Sugar cravings tips 馃い馃崿
Frozen fruit- low cal and easy to eat (especially grapes)
Sugar free jello (5 cal a serving on average)
Treat yourself! Eat fun size bars
Choose decadent treats instead of a makes bar, (Godiva masterpieces are 4pc for 180 cals
Low fat Greek yougurt w/ fruit (it's more dense so it's more filling, but also it has fat and protein)
(Feel free to add more in the replies)
Reasons why we crave sweets
They're tasty (jk sort of), it's a easy way to get energy. So, when our bodies crave it it can be due to hunger or lack of nutrients. Try drinking some water, if you still crave sweets, it could be lack of nutrients, like magnesium or fat and protein. Fat and protein are necessary to repair cells and feel full. Magnesium is just one of the necessary nutrients needed in a healthy diet, so try to invest in a nice multivitamin. if you track your calories, try to track what vitamins your food contains apps like MyFitnessPal and cronometer can help.

Low cal chicken recipes
Baked - 191 cals a serving
Orange chicken recipe -330 cals a serving
Shredded chicken *
Chicken salad -169 cals a serving
Chicken thigh with garlic and brown sugar -264 cals a serving
Asian style ground chicken meatballs -150 cals a serving
I added the way to make shredded chicken because it's really easy to make chicken lower cal. Like add them to 25 cal tortillas, or low carb tostadas and it's very filling. Also it makes chicken easier to work with and incorporate into classic recipes like chicken salad

Oh and if y'all have like a grocery that sells sushi, they tend to sell a pretty low cal Squid salad and it's sooo good. But it is a bit of an acquired taste.

Low cal apple cinnamon waffles 馃
Ingredients:
Chocolate milk (1 1/4 cups)
Large eggs (2)
Pioneer biscuit/pancake/waffle mix (2 cups)
Vegtable oil (1/4 cup)
~Optional~
3 apples (chopped)
2 table spoons of brown sugar
1 tsp of cinnamon
Servings: this makes roughly 35 waffle sticks
Instructions
In a medium size mixing bowl, pour the oil and then the milk. Pour 1/2 cup of the mix, whisk it together. It should feel really watery and fully combined and then you can pour in the other 1/2 cup. Whisk it heavily, it'll make it come out fluffy. Crack the two eggs and beat them in, it should combine almost completely. It'll be kind of cake like batter, then pour the other half cup of mix. To test if it's fully combine, you can use the ribbon test. Push your whisk into the mixture and then pull it out, the mix that drips off the whisk will take a few seconds before it flattens back into the mix and that's when you know it's fine. Heat up and oil your waffle maker and then enjoy.
Nutrition

Note:
I know not all of you can buy this mix but here's a dupe for the mix. Another thing to note, my waffle maker isn't the normal like four square, it's a baby cake wafflestick maker. I just had apple cinnamon as a topper on the waffle, but you could add some to the mix and have more batter but I was in a hurry.

Okay, so soup
Soup normally doesn鈥檛 have a lot of calories but if you buy the permafrost stuff it鈥檚 not nearly as filling and has a ton of calories per serving. So I鈥檝e decided to make a soup that per pot, is 816 calories. Which I know seems like a lot but you don鈥檛 have to eat it all in one sitting.
Ingredients:
One Roma tomatoe *35 calories*
One large white onion *64 calories*
Gold potato *110 calories*
Ground white pepper *7 calories for a teaspoon*
Ground black pepper *around 17 calories per tablespoon*
Sea salt *no calories*
Chicken broth (you can use vegetable or beef broth if you prefer I only had chicken) ~5 calories per cup~
Ground beef -optional (I used 9.5 ounces) *476 calories*
Olive oil *120*
~Steps~
Mince half the onion, 1/4 of the minced onion should be reserved for meatballs
Dice the entire tomato
Slice the round parts of the potato and make them into thin slices
Measure out four cups of the broth, and one of water
Reserved onions should be combined worth the meat and seasoned with salt, the ground peppers. Roll the meat into small balls
Heat a pan and add one table spoon of olive oil when pan is hot, roll oil around pan.
Place the meatballs one by one into the pan, wait for it to sizzle before placing another meatball. (That way there is less oil being absorbed.)
When they brown on one side, use a spoon or spatula to flip them and brown on the other side.
When they are browned on all sides, take them out and place in a bowl. It is okay if there is some pink.
Use a new pot, or just pour the oil and grease out of the pan and use a paper towel to wipe the excess oil. (It is up to you.)
Heat the pan/pot, then place the meatballs.
Slowly, pour in the broth and then the water. By boiling the meatballs, you ensure that they are fully cooked.
Wait a minute or two, then carefully place in the potato slices.
Wait 5 or 7 minutes before placing the tomatoes and onions.
Add any additional spices and cover.
Keep the soup at a low boil and if there is any over boiling, turn it off. Then turn it back on, after it settles, at a lower level.
Let it cook until the potatoes are soft.
Notes
You can add more vegetables, spices or substitute the meat. This is just a bare minimum soup that tastes pretty yummy. Serving sizes vary as do the calories per bowl, but per cup it should be around 165.
(Sorry for the lack of pictures of the process, I was too hungry and forget to take some!!)

0 calorie Texas style sweet tea 馃嵉鉂勶笍
Okay, so my Texans Anas might鈥檝e already figured this out, but imma still write for the rest of y鈥檃ll.
Ingredients:
Lipton black tea bag (0 cal)
Crushed Ice (0 cal)
Splenda (0 cal)
6 ounces of water (0 cal)
Real lime (0 cal) *you can use real limes instead but those have calories*
Directions
Boil the water, pour about 6 ounces into a mug, and let it sit for about 30 seconds.
Pour 3 splendas into the mug, and place tea bag. Fill a separate cup with ice and fill it all the way up.
Pour the tea into the ice cup.
You can now add a few lime drops into the cup, this step is optional and not necessary.
Notes:
I know this is a bit lame of a recipe, but so are most of our foods. If the tea is too sweet, you have the option of adding cold water to it or adding more black tea.
