So it turns out the possible reason on why Zoro calls Sanji "kokku" in japanese is not because he is saying "cook" but with a wrong pronunciation. It's posible he says it because the word for a ship's chef in french is "coq", which could be pronounce as "kokku" too.

I'M JUST SAYIN'

Another alternative to this is "maître coq".

Tbh my main perspective on most qsmp things is just that I'm happy to be here. These concerns with the unlocks to me are just growing pains of a server where people genuinely care and want the experience to be good. The content creators, according to Bagi, are advocating for themselves, and there is communication happening, even if it isn't always the best. I'm just happy and ready to have a good time :)

There are a lot of bad things about this situation and these are by no means the only thing I care about here, but It's on my mind rn. I feel awful for the qsmp creators. Both cc and otherwise. For many reasons, but just in terms of the roleplay? There are so many plots and characters that will just get fucked up by this. They will be crucified if the characters ever try to acknowledge qForever.

But the character is everywhere. In photos, in builds, in character relationships, in plot and character developments, in mysteries, etc. Erasing him like fans will inevitably want just won't be totally possible. And constantly having to tiptoe and think about their former friend (because lets be real. he's getting removed from qsmp and a lot of his closest friends on qsmp are already starting to withdraw public support) is gonna be shitty as hell for them. God poor Ricardão??

thinking about writing a fanfic with self-aware twst, but the characters are aware they're in a fanfic. orz it may sound silly, but i think it would be fun to write something where [insert yan!twst character here] just interrupts the plot and addresses the reader specifically with something like: "you're probably not even inserting your real name, right, (name)?"

perhaps it's too meta, but it's so interesting to me?? i haven't the faintest clue how i'd go about writing a fic like that with an intriguing plot that progressively gets more horrifying as it goes on, and it'd likely be more of an experimental fic than anything. but omg it would be so fun to write.

hmmm,,, maybe i could use epistolary format, whether in the form of letters (to the reader) or diary entries. something where the character realizes they're in a fanfic and can only do so much, so they write their own little notes to the reader. or it's placed between the words or certain words are in another color (like red or blue) and it spells a message if you take all of the words and put them together. :O

so essentially you'd be reading a completely normal yan!twst fanfic, but when you put the words together it's the twst character addressing you and not the (name) you're meant to project onto.

At first, I was shaken when I saw the 2 on empathy for Kuras. But after thinking about it for a few moments it does make sense. He is a being who lived for eons. Living a short life is probably as relatable for him as being immortal for us. I bet even monsters don't have life spans as long as him.

Moreover, imagine how painful it would be to have a lot of empathy and see people die again and again. Not just because of war or disease, but because their life is finite.

I think Kuras is keeping people at a distance as a way to protect himself, but sometimes he gets too close to someone despite himself.
