So last night I threw on a wig and lingerie on for dinner 馃槅
I鈥檝e neverrrrr had the confidence to go out in public dressed like this but wooow did I feel amazing. I don鈥檛 know if the social distancing and lack of people made a difference..... Been straying from keto a bit but I鈥檒l find my way back.

How to make Chaffles:
I originally learned about Chaffles on TikTok. They鈥檙e a recipe that is part of a Keto diet (no carbs). By no means am I on a Keto diet but I am gluten intolerant! When I saw these Chaffles I thought they鈥檇 be great for me! I even bough a waffle iron just to make them! Well, needless to say I was not disappointed! They鈥檙e so easy to make and you can add any ingredients you like! Some even use the Chaffles as 鈥渂read鈥 for sandwiches.
Ingredients (for 1 Chaffle): - 1 egg - 1 slice of sandwich meat (I used ham) - 1/4 cup of grated or cubed cheese (I used Swiss. - Fresh parsley - 1 tbsp of water Method: In a bowl, beat the egg and water together. Combine all the ingredients and mix well. Preheat the waffle iron. Add the mixture to the waffle iron and cook for 2 minutes. Enjoy!
Note: Many recipes call for cooking spray on the waffle iron before adding your ingredients. My waffle iron doesn鈥檛 need cooking spray as it鈥檚 non-stick.

This issue with me is I鈥檓 really good at restricting but when I do eat I binge and it鈥檚 always high calorie carb snacks. So I鈥檝e created my safety food drawer for when I do binge. It contains energy drinks, chewing gum for when I can resist. But for when I can鈥檛 I have baby bells, raisins, fibre bars, skinny whip , ryvita and rice cakes they鈥檙e all low cal. I鈥檝e been thinking about purging, any tips on how to safely purge as the thoughts are so overwhelming I don鈥檛 know how long I can hold off it. Please flood my inbox on how to do it secretly too, I鈥檓 sick of looking the way I do. I also have fruit and vegetables that I can snack on but obviously they can鈥檛 go in my snack drawer.

These posts are starting to get ridiculous with all the comparison pics :)
While my weight loss efforts weren鈥檛 nearly as dramatic this past month I still feel great about my progress.聽 46 pounds down in almost 4 months is nothing to sneeze at.聽聽I don鈥檛 notice much difference in my body from the end of October to now other than RIP my tits.聽聽
Starting in January I want to change up my monthly progress outfit because while I appreciate the consistency of wearing the same thing for each update, this black shirt has a lot of loose fabric in the stomach allowing me to hide my rolls.聽 Which is the main reason why I love this shirt!聽 But not great for minute body composition analyzing.聽聽
I find it hilarious how Thanksgiving (on Friday the 26th) made me gain over 5lbs in my slight overindulgence.聽 I think it was more the fact that all the carbs were consumed when my body hasn鈥檛 had them in so long.聽 Glad to see I鈥檓 getting back to my downward streak and that this didn鈥檛 throw me off course too much.聽 I expect the end of December to have a similar effect and hopefully, like with Thanksgiving, I won鈥檛 be too bothered by the gain and know that it comes with good times and good memories.聽聽
