So, ive recently gotten back into Protocreed and a what if..? idea i had was:

After Abstergo recovers Desmonds body, they experiment with his DNA and Blacklight. Resulting in him being revived after an outbreak and breaking free.

It could even be the assassins fault that the outbreak happened!

In the midst of the chaos, no one noticed the body dissapearing. It's only after the outbreak was contained and culled that Subject 17 was noted as missing. With all the footage being destroyed it is impossible to tell what happened to it, but the general consensis is that one of the infected ate it. It is a crushing blow to their research, but thankfully they have plenty of samples stored in a different facility, so all hope is not lost. No one thought of the possibilty that a repeat of Alex Mercer's revival could happen. Subject 17 has been dead for months, the body is simply too old. So no one thought too look in the shadows of the city, where something lay lurking. Tracking. Hunting.

So I have a ProtoCreed idea similar to this that I posted here.

The comments/replies have more details on how it would go but, in a nutshell, Blacklight is a failed/abandoned Isu project headed by Tinia (so we can have a little hehe moment with Alex being called ‘Zeus’) and Dr Mercer is not a Templar but he’s still a piece of work.

And Desmond’s Isu to human genes ratio + his Bleeding Effect screwed up the virus that he still has the superhuman feats that Alex has but he can’t morph his body to have weapons or anything like that.

Instead…

It’s like he can spawn three specific humanoid figures made of the black and red writhing flesh which only has one specific goal: keep Desmond safe.

There’s more details in the link above but the main point is that Desmond’s virus makes him be able to ‘summon’ his ancestors who holds a piece of Alex’s OG abilities and it’s unclear if they are mindless or if their connection with Desmond keeps them docile because when Abstergo try to cut their connection (which are tendrils of red and black connecting the creatures to Desmond’s shadow), the creature goes berserk and attacks and devours everything around until Desmond reconnects with it.

So we have:

Altaïr = Blade

Ezio = Hammerfist

Ratonhnhaké:ton = Whipfist

Ezio gets Hammerfist because the sword of Altaïr is iconic so Altaïr gets the Blade and Ratonhnhaké:ton had the ropedart so he gets the Whipfist. XD

Although, in my original idea, Desmond keeps his memories (thanks to the Bleeding Effect) but if you want to go down the route of Desmond being ‘incubated’ by the virus during the story of Prototype and waking up afterwards, we can easily do that and the incubation period is actually what corrupted Desmond’s mind.

So in this situation, Desmond would be more like ‘Eve’ from Parasite Eve, the new origin of an outbreak (and everyone believes it’s Alex’s fault which will lead us to a modified setup for Prototype 2 and Alex and Desmond having an antagonistic start).

But the outbreak is strange because it seemed… targeted.

The ones to be hit first were Abstergo facilities or facilities under Abstergo’s shell companies.

And the spread only began when these facilities had fallen and the barricades have been breached, like… it wasn’t truly intentional but more of a ‘side effect’.

So now we have Alex trying to figure out what this new outbreak is because the ‘children’ for this one are faster and more cunning, using their surrounding to hide and wait. And these children seemed to be taking orders from three creatures made of darkness and blood.

(Or, if you want to preserve the Assassin white and red color scheme, it’s gonna be grosser with them being filled with pus and blood instead. The pus could be a sign that the virus is being combated by Desmond’s Isu genes though and that could be a clue for Alex)

And any time Alex tries to eat any of them, he only gains snippets of the memories of the same person: a man named Desmond Miles.

The three commander creatures also seemed to travel via shadows, being able to melt into the shadows before Alex could ever destroy them completely.

Later, he would realize that the whole city (whichever city we’re planning to set this on) are filled with what looked like lines all over (maybe one would say that maybe it’s the ley lines or something and Alex would say that it looks more like… veins…) and these veins are actually how the commanders travel all over the city.

At the center of the veins is a cocoon…

Star Wars - Kreia

I absolutely love KOTOR 2. It is probably my favorite piece of star wars media. Kreia was a fascinating character that has been a Jedi and a Sith and walked away with the belief that both were flawed. She also developed the theory that I subscribe to which is that the force itself is the ultimate evil / big bad of the star wars galaxy. As long as the force exists then there will always be wars and conflicts because of it and the people of the galaxy will suffer in an endless cycle of violence.

Lord of the Rings - Boromir

I just adore the tragedy of his character and I might have had a crush on Sean Bean ever since I was a kid lol

TMNT - Casey Jones

Loved Casey Jones in the 1990 movie. He was a cool guy that didn’t have ninja skills but still could kick ass with the turtles.

RWBY - Coco Adel

Ok so this was mainly because I wanted to be her. Like I wanted to be her so bad. Her look and style were awesome and the reveal that her weapon was a freaking minigun was awesome.

The X-Files - Walter Skinner

I just really liked Skinner’s character and how he grew into a great ally of Mulder and Scully. Also his tired and exasperated father figure routine in response to the chaos that Mulder always causes was some great levity for the show.

