It has past midnight in the United Kingdom, so it must be CHRISTMAS DAY! 🎄

I’m not one for sappy posts (I am, but most of you don’t know that 😂), but I thought that I would make this post my end of year post so to speak - I will be posting on New Years, but all of the soppy content will be in this one instead.

There is so much I wish to say, really, but I would like to start by saying thank you.

Thank you to each and every one of you; because of you, I have been able to achieve things that I never thought were possible. I have been able to continue writing, and have found a community that I genuinely feel loved and welcome in. I have found something that allows me to have an escape from reality; since the end of College, I thought that my writing days were over. I had less free time and, between Uni and my part-time job, I struggled to find both the time and motivation to keep writing.

But because of all of you, I have found a reason to continue.

This year has been a rollercoaster for me; I turned 21 and graduated University in the same year - I met an amazing group of people and have become closer to those that I already cherished. However, at the same time, it’s been a year that has presented me with difficulty.

As some of you already know, I lost someone incredibly close to me at the start of the year. He meant the absolute world to me, and there isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t think about the impact that he had on my life. To those of you that knew about this, and helped me through it, I cannot tell you enough how grateful I am for your kindness and continuous support. It hasn’t been easy, but you have been absolute godsends, and I can’t thank you enough.

I also had a few problems with my health (which have definitely caused a lot of issues with my motivation and commitment), but I am happy to say that things are actually getting better - I’m certainly relieved about that!

So, enough about that; this is a Christmas post, but I’d also like to say a few thank yous...

@nitakali What can I say really? You were my first tumblr friend; you’ve been there for me through everything, and have helped me through my issues. You cannot begin to fathom how grateful I am for everything you have done for me - the fact that you’ve put up with me for over a year is a miracle enough!

@shelley-parah and @mrsmatsuo Thank you for supporting me and being two of the bestest internet friends one could have! I cherish every conversation that we have, and I can’t tell you enough how much you both mean to me.

@adrianadmirer , @desiree-0816 , @allaboutchoices and @the-council-of-new-york-vampires Thank you for making me laugh! I’m not the easiest person to get along with, and I know that I can be difficult at times, but I really do appreciate you all sticking by me all this time.

@octobereighth Thank you for everything that you have done for me! You truly are a star and I am so grateful for all of your help and support.

There are so many people that I would love to thank, but if I thanked everyone then this post would go on forever, so... THANK YOU ALL SO SO MUCH! I never thought that this blog would become as big as it has, and I’m so so grateful for your support!
