Flustered
⚠️ Slight Spoilers for Space Jam New Legacy ⚠️
Tumblr media
Daffy sat there on the front steps of the Warner Brother headquarters, resting his arms on his legs, one leg balanced on top of the other, bouncing his webbed foot. Resting his head in his hand as he stared out at the lot, watching a familiar trio run by. He smiled a bit seeing them, before they disappeared out of sight. The raven feathered duck letting out a sigh, as he went back to watching other actors and toons alike walk by, the world going dimmer and almost greyer.
The reason why he was sitting out there mainly was because he was just bored. He didn’t really have anything to do, other than sit around and people watch. This simply was because they had finished filming SpaceJam 2 and they had caught up on all the other media they needed to be in, even finishing sessions early. The other cast members dispersed once finished and all heading home to their loved ones and respected lives, but unlike everyone else, Daffy didn’t really have a place to go back to. Not one that was consistent for him anyway. So he practically lived at the Studio, which bothered him a bit considering he was already kissing their ass daily by playing stooge to Bugs.
..Bugs.
His thoughts immediately wandered off to the Bunny in question, thinking about everything they had been through together, all the adventures and mishaps..to the first time they met. He smiled a bit fondly over the memories, sighing happily and even though he’d never admit it out loud, he had the most fun when he was with the rabbit. The jokes they’d share, the laughter, almost every anvil to the head and blast to the face was worth hearing Bugs’ laughter. Especially the way he seemed amused with Daffy. He loved the way Bugs looked at him, However despite the feelings Daffy had for Bugs, the star of Warner Brothers didn’t exactly reciprocate. It was obvious when they had first interacted, Lola as his love interest, and although it was an act, the two had gotten along swimmingly. In fact they were both written to be absolutely head over heels in love with each other.
So obviously it left Daffy feeling resentful of her for more than one reason other than fame. Still, it wasn’t something he dwelled over, it was just something to make him reassess his own character. Especially his feelings towards his co-star and why he felt like this. He was the odd one out and the most resented anyway. Which he didn’t mind too much, it was just really confusing.
However, before he could delve into this topic any deeper, he was alerted as to a presence next to him, when he felt a soft elbow nudge him. He turned to see Bugs sitting next to him as he took a bite from his carrot, looking at him curiously.
“Eh, What’s up Duck?”
He asked Daffy in his usual tone, as he finished munching on the carrot for now, putting it away. Going back to facing the toon next to him.
“What’s it to you wise guy?”
He retorted, staying in character to avoid any unwanted attention towards him.
“Nothing, just checking in on the studio's best Duck.”
He replied coolly, Daffy simply rolled his eyes with a small huff.
“Seriously Bugsy? That’s a reference from ages ago.”
He murmured
“Eh, call me nostalgic”
He shrugged, before leaning on Daffy, the duck frowning as he rolled his eyes pushing the rabbit off
“Just leave me alone, you’re taking up my personal spaceth.”
He said quietly.
Bugs looked at Daffy for a solid minute, the Duck shrinking under his gaze, before he snapped out of it and laughed, with no real joy behind it as he pulled at his ear and started fiddling with it. The duck noted how out of character Bugs was acting before the rabbit spoke.
“I think I’ll stay.”
He replied fidgety.
Daffy’s eyes softened slightly seeing how Bugs was, before slowly lowering his own emotional walls as he nudged Bugs with his arm.
“..fine, but you better tell me what’s up bucktooth.”
He said, watching Bugs carefully.
“Right..”
Bugs glanced away, letting go of his ear as he put his hands on his lap and clenched his hands into fists as they began to shake.
“Daff..I know it wasn’t real, but..what if an offer ever came up? Like for everyone to leave for a better life? Would..would you leave me? L-Like you did…in..”
Daffy stared at the timid creature, feeling his heart stop. He remembered clearly that during the entire time they filmed Bugs had been acting strangely, and now he knew why.
The question itself was..ridiculous, but Daffy knew deep down it was still a legit fear, a chance at an alternate lifestyle? A fresh start? It was extremely tempting, something brand new that could’ve been his, he could do whatever he wanted and no one would stop him. No more faking and yet..despite everything, Daffy knew he’d rather stay like he was, than to leave his best friend, and even in that death scene they had filmed, the Duck did find himself tearing up.
“No.”
He said rather casually as if it were obvious, and to him? It most definitely was. He of course turned to see Bugs’ eyes wide and his mouth quivering as he immediately pulled Daffy into a tight hug as the Duck froze and awkwardly shifted so he sat normally and pat Bugs’ arm. The rabbit clutching onto Daffy as he snuggled against him, oddly touchy, which wasn’t usual.
Daffy felt his heart speed up, as his face flushed and he waited, before Bugs pulled away, looking at Daffy and back to his normal self. The raven feathered toon a bit flustered.
Of course almost immediately Bugs picked up on this and raised a brow as he looked at his friend, confused.
“Daffy?”
The Duck muttered something under his breath as he turned completely away from Bugs, the bunny genuinely confused. The rabbit scooted forward trying to get Daffy’s attention as he leaned towards him.
“Daff?”
The Duck continued looking away, silently praying that Bugs would go away, however the rabbit instead rested his chin on Daffy’s shoulder. Immediately making the smaller toon fall over in surprise, before falling down the rest of the stairs.
The rabbit watching as there was a series of crashes, yelps, and sounds of slamming before Daffy was at the bottom, his head on the concrete, a lump forming on his head as stars swirled around him, Bugs making his way down as he held Daffy in his arms shaking him.
“Daffy? Daffy??”
He waved a hand in front of the toon’s eyes which spiraled and swirled, flicking the stars away. Holding him close.
“Oohhh..Bugsy ‘ole pal? Isth that you? I can’t tell..there’s five of you-“
Bugs chuckled softly as he watched Daffy come to, as he shook off his dizziness and pressed the lump on his head back down until he was normal again as he looked to the rabbit and frowned
“You’re despicable”
To which the rabbit rolled his eyes
“Eh, it's not my fault you’re falling for me.”
Daffy all at once felt his face go on fire as he stared at Bugs, the two locking eyes, before the bunny’s eyes trailed down to inspect Daffy’s face to see how red his bill was, as he looked over him and smirked a tiny bit, jokingly of course.
“Aw, dat’s sweet doc, got a little crush on me?”
Daffy turned away huffing as he crossed his arms.
“I have no clue as to what you’re hinting at long ears, if you’ve got something to say, say it already. You’re wasting my time”
“Doing what?”
He leaned closer right up to Daffy as the Duck faced him looking maroon. As he raised a finger in protest and opened his bill before he comically moved his arm down like it was a lever, and his bill snapped shut. As he leaned back, casually brushing his friend off, almost dismissively.
“Oh the usual, getting in my personal spaceth, being a nuisance and DO YOU MIND WABBIT!?”
He yelled at the end, the bunny perched nearby as he batted his eyes at him innocently.
“Whatever do you mean?”
He asked feigning innocence, making the Duck’s eye twitch as he scooted away from him, his co-star following as he scooted closer.
“Bugsth…”
He warned looking at him
“Yes..?”
He asked as he grinned more, before getting an idea as he twirled around, now dressed as a woman, in a white gown, with a blonde wig with lipstick. He looked…well beautiful. Daffy stared at him, instinctively, letting out a whistle, before holding his bill as he stood up and began walking away face a bright red. Bugs followed after him and grabbed the duck’s hand and leaned his head on his shoulder, holding his arm with his other hand as if they were a couple. Daffy speeding up as he kept his eyes off Bugs. Thankfully, his blush died down as they kept walking.
He didn’t need this right now. Just a minute ago we had mister ‘I’m so vulnerable’ and now he was back to normal and while it was relieving, it was also terrible for the poor duck whose feelings were only growing the more time he spent with his damned rabbit. He paused for a moment as he halted to a stop, as he replayed his thoughts.
‘His damned rabbit.’
Oh god damn it..damn it all and damn Bugs Bunny and his..his..
He turned quietly looking to his friend, seeing him look up at Daffy lovingly, his makeup perfect, with a small smile on his lips. He looked absolutely stunning, and he was..focused on Daffy, and he seemed genuinely amused to be with him, to bother him..to just exist with him. His lovely golden eyes looked at him with a half lidded gaze, Daffy feeling his own smile start to tug at him, before he shook it off looking away, heartbeat quickening.
Eventually the two reached the gates, Daffy fully ready to push his friend right out of the lot and send him in his merry way. So that Daffy could once again be alone and figure out why he was feeling this way. Why he was in love with someone who he wasn’t meant to in the first place. Except, instead of pushing Bugs out, he paused.
Teal eyes flicking to gold, waiting almost expectantly for Bugs to just run off, but..he didn’t.
He didn’t do anything but stay right by Daffy’s side and turned to him confused. Before he let go of him and the grey toon spun around going back to normal, and pulled out his carrot taking a bite, as he rested his elbow on the duck’s shoulder.
“Eh, what’s the hold up?”
“Nothing, aren’t you going to leave?”
“And why would I do dat?”
“B-because there's literally nothing for you to do! I mean you can go home!”
Daffy gestures to the exit, frantically looking at Bugs, but despite it, the rabbit didn’t budge. In fact, he only seemed more enthused with his co-star.
“Daffy.”
He said softly, before the Duck calmed down and looked at him confused
“What??”
He took another bite from his carrot before shoving it in Daffy’s mouth and kissing him on the forehead, the Duck going the deepest shade of red as he pulled the carrot out of his mouth and looking at the bunny glaring.
“That sir is absolutely disgusthing! Thisth was just in your mouth!!”
He said waving the vegetable in front of Bugs, before the bunny took another bite of it and nodded to himself
“Eh..I didn’t know you were minty..”
He said casually, eyeing the shorter toon, watching as his face went even darker red, as he made the cutest and most flustered expression ever as he stammered. Daffy absolutely ruined as he shut his bill and looked to Bugs half glaring half bewildered.
“Y-You-yOu-YOU—“
He raised a finger and pointed it accusingly at the rabbit shaking ever so slightly, standing on his tippy flippers, as he tried to grasp his words, face still burning.
“Y-YOU’RE A-ABSOLUTELY, A HUNDRED PERCENT D-DESPICABLE!!!”
Bugs grinned watching him, knowing fully well that Daffy was the reason he loved coming to the studio everyday. As the rabbit felt his own heart fluttering slightly, taking another bite from his carrot as he shrugged.
“And you’re adorable.”
He replied cheekily. His co-worker covered his face with his hands, grumbling.
“Eh, ain’t I a stinker?”
He jested staying beside Daffy, the poor duck just feeling even more confused than before. A small smile escaped him as he glanced away, hiding his goofy grin.
“Yeah, you really are..”
He turned to face Bugs smiling at him softly, with the same look Daffy gave him back when they were filming back in action in Paris. The same soft smile and half lidded gaze with a small blush spread across his bill.
Bugs blinked, obviously surprised, because it was one of those genuine looks Daffy rarely gave, one of those looks that made the rabbit feel his own surprised smile tug at his mouth, as his ears lowered down and he felt his face heat up too.
The pair staring at each other happily, unaware of the other’s feelings, but still happy all the same.

