Summary:

Team Flash decides that the best punishment for Eowells, after everything he’s done…is to shoot him into the sun. Easier said than done, but…they might just be able to get him to help them build it.

This fic is dedicated to @typical-bistander, who was the first person to suggest this 😅 I wasn’t sure when I’d write it, but the OCX crackfic prompt presented a great opportunity. Also, to everyone who’s commented similar variations of punting Eowells into the sun (like @goldheartedchaoticdisaster), consider this dedicated to you too!

On that note, thank you again to the wonderful @occreatorexchange for hosting this 🥰 I’ve never written a crackfic before, this was fun! It’s sort of a blend between crack and serious tbh, but it was a fun experiment.

I have a couple WIPs to share snippets for this week!

Barry POV fic:

“What’s the other possibility?”

Cisco smiled sadly. “You know it as well as I do, Cait. It’s that she doesn’t trust us.”

Barry scoffed. “Well, of course, it’s that one.”

“Yeah,” Cisco agreed, “it is. But Barry…Morgan’s known us for years. And we’ve known her for years. You have to understand that she’s never like this. So if she doesn’t trust us…”

“...then what did we do,” Caitlin whispered, “to make her feel that way?”

Cisco and Caitlin are so worried about their little sister 🥺 smh Barry get over yourself and BE WORRIED TOO

OCX Creator Bingo fic (well…one of them anyway, filling the “soulmate” square on my card):

“Sol-met.”

“Hmm. Soul-met is correct in a manner of speaking, I suppose.”

“Sol-met, sol-met, sol-met!” Morgan cried, delighted when Dad chuckled. It wasn’t often she could make him laugh like this…and she treasured it.

Context: Morgan’s 5 here, asking about her soulmarks for the first time. “Soulmate” would probably be a bit of a tricky word for a 5-year-old (or at least for her, if not for a typical 5-year-old), but she gets close
