tell her to sign a treaty, she says nah bitches. The J crew (the Jedi and Jar Jar) show up at the palace and rescue her and her squad. They get onto ships with the goal of going to Coruscant
Their ship is super damaged (but not destroyed, thanks R2D2) so they can’t make it to Coruscant, so they go to Tatooine, bc the Hutts control it and not the Trade Federation
The twins tell Lord Sidious the queen escaped and he sends Maul to find her
Jar Jar, Qui Gon, R2, and Padme go to the city in Tatooine and meet Watto and baby Anakin. Watto can’t be mind manipulated into selling them things for credits. They get caught in a sandstorm and meet Shmi
Anakin offers to podrace for QG and crew so they can win the prize money and buy the parts for their ship
QG takes a blood sample and has OW analyze it, they discover he has OFF THE CHARTS midichlorian counts
Jabba the Hutt is at the race with his little gay cousin or whatever from the clone wars (note from mod Sugar: it turned out to be Gardulla the Hutt, NOT Ziro the Hutt)
Anakin is very competent in this podrace and wins, which means bc of a bet QG made he gets to take Anakin
Conveniently Maul does not catch up with them until they’re at the ship, but QG fights him off
Anakin gives Padme a carved kind of bead thingy
They make it to coruscant, Palpatine becomes the new supreme chancellor
Qui Gon tells the Jedi Council about the Sith Lord and also Anakin. They don’t want to test him, Qui Gon convinces them, they test him and they’re like he’s too old to be trained. Qui Gon says fuck it! I’ll train him! Obi Wan is ready and Obi Wan is like YES I SUPER AM READY FOR THE TRIALS
Jedi council say go to Naboo with Padme who refuses to stay put and draw out the Sith
When they get to Naboo, Jar Jar brings them to the Gungan’s sacred place and Padme (real Padme) begs them for help
They have the Gungans draw the droids away from the palace so they can go capture the viceroy, and they’ll send pilots to knock out the droid’s control ship
Fights: Gungans vs droids, Anakin and R2 as pilots, Maul vs QG and OW. Gungans barely win. Anakin accidentally blows up a reactor (convenient), flies away as the ship explodes.
Maul kills QG but OW kills Maul. QG’s dying wish is for OW to train Anakin
Mace says that was for sure a sith and yoda says damn that means there are 2. There are always 2
ABRUPT cut to huge Naboo celebrations where Padme gives the Gungan leader a plasma ball thingy
EPISODE TWO: ATTACK OF THE CLONES
Intro: several thousand systems under Count Dooku have said they’re leaving the republic (these are the separatists)
The Jedi are overwhelmed, so the Senate is voting on creating an army of the republic
Padme gets to coruscant and her double gets blown up
The Jedi Council meets with Palpatine and Padme and the Loyalists (Jar Jar and other people) enter. The Jedi don’t believe Padme’s theory that Dooku tried to kill her bc he was a Jedi once, so he CAN’T be a murderer. Palpatine says what if Jedi protect Padme, but specifically Obi Wan
Enter Anakin and Obi Wan. Anakin is immediately weird around Padme
Enter bounty hunter Zam and her bottle of centipedes. Big chase after they get into Padme’s room, OW jumps out the fucking window, they have like a car chase, they catch up to her in a club, OW cuts off her hand but someone in a jetpack shoots her with a dart before she can name the person who hired her
The Jedi Council send OW to track down the bounty hunter who killed Zam, and send Anakin to protect Padme back in Naboo.
Anakin throws a tantrum in front of Padme
Obi Wan’s journey:
Obi Wan has a great scene at Dex’s diner and finds out his goal is Kamino
He does MAKE it to Kamino even though someone erased it from the Jedi archive. When he shows up they’re like the prime minister is expecting you! Your clone army is going great!