Be honest with me. (us? The TP/BotW community? idk.) What do you think of the BotW2 trailer, and do you think there's even a sliver of potential for the Twili to return? I've been dying to know your answer, Amos. By the way, thanks again for the Midlink art piece. Doing a smart here by being off anon for this ask lol.
My My, Quite the question
*TP Link
First off I’m pretty sure Twilight Princess Link is done as far as canon in-game appearances go. Wolf Link was a pretty dope add-in for Breath of the wild and could be added in for BOW2, but that’s really all were gonna get I’m afraid. :/
well sorta at least.
I mean we got TONES of Amibo and in-game TP stuff like the Twilight tunic, TP Epona (the only Epona in this game mind you), TP Zelda’s Light bow, TP Ganondorf’s Sword, Midna and Zant’s helmet, mention of Prince Rails on the path to Zoras Domain, the somewhat homage to the Bridge of Eldon and of course the famous side quest “A Fragmented Monument” being an obvious nod to the Mirror of twilight.
Tumblr media
but even with all this TP stuff It’s no indication that Nintendo has any plans to bring TP Link into the mix.
...
That said... Between you and me, Nintendo just won’t let go of Twilight princess Link.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
TP Link got the hi-rez treatment a few years ago for promotional stuff, and as much as I love it and want posters of the full version there really isn’t a reason for Nintendo to be using him to promote things.
They could have use any other Link, but they picked him specifically.
I mean, Skyward Sword Link was technically the latest in the usual green tunic design(although it was basically a simplified TP tunic), Ocarina of Time and Toon Link are the “fan favorites”, and Breath of the wild Link is the brand spanking new one that broke records.
Yet, TP Link is still getting promoted.
Whats even more interesting is the the rest of the Nintendo Tokyo banner.
Tumblr media
Breath of the Wild Link and Zelda are both there, but so is TP Link and Ganondorf!
And get this, TP Link is the one in the smaller more common banner!
Tumblr media
I love it, but I can’t explain it!
*This is from the 2019 Nintendo Tokyo game show btw*
So as much I have my doubts about TP Link showing up in BOTW2 or ever having a real return of any kind Nintendo sure isn’t making it easy for me to keep believing that.
Almost like they're toying with me. :(
Is TP Link gonna show up in Breath of the wild 2? probably not. at most heel be a non-cannon amibo wolf companion like in the first one.
Is there gonna a new game with TP Link in it? doubt it.
Is there gonna be a port of the HD Version of Twilight princess to the switch? Could be... but highly unlikely.
Will they do a complete remake of Twilight Princess with these dope re-rendered models with a gameplay style like the Wii U tech Demo of the spider boss!!??? GOD I WISH BUT I KNOW IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN!!!!!  ( ͡ಥ ͜ʖ ͡ಥ)
But logically it’s probably that TP Link is the best looking and most Marketable out of the Link bunch.  :/
Anyway, you were asking about Breath of the wild 2 right. lol
*BOTW2
the trailer is interesting... like really REALLY interesting.
Its looks waaaaay darker and shaping up to be the Zelda story we never knew we wanted.
I mean com’on whats not to love about dark Zelda stories!? Zelda is always at it’s best when its pushing the edge a bit.
I even did my own break down of it.
I think I posted it here already but I can’t remember so here it is anyway.
Tumblr media
This is pretty much what I gathered from the trailer.
Dark, mysterious, somewhat hopeless and tragic, our heros are in over their heads, everything is on the line, I love it!
Sadly, I really don’t wanna think about it too much because I got my hopes up last time and Nintendo has a bad habit of playing it safe when they should go all out. :/
Straight Up though we’re gonna be seeing Zelda in a much more involved role so that much seems apparent. to what degree? I have no idea.
She might be playable as a character you switch off to for puzzle solving or Goddess powers since shes using the sheikah slate.
All I ask it that she not be an exclusive cutseen character. I wanna see my girl doing things in game.
that said, I know people want Zelda to be the the main playable character but she really isn’t suited to fill Links role as the adventurous warrior type.
She’s really more of a sage type character on top of being a book worm and not really fit for direct combat.
Ironically enough playing as Zelda would change things so much it wouldn’t be a Zelda game. lol
Or heck, she just might be the playable character its hard to tell honestly.
but what about Link?
Link on the other hand (no pun intend) is still gonna be the player character I think.
I imagine the thing going on with his arm is going to replace the sheikah slate’s function with some added combat stuff.
Kinda like Nero’s arm from DMC or the Shinobi prosthetic from Sekiro.
Tumblr media
It would be pretty cool to see Links combat and exploration open up because of a nifty arm. :)
or it could be killing him and we gotta find a way to cure him so he can defeat Ganondorf. (that would be rad!!!)
All-n-all that just depends on what the arm is doing and waht the game wants to be like.
I hope and pray for a combat system like in Twilight Princess and a return to the Temple / Dungeons puzzle and bosses system from the other 3D Zelda’s with a breath of the wild spin.
Golly, just picture exploring a Dungeon with Zelda doing logic puzzles and switching off to Link to handle the combat segments doing a back and forth between the 2 leading up to a boss fight they have to work together to defeat.
THAT WOULD BE SO RAD!!!!!
Man this is getting long.
I’ll just say that I have high hopes for BOW2, but going in with zero expositions is always the the way to go.
I trust Nintendo took the feed back from the first game and is adjusting t something that will hopefully satisfy the fans.
I apologize if this was all over the place, I had to do work in between.
I had others ask me slimier questions if you’re that curios and want a fresher take on my thought for BOTW2.
* thoughts about that BotW sequel trailer
* how much Hyrule has changed
thanks for the question, hope I answered it properly! lol

kinda soft but reader and zendaya just had a baby :)
THISISSOCUTESTOPMAKINGMECRY okay this starts w you and z waiting for the baby to be born so you two are in the waiting room of the hospital. {ya’ll are married!!} the birth mom {Sofia} is in labor and you and z are nervous as hell waiting for this lil one to come out healthy and strong. then after that will be just a few new parent experiences! this is so precious and by far one of the cutest and favorite soft requests for z i have ever gotten, so enjoy angel, and i genuinely thank you for this request, it brought me so much joy to write
-
The Waiting Room.
“What if she doesn’t live or- what if she’s born with challenges? Baby, I don’t know what I’ll do with myself if she- I didn’t even carry her, I know Sofia did but-”
“Love.” You said in a soft and reassuring tone. “Our baby will be just fine. I know it.” You rubbed your thumb against your wife’s hand softly, something that always reassured her and calmed her down a bit.
Zendaya let out a shaky sigh and nodded. “I’m probably freaking out over nothing…”
“Yeah, pretty much!” You chuckled. “Baby Sky will be just fine. I bet you in less than an hour we’ll be holding her, telling her how gorgeous she already is and how many things she’s going to accomplish. Telling her that she’s a lover, not a fighter, just like her Mommy Z.” You leaned your head on Daya’s shoulder, closing your eyes and smiling. “It’s crazy, I couldn’t wait for 9 months to be up, and now all I gotta do is be patient for an hour or two and I feel like I’m over here dying.”
“Me too-”
“Zendaya and Y/N, I have news!” the male gray-headed doctor announced as he walked towards you guys. He was the same one that had told you two to stay calm from the start, and was sure to send nurses out now and then to update you two.
You and Zendaya quickly jumped up out of your seats, your eyes wide. “Which is?” You questioned. All you could do was pray in your head that your baby would be born healthy, and all would be well.
“She’s here. And she’s absolutely gorgeous- healthy too.”
-
The Delivery Room.
You had seen a multitude of beautiful people in your life, your wife being one of them. Some days you just looked at her and thought, ‘Wow. Out of all of the people in the world, I got her.’ It was a common thought you had, but never about anyone but Z.
But as you held such a little bundle of joy- such an angel in your arms, and as you felt her tiny hand wrap around your finger, you knew.
You knew that this little girl was one of the most beautiful human beings you had ever laid eyes on. You felt so lucky to be blessed to know she would call you ‘Momma’ or ‘Mommy’. And it was in that moment you decided that you would do everything you could- ever- to protect her from all of the dangers of the world, to keep her safe, and always smiling.
Miss Skylar Rose Coleman was born on October 10th at 9:42 A.M. Daya wouldn’t stop calling her ‘Spooky Baby!’ because every time she said it she earned a little smile from her. Skylar Rose had the most beautiful curly brown hair you had ever seen, and quite a head of it considering she had just been born. She cried when she first came out, but after that, she stayed quite silent. The doctors were worried for a moment, thinking something was wrong (which almost send you into a full panic attack), but soon learned she was just fine as long as she had some lovin’.
As soon as the nurses dared to pull the little one away from you or Zendaya’s arms, screams could be heard throughout the whole hospital. And though you told her to “Shhhh,” You didn’t really want her to. That was her way of showing you that she already loved you, and that was something you would never forget.
-
1 month.
“Daya!” You screamed upstairs. The woman quickly ran down the spiral staircase wearing a tank and shorts, her bushy brown hair pulled up into the messiest bun you had ever seen.
“What?!” She asked worriedly, and you could tell you had scared her.
“Look, just look.” You picked up Skylar from the floor and held her close to you. “Who does Momma love? Does Momma love…Daya?”
A quick grunt was heard from Skylar and the most unpleasant facial expression show on her face. Zendaya raised a brow and chuckled as she watched, fully amused.
“Oh, that’s right!…Does Momma love Skylar?”
Instead of the past reaction, this time the little angel cooed with a smile, blinking a bit as her lips turned to a satisfied ‘O’.
“See! Baby knows who Momma really loves more.” You teased, placing Sky in between some pillows for some supervised tummy time.
“Hmmm, I don’t know. I still think Momma loves me more.” Z replied, wrapping her arms around you from the back, her face comfortably fitting into the crook of your neck. She peppered kisses against it, causing you to shiver a bit.
“Shhhh.” You said spinning around and facing her. “Don’t tell Sky this but…I still love her more!” You giggled pulling away.
Daya shook her head laughing, sitting on the floor next to Sky. “I love you.”
“I love you too-” you replied, but were quickly cut off by a jokingly snarky Zendaya.
“Oh, is that you Y/N?! I was talking to Sky!”
-
4 months.
“Come on angel girl, you can do it!” You and Z cheered as though you two were cheerleaders at a (very soft?) football game.
But no, you were simply sitting on the floor with a very determined baby girl that you were lucky enough to call your daughter in front of you. She was trying to roll over, and god she was close. The doctor told you two not to force it, which meant not helping her to do it, and to let her do it herself. So you two weren’t per se forcing her- a bit of cheerful encouragement couldn’t hurt.
Just moments after you two had begun cheering her on, she rolled over completely- and Z got it on tape. You two burst into excitement, attacking the small child with kissies and little huggies. She beamed with joy and absolutely loved all of the attention.
You and Z knew from a very very young age that Sky would be a little show stopper. You both knew she would be gorgeous- which was something else within itself, but the way that girl did stuff just to get one of her Mommies’ attention was unreal. Put her down for two seconds? Suddenly it’s time for a diaper change. Gotta use the bathroom for two minutes? You come back to her striking a pose in the crib. It was quite precious though, the way she loved you two endlessly. And all you and Zendaya did was love her back just as much.
The press tended to ask you a lot of the exact same question. Since you and Z had decided on not bringing Skylar up in the public eye quite yet, that’s all they seemed to have questions about. The most common one was always, “Is little Skylar Rose spoiled at all?” And every time, the same answer.
