additional - 53.20, 82.92 - courier delivery of orders, product packaging.

Experts advise choosing ciphers with a sufficient margin. There are no restrictions on their number. The optimal number for IP is no more than 69. Activities that are carried out without specifying codes are equated to illegal.

Stage 2 - Decide on the tax system

The second step is the choice of the tax system. By default, the general schema applies to all entrepreneurs. But this is not the most profitable option for IP. It is more expedient to immediately switch to one of the preferential systems and pay less taxes.

Main options:

Simplified scheme. For entrepreneurs with an income of no more than 150 million rubles a year. The rate is 6 or 15%.

Patent. The right to carry out activities for 1-12 months, paid at a fixed cost. There are no additional taxes on the patent. The downside is that PSN is not available for all types of businesses (a detailed list is given in the Tax Code).

An application for the transition to a simplified system is accepted within a month after the official registration of the business. However, it is better to submit it along with all documents for registration.

Stage 3 - Fill out the application

At the next stage, you need to fill out an application, a sample of which is on the website of the tax service.

When filling out the P21001 form, you should follow the rules:

be sure to indicate the TIN, if any;

start with 4-digit codes from the classifier;

write all numbers / letters in special cells;

use only capital letters;

strictly adhere to the rules of abbreviation (location, region, country, names);

apply regulated type, color, font size (recommended font - Courier New size 18);

enter the address in accordance with the data from the State Register;

take into account recommendations for alignment for fields, filling in empty lines, hyphens;

in the field on receipt of registration documents, make an additional mark if you need not only an electronic, but also a paper version.

The document includes 5 sheets, the 3rd one is intended for foreigners. It is not necessary to fasten them when filing, as this may damage the barcode. If the registration will be handled by an intermediary, this should be indicated on sheet "B".

Stage 4 - Pay the fee

At the moment, the amount of the state duty for registration of IP is 800 rubles. You can deposit this amount in one of the convenient ways:

in any bank branches;

on the public services portal;

through terminals or ATMs;

on the website of the tax office.

In the payment receipt, indicate the purpose of the payment, full name, amount, address of residence, TIN, inspection details that are on the website of the Federal Tax Service. If documents are submitted to the tax office in paper form, it must be transferred along with them. When submitting in electronic format, it is not necessary to confirm the payment: the inspectors will check this fact in the state payment system on their own.

Stage 5 - We submit documents

After collecting the documents and paying the state duty, it remains to transfer the entire package to the tax service. It includes an application, original / copies of passport pages, a receipt, 2 copies of an application with a request for a simplified transfer, if necessary.

There are several options:

take the papers to the local tax or MFC (you need to sign in front of the inspection officer);

send by registered mail with attachment description attached;

send in electronic format.

Sending online is possible through the public services portal, the resources of the MFC or the Federal Tax Service. To do this, first issue an enhanced electronic signature.

In paper form, you can submit documents in person or through a representative. Upon submission, you must receive a receipt. In the second case, you will need a power of attorney and copies of the passport, certified by a notary.

In addition to registrars and specialized companies, banks and notary offices are engaged in registration of IP.

Stage 6 - We receive confirmation of registration

After submission, the documents are checked by tax officials. The process usually takes about 3 days. If no additional questions arise, the entrepreneur is immediately assigned official status.

Registration documents are issued to the applicant in electronic or printed format, if such a request was indicated. They come for them personally or ask a representative about it. There is also a mailing option.

What does the entrepreneur get after successful registration:

Record sheet of the Unified Register of IP with an individual number.

Certificate of assignment of TIN, if the applicant did not have one.