We meet boba, who is a very cute young child, and jango, who is a very cute adult man. Jango says I was hired by Tyranus (it’s NOT subtle)
Obi Wan calls the council and is like I think Jango Fett is the bounty hunter we’re looking for! Also did we order a clone army? And they’re like ??? No? Pls grab Jango for us
Obi Wan vs Jango in the rain on Kamino, then pt 2: asteroid field
OW finds the droid factory and the separatists talking about having a droid army
Anakin’s journey:
Padme and Anakin arrive at the lake house and have an awkward bad kiss and some conversations where Anakin is jealous of her first crush or first kiss from model UN or whatever and also fundamentally disagree about how the world should work
Anakin and Padme have the weird fireplace scene
Anakin has a nightmare about Shmi and says he has to leave, Padme goes with him
On Tatooine Anakin finds Watto and finds out his mom has been freed and also married a farmer. We meet Anakin’s stepbrother and his girlfriend and Shmi’s husband, find out Shmi was kidnapped by Tusken raiders
IMPORTANT NOTE: HE SAYS 26 PEOPLE DIED TRYING TO RESCUE HER ALREADY
Anakin goes to find Shmi, she dies, he does lots of murder
Anakin throws another tantrum with Padme
OW gets a message to Anakin which they forward to the council and he gets captured on film lol. Padme is like we are closer to Geonosis, we should go after him ourselves
Also meanwhile Jar Jar is manipulated into proposing the senate give the chancellor immediate emergency powers and they CHANT “palpatine” which is very culty
palpatine says I’m gonna create an army. Yoda says I’ll go see the cloners. Mace says I’ll go rescue obi wan
Padme and Anakin go in the droid factory and get captured and also Padme admits her love for him that exists I guess
Big fight on Geonosis against the beasts and also the droids
Lots of jedi die. Clones show up. Also Jango dies and there’s that devastating shot of Boba with his dad’s head/helmet
We see the separatists freaking out about the jedi having an army and Dooku takes the plans for the death star to his master on coruscant
Dooku vs OW and Anakin: anakin loses an arm. Yoda shows up, we see Dooku’s lightning powers, Dooku escapes while Yoda saves OW and Anakin from being crushed to death
Clone wars begin. Anakin and Padme get married.
EPISODE THREE: REVENGE OF THE SITH
We are at war, General Grievous the droid leader has kidnapped Palpatine
Strong start with another space plane fight. Also Anakin has the scar now (note from mod Angela: he slipped in the shower)
They rescue Palpatine, Anakin kills Dooku, Grievous escapes pretty quickly. They crash land
They have the line about him being shorter than expected that made tcw so hard to write
Anakin is in Coruscant? I guess? And Padme is pregnant. She wants to have her baby in Naboo
She’s wearing the charm baby Anakin made for her
Anakin has nightmares about her dying in childbirth. He goes to Yoda for help
Palpatine says you’re going to be my representative on the Council. The Council don’t like that but they say fine, but you’re not a Master yet
Obi Wan asks Anakin on behalf of the council to spy on Palpatine for them
Palpatine says we found grievous and also plants this Sith legend of a sith lord who could keep people from dying
The Council sends Obi Wan after Grievous. It’s excellent. We meet Cody. He kills Grievous it’s great (note from mod Sugar: OBI-WAN kills Grievous, not Cody, although it should be noted that Cody absolutely COULD'VE killed Grievous if he'd had the opportunity)
Anakin reports back to Palpatine that OW found Grievous and the clones are attacking, and Palpatine reveals himself as the Sith Lord
Anakin tells Mace that he’s discovered that Palpatine is the Sith Lord, Mace goes after him, Anakin follows bc Palpatine promised that only he could teach him how to keep Padme from dying. Anakin arrives and assists Palpatine in killing Mace, and then becomes Palp’s apprentice.
Anakin is crowned as Darth Vader and ordered to kill all the Jedi in the Jedi Temple, then go kill the Separatists on Mustafar (which is where he told them to go lmao)
Anakin and a bunch of clones kill everyone in the Jedi temple, including the Younglings
Order 66 is executed, Obi Wan survives but we see a LOT of scenes of Jedi being killed by clones across the galaxy
Yoda on the Wookee planet is feeling the loss of all the Jedi, but he does eventually escape. Thanks Chewbacca for the assist!

Padme gives birth to Luke and Leia and dies
Palpatine finds Anakin and they build him his Darth Vader suit. Palpatine tells Anakin that he was the one who killed Padme
Bail takes Leia. Obi Wan says he’ll take Luke to Tatooine and watch over him. Yoda says he wants to teach him how to commune with Qui Gon’s force ghost.