“Yes.”
-
8 months.
‘They grow up so fast!’
Something you had heard your whole life and was so tired of hearing.
Until you started saying it.
You never realized how truthful the statement was, you still couldn’t believe your baby- your Skylar Rose was almost one year. She was crawling, babbling, feeding herself and playing with toys. It seemed as though she was trying to say words, and the growth was incredible to watch.
You talked to her often, she loved your voice. Whenever she would cry, all you had to do was talk to her and away went the tears. And don’t even get me started with when Daya started singing.
Sky was getting even more clingy, and at a whopping 21 pounds, it was harder to carry her as much as you usually did. Of course, that didn’t stop you from acting like your baby was velcro to you. Though Zendaya started trying to convince you that you should let your baby be a bit more independent, crawl more places and get to the walking stage, you honestly didn’t listen.
It was a warm June day the first time Skylar said both of your names. After doing a bit of research you learned that it was quite rare for a baby to officially start babbling names on repeat out of nowhere, so you felt blessed. The three of you- excuse me, four, Noon was included as well- sat on a light blue picnic blanket in the backyard. Skylar ate her applesauce as you and Z talked whilst eating sandwiches. And in the midst of the conversation came:
“Momma! Zee-Zee!”
You practically choked on the sandwich, while Z actually did.
“DID SHE JUST-” she sputtered out through coughs.
“SHE DID-” you exclaimed in awe, partly patting her back but mostly focusing on Skylar.
“Toon!” Sky giggled pointed at Noon, who scooted closer to her and placed his head by her feet. He had already embraced the name, he knew Sky didn’t say it right, but hey- it was an attempt.
Quickly pulling out your phone you turned on the camera. “Say it again cutie patootie!”
“Momma, Zee-Zee!”
“SHE SAYS TOON TOO LISTEN-” You screamed excitedly.
Sure enough, after 30 seconds of dead anticipation filled silence, out squealed Sky. “Toon,” she said softly, placing her chubby hand onto his fur. You dropped the camera as you hugged Z, both of you welling up with emotion and a sense of pride. “She’s not even 10 months yet this usually happens at 10 months-”
You usually didn’t post videos of Sky on social media, now and then maybe a rare picture. But this video was going up immediately.
1 year.
“Happy Birthday to youuuuu!”
Skylar Rose Coleman was officially a year old.
You called your baby a genius- she may not have been, but you still couldn’t believe how early she started talking. The doctors said it was due to you and Z never shutting up around her- Sky wanted to join the conversation too!
Now she had longer nails, longer hair. She had the cutest little button nose that had barely changed in the year you had raised her, and the tiniest fingers and little toes. She had the cutest laugh and the most gorgeous smile- she was a little person now, not just a small being that lived off of milk and crawled around looking for toys. She had a personality, she understood what was going on around her. It was quite scary to think that she was growing so fast, already beginning to comprehend things.
You grinned as you watched Tom smash cake in his hands just like Skylar did. The first birthday party was quite the success, everyone that knew Skylar loved her just as much as you two did. This resulted in gifts from not only friends and family that were invited to the party, but from people all over the world. A total of 1,798 gifts had been given to publicists, managers, or to you and Z personally on outings to give to Sky on her 1st birthday.
‘He’s such a mature man.” You joked to Z pointing towards Tom. Now he was putting the cake on his face, getting quite the laugh out of both Jake Gyllenhaal and Skylar.
“Mhm, remember when you used to be so jealous of that mature man?”
“Oh shut up, I was never jealous!” You defended yourself, knowing you were lying. Watching Zendaya and Tom together used to completely boil your blood, especially considering the rumors you and everyone else heard about them.
“Why do you spend more time with Tom than me?! Am I not good enough?!” She mocked you.
“One time- and that was like 3 years ago, how do you even remember that?!”
“I remember because that was the exact moment I decided that I was going to ask you to marry me.”
You smiled a bit and shook your head. “I love you…We did this. Can you believe it?”
“Can I believe I kept a living thing alive that wasn’t a plant or a dog alive for a full year? No, I can’t.”
You laughed wrapping your arms around her neck. “There are so many more years to come, Baby.”
“And I can’t wait to spend every single one of those years with you…by the way, the way that dress is hugging your body…”
“Damnit Daya can’t we have one romantic moment?!” You joked. She knew you loved the attention, both her girls did, you and Sky.
“Oh, I can get romantic if you’d like me to…you know Sky has started sleeping pretty much through the whole night now.”
“Mhm.”
“And there’s a lot of things I would absolutely love to do that we haven’t properly done in the past year.”
“Oh really now?
“Lemme just say be glad you’re not a man.”
“And why should I be glad about that?
“Because well…we would probably be making another baby.”
Your lips parted as you looked up at her and shook your head. “What am I going to do with you?!”
“Right now I would like to think that you are going to go cut me a piece of cake!”
“The way your moods change- and yes, I will. But before I do, one other thing.”
“Yeah?”
“I love you Zendaya Maree Stoermer Coleman.”
“I love you Y/F/N Y/M/N Coleman.”
“Forever!” You called back to her as you walked away and over to Sky.
“Foreva!” Sky giggled, smearing a bit of cake on your face as you leaned down to give her a kiss.
Yep, definitely a genuis.

Demon
Hey guys guess what, it’s another chapter! After a whole month *cough* sorry
We left off with Henry and Bendy having a close encounter with the Angel herself, but luckily they got off with just a scratch. Now they’re on the search for Boris...
As always this story is inspired by the wonderful 2D Bendy AU by @shinyzango.
( Also just a small warning, there’s a slightly violent scene towards the end. It’s honestly not too bad but just saying for those squeamish folk out there! )
Enjoy!
‘Demon…and Angel?’
Henry looked at the two signs with a somewhat dumbfounded expression, he knew there were many winding paths in the now enlarged studio, but this was just…strangely overboard. What even was this, some sort of riddle?
‘Joey always did like to think he was a mysterious man.’ Henry bitterly recalled.
Or perhaps it was that disfigured woman from before, she did say something about him being…worthy. Maybe it was a test of sorts.
Either way, standing and staring wasn’t going to help.
“Well…suppose we should make a choice.” Henry stated with a small frown. “What do you think, bud?” He asked, hoping that Bendy would be a little more decisive than him. He wasn't exactly the best at making any kind of decisions and had always looked to his sister, June, for advice.
Henry cracked a small smile at the bittersweet thought. God, he missed her.
“Um…” The toon drawled out as he glanced between them both, rubbing his chin in deep thought, “How about....” After a few indecisive moments, he finally pointed with a grin.
“Demon?” Henry was surprised, to say the least. After his constant talking of Alice, he really thought ‘Angel’ was going to be his pick.
“Yeah. Feels like…there’s something important in there. Plus…I’m a demon too! Makes sense, right?” He asked with a cheery tone.
“You know what else is a demon...?” The older man nervously asked as he eyed the ink covered path.
“C’mon, we ain’t even seen that guy in a while.” Bendy said dismissively. “He’s probably wandering about somewhere on the upper floors.”
...He had a fair point.
They hadn’t even encountered the other ‘Bendy’ for quite some time now, so surely it must have given up? Although in hindsight he wasn’t so sure. But he couldn’t afford to dwindle on the matter any longer, all he could do was hope and pray that it wouldn’t show up.
As Henry cautiously stepped into the ink filled room, a booming metal slam echoed from what sounded like the other path, jarring him from taking another step forward. He shared a slightly worried glance with his toon companion before stepping back to investigate, only to find that the shutters had now closed off the ‘Angel’ route completely.
“Well…looks like we have no other option now.” Henry bluntly commented before continuing forward.
The first thing he noticed was the immediate dip and the wet sensation of liquid soaking through the ankles of his trousers, the older man cringed slightly at the feeling, but at this point he couldn’t have cared less about his clothes anymore.
His real fear was the fact that the entire room was absolutely oozing of ink, the floor was covered, the walls were leaking and a huge, bulging pillar of the ebony liquid connected itself from the ceiling to the ground.
He only hoped that there wasn’t anything lurking amongst the black fluids.
“Hey Henry, it’s another one a’ those machines!” Bendy pointed out, directing Henry’s attention to a nearby table which held a tape, the table itself seemed a little lopsided due to the uneven surface it was stuck in.
“Huh.” The human hummed as he slowly made his way over to it. “Wonder who this could belong to.”
‘Who would have even come into this room?’
His finger hovered over the play button in hesitation, he was almost afraid of what the answer could be.
Henry’s eyes widened ever so slightly as a loud, jolly and very familiar voice filled the room, confirming his fears. He felt numb.
"There's nothing wrong with dreaming. Wishing for the impossible is just human nature! That's how I got it started. Just a... pencil and a dream. We all want everything without even having to lift a finger. They say...you just have to believe.”
He could feel a lump lodge itself into his throat.
“Belief can make you succeed. Belief can make you rich. Belief can make you powerful.”
“…Henry?” Bendy’s voice called out in quiet concern.
“Why with enough belief, you can even cheat death itself! “
His slowly fist tightened.
“Now that... is a beautiful... and positively silly thought. "
As the tape rolled out, deafening silence followed as Henry stared at it with an unreadable expression. He knew that he should have felt…anger, hurt, hate, just…. something.
But there was nothing.
“H…Henry.” Bendy tried to prod again, this time with a little more volume. The demon was more than a little concerned at the human’s sudden mood drop.
Although he couldn’t say he blamed the poor man. Joey had a lot to answer for…
The toon flinched slightly when he felt a strong surge of anger and… guilt, Henry’s face slowly and subtly twisted into a look of remorse. Bendy, with a nervous grin, tried his best to calm his friend down.
“It’s…It’s alright, Henry. You just gotta take a breather, yeah? We got time…” The demon softly said with a reassuring tone, which thankfully seemed to work as the older man closed his eyes and took the advice by breathing slowly and deeply, unclenching his fist as he did so. His knuckles had turned a deathly white due to how tight they were, Bendy frowned but decided not to remark on the matter.
Henry silently moved away from the tape recorder, and retreated to a nearby table to lean upon, not even bothering with the fact that he was right in the line of sight of a cardboard cut-out, it’s malicious grin seemed to grow wider as he solemnly stared into the pool of ink, his reflection stared back with a look of disapproval.
“…Put me down.” Bendy gently demanded, Henry glanced at the paper and raised an eyebrow.
“...Please.” The toon corrected himself sheepishly.
The human smiled and shook his head slightly at the polite request and decided not to question it as he lightly set the paper down to float in the ink and watched as bubbles formed and popped around it, before a familiar shape formed and moulded itself out of the rising liquid.
Henry didn’t even bother looking at the demon, choosing instead to go back to blankly gazing back down to his own reflection. Maybe…if he hadn’t left when he did…none of this would have…none of those poor employees wouldn’t have…
Joey wouldn’t have…
A sudden heavy weight laid itself upon his shoulder, nearly setting him completely off balance. The ex-animator looked up in surprise at Bendy, who was giving him a firm look.
“Not…your fault…”
Henry stared at him wordlessly for a moment before slowly setting his sight to the side with a furrowed brow, swallowing as his thoughts conflicted with each other. He would have liked to think that Bendy was right, but there was a part of him that just…felt incredibly guilty.
