being friends with the dream team was very cool, there was no doubt there. however, with their hectic schedules and your own schoolwork, there was rarely ever time to hang out together. you were always tired from having to go to college and to work nearly every day of the week, and when you finally had time to relax and hang out, the boys were either streaming or asleep (because of their damned sleep schedules). it's always "sorry, i have a video to edit," or "sorry, i'm too tired. we had a stream train," but never "sure, we can work together on call," or "I'll move the recording to tomorrow because i miss talking to you." oftentimes, it felt like you tried too hard to make time for them when they didn't bother to do the same for you. you wondered, if you stopped putting effort into hanging out with them, would they forget about you? maybe the rift that came between your friendship was inevitable. you do miss them sometimes, but perhaps this was for the better.

Sapnap, aerial silk, fluff

when sapnap first found out that you did aerial silks, he was quite worried. you had your own little set-up at your house so you could practice whenever you wanted to. when he first came over to visit, he walked into you practicing your routines. he panicked when you dropped to the bottom because he thought you were gonna get injured (oh, my sweet boy :-:). eventually, he did get used to watching you do tricks, and god was he mesmerized. he found it so elegant and he never failed to express how much he admired your skill. he's so supportive and excited whenever you have recitals, and he goes to all of them. he's like regina's mom in mean girls, he films your whole performance and is like the LOUDEST one to applaud for you. y'all get yourself someone as supportive as sapnap 🥲

"you weak as fuck white boy!" you playfully yelled at dream as he held the chili oil over your reach. he wheezed as you jumped to take hold of the bottle, wishing to add it into the ramen the two of you were making. whoever thought it was a good idea to do a cooking stream with dream was wrong. "ramen is just as good plain as it is spicy- we don't need the spice!" "just because you can't handle it doesn't mean we don't need it! you know what- no. i'm running a poll. chat, vote whether the ramen should have chili oil or not." you walked over to your set-up, putting up a poll for your viewers to choose.

dream dashed out of his seat, throwing up in the garbage bag. you nearly spat out your soup, laughing at your best friend's low spice tolerance. of course your audience would choose to make dream suffer, it was perfect content! "i am never doing a cooking stream with you again, y/n." dream walked back in frame, eyes red and lips puffy. "yeah, we'll see about that."

if there was one moment you'd never forget in your life, it would be the time you went running through a flower field with dream. it was a beautiful spring day, and he brought you to a field with so many colorful flowers. the way the wind felt against your skin, the sound of his laugh as he chased you, it was rather poetic. as he caught you from behind, you both fell to the ground, giggling in each other's arms. you made flower crowns together, like those cute couples you'd find on pinterest. everything felt perfect that day... maybe everything was.