We see Padme’s funeral, it’s beautiful and so sad and she has the bead Anakin carved in her hand
Vader and Sidious are on a ship looking out at the beginnings of the Death Star being built
We end the movie with Luke’s new parents looking out at the Tatooine sunset (note from mod Sugar: it's technically Luke's aunt and uncle, but you know what, they're effectively acting as parents so it's not inaccurate)

Merry Christmas Colangelo & Pomerantz
"First Cyrus 'Cy' Vance Jr (DA) has Mark Pomarantz (Special Assistant DA/Authr People vs Donald Trump author/Hillary's Attorney) and Dunne cracking the whip on him, then Schumer and Preetinder 'Preet' Singh Bhahara (US Attorney SDNY) show up at his Birthday in October to spank him - Matt Colangelo in December threatening to break his kneecaps- then the leaks and more leaks until he gives in with Cy Vance's garbage case. Uh....this won't be a swell time. This guy is going to find out Soros doesn't pay court costs or keep you out of prison. This in one pile of dog stuff he's going to be sorry he jumped into. Trump will be after his backside too. This man had better lawyer up."

Exclusive: Jim Jordan Subpoenas Manhattan Prosecutor Who Resigned over Suspended Trump Probe April 6, 2023
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
House Judiciary Committee chairman Rep. Jim Jordan (R-OH) escalated Republicans’ investigation into the Manhattan district attorney’s indictment of former President Donald Trump by subpoenaing a prosecutor on Thursday who resigned from the office last year over the district attorney’s initial reluctance to pursue Trump’s case.
Jordan’s subpoena, reviewed by Breitbart News, directs Mark Pomerantz, who resigned from Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s office in February 2022, to appear before the committee for a deposition on April 20.
In a cover letter accompanying the subpoena, Jordan said his committee had legislative reasons to demand Pomerantz’s testimony.
“Congress has a specific and manifestly important interest in preventing politically motivated prosecutions of current and former Presidents by elected state and local prosecutors, particularly in jurisdictions—like New York County—where the prosecutor is popularly elected and trial-level judges lack life tenure,” Jordan wrote.
Pomerantz, a former special assistant assigned to the years-long Trump case, exited the Manhattan district attorney’s office right after Bragg took over. The move became a public affair when his resignation letter appeared in the New York Times last March.
Pomerantz wrote in the letter to Bragg that he believed Trump was “guilty of numerous felony violations” related to his financial statements and that he was
quitting because he thought Bragg’s decision at the time to “indefinitely” suspend the investigation into Trump was “misguided.”
Jordan observed, based on the resignation letter, that Pomerantz had “prejudged the results” of the investigation and that his critical words of Bragg seemingly sparked the district attorney to openly declare that the Trump investigation was “far from over.”
In November 2022, one week after Trump announced he was running for president again, the Times reported that Bragg had revived the Trump investigation and had zeroed in on a hush money scheme involving porn star Stormy Daniels and Trump’s former personal attorney Michael Cohen.
“For Mr. Bragg, the hush-money developments suggest the first signs of progress since he took office at the beginning of the year, when he balked at indicting Mr. Trump in connection with his business practices,” the outlet reported at the time.
Pomerantz later went on to publish a book about the matter, called People vs. Donald Trump: An Inside Account, in which Pomerantz discussed internal concerns people had about the investigation and worries about the credibility of Cohen, a convicted felon.
“You describe your eagerness to investigate President Trump, writing that you were ‘delighted’ to join an unpaid group of lawyers advising on the Trump investigations, and joking that salary negotiations had gone ‘great’ because you would have paid to join the investigation,” Jordan wrote of the book.
He added that Pomerantz “frivolously” compared Trump to John Gotti, a notorious New York City mob boss, and described him as a “malignant narcissist.”
“The depth of your personal animosity towards him is apparent in your writing,” Jordan concluded.
The subpoena marks Republicans’ strongest move yet in its investigation of the New York County’s indictment of Trump amid questions from some about Congress’s authority to probe open state-level criminal matters.