He tried to open his mouth to retort, “But…if I hadn’t- “
Bendy’s grip tensed up on his shoulder and upper back, forcing him to shut up as the demon gave him yet another firm gaze. Slowly, it melted into a sombre grin.
“Not…your…fault.” He said with much more emphasis to get his point across.
Henry let out a deep sigh but gave his friend a small look of gratitude, ‘You’re not gonna let this go until I agree, are you?’ He asked through the connection.
Bendy silently shook his head with a widening grin, his grip loosened slightly on the human’s shoulder, which he was grateful for. As much as Henry liked Bendy, that strength of his could still be damn terrifying sometimes.
“Alright, fine.” Henry conceded, he wasn’t about to about to start a long back and forth argument with the large demon, they were both as stubborn as each other and they couldn’t afford to waste that kind of time, not when they still had to find Boris.
Still didn’t mean he completely agreed though.
Bendy nodded and grinned proudly at what he had managed to achieve, before finally lowering his hand and backed away slightly to give Henry a little more space.
“Do you want to go back onto the page?” Henry asked as he looked around for the way forward, the demon shook his head once again, indicating that he wanted to stay out for a bit longer.
‘Might be danger ahead.’
“Fair enough. You watch my back then, yeah?” He said with a smile as he headed towards the door that lead to the next area. With a small nod, Bendy kept close behind as they traversed silently through the halls. Little droplets of ink fell from the ceiling, making Henry a little nervous that something might just drop down from above at any given moment.
Both human and demon made the unanimous decision to ignore the Miracle Station they passed along the way.
Their short trip was a silent one that lacked much of…anything really, and it actually unnerved Henry quite a bit. The corridors were unnaturally still, nothing jumped out to attack or moaned at them from a distance to catch their attention. The fact that he still had no weapon didn’t help either, but the constant looming presence of Bendy did put his mind a little more at ease.
That peace of mind didn’t last long however, as the ever familiar and mundane grin of a Bendy cut-out suddenly peeked around the corner, making the older man jumped back slightly, clutching his chest as he felt his heart falter slightly at the sudden scare.
Bendy immediately took the initiative and moved himself in front, snarling lowly at the possible threat, the rising droplets from his back flared up in an attempt to fend it away.
The display seemed to work as the grinning cut-out disappeared back around the corner as quickly as it had come, earning confused looks from both of them. Everything in this place usually came charging at them, not away. Unless…
Henry slowly turned the corner himself with Bendy in tow, and both let out a sigh as a wave of relief washed over them. A familiar canine leaned the cut-out against the wall and turned to them with a sheepish look.
“Boris. Oh, you scared us to death…” Henry said with a half-hearted chuckle, Bendy simply narrowed his eye as he gave the wolf a less than amused look, said wolf rubbed the back of his neck and gave a small, nervous grin in return.
“Don’t suppose you’ve found anything to protect ourselves with?” Henry asked with a half desperate tone, the fact that he’d been attacked twice since they left the safehouse made him feel incredibly vulnerable and without a weapon, he wasn’t going to last much longer on the road ahead.
Thankfully Boris nodded his head vigorously and quietly held up what seemed to be some sort of broken pipe. It wasn’t the sort of thing he was hoping for, but at this point he was just grateful to have anything at all.
“This will do.” He said as he took the make-shift weapon from the toon, who looked pleased with himself, but the canine’s expression soon turned into one of concern as he silently pointed out Henry’s bandaged eye.
“Ah…we uh…” His hand automatically went to touch the ripped portion of the shirt that held his small wound, “…ran into some trouble, that’s all.” He said, not really wanting to explain the whole situation regarding the strange woman from before.
He couldn’t help but wince when the wolf’s ears drooped a little in an almost guilty way.
“Don’t worry!” Henry quickly added. “It’s nothing too serious, just a little cut above the eye, I’ll be fine.” To his relief, Boris seemed to perk up at this, even if only a little.
“But are you alright? We were pretty worried back there, you just vanished on us.”
Boris gestured to his body and gave a thumbs up, as if to say, “Still in one piece!”
A gravelled growl suddenly interrupted the duo and caught both of their attention, Bendy paused for a moment as he prepared to talk. Henry frowned at the sight of the demon scrunching up his eye in discomfort, he always had a tough time speaking, which made their mental connection all the more useful.
“We…stick together…now…” Bendy’s gurgled voice managed to get out, “…Safer…”
“Yeah. Safety in numbers and all that. Who knows what’s waiting for us out there.” Henry stated as he nodded and made a move to open the door that would lead to the next area. “Just stay close to us, ok Boris?” The pooch nervously nodded and followed the instruction to the letter as he kept himself in between Henry and Bendy.
The door creaked open to reveal a room that could only be described as complete chaos.
Splintered wooden cabinets with dislodged shelves crammed the small space, which looked as though it had been wrecked by a wave of ink as the black liquid was splattered all over the walls and floor. Begrudgingly, he also noticed a group of Bendy clocks that were lined along the wall, ticking loudly in unison, jarring the quiet atmosphere. But the most noticeable detail was the whole array of aged Alice dolls scattered about, covered with dust and silky cobwebs.
‘That Shawn guy wasn’t kidding, Alice really wasn’t popular at all.’ Henry observed as he quickly passed them by.
He felt a slight twinge.
‘Ah…sorry, bud.’
Bendy simply replied with a small huff.
The group soon found themselves in front of a doorway that was blocked off by yet another pair of rusted metal shutters, Henry's face scrunched up into a frown as he examined it, before looking around for some way to get past it. He could have asked Bendy just to smash the wall to get through, but the noise would probably attract some less than desirable company.
He felt a tap on his shoulder and turned his head to see Boris pointing at a lever that was attached to a nearby wall.
"Ah, good work Boris." He said with a smile, but it soon disappeared when the toon attempted to push the lever down, only for nothing to happen.
"Look." Bendy nodded to the cables that ran along from door, through the narrow passageway and cut around a nearby corner, "There...must be another."
"Huh.." Henry mused. "Looks like to open this, we're going to need throw two levers at once"
'Go figure.' He bitterly thought, before looking to Boris.
"You get this one. I'll find the other."
Bendy made a move to follow but Henry put his hand up to stop the demon in his tracks.
'Stay with Boris, I'll be back in a moment.'
Bendy frowned down at the human, 'But-'
'He's defenceless. I have this.' He gave the unsure looking demon a reassuring smile and nod as he held up his pipe. 'I'll just be around the corner.'
Henry could still feel Bendy's uncertainty of the situation, but he backed off nonetheless.
"Be... careful."
Satisfied, the older man followed the thick cables that snaked around the corner and led to the other lever, which sat at the end of a thin hallway, next to it was a poster illuminated by a flickering light from below.
"The Butcher Gang..." Henry mused. "Now that's a name I haven't heard in a while."
The poster was comprised of a trio of side characters that would pop up every now and then in the show to cause all sorts of mischief and trouble; There was Charley, a human-like toon with a bald head, side burns and beard, he was the tallest and most dapper of the bunch, wearing a tail-coat and vest. To the right of him was Barley, a pirate with a large white beard, a patch on his right eye, a small sailor hat and a corn-cob pipe between his clenched teeth.
"Heh...all I need is the hat and pipe and I'll look just like him." Henry joked to himself as he touched his own make-shift eye patch, wincing as the wound still stung a tad bit.
Lastly there was Edgar, who contrasted in design compared to the other two. With a spider-like appearance and large lips that held two pointed fangs, this toon stood on four legs instead of two. Although Henry always wondered why they didn't just give him eight like all normal arachnids had, maybe it was too frightening for the children?
Although due to their mean spirited looks and personalities, they weren't supposed to be kid-friendly.
Henry couldn't help but smile as a sense of nostalgia washed over him, it reminded him of the fun aspects of his old job. He and his colleagues could work for hours on end on the show, a lot of the time they would just...joke around and have a great time doing what they love.
There was even a time when Joey himself was the biggest joker. Laughter would fill the studio walls as he told the group of animators the latest gags that they would be working on. The old director really was passionate about his work.
Henry's smile faltered ever so slightly.
Getting back into the reality of the current situation, he made a move for the lever. As he rested his hand on the rusted contraption, he readied himself to call out for Boris.
His voice was drowned out by a sickening crack as something suddenly tore itself through the wall and ripped through the poster, Henry didn't even get the chance to react as the small figure collided into his side, sending him tumbling to the ground.
The older man's limited vision blurred for a bit, but he could feel something loosely grab onto his upper torso before a blunt object whacked into his hip, hard.
Henry gritted his teeth in response to the searing pain, and kicked out at his surprise attacker, with a successful hit, the assailant hit the ground with a thud, and moaned as it attempted to get back up.
'Fuck...what the hell was...?'
As he managed to scrape himself up from the ground, he leaned his body against the wall for support, and as his vision slowly returned to normal, he could finally see the creature that still struggled to get itself up. It was smaller than the other monsters that resided in the studio, but that didn't make it any less terrifying.
In fact, it almost looked like...
"...C-Charley?" Henry barely managed to whisper the name out before the monster finally managed to get up and stumble around, looking as though it was completely lost.
Which wasn't surprising, seeing as it lacked any eyes.
Rough gargling came from the mis-matched toon's open maw, which was stretched to a horrific length, almost taking up its entire face. It's right arm and left leg seemed to be the only normal parts of the creature, as the other two limbs were merely a wooden stick for it's left arm and a plunger for it's right leg. Henry wasn't even sure how this thing was even still functional.
But the more pressing issue was the weapon it held.
Henry's hand immediately went to his probably bruised side as he eyed the monster's wrench, it didn't seem to notice as it wildly gazed around with it's empty eye socket.
'Henry? I felt pain. Are you alright?' Henry didn't even get a chance to answer. 'I'm coming over, hold on...'
'No! Just...stay where you are.' The older man mentally communicated back as he kept deathly still, 'I'm alright, just dealing with something.'
'You're in danger.' He could feel a pang of fear start to trickle through. 'Let me help you.'
'This thing's blind, it can't see me.' Henry mentioned to put Bendy more at ease. 'But you'll make noise if you come over, let me handle it. Alright?'
There was a beat of silence.
'If you get hurt again, I'm coming over.'
With a mental sigh of relief, Henry kept a close eye on Charley as he swung his wrench in a poor attempt to hit his target. Despite being attacked, he felt sorry for the toon.
He frowned slightly as he was hit with a dilemma. He could just sneak around him, hit the lever and sneak back, but there was no doubt he was probably going to be in for some kind of fight regardless. Besides, it was probably best just...to put him out of his misery from a doomed life of endless bloodlust and blind wandering.
With slow, steady steps, Henry snuck up behind the still grunting monster and, with a grimace, raised his pipe.
"...Sorry."
Before the toon could even react, the pipe smashed into his head, resulting in a sickening crack. With a few well aimed hits, his body hit the floor and went limp. Ink oozed from the open wound, creating a small pool beneath his head.
Henry took a shuddering breath as he stepped over the body and leaned a heavy hand against the lever.
'Tell Boris to push in 3, 2, 1...'
A sharp click sounded out through the halls, indicating that the shutters had lifted.
With a sigh, Henry made his way back to the two toons that awaited him, both perked up immediately upon seeing him.  Bendy was the first to eagerly approach him with a wide grin.