Starcraft - Kerrigan / Queen of Blades

Full disclosure, I have never played any of these games and don’t plan to. RTS games just aren’t my thing. That being said I have watched all the in game cinematics and dove into the wiki for lore. Kerrigan is just so damn cool. Like imagine if Ellen Ripley got turned into a human / alien queen hybrid that can command and control the hive, that is Kerrigan (no alien resurrection does not count)

Star Trek - Benjamin Sisko

I mean he was the lead for DS9 which is probably the best Trek series ever so yeah. Out of all the Captains he was probably the most fully realized character. He was a father, widower, religious icon, starfleet officer, soldier and more which all get addressed and explored in the show. He gets angry, he loses, he gets put into no win scenarios where a deus ex machina does not arrive at the end of the episode to set everything right. He also punched Q in the face and sasses a vulcan prick as seen above.

Assassin’s Creed - Ratonhnhaké:ton / Connor

AC3 remains my favorite of the games and Ratonhnhaké:ton remains my favorite protagonist. He is so sweet and almost naive at times but he never stops fighting for what he believes in even when he stands alone. He is also a halfie having a Kanien'kehá:ka / Mohawk mother and a british father and I am always a sucker for more halfie protagonists.

Fast and Furious - Han

Ok so yeah your girl likes the Fast series (at least the first five when it was about crime and street racing), sue me lol. Han was an enigmatic, korean, cool guy which was SO rare at the time. Korean culture had not yet gotten into the mainstream in the US and I was still getting the “oh are you north or south korean?” question from folks whenever I said I was half korean. Being able to see a suave badass korean in big films like this was just so damn cool to me.

Dishonored - Emily Kaldwin

The gay, weed smoking, Empress of the Isles with shadow demon powers. Goals.

1. evie frye. knows how to dress, layers well, rocks every colour. knows how to be sophisticated, sexy, cute & practical all at the same time teach me your ways miss frye. + 10000 points for the cut, colour, collar, neckline & all out awesomeness of this outfit alone 😍😍

1.5. jacob frye. good style runs in the frye family. similar notes as above. wears the hell out of a top hat. only person to look hot in a flatcap. somehow achieves "perfect english gentlemen" and "loud troublemaking brit" depnding on which jacket he chooses.

2. arno dorian. is the reason the french are considered "fashionable". cool jacket nice capes stylosh hoods. wears ridiculously bright colour combination and pulls them all off. tight pants. titty shirt

3. ezio auditore. you cant kill borgias if you ain't cute. def the first guy who saw boring old white assassin robes and said fuck that im dyeing it green and adding a matching cape. A+ layering. A+ branding. added flair to every armour piece he collected. turned

4. aveline de grandpre. dressed for the part and was the only one to actually dress for the part. super cute "pirate" assassin blend outfit + super cute dresses.

6. kassandra of sparta. looks cute in everything. applies war makeup if necessary. shows her thighs and her swords an equal amount good for her.

7. shay cormac. knew he looked good in black and stuck to it (tell me he didnt turn to the templars cause he got sick of wearing white). lots of leather. honestly probably never got hat hair.

8. connor kenway/ ratonhnhaké:ton. made wearing red white and blue fashionable. has a nice cut to his coat. shoulders for days and he knows it.

8. altair ibn la'ahad. ranks higher for the Iconic Assassin Robes. simple but effective design. defined the cut & shape of everyone else robes since.

9. edward kenway. simple design. nice simple cut and shape. accessorizes. man bun. guns on show (literally). probs not to well dressed for th weather tho 😬. cutest best dressed pirate tho.

10. eivor. little colour variation, shape or cut. lots of fur & metal. points for the no shirt, however ranked very low for the bear hat. you hate to see it.

The fandom might love Alty but he’s a little shit and goes through a real slow burn romance. Who else is a little shit that goes through a real slow burn romance? Boom. The Beast. You can’t help but feel a bit bad for either of them. And they get better bc they are both vv lucky to have Belle and Maria at the end of the day.

Ezio Auditore da Firenze - Prince Naveen:

Coming up second place in the “little shit” category. OKAY maybe Ezio isn’t a prince or gets turned into a frog but here’s the thing; both of them have to have a little slice of humble pie shoved into their faces thru their journeys. And also the whole nobility or rich people getting shoved away from their families and losing everything at the hands of a guy with otherwordly magic? It works.

Ratonhnhaké:ton/Connor Kenway - Prince Charming:

Underrated. If you don’t like Charming then you only saw the first Cinderella and NOT the cinematic masterpiece of Cinderella 3. You didn’t dig deep. And you have to do understand this amazing Assassin don’t underestimate him please I beg you. Also both have authority issues and are complete little shits to their dads so I MEAN it works.

Edward Kenway - Aladdin:

They are here for a good time, not a long time. They will steal your pants and not feel bad. But at the end of the day, they just want to be loved and do something great (will never forgive the Aladdin creators for stripping “Proud of Your Boy okay) and see wealth as a means to an end.

Shay Cormac - Prince Eric:

Both of them like the sea.