It comes after Jordanfirst contacted Pomerantz on March 22 seeking his testimony, as well as documents and communication related to the Trump investigation.
Jordan in his subpoena cover letter referenced correspondence on March 25 from Bragg to Pomerantz, which Breitbart News has reviewed, in which Bragg instructed Pomerantz, a private citizen, not to provide Congress with any materials relevant to Pomerantz’s work at the district attorney’s office.
Pomerantz then told the committee on March 27 that he would be complying with Bragg’s instructions rather than Jordan’s requests.🙄
Jordan contended Thursday, however, that Pomerantz is “uniquely situated” to provide insight to the Judiciary Committee and that
he has “no basis to decline to testify” given he has already made detailed accounts of his work on the Trump probe widely public.
EXCLUSIVE: House Judiciary Expands Investigation Into Manhattan DA Over Trump Indictment April 7, 2023
Tumblr media
The Federalist: The House Judiciary Committee is expanding its investigation into the Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s office over last week’s unprecedented indictment of former President Donald Trump.
On Friday, House Judiciary Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, sent a letter to Manhattan DA Senior Counsel Matthew Colangelo, shared with The Federalist, requesting a transcribed interview.
According to the New York Times in December, Colangelo was hired four months ago to “jump start” Bragg’s Trump investigations after years spent going after the former president at both the Department of Justice and the New York attorney general’s office.
“Given your history of working for law-enforcement entities that are pursuing President Trump and the public reporting surrounding your decision to work for the New York County District Attorney’s Office, we request your cooperation with our oversight in your personal capacity,” Jordan wrote.
Trump pled not guilty at the historic arraignment Tuesday against a 34-count felony indictment carrying a maximum 136-year prison sentence. The charges stem from 2016 hush-money payments to porn actress Stormy Daniels in a case prosecutors previously declined to pursue.
The weak nature of the case has led a dozen liberal law professors and Trump antagonists to call the prosecution a dead end.
The House Judiciary chairman reminded Colangelo of Congress’s authority to probe the Manhattan DA’s office after Bragg has spent weeks resisting lawmakers’ oversight requests. Fox News reported Wednesday the back and forth has led the Committee to consider issuing formal subpoenas for Bragg’s office. On Thursday, lawmakers pulled the trigger on a subpoena for Mark Pomerantz, a former prosecutor under Bragg who resigned last year over slow progress on efforts to arrest Trump.
Jordan revealed on Fox News Monday that Bragg conceded to lawmakers his office used federal funds in the Manhattan DA’s Trump investigation.
“The Committee may therefore consider legislation to enhance reporting requirements concerning the use of federal forfeiture funds and/or to prohibit the use of federal forfeiture funds to investigate a current or former President or presidential candidate,” Jordan wrote in the letter to Colangelo.
The committee is demanding Colangelo hand over documents related to his hiring and sit down for a formal interview. Colangelo was given until April 21 to provide lawmakers with a schedule of availability.
While the Manhattan DA’s office braces for aggressive oversight from House Republicans, members of Bragg’s staff deleted online profiles. The “Meet Our Team” page was also scrubbed from Bragg’s website.
Trump’s indictment last week drew immediate condemnation from House Republicans and the former president’s rivals in the 2024 primary but has been met with silence by Senate GOP Minority Leader Mitch McConnell.

Core Team Members sexually harassing a rank and file flight attendant. To this day, this flight attendant has yet to receive even an apology from his union officer and/ or officials.
When does the bullying and harrasment of Rank and File flight attendants end? When does it stop?
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
When charges were brought up against NT member, CAN Team Member, DMT Member, FADAP Team Member ( and serial sexual harasser) Bill Holcomb were brought to the board, they were shot down.
Later, after the Charlene Carter vs TWU 556 and Southwest Airlines Co trial exposed what happened to this rank and file member ( along with many other rank and file members) the current EB deemed charges against now disgraced President Audrey Stone as proper, yet nothing has been done so far.
How can the EB expect respect from rank and file members when it continues to allow rank and file flight attendants to be Bully and Harrassed by current and former union officers and officials?