"Henry!" The demon's grin quickly dropped to a frown. "Are you ok? What happened?"
"Ah...just run into something, I'm alright." Henry tried to wave the concern off, but to no avail.
"You're still hurting." Bendy stated as he checked the human over, his single eye scrunched up a tad as he gave Henry a sombre look. "...You're always getting hurt."
"It's just a bruise, honestly-"
"W-we should go back, I can take us-."
"Bendy."
The sharp tone of Henry's voice stopped Bendy in his tracks, the toon looked perturbed but kept silent. The older man reached up and gave the large monster a small pat on the cheek, and with a smile, he said,
"We can't."
Henry didn't elaborate but Bendy knew exactly what he meant, and didn't argue. Instead he simply closed his eye and leaned into the touch before pulling away in silent agreement. They had come too far just to go back now, and he knew that.
Boris timidly came up from behind Bendy and twiddled his thumbs with a guilt-ridden expression, Henry gave the wolf a sympathetic smile before ruffling the top of the toon's furred head, resulting in a surprised reaction.
"You don't have to fight to be useful, Boris. See this?" He held up the now ink-stained pipe. "You just saved my life with this. So, thank you."
Boris's flattened ears immediately pricked up before the tall canine practically flung himself at the man, happily embracing him.
"A-alright..." Henry stuttered with a small but pained laugh. "I know I said I was fine but you're kinda hugging my sore side..."
Boris quickly let go and made sure to check on him, making sure he didn't hurt him too much.
After taking a moment to recover, Henry turned to Bendy and gave him a small nod. The demon silently nodded back with a knowing grin before dissolving into a black puddle, the liquid pooled around them, carrying a small white page to Henry's feet. Once he retrieved it, he led the way through the shutters, Boris following close behind.
A large room with a staircase opened up to them, leading down to what seemed to be...an elevator?
'Oh...Oh my God.' Henry stared at the rusty contraption with a raised eyebrow. 'When...when did...How big is this place?'
'Too big.' Bendy mentally replied.
"Well...guess we should just... go in." Henry said while sharing a nervous look with Boris.
Once inside, Henry squinted at the panel of buttons that were presented in quite an unusual way. There was five overall, which must have meant there were five floors, but he had no idea which one was which.
All he knew was that he wanted to go up.
His finger hovered over a button, deciding to choose at random, "Guess we'll pick-"
Henry was cut off by a sudden vibration as the elevator's gates slowly closed with an ear deafening screech. He felt something grab his arm and glanced to his left to see Boris clutching on for dear life, the poor pup looked deathly scared. A pang of distress came through from Bendy's end of the connection as well, which mixed in with his own panic.
With a shudder, the cage slowly started to move down.
Henry could feel his blood go cold as a familiar, silky smooth voice sounded out over the speakers, echoing throughout the entire studio.
"You're so interesting...so.... different."
Looks like things are about take quite the turn, eh? ;)

by @magicalmonsterhero
I feel like the BATIM fandom needs more lighthearted stuff–either funny and/or heartwarming–so here are a couple of ideas: -“Can you explain the plot again? I’m still not getting it.” -The studio monsters playing Truth or Dare, Never Have I Ever, or something similar. -One of the staff introducing the Toons to one of their favorite bands/musicians.
I’ll do one for each of these. I’m rather excited, honestly.
“Can you explain the plot again? I’m still not getting it.”
Joey sighed heavily, running a hand over his face as he tried to keep his composure.
“Wally, I’ve been explaining this plot to you for the last hour.” He said, keeping his voice as calm and even as he possibly could. “At least some of it has to be getting through to you.” They’d just gotten the script from the studio for the Bendy horror movie and Joey had decided Wally would make a good Bendy understudy, given how long and thin his limbs naturally were.
“Nope. Not a thing.” Wally said, scratching his head under his cap. Joey’s smile grew forced as he leaned on his desk, praying to whatever god would still accept him that this torture would be over soon.
“Why don’t we have Henry try to explain it?” Joey said, clapping his hands together. “Because I am this close to sacrificing you to the elder gods.”
“Your fingers are almost touching.”
“Exactly.”
“Okay, right, Henry it is.” Wally jumped up and scrambled out of the room. As soon as he was through the door, he burst out into giggles. He quickly made his way down to the music department, where most everyone was gathered.
“How long did he last?” Sammy asked, grinning.
“About an hour.” Wally swept off his cap and bowed. “Kneel before my terrible power,” Sammy muttered something rude and handed Susie a twenty dollar bill.
“I thought you wouldn’t be happy about being annoying,” Alice said, looking up from her lines.
“Hey! He lasted longer than Sammy said he would!” Wally immediately straightened.
“You still only managed to stall him for an hour.” Bendy slapped Wally’s back. “Did he pull out the elder gods threat or what?”
“…..He might’ve.”
Sammy couldn’t help but snicker. “You must’ve really annoyed him. He doesn’t pull out that threat for just anyone.”
“You’re all terrible.” Wally scowled.
“What’s this?” Everyone turned around slowly to see Joey smiling in the doorway. They all froze at the chilling smile on Joey’s face. This was bad.
“Were you having a better pool as to how long I could tolerate Wally’s annoying behaviour?” Joey asked, tilting his head to the side.
“It was Sammy’s idea!” Wally blurted out.
“What?! You were the one who suggested it!”
“Was not!”
“Yes, you were!”
“You’re aaaaaalll in trouble.” Joey’s smile widened. “I hope you know that. It’s overtime for all of you.” The studio workers collectively groaned.
.
.
“Got any twos?”
“Go fish.”
Sammy grumbled and picked his cards. He and Norman had been playing Go Fish for the last hour or so, and it was honestly getting a bit boring.
“Got any queens?” Norman’s voice crackled through his speakers.
“Dammit.” Sammy handed over two queens.
“I win!” Norman slammed his cards down on the ground, a look of triumph appearing in his lens. Sammy threw his cards down and cursed.
“What are you losers doing?” Alice asked, leaning on the doorframe. She’d gotten a bit bored toying with the Butcher Gang, so she’d decided to come find the boys and see what they were doing. As usual, they were fighting.
“Playing Go Fish,” Norman said. “I’ve won every time.”
“He’s cheating!” Sammy sprung to his feet. “No one can win every time!”
“You wanna fight, Lawrence?” Norman got to his feet, towering menacingly above the inky form of the former music director.
Sammy cracked his nonexistent knuckles. “Let’s go.”
“Okay, how about instead of fighting like neanderthals we play a game?” Alice pursed her lips.
“What kind of game?” Sammy asked slowly.
Alice smiled dangerously. “Never Have I Ever.”
“This is just an excuse for you to ask personal questions, isn’t it?” Norman asked dryly.
“Maaaaybe~” Alice twirled her hair with one finger innocently. There was a moment of silence as the two men considered the suggestion.
“Fuck it. I’m in.” Sammy said.
And so, ten minutes later, Norman, Sammy, Boris, Bendy, and a few Searchers were huddled in a circle as Alice explained the rules.
“So, we’ll put our hands up, and we put a finger down every time someone says something you’ve done,” Alice said. “I’ll start. Never have I ever snuck off at work to masturbate.” Quite a few fingers went down. Alice smirked at Sammy and Norman, both of whom looked completely unphased.
“Oh, really boys?” She asked, wiggling her eyebrows. “How naughty of you.”
“Really? In my studio?” Bendy almost whined.
“There’s no shame in it,” Norman said. “But if you’re really going to hold it over us, never have I ever snuck off to have sex in the broom closet.”
“My broom closet!” Boris said, his voice shifting to Wally’s. “I had to walk in on you two at least a million times!”
“The broom closet?!” Bendy’s Joey was very clearly showing as he tried not to panic and/or disapprove.
“Norman put his finger down too!” Alice pointed at the projectionist, trying to get the attention off of her and Sammy. Sammy had his face buried in his hands, sighing heavily. It had happened once or twice at most.
“You remember the days my wife visited, don’t you?” Norman was almost smirking. “What did you think we were doing when we were away from you all?”
“Eeeew!” One of the searchers said, sticking out their tongue.
“It’s like thinking about your parents having sex!” Another squealed.
“Always good to see you’re both still in love,” Boris said, smiling his big goofy smile.
“Is there anywhere in my studio you all haven’t sullied with your bodily fluids?” Bendy moaned, running his hands over his face. The room got very quiet, which only made Bendy groan even louder.
.
.
““Whatcha listening to?” Norman didn’t look up from tinkering with the projector. He already knew was talking to him. He’d put the radio on while he was working, and Queen had just happened to come on. It was one of Norman’s favourite bands. They were a strange group, but he’d be damned if he didn’t love their music and admire the Hell out of Freddy Mercury.
“It’s a band called Queen, Bendy.” The projectionist replied.
“Queen?” Bendy tilted his head to the side. “That’s a weird name.”
“It’s a weird band.” Norman shrugged a little bit.
“Okay?” Bendy frowned and sat down to listen as Norman tinkered. After a little while, the little demon was tapping his toes and singing along. Bohemian Rhapsody was just one of those songs. Maybe supernatural in nature.
“I’ve never heard that song before but I knew all the words!” Bendy gasped when Bohemian Rhapsody finished playing.
“It’s one of those songs, I guess,” Norman said. “Although, I always wondered if Freddy Mercury was a siren.”
“Sirens are real?!”
“Well, you’re real, so it’s always possible.”
“I gotta tell Joey!” Bendy sprung to his feet, ready to run and find Joey. He stopped though. “Hey, Norman?”
“Yes, Bendy?”
“Think I could get a few vinyls of these guys?” Bendy asked with a lopsided grin.
“I’ll see what I can do.” Norman gave him a small smile. “Now run along.”
“Yesssir!”

Henry and the Ink Machine Part 5
This will be the first part of Chapter 4 on the AO3 page, but I I haven't quite finished it yet. It is a work in progress, so apologies for any mistakes!
Inspired by @thelostmoongazer‘s sketches here and here, and @the-vampire-inside-me’s, here.
Quick Summary: Bendy, having been living in the human world for the past 30 years, received a note from his creator, and is lured back to his once home. But what will he find there? And will he ever leave again?
First Part  Previous Part  Next Part
He didn't know how long he stood there, but at some point Bendy managed to pull himself together, picking the axe from the floor once again as he stared down the corridor Henry had disappeared down.
Oh God, Henry. What happened to you? How was this possible? Had there been some... some accident with the Ink Machine? Was that why he was so (drowned) covered in that sludge? Did Joey have anything to do with this. Was Joey this mysterious 'he'? And he still didn't know what had happened to Boris, or who had done it. There were too many questions, and now no one to answer them, just candles and devil circles and empty coffins. And who the hell would want to make devil circles or coffins? None of this was making any sense!
Just as he made to step onwards though, there was a crash from behind, and Bendy jumped out of the way as something in the corridor came crashing down. Burying his head under his arms, he waited with eyes shut tight, until the noise subsided, and it seemed that whatever disaster had happened was over. Fingers wrapped tight around the axe, the toon stepped back the way he came, only to find that the ceiling had collapsed, making it even more difficult for him to return, to follow Henry's instructions.
"I'm sorry Henry," he muttered, looking over the splintered piled of wood and the look or rock and mud above. "Guess I'm followin' after ya."