Arno Victor Dorian - Robert (from Enchanted):

“oh but you made a fic about this comparing-” OF COURSE I did, because it’s true. Not only do they each have a red haired love interest, but look at them?? Cynical, snarky, yet the softest heart ever once it is opened up? Need I say more??

Jacob Frye - Flynn Rider:

More chaotic forces. Not chaotic neutral but close. Jacob is the exact kind of crazy to scale a tower with no ladders or anything and Flynn is the exact brand of wild to look at something shiny (like the entire London town) and be like “huh. i like it and want to Keep It”. Also having Iconic Facial Hair does help.

Bayek of Siwa - Kristoff:

I mean animal companions they got that straight off the bat. ALSO Bayek drinks his respect women juice like. So hard you guys. What does Kristoff drink? Probably a lot of ice water AND his respect women juice. Underrated.

Alexios - Hercules:

Obvious? Maybe. But they are Greek, they are buff, they are himbo supremes, they have lost their homes and families and strive to reunite them and become a hero to get back that they feel they have lost and must be worthy of again, they are himbo supremes,

Get to know the blogger

Got tagged by @blitzindite for this one. Thanks Oliver!

I’ll give some no pressure tags to @starknstarwars, @swtorpadawan, @sleepswithvillains, @a-master-procrastinator @palepinkycat and anyone else that sees this and wants to give it a go.

1. Why did you choose your url?

I wanted to make a Star Wars blog and I also wanted to show that I was a big fan of the old pre-mouse EU. So I took my favorite EU character, Tahiri Veila, and played around with her experiences to make my url. During the New Jedi Order book series, Tahiri was experimented on by Yuuzhan Vong and an artificial personality, Riina of Domain Kwaad, was created in her mind. I simply replaced the name Riina with my own internet handle Raven and got Raven of Domain Kwaad.

2. Any sideblogs?

This is technically a sideblog actually.

Main is @the-raven-of-highever which is mainly Dragon Age stuff

I also have @ssv-raven which is a mess of Mass Effect, sci-fi, fantasy and other assorted nonsense

3. How long have you been on tumblr?

I think it was 2014 when I first got onto tumblr

4. Why did you originally start your blog?

Originally I made my main for the Assassin’s Creed fandom. Oh boy was I obsessed with AC. Fell hard in love with the Kenway family and Ratonhnhaké:ton / Connor in particular. I was sad when the tumblr fandom just sort of fizzled away and died after being such a fun and big group that I really liked.

5. Why did you choose your icon?

@palepinkycat gave me that incredible piece of my OC Amarra Kine for my birthday and I was immediately head over heels in love with how it looked. I just had to make it my icon so I could always admire it.

6. Why did you choose your header?

That was another @palepinkycat piece actually and my very first commission. It is of my OC sisters Ryscha and Amarra Kine. They are the main focus of my SWTOR canon so I figured it was appropriate to put them up there as my header.

7. What is your post with the most notes?

This one which I made as a joke after the Echoes of Oblivion trailer came out. Just a silly bit about how Knights and Warriors must be very sick of the Emperor by that point.

8. How many mutuals do you have?

Not a clue. I know I have a number of SWTOR mutuals though

9. How many followers do you have?

115... now excuse me as I go and listen to the song of the same name from CoD Black Ops Zombies lol

10. How many blogs do you follow?

200 but a lot of those haven’t posted in years. Lots of old Assassin’s Creed, Overwatch and trans fem blogs that got lost or just stopped posting after the various fandoms died and the porn ban cracked down on people.

11. Have you ever made a shitpost?

Lol this is tumblr buddy. Of course I have

12. How many times do you use tumblr a day?

Uh... lots. Though in my defense it is my only form of social media. Never had a facebook, twitter or anything else and it is probably going to stay that way.

13. Have you ever fought another blog?

Nope. Is that a thing people do? It sounds exhausting.

14. How do you feel about “need to reblog” posts?

You know how after watching commercials you are filled with the desire to actively avoid the product being advertised? Yeah that is generally what happens to me with those “need to reblog” things. Like buddy I have come to tumblr to unplug from all the atrocities that are happening in the world. You telling me I need to focus on this makes me want to actively ignore it.

15. Do you like tag games?

I do! They are fun and I enjoy reading the answers that other people give.

16. Do you like ask games?

Definitely. I don’t always answer the asks in a timely manner but I do love writing about my OCs

17. Which of your mutuals do you think are tumblr famous?

Not a clue. Got some mutuals that seem to be well established and appreciated members of the SWTOR fandom but no one appears to be tumblr famous.

18. Do you have a crush on a mutual?

Funny story. My partner and I actually met because we were tumblr mutuals. We were both in the Mass Effect fandom and just started DMing each other about our OCs. Started playing Mass Effect 3 online matches together and eventually decided to try out a long distant relationship. It worked and we’ve been living together for five ish years now.

Don’t currently have any crushes on any mutuals but my partner and I are poly so who knows what may happen in the future lol