Bill Holcomb= TWU 556 negotiator and serial sexual harasser.
Now, another serial sexual harrasser ( remember the "giving CC h*ad" from the transcripts) has been appointed to the NT by the TWU 556 Executive Board.
When does it stop?
Members, remember these names next election!!! Let's not allow these harrasers back into office under any circumstances!!!
The days of silencing the victim and protecting abusers/ harassers is long gone!
Shame on the Executive Board of TWU 556 for continuing to allow the harrassment and bullying of Rank and File flight attendants!!! Shame on the recent appointment of Sam Wilkins. Flight attendants no longer have to stay silent!
Any flight attendant sexually harassed, abused, or made to sign an NDA by the company and TWU Local 556 should contact an attorney as soon as possible.
No more company/ union protection for those who have harrrassed in the past and will continue harassing in the future!

What are the Top Distribution Metrics and Their Importance in eCommerce Logistics?
Tumblr media
Everything from customer service, marketing, and finance to human resources, IT, and supply chain management must be monitored. Distribution logistics are critical for online sellers that sell tangible items. Outbound and inbound logistics performance may be improved by tracking the correct metrics and best practices for assessing success, which helps you understand your supply chain.
To assist you in getting the most out of your distribution operations, we will go through several standard indicators for fulfillment logistics, inventory movement, and product sales.
About Distribution Metrics
Measures of distribution, which include inventory receiving, warehousing and picking, packaging, and eCommerce shipping and delivery, are called Distribution Metrics.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) vs Distribution Metrics
KPIs are used to determine whether or not a target outcome or value is being reached, whereas Distribution Metrics monitor the supply chain. You may use KPIs to help you negotiate service-level agreements with your suppliers. Third-party logistics companies track crucial data to hold them accountable for meeting their agreed-upon service level agreements (3SLAs). These SLAs might include everything from timely orders to the rapid receipt and storage of merchandise.
The Most Important Distribution Metrics
Many KPIs and distribution measures may be used to measure the performance of eCommerce logistics. Your profitability and ability to satisfy customer expectations are directly influenced by the indicators you choose to monitor. Here are some of the most important distribution indicators you should be monitoring.
1. Inventory Turnover Rate
The inventory turnover rate determines how many times a certain amount of inventory is sold and purchased again in a given period. A key metric of business success, cost management, and sales may be benchmarked against other businesses in a specific industry by determining your company’s average SKU inventory turnover.
(Cost of products sold / Average inventory) = Inventory turnover
2. Order Accuracy Rate
It is the proportion of orders, which are successfully delivered. Since NimbusPost has a 99.98 percent error-free delivery rate, you can use its services to make the best order accuracy rate.
(Total products delivered correctly / Total orders) x 100= Order accuracy rate
3. Time to Ship
How long does it take for a shipment to arrive after an order is made? For purchases ordered before noon local time, some logistics partners may guarantee same-day shipment. Similarly, some partners promise next-day delivery for orders placed after noon local time.
Order placement date minus shipping date equals the amount of time till delivery.
4. Total Number of Orders
For a particular period, it is about your total order volume. There are a variety of ways to measure time, from daily to quarterly to yearly.
The total number of orders placed at a certain time is the sum of all orders placed during that period.
5. Percentage of On-time Deliveries
This is the proportion of shipments that arrive on time or ahead of schedule.
It is the ratio of on-time deliveries to total deliveries times 100 or the percentage of on-time deliveries to all deliveries.

Understanding The Burden Of Proof For DWI Charges
If you've been charged with a DWI in Dallas, Texas, it's essential to understand the legal process and your rights. Driving While Intoxicated is a severe offense with harsh penalties. This article will discuss the burden of proof that prosecutors must meet to convict you. This article will also discuss how criminal defense attorneys can help you fight these charges.
What Is A DWI Charge?
In Texas, a DWI charge can be brought against anyone operating a vehicle while impaired by alcohol or drugs. The legal limit for blood alcohol concentration (BAC) is .08%. Charges for drunk driving can be brought against drivers of cars, trucks, motorcycles, and boats.