Going through the room of coffins once again, Bendy made his way through the open door on the other side, glancing briefly at the 'Utility Shaft 9' sign that had been nailed above the entrance of yet more downwards stairs, before having to hold back a groan at the 'HE WILL RETURN TO SET US FREE' painted on the wall before him, with another cut-out of yours truly. There were also bowls of... potatoes? And a banjo to the side, along with some cans of Bacon Soup, which Bendy was quite tempted to pocket; from what he could remember, they didn't taste the best, but food was food after all.
However, as he turned further into the building, he found himself surprised at just how much there was. Sure Joey had mentioned something about expanding a few times, but he hadn't expected this! How many floors did this place have? Was this even safe? What could that man have been thinking?
"Henry?" Bendy called out, stepping further in, ignoring more cut-outs and coffins and devil circles. "Henry, are you there?"
There was no answer, but something did catch his eye.
A cassette player was sat against the wall, conveniently placed between several candles, just waiting to be played. It felt like a trap, or at least a very bad thing to do, but Bendy couldn't help it; he was drawn to be curious after all. When his finger pressed down on the button, he couldn't help but blink in surprise at the familiar, if crackly, voice.
"He appears the shadows to rain his sweet blessings upon me," came the voice - came Sammy Lawrence's voice -  a voice that sounded sane, yet spoke gibberish. "The figure of ink that shines in the darkness. I see you my saviour. I pray you hear me. Those old songs. Yes, I still sing them. For I know you are coming to save me. And I will be swept into your final loving embrace. But, love requires sacrifice. Can I get an amen?"
Stepping away, Bendy shook his head. That didn't sound like Sammy. Well, it did, but he would never have said those-
"I said; can I get an amen?"
Tensing, Bendy spun around, axe held ready at his side as his eyes searched everywhere for the source. "S-Sammy?"
I promise you I AM working on this, I'm just suddenly super busy at the moment! There will be more to come soon!

please forgive this I wrote this at 11 last night when I was supposed to be asleep. I sure do like my angst and sad stuff. I hope i handled it ok.
Kevin Knox could feel right away something was wrong. It was an ache in his heart, that caused it to beat fast, and he could not control it. It came suddenly, without warning, just a few moments before he was supposed to arrive on set. Knox had worked through nerves before, but this? This was something different, something he had never experienced before.
Was something wrong with his health? He did not believe there was anything wrong. There couldn’t be. Toons hardly ever suffer heart problems. That was a human thing.
And then with a gasp it came to him, like a lightning bolt, and the pain intensified like white fire, and he couldn’t explain it, but he knew why he felt this way.
James was dying.
-
He gave no explanation as he ran out the room. Worried faces turned toward him, about to ask what was wrong, only to be ignored as Knox picked up the nearest phone and dialed a number. A woman answered, and his usually calm voice shook as he told Brenda she needed to check on her father, right now. It’s an emergency. She of course asked why, and he told her how he could feel it, that the bond between them is tearing, and her father is dying. She trusted him, and hung up.
Soon, Knox was in a hospital, a human one, all bland and white, but a muted white, not like the bright colors he’s used to. The tear was widening as he waited, hoping, praying to any being that would listen, that the pain would stop. That James would be ok.
And then, as if a god had truly heard his thoughts, the pain vanished, and for a second Knox was relieved. But only for a second. Something was missing. Something important. Something special was gone, and when Knox realized that, he knew it was worse than the pain ever could be. The pain meant he was alive. This was far worse.
The doctor came out to tell them the news, but Knox already knew. He could never remember what the doctor said next. All he remembers is feeling a deep longing, and feeling a new kind of pain. Something worse.
For once he didn’t care what he looked like to the public. He didn’t care how strange it must have looked to the humans, to see a toon mourn his opposite. He remembers Brenda holding him, and him holding her as they both cried.
-
He remembers days later, disguised in a black coat, on a cloudy but otherwise pleasant day, people standing up and saying their respects for the late old man. Friends, co-workers, distant relatives, his wife, his daughter. All human. All but himself.
There had been questions, but he had stayed silent. He did not want them to know a toon was there. Not yet. Until his turn came, he took of his coat, and said, for the last time, how much he cared about James, his creator, his friend.
There were gasps, whispers, rude words and snide looks. Knox knew they thought he didn’t belong. But as everything was ending and he went to leave, a man pulled him to the side, and Knox recognised him. A co-worker from his old studio he as made in. One of the first people he had met when he first came into existence all those years ago.
The man had helped bring Knox into existence, he said, against James’ wishes, because he didn’t have much of a choice. He didn’t elaborate. But he apologised, saying that James was right, that they had all made a mistake. They had played god, and Knox, among others, was paying the price.
The man wished him luck, and left. Knox didn’t say a word to another soul, until days later, when he came back to work, calm, collected, his usual self. As if nothing had happened. He never gave the true story of why he left. He made something up. Memorized it until he had it perfect. His work never changed, so the questions eventually stopped.
But the emptiness never went away. Time has lessened it’s pain, sure, but sometimes, he can feel it, ever present, looming. A reminder of the day he lost something special. On those days he longs for that pain, to feel something, anything, other than nothing. He would want nothing more than for his heart to burst, for this emptiness to end.
And then it passes. He keeps going. He does not know why, until he sees the photo of Brenda, his niece. And her young daughter, Frida. They need him.
So he gets up. Gets dressed, and goes to work. Every now and then there's a new role to play, a new place to drive to. It’s comfortable. Familiar. He plays some music on the radio on the way there. A pop song. And he smiles for a moment.
It almost makes him forget the emptiness.

Bendy In Inky Terrors Chapter 2 [FULL]
Here Is Chapter 2 Of My AU of bendy and the ink machine! andddd this is where modern!bendy and henry meet again after 30 years ((though that will happen near the end of this chapter)) again sorry for putting flashbacks but since it is anout bendy the reason why i put these little flashbacks here is because of some of them give more backstory to modern!bendy and henry's ealirer days before he left to serve to take his cousin's place. and also "bendy" has fully appeared now wonder how this would happened in the next chapter where there are two ink demons now in the studo tho one of them is injured but the other is an unholy abomination that will do anything to get rid of modern and henry. also as you guess it chapter 3 will have poor boris being taken away by alice  cause this fanfiction is basically retelling the events of the game chapter by chapter.modern BATIM AU belongs to me.the princess toon is my friend as an toon they wanted me to make them as an toon like princessthe wolf ink demon like toon is yours truly XDBendy and the ink machine and the character "bendy" belongs to themeatyhope you all will like this! and again happy halloween or happy late halloween depending on what day you all read this! this was made on october 18th and it was finished yesterday -------   "sheep sheep sheep, it's time for sleep in the morning you may wake or you may be DEAD!" Henry's eyes jerked open as he awoke "oh..... my head.." he said rubbing the back of his head as he tried to adjust to his vision "what happened?" he said as he looked around and realized about his wound but he looked to see it'd been patched up "huh... did someone-" Henry shook his head and looked around he saw his blood stained on the pentagram underneath him and he noticed his axe leaning on one of the coffin doors "well there's only one thing to do now press on see if I can find a way out" the older man said and picked up the fire axe and began chopping down the boards blocking the door and taking one last look in the room he woke up in. He noticed the way he came from before he got knocked out was blocked off "huh wonder how long I was out for" he said to himself and walked carefully down the stairs noticing two boards falling down from the ceiling. he startled remembering an prank that bendy pulled on him with a trick like that he sighed now thinking about where he could be hiding "I wonder how is the little guy doing he must miss me after 30 years of not finding anyone else to hang around with to joke.. heh just good old times they were" he said as he kept on walking. when he got down the stairs he noticed another message written in ink near an couple of candles "what in the..." he saw the message and it sent a shiver down his spine "HE WILL SET US FREE" it wrote "Jesus...... what happened here.... and how did this place get so big?" he said to himself as he saw another tape recorder he went to it and pressed it and he heard an deep distrubing voice and a chill running down his spine as he listened to it "He appears From The shadows to rein his sweet blessing upon me. The figure of ink that shines in the darkness, I see you my savior I pray you hear me. Those old songs yes I still sing them for i know you are coming to save me and I will be swept into your final loving embrace. But love Requires Sacrifice. Can I get A amen?" the tape recorder turned off and Henry gulped and then felt the same voice say again "I said. Can I get a Amen?" Henry turned around gripping on his axe "who th-" he saw nothing he sighed and lowered his axe "this is starting to get weirder and weirder but that voice..... was that Sammy's? oh god what happened to this place to him... he must still be around maybe he can help-.... no... no I can't... from what that sounds it looked like he lost his mind" he sighed and walked on as he was walking through the flooded hallway he saw something passing about holding a bendy cutout muttering something "hello? excuse me! can you help me?" he said and the figure did not turn to see him Henry paced up his walk and turned around to see no one "where the hell did he go?" he said and noticed near the bendy cutout in front of the pentagram was a spot of ink on an hole in the wall meaning whoever walked here went through that wall and was made of ink "you gotta be..... ugh" he said as he walked towards the gate and noticed that it need to be powered on "looks like it needs three switches wonder where I can find them" he said to himself and looked around he found one behind an couple of bacon soups "jeeze Joey you still sell these cans they must be expired by now" he said as he pressed the button and kept walking around to look for the two other switches. Henry kept an close eye out for anything "jeeze why am I getting the feeling that i'm being watched" he said in his head as he turned on the last switch "thank god" he said and quickly went back to turn on the gate and he noticed another way boarded up "why must it always be god damn freaking boards...." Henry said grinding his teeth and as he was going to chop down the boards he noticed an shadow in the light in the room he looked through the boards and saw "bendy?" Henry said and he quickly hid as the figure turned around "huh? who's there?......." Henry did'int said a single word and kept hiding he   wasn't sure if this was really bendy or someone else "huh... for a second there I though I heard Henry.... heh..... maybe after being alone for so long in this god forshaken place my head must be playing tricks on me......" he could hear the little devil sigh "I missed ya old man....... I actually hope that was not my head playing tricks on me when I heard your voice and saw you in that room with those coffins" he said and walked off while putting his hood over his head and walking off. Henry waited a few second before chopping down the boards and carefully walking into the room "that was bendy......" he felt guilty now " I hidden from the little guy for no reason..... damn this place what happened to it?" he said as he walked to the stairwell and then saw it was flooded he silently cursed as he stomped the floor "motherf-" Henry then went silent as he heard an chilling sound he looked around carefully hoping that whatever was watching him was not anywhere near him "he quickly turned on the switch for the power and ran up but got stopped by whatever came out of those ink puddles "WHAT THE?!?!" he said as more started to appear and attacked the old animator "STAY BACK!" he said and swung the axe straight down the searcher's head and it flopped to a puddle of ink he kept attacking the incoming ones but he did'int noticed the one coming from behind attacked him his miltary instincts kicking in as he grabbed the searcher from behind and slammed it on the wall and swinging the axe straight down to the head. after seeing there was no more of those searchers Henry started to pant "i'm getting too old for this" he said as he started to hear a tune coming from somewhere as he saw an door opening while listening to the tune he looked to where the door opened