Flower of Life - I've put together this short timelapse video of the Flower of Life Symbol in preparation for this Saturdays Workshop. - Teaming up with The Fintry Trust, we'll be taking a closer look at what the symbol means, how to create it, and what you can do with it. - Tickets for the online workshop are available through the link in my bio. The symbol was used for the flag as it connects us with an underlying intrinsic geometry found in nature, and also illustrates how the many circles are interconnected and part of a whole. - We need more symbols to unite humanity. WORKSHOPS JUNE 2020 - Saturdays 'Sacred Circles & Geometry Series' 10.30am-12pm BST - Wednesdays 'Midday Meditation' 12-12.30pm BST - Thursdays 'Mandalas: Mindfulness & Creativity' 6-7.15pm BST - I'm excited to announch the launch of 3 New Online Workshops starting this week! - 8 weeks into running online workshops, and I am pleased to say that the new format is now well under control and going pretty darn good, if I do say so myself. - Overcoming the technical challenges, getting used to not being in the same physical space, making sure everyone arrives at the same time in their own timezone. - What first seemed like the biggest challenge, in not being in the same location, has now become something quite beautiful, with people joining and connections being made not just in Bristol, but all over the country, Ireland, Spain, Portugal, Italy, America and Russia, to name a few! - This experience has reminded me just how universal mandalas and sacred circles are.