The Burden Of Proof In DWI Cases
The burden of proof in a DWI case lies with the prosecutor. The prosecutor must prove that the defendant was operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. They must show that the driver's mental and physical abilities were impaired and that they could not safely operate the vehicle.
To meet this burden of proof, prosecutors often rely on evidence such as field sobriety tests, breathalyzer tests, and blood tests. However, these tests are not always reliable, and there may be inaccuracies in the results. Criminal defense lawyers can challenge the validity of these tests and the procedures used to administer them. Challenging these tests may lead to a dismissal of the charges or a penalty reduction.
Criminal Defense Attorneys
If you've been charged with drunk driving, you must hire a criminal defense attorney. These professionals have the knowledge and competence to evaluate your case and determine the best action. They can investigate the circumstances of your arrest, review the evidence against you, and build a strong defense strategy.
Criminal defense attorneys can negotiate with prosecutors to reduce or dismiss the charges. They can also negotiate a plea bargain that minimizes the penalties you face. If your case goes to trial, they can represent you in court and argue your case to a judge or jury.
DUI Vs. DWI
In some states, DUI and Driving while intoxicated are used interchangeably to refer to drunk driving. However, in Texas, there is a distinction between the two charges. A DUI, or Driving Under the Influence, is a lesser offense for drivers under 21. A DWI, on the other hand, applies to drivers of any age operating a motor vehicle while impaired by alcohol or drugs.
Aggravated Assault Lawyer
Sometimes, a drunk driving charge may be elevated to an intoxicated assault if the driver causes serious injury or death. If you're facing an aggravated assault charge, it's critical to hire an experienced aggravated assault lawyer. These lawyers can help you understand the legal process and build a strong defense strategy to fight the charges.

Article 1181 of Obligations and Contracts
Article 1181. In conditional obligations, the acquisition of rights, as well as the extinguishment or loss of those already acquired, shall depend upon the happening of the event which constitutes the condition. (1114)
Yamamoto vs. Nishino Leather (Gr. No. 150283)
Facts:
Ryuichi Yamamoto, a Japanese national, organized a Philippine corporation called Wako Enterprises Manila, Incorporated (WAKO) in 1983.
In 1987, Yamamoto entered into a joint venture with Ikuo Nishino, another Japanese national, where Nishino would acquire 70% of the authorized capital stock of WAKO.
Nishino and his brother eventually acquired more than 70% of the stock, reducing Yamamoto's investment to less than 10%.
The corporate name of WAKO was later changed to Nishino Leather Industries, Inc. (NLII).
During negotiations for a planned takeover of NLII by Nishino, Yamamoto attempted to retrieve the machineries and equipment he claimed were part of his investment.
NLII and Nishino refused to allow him to do so.
Yamamoto filed a complaint for replevin in the Regional Trial Court (RTC) of Makati.
Issue:
Whether Yamamoto has the right to retrieve the machineries and equipment he claims are part of his investment in NLII.
Ruling:
The Court of Appeals held in favor of NLII and Nishino, reversing the RTC decision.
The court ruled that the machineries and equipment claimed by Yamamoto are corporate property and cannot be retrieved without the authority of the NLII Board of Directors.
The court based its ruling on the principle that corporate powers are exercised by the Board of Directors.
Without a board resolution authorizing Nishino to act on behalf of the corporation, he cannot bind the corporation.
Mere ownership by a single stockholder of all or nearly all of the capital stocks of a corporation is not sufficient grounds to disregard the separate corporate personality.
The court emphasized that the property of a corporation is not the property of its stockholders or members.
The distribution of corporate assets cannot be made to depend on the whims and caprices of the stockholders, officers, or directors of the corporation.

Time is of the essence in personal injury claims, as there are strict deadlines for filing lawsuits known as statutes of limitations. This section discusses the importance of adhering to these legal deadlines and explores the factors that may affect the statute of limitations for different types of personal injury cases. Understanding and complying with these timelines is crucial for preserving one's right to seek compensation.
Negotiating Settlements vs. Going to Trial
In many personal injury cases, compensation is ultimately obtained through settlement negotiations rather than going to trial. This section explores the pros and cons of settling out of court versus pursuing litigation, discussing factors such as time, cost, and potential outcomes. Understanding the implications of each option can help victims make informed decisions about how to proceed with their claims.