and walked down to the corridor and he noticed one room that was open and another leading to the infirmary but it looked flooded "well ain't that dandy how am i supposed to get down there?" he said and decided to go into the other room and looked to see an poster of Boris and he looked to see an drawing of bendy "oh i remember this heh i'm glad Joey allowed me to put other emotions and expressions on bendy's face" he said and admired the drawing that showed the shining little devil himself and he went onwards and noticed an room with another message on the wall inside it and near an lever. Henry saw the way in though was flooded with ink and he noticed another tape recorder he played it and it was wally explaining that he lost his keys in one of the trash cans while he was rambling on about it though Henry took the time to take one glance at the message "IT'S TIME TO BELIEVE" it wrote on the wall and Henry stared at it for a few minutes "believe what?.... something tells me i'm about to find out soon enough" he said and decided to go looking for the key he checked an couple of thrash cans and couldn't find it he went upstairs and noticed an projecter "looks like i'm in the theater room now" he said as he looked at the projecter and turned it on to see if anything still worked turned out it did he remembered doing that little animation for him on an weekend. ~flashback~ "Henryyy is it done yet?!" bendy said tapping his foot quickly "not yet bendy animation takes time and effort to make it's not as easy as it looks" Henry said as he was trying to focus "but your soooo good at doing it though this should be a piece of cake!" Henry laughed "you are right bendy but still even as an good animator you still need an lot of time to work on them sometimes it takes an week just to compete one haft of an animation" he said and he noticed bendy pouting "hey come on I promise you i'd make this as best as possible right besides i'm nearly almost done with it" bendy looked up "really?!" he said his smile returning to his face "yup now if you want you can watch it here with me" he nodded and Henry smiled "alright let me just add a few more touches anddddd there!" he said and he put the tape in "ladies and toons here comes captain bendy!" bendy said pretending to be a pirate Henry smiled and the two watched the little short animation. ~flashback ended~ Henry smiled as the projecter turned off finishing the animation "those were happier times before i had to leave this place...." Henry's smile suddenly turned to a frown "I have to find joey he knows what happens here and maybe he's trapped like Sammy and bendy are... well not bendy but Sammy....." he sighed rubbing his forehead "jeeze this place is making me get a headache" he said as he went downstairs to unlock the closest and he turned on another tape recorder "first it was about praying then rambling about a pump station and now a melody? this just keeps getting weirder and weirder" he said as he listened to the tape word by word "so drum, banjo, drum, banjo" he'd had to remember those words and he quietly repeated the same words as he walked on before getting startled by an searcher he quickly smashed it with the axe as he kept walking and then noticed the drum and the banjo "well that was easy enough" he said as he played the melody by drum, banjo, drum, banjo" he waited but nothing happened then he looked at the projector and faceplammed "shoot" he said and ran up the stairs. After turning the projector on and playing the melody again he heard an loud opening as he noticed another gate opening as he walked towards it he noticed another tape recorder. When he went over to turn it on he heard an voice he never though he heard again "Susie?" He said to himself as he listened to the voice after hearing it he sighed and pulled out an picture of himself with the gang including bendy, Boris, and Alice he smiled at the picture as he putted it back in his pocket it's been so long since he seen this place but now he wished he had'nt but at the same time he wished he came back sooner because from the looks of everything he seen so far it seems that Joey gone and did something out of a honor movie "when I see him I better get some straight answers out of him" he told himself and turned on the value hoping it would drain the flooding he walked out but not before seeing the same person that went through that little hole was now standing there in room where the projecter was "hey! Hello could you help m-" he did' it get to finished "well looks like the little sheep does talk after all how wonderful" the voice said "when I heard the ink machine turning on I though it was my lord but it seem that it was you my little sheep that did it. an celebration must be started and I know the perfect thing to start it" henry was creeped out "Sammy? is that you-" before he could finish his sentence an swarm of searchers appeared Henry reacted quickly and attacked them but one of them managed to get him to drop his axe. Henry tried to keep the searchers off of him when he realized he nearly forgotten about something he pulled it out of his pocket it was his father's gun and shot the searcher right in the head. the searchers were confused now even sammy was took by surprise Henry aimed his gun which was an old revolver that he modified to shoot not 6 but 12 bullets. He shot the ink creatures but more kept on coming when he tried reloading the searchers took that as a chance to attack Henry was pinned down and was slowly overcoming to the darkness "nn-no! g-get off of me!" when all he could see was darkness he though it was all over than suddenly an bight light was seen as he saw an fast shape lunged and attacked the searchers "what?!" he said as he saw another creature made out of ink attacking the other searchers. He saw that it had an worn out ripped hoodie with one green gloved hand and ripped blue pants and he saw that it's face had an smile and horns he'd never forget "bendy?!" he said but the creature did not seem to hear him as he kept attacking the searchers he thrown one at the recording booth the glass broke as the force shattered pieces of glass onto the searcher's body. He stomped one on the back and trapped it as he roared in the air loudly trying to scare the other searchers "my lord" Sammy said as the rather large creature looked up snarling "why are you attacking your minions they are hel-" before he could finish talking however the creature roared loudly and threw the searcher that was on his foot near him but instead it hitted the bendy cutout the creature kept on attacking the searchers he stabbed one straight through with it's tail and thrown it across the room. Henry took an few minutes to realize the monsterized version of bendy was giving the old man time to run he quickly grabbed his axe and ran towards the door mid run however he could of sworn he saw the ink creature gave an short nod but he kept on running "no time to think on that now" he muttered to himself as he kept running he could hear the sounds of the creature that was fighting the searchers he heard an loud thud as the creature had just thrown one searcher hard at the doorway. It must of been more than 30 minutes when the fighting had died down and during those 30 minutes Henry was downstairs in the infirmary panting and coughing he did'int realized how fast he ran that he forgotten about he too has his limits "jeeze what I do to be at leash an little bit younger" he said as he checked to see if his dad's gun is now jammed turned out it was "with ink....... god damn it all" he said as he placed it on a table and started to clean it out not noticing an large figure at the top of the stairs watching him with curiosity as it tilted it's head it's tail swinging left and right. it took Henry 10 minutes to realized he was being watched after he was finished cleaning his dad's revolver he turned around to see the once little hooded toon he drawn was on top of the stairs overtowering him and with an curious look on his face but since he had to be near the light it took Henry an few minutes to adjust his vison ~Flashback~ "Henry..... do ya have to leave?" Henry turned around to see bendy with an sad look on his face "bendy.. I have to go my.. my cousin needs me he can't work with an illness like that so... I have to take his place.... sorry kiddo..." bendy sniffed "Henry... why can't ya just stay for a couple more minutes it wouldn't hurt" Henry sighed and knelt down "because buddy it.... it's a family thing.... you have to understand being here was like working with your son only my son is an cartoon devil that's height is in between of Alice and Sammy's height" he said patting the toon on the head "b-but will you come back?!?" Henry smiled softy "maybe, who knows all I do know is that i'm gonna be gone for a long time and by the time it's over joey... might not want me to come back...." bendy started to have tears streaming down his little face "hey don't cry your in charge while i'm gone alright bucko?" bendy nodded while sniffing Henry sighed sadly "hey how.... how will I know it's you if you come back?" Henry smiled "well give me your arm" bendy pulled his sleeve and pulled his arm out of his hoodie sleeve "okay..?" Henry got his paper with bendy's design on it and drawn something on the shoulder "look at it" he looked at the shoulder and realized it was an tattoo it said "don't lose hope, never surrender" he read it and looked up at the old animator "if you ever hear those words from someone you'll know it's me" he said and bendy smiled sadly and brightly and hugged Henry "i'll miss ya old man" Henry smiled and hugged back "you too punk" they both broke out an short laugh before Henry got up "well. see ya... maybe" he said and bendy nodded "yeah... .take care hen" he smiled "who ya talking to pal it's me I can always take care of myself" bendy smiled "yeah..... I know" ~Flashback ended~ Henry broke out of his thoughts when he heard the sounds of the monsterized bendy walking down the stairs he backed up to an wall as he watched the 7 foot tall cartoon demon stared down at him. Henry could barley make out what has changed he noticed that he was missing an glove revealing an clawed inky like hand and there were ink stains on his glove and clothing he noticed an few rips and tears on his hoodie revealing parts of his inky skin or his shirt. Henry realized that bendy was trying to figure out who he was in the demon's mind he looked so strangely familiar to him Henry quietly muttered the words "don't... lose... .hope" the demon's eye widen so much it could almost be seen. the ink slowly brushed away revealing his one eye with was his normal toon like eye but with an rounded pupil, he was took by surprise and shocked at the words and began repeating them and Henry did too so that he could hear it more clearly "don't lose hope, never surrender" bendy's eyes than looked down the rounded pupil dissapearing revealing the toon's normal eyes and inky tears were streaming down his face "hey there bud..... long time no seen" Henry said as he touched bendy's forehead wiping off the rest of the ink so he could see his face more clearly "there we go i can see your face finally your still the same devil darling I drew all those years ago an little older but still the same...." he saw bendy whimpering and he nodded slowly while sniffing "HEN........ HENRY.... IS THAT.... REALLY...... YOU?" he said quietly and he nodded "yeah bud... it's me" bendy could only smile as wide as he could before reaching out to hug him than the whole room suddenly looked like it was moving than out of nowhere the ink spots form into searchers and a lot of them. Henry and bendy's eyes widen as they were surrounded by them bendy saw an opening but he couldn't let the searchers take Henry "HENRY. GO" Henry saw what he was pointing too "no bud i'm not leaving y-" bendy snarled "GO!" Henry was startled but he nodded and quickly ran as he saw bendy roaring and grabbing one searcher and biting haft of it's body off and throwing it aside before fighting the other searchers. Henry kept running towards where the room with the door was now unflooded as he turned on the pump control but not before looking at an blueprint for the ink machine but after that he kept on running he did'int want to leave bendy by himself tho but before going towards the door to the stairwell he felt an big thud against his head as he was knocked out and his attacker was "sheep sheep sheep it's time for sleep" Henry could only stare at Sammy before passing out to the darkness. ~Flashback~ "Sammy! can ya come here for a minute!" Henry said as the musician walked up to Henry "what is it Henry can't ya see i'm busy?" Sammy said snorting "sorry Sammy but joey said you had something to show me?" Sammy took a few seconds to realized and his eyes widen and faceplammed "shoot. yes come i think you'll like it" henry followed Sammy and he led him into an room "what is it that you wanted you show me?" he said and Sammy pulled out an little book "well it's this really it was a poem that I think will fit in one of the episodes in bendy's show like in sheepsongs" Henry read the poem and he nodded "well Sammy that's a good find i think that will work great in the show" he said giving the now smiling man an thumbs up and a approved smile as Sammy smiled "alright then that will be all thanks hen" Henry nodded "no problem" he said and walked out the door as Sammy breathe in relief "thank goodness i though he would said no it took me forever to find this poem" he said as he rolled the paper up and went to start the poem in a more music like melody. ~Flashback ended~ Henry's eyes opened slowly as he could feel something tight wrapped around his waist "there we go nice and tight we wouldn't our sheep running away now would we?" Henry's eyes widen slowly as he finally saw what Sammy had become "I must admit I am.. honored you came all this way down to see me it almost makes what i'm about to do seem so cruel, but the believers must honor their savior, I will have him notice me" Henry could only mutter out part of Sammy's name weakly but loud enough for him to hear "s....s-....sam..?" Sammy tilted his head "wait... you look familiar to me... that voice.... that face...." Henry could see just an glint of the once sane man known as Sammy Lawarence before realizing that it was just him overthinking this is what Sammy had become. he'd became an messager to this ink demon now "not now shh do you hear him crawling up in the ceiling? the time of sacrifice is upon us soon he will set his blessings upon us. he will set us free. soon i'll be free from this." his voice suddenly changes kinda distrubing and echoing like "i'll be free from this dark, inky, abyss prison i call a body!" Henry gulped as he saw the grin from behind Sammy's mask widening "he is coming now so long my little sheep" he said as he walked into the other room "wait Sammy! it's me Henry! don't ya know me?!" he did'int hear a response as he heard him chanting he gulped but then he noticed an tail peeking out of the vent 10 seconds later bendy popped out coughing as he wiped off the dust "kid!" Henry said as bendy looked up he was as Henry remembered all years ago with his clothing not tattern or worn out and he wasn't overtowering him "Henry!" bendy said as they both heard Sammy's chanting getting more and more weirder "q-quick get me out of this chair!" Bendy nodded and ran up and started to untie him "ah my lord!- w-wait n--no my lord please stay back!" as bendy untied Henry they both heard the last supposed words of Sammy "my lord please stay back! I am your prohet I am your- AAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" they heard an distored roar followed by Sammy's screams "RUN!" bendy screamed and he and the little devil did just that with grabbing his axe he and bendy ingored the incoming searchers as he simply swung his axe at both of their heads and they kept running Henry chopped down the boards as quick as he could before hitting the last board the two heard an breaking sound "no.... no no no...... shit..." he said as he dropped the now broken axe "shoot... welll I guess we're done for huh pal" he said and bendy looked up and Henry noticed the large tears forming down him "kid I-" Henry did'int finish as he felt bendy hugging him while sobbing into his shoulders Henry couldn't help but frown and hugged back the sobbing toon "i'm sorry kiddo.... sorry I came too late..." bendy was crying "what took you so long?! I though you were dead-.... just like... Boris was...." Henry had tears starting to go down his eyes and he hugged bendy "i'm sorry bud... i don't know what's going on here but... after this..... i'm getting YOU and whoever else is alive down here out this place... remember what I told you about the outside world kid? with the beautiful blue skies, the calm oceans and amazing landscapes?" bendy nodded "well I promised you after we find a way out of here with or without anyone else you will get to see the outside world" Henry said placing an hand on the toon's shoulder "I promise" bendy smiled "t-t...." his voice was lost but then he smiled brightly at him in his normal voice "thanks Henry....." he said and the two pressed on towards what seems to be the exit then they stopped hearing an faint whistle "is that.... someone whistling?" Henry said and looked at bendy "hey don't look at me Henry, I didn't invite Mickey Mouse to this studio" he kept an grip on the knife he gotten from before I've fallen down "what's that?" Bendy said "oh this? Just an weird big hunting knife I found where the ink machine was at. it's Joey's old knife but it kinda looks like it's brand new. I plan on giving it back to him when I see him" he said and he looked at bendy to see an shocked and surprised look on his face "kid you alright?" Henry asked and suddenly he realized the whistle had stopped the two slowly turned around towards the door and Henry did'int even take one step as something emerged from the inky puddle both he and bendy's eyes widen so hard they were about to fall out there stood the very same creature that made Henry run off from the ink machine and there was no mistake that this was the same bendy that killed Sammy and now both he and bendy got an good look of that thing it looked like bendy's original design before Joey changed it to the hoodie, expect it had no gloves but inky like claws that look like they can slice someone's head off it's evil eerie grin made them shiver as it's mouth did not even move but it whistled like it was waiting form them this hold time Henry took an notice at the thing's leg and realized it had an limp hence the thing being hunched over an bit it was still very tall bendy and he took one step back and the creature took one step forward. "HeRnYyYyYyYyYy" the other Bendy said as it walked closer towards the two "bud i need you to stay clo-" he looked to see bendy was no longer there than he realized what happened bendy transformed and was standing in the other bendy's way of reaching him Henry turned and ran as the fight between two cartoon devils fought as he ran he thought loudly in his head "HOW LONG IS THIS CORRIDOR?!?!?!?!" he though madly in his head as he looked back to see the fighting between the two bends was increasing fast as both were at equal speed despite the other having an limp it was hurting bendy. Henry kept running and he turned and saw an Door leading to an room that was not full of ink he turned back and his eyes widen he saw the limping demon lifting bendy up he saw the other taller demon growling with an scowl like expression on his mouth as he tried getting the other bendy to let go of him he saw that the other demon sliced across bendy's side hard leaving an deep gash with three claw marks on it and he had dents everywhere he saw the demon's unmoving grin as it threw bendy across watching him hitting the inky floor hard as he walked bendy used his inkified hand to attack the other demon by hitting him with an huge claw like fist but that only stunned the demon "come on bud!" Henry yelled and he and the wounded bendy ran faster and they could hear the other bendy's roars of anger and it ran faster despite having an limp he was catching up he lunged and slashed bendy's back hard the demon roared in pain and was pinned to the ground just as they were just a few feet away from safety Henry saw the limping demon's grin grew even wider as it used it's foot to scratch at bendy's back. The ink demon grabbed the wounded hooded 7 foot tall demon by the neck and Henry was trying to find a way to stop that other bendy from killing the toon he thinks for a moment and then pulls out his father's revolver and an loud bang was heard as bendy suddenly felt the weight on his back and neck dropped as he saw the limping copy of him with 7 bullet holes an few that was in his head as it stumbled and fell down snarling in a way that made it more inhuman. Henry helped the wounded devil up as he turned back to normal and they walked through the door and Henry turned just in time to see the demon back up and running snarling with it's unmoving mouth. Henry grabbed the door and slammed it shut as he felt the limping demon's body crashed through the sudden force as it started to bang it's fist on the wall roaring in anger both he and Bendy Held the door tight as they used all their force on making sure the abomination does not get inside. after what seem like forever they heard the demon walking away as the footsteps got quieter and quieter. The Two both sighed in relief and Henry saw his hooded little devil knelt to the ground his eyes squinting and hissing at the burning pain "IT HuRtSSSS!" he yelled out and Henry picked him up "i know bud calm down alright just try to forget about the pain" he said as the two walked on an minute later bendy seemed to forget about the pain but he still winced as he felt the burning sting in his back and side. Henry was about to ask something but the two saw an can of bacon soup rolled to the door "who's out there?" Henry called out and held bendy close "I know your out there come out and show yourself" he said holding his fear back. what next shocked them they saw Boris walking from the other side stopping as the wolf looked at them both henry and bendy's eyes widen and their mouths opened only Henry was able to speak one word to the confused yet cheerful wolf "Boris?"

A preview of chapter two, of Gospel of Dis/may.
Brought to you by a combination of my shitty memory of my sister playing, the wiki, and me giving in and actually watching a play through (by one of the official voice actors of chapter three, guess who, he has an accent and green hair)
Here you go, this is what I have so far:
--
“Uhg… my head… what happened?”
The first things Yugi noticed when he started to come to was the strong scent of ink and old wood, and the fact that the side of his head hurt like all get out. “I’m getting to old for this…” He grumbled, trying to sit up, hissing at the soreness to his back.
Glancing around, he found that he was still in the strange room with the coffins and the pentagram, and he noticed he was alone. He also noticed that he had fallen onto the pentagram. Oh. That’s… nice. How long had he been knocked out? He wished he had brought a watch with him, uhg. Shaking his head, though that didn’t help the slight fuzziness he felt, he found his axe, resting against a coffin. Getting up, Yugi picked it up, letting out a sigh.
“Well, I guess there is only one thing to do. Press on, see if I can find a way out…” He said to himself, approaching a blocked off door. He wondered who was behind all these boarded up entrances as he began to cut away at the wood. Once the boards were taken care of, Yugi slipped through the door and began to walk.
So far, he heard nothing that sounded like the monster from before, just the creaking and groaning of an old building.
A building that was never this big, when the hell did Seto find the time to add this basement? And for that matter, where did he get the money?
Yugi frowned, thinking on this as he went down a flight of stairs, a sign above reading UTILITY SHAFT 9, only to find something strange at the bottom. Set up at the small section of wall that faced the bottom of the stairs was… an alter?
There were candles set up, lit, illuminating the display. A bowl of water had a few stones in it, next to an old banjo, on the floor. There were two other bowls like this, one next to a few cans of bacon soup, and one that sat on a small ledge set up on the wall. Leaning on the wall, on the ledge, was a small cardboard cutout of Yami, smiling like the ones from upstairs.
Also on the wall was an ominous message, written in ink.
HE WILL SET US FREE.
Yugi was getting really sick and tired of these messages.
Out of spite, and because he needed to get the faint taste of blood out of his mouth from when he got hurt falling, he snatched up one of the cans of soup. He pulled his small utility knife from his pocket, using one of the tools to puncture a hole into the top of the can.
The animator looked at the smiling toon and stuck out his tongue, before taking a drink of the soup. He gagged and made a face, uhg! It tasted so bland! ‘Contains spices’, bullshit! Bleh, now he remembered why he never cared for the soup.
He swore that the tiny Yami was mocking him. “Don’t laugh, your face is on the can’s wrapper. You endorsed this crap.”
He sipped from the can again, uhg, it was bad, but he really needed to drink something, even if it was a weak broth. And Yugi really didn’t trust the water those rocks were sitting in. Who made this strange set up? Was it Seto? No, he couldn’t have…
Frowning, Yugi set the can down and decided he would need to check the rest of the area out, maybe someone was down here? These candles don’t look like they’ve been lit for long. He glanced around the alter, plucking a few of the banjo’s strings, surprised to find it was tuned. Oh, okay, yeah, someone was totally here cause stringed instruments like this will have looser strings as time goes on, and these are still good.
With a huff, Yugi straightened his vest and began to walk away, his attention drawn to another recording device. Huh, how many of these was he gonna find?
Approaching it, Yugi picked it up, and like the two before, he pushed play.
The voice he heard sounded a lot like the old musical director, Pegasus Crawford, a stern man who had some sort of vendetta against Seto, from what Yugi remembered. Pegasus always seemed to have problems with everyone, Yugi always did his best to avoid the long-haired man.
''He appears from the shadows to rain his sweet blessings upon me. The figure of ink that shines in the darkness. I see you, my savior. I pray you hear me.
Those old songs, yes, I still sing them. For I know you are coming to save me. And I will be swept into your final loving embrace.
But, love requires sacrifice. Can I get an amen?''
“I said, can I get an amen?”
Yugi nearly jumped out of his skin at the sudden voice, right by his ear. But when he turned around, he found that he was all alone in the room.
W-what the hell…?
Was it a fluke? Did he mishear the recording?
God, he hoped that was the case…
He set the recording device down, stepping back, only to find that near it was another pentagram on the floor, and two more coffins. Jesus Christ bananas, Pegasus! Are these coffins for a damn sacrifice?!
Was… was Crawford really the one who set this up?
No, that’s impossible, the musician was too full of himself and too into his work to do anything like this, hell, he hated Yami! Felt like the little shadow boy was keeping him from his true potential, stuck forever doing the music for a cartoon series…
How much has really changed in twenty years?