Seeking Closure and Moving Forward
While obtaining compensation is a crucial step in the recovery process, it's equally essential for victims to seek closure and move forward with their lives. This section explores strategies for coping with the physical, emotional, and financial aftermath of a personal injury, as well as resources for support and rehabilitation. By focusing on healing and resilience, victims can reclaim their lives and look toward a brighter future.
"Compensation Chronicles: Navigating the Path to Personal Injury Claims" provides a roadmap for victims seeking compensation for injuries sustained through no fault of their own. From understanding the legal principles that govern personal injury claims to navigating the complexities of insurance coverage and negotiations, this article equips readers with the knowledge and resources they need to pursue their claims effectively and secure the compensation they deserve. With perseverance, determination, and the support of experienced legal professionals, victims can navigate the path to recovery and achieve a sense of justice and closure.

The Truth vs. Alex Jones
Tumblr media
The HBO documentary feature film “The Truth vs. Alex Jones” is a scathing and well-deserved takedown of the abhorrent hatemonger and huckster whose name is in the title, but the bleating talk show host isn’t the only villain in this story.
youtube
What about the hundreds upon hundreds of gullible and obtuse and in some cases hateful trolls who bought into the conspiracy theories about the Sandy Hook Elementary mass shooting and proceeded to harass the grieving families, online and, in some cases, in person?
What kind of human being talks about digging up children’s graves to “prove” Sandy Hook was staged, claims to have urinated on graves, or threatens to rape and kill the parents of those kids?
Then there’s one Kelley Watt, a Sandy Hook conspiracy theorist who says, “I’m as firm in my belief that [Sandy Hook] didn’t happen as [Sandy Hook parent] Lenny Pozner is … convinced that he had a son who passed away. … This is so insane. I just can’t believe that anybody believes it.”
Oh, but before we dismiss Watt as some kind of ignorant and grotesquely cruel kook, she advocates for exhuming the bodies of the victims she doesn’t believe exists and lists her bona fides: “I watch a lot of true crime, and they exhume bodies all the time.”
Un. Believable.
Then again, a poll cited in one of the civil trials against Jones says that 24% of Americans believe some mass shootings are either definitely or possibly staged.
“The Truth vs. Alex Jones” director Dan Reed, who has previously tackled controversial matters in compelling fashion in documentaries such as “Leaving Neverland” and “Four Hours at the Capitol,” spent four years filming interviews with parents of Sandy Hook victims, who speak with admirable bravery and heartbreaking passion about the horrors of losing a child — and the years of pain they’ve endured because Jones and others have mocked their grief, have questioned whether the shootings ever happened, have accused them of being crisis actors.
We hear from the parents of a number of children who were killed on Friday, Dec. 12, 2012, and we hear how many of them were stunned when they were called liars who were part of a vast and wide-ranging conspiracy.
Robbie Parker in particular was targeted for vicious criticism by Jones after Parker issued a statement on the evening after the shootings and was seen smiling awkwardly before addressing the media. “I was just kind of confused and nervous and kind of gave this laugh like, ‘I don’t know what to do here,’ ” recalls Parker.
That brief clip was mocked by Jones, who told his audience of millions, “He walks up like he’s an actor, then breaks down on camera. … He does it like a soap opera actor.”
By then, Jones had already called the entire tragedy into question; just two hours after the news broke, he was on the air, declaring, “This is staged. And you know I’ve been saying for the last few months, get ready for big mass shootings.”
Jones also gave a platform to the likes of Wolfgang Habib, who said “nobody died” at Sandy Hook and cited the fact that no trauma helicopters ever arrived on the scene as evidence.
Says Nicole Hockley, whose son Dylan was killed in the shooting, “They didn’t seem to accept logic. … Why weren’t people airlifted to emergency rooms? Well, because they were all dead.”
The documentary takes us inside courtrooms in Texas and Connecticut and the trials against Jones, who was found liable for some $1.5 billion in damages.
Whether Jones is at the defense table or on the stand or commenting on the trials on his show, he consistently comes across as craven, petulant, disingenuous, equivocating, self-aggrandizing and despicable.
Jones has yet to pay the victims’ families — negotiations for payments remain ongoing — and he remains podcasting, spinning his views and urging his legions of loyal followers to buy products and supplements such as “Nitric Boost” and “Brain Force Ultra” and “Ageless Vitality Collagen,” as well as “preparedness items" such as a six-month supply of “long-term storable food” for just $1,397.
In the final moments of “The Truth vs. Alex Jones,” we see the graves of Noah Samuel Posner (Nov. 20, 2006-Dec. 14, 2012) and Jesse McCord Lewis (June 30, 2006-Dec. 14, 2012), and we’re reminded of just how short their time was — and how their families’ suffering was compounded by the evil of conspiracy theorists.
And we know that if you showed this documentary to many who still believe Sandy Hook was a hoax, they’d shrug it off as merely another part of the plan to deceive us.

Anon ╰(*´︶`*)╯♡ asked: the brief yeonbin glimpse in spring rain where tyun walks in on yeonbin having a moment in the kitchen where yeonbin are whispering to each other as yeonjun holds soobin's face and soobin has his hands around yeonjun's waist lives in my head absolutely rent free!!!!! it's intimate and tender and lovely and god it makes me so very curious about their backstory and their dynamic and how they reached that level of comfort with each other and how the leader/pack alpha dynamic there was/is negotiated between them :')))
Ugh I love this moment... it was super self-indulgent to write tbh, I think spring rain's fault is that I didn't have enough time (unless I had literally doubled the length of the fic, and definitely needed a break by the time I finished writing it) to really delve into the other group pairings nearly as much as I would have liked. So adding little moments like this really held them together as much as I could.
I think it's an interesting moment because it makes tyun wonder how he and kai would have been involved in 3choi's relationship if they hadn't been alphas, and if they ever would have even known about it. My answer to both is yes, but them presenting was definitely a catalyst! 3choi's relationships with each other were extremely nebulous and their group relationship was even more so. But between yeonbin, beomjun, and soogyu, yeonbin's relationship was definitely the most established.
All three of them presented predebut, but yeonbin were first, and I think the level of intimacy they achieved then surprised even themselves, considering that Soobin's presentation and the way he adjusted after was so difficult for him. And it was probably a complete secret between the two of them, probably something they didn't really put words to, until Beomgyu presented and they needed to confront their feelings and if they wished to be exclusive. I think that Yeonjun probably originally ~helped~ Soobin out of desperation to ease his pain and be closer to him; I think that yeonbin's irl predebut dynamic of how much Yeonjun wanted to be a safe place for Soobin carries over to spring rain. And then it didn't stop for their future ruts - they enjoyed it the first time, and even if things were so nebulous, they helped each other.
Yeonjun's personality in spring rain was of course based on his irl personality, but my twin has pointed out a few times that he has a bit of TSS Eugene in him lol, he's pretty fiery and loyal and has more of a temper than I imagine irl Yeonjun was. And with Soobin struggling with his alpha identity, this definitely led to conflict in the beginning. Not because they didn't respect each other - quite the opposite, actually, yeonbin's deep respect for each other and their positions is one of my favorite things about them and I think that + their predebut dynamics would potentially even lead them to be too afraid to step on each other's toes, and then there might be some sort of breaking point... a lot of trial and error for sure; I think they're able to recognize that they play their specific roles (pack alpha + oldest vs leader) well but neither of them are suited for all of these roles at once, or all of these roles period. I think that if they ever had moments of bossing the other around or trying to take on these tasks they'd realize this pretty quickly lol. Above all, though, I think that they would just really want to make it work, whatever that took, both for each other and their dreams and for the thing growing between them - something that they don't know if it's worth it yet, but has been nothing but good so far, and is something they want to protect.
Also I think that their closeness also comes with time (and has its natural ups and downs), but maybe tyunning presenting and their group relationship finally becoming more Real is like permission to them :,) they would only have had these tender moments in the privacy of their rooms before and now they don't care if anyone sees the affection they'd hidden between each other for so long. I think that this would make them generally more free with their affection too
