I'm ADHDer and suffer from anxiety, I use regression to help me calm my mind.

I use this blog mainly to help me regress but you'll probably see me here while tiny a lot, so please talk to me as such just in case!

My regression is usually voluntary and it's hard for me to fully regress because no one in my life knows about it and I guess that prevents me from letting myself go completely :( It makes me a bit sad sometimes, but it's okay! I cherish every moment I'm able to be tiny!

I regress involuntarily sometimes too, specially when I'm sleepy or upset.

That's why unfortunately I don't have any agere items but a couple of stuffies, I don't want anyone to find them.

I don't have a caregiver but I have an imaginary one (like an imaginary friend) and pretend they're there for me to help me with things I'm too small to do while regressed. These caregivers are usually my comfort fictional characters 💖

I'm very shy but you can talk to me whenever you want!! 🥰

Something about when daddy brushes my hair, it’s the sweetest most comforting thing. It makes me feel so cared for and cherished. I want him to help me get ready and pick out my little hair bows and cute clippies, gently placing my bows in while petting my hair and then giving me a forehead kiss. Handing me a mirror and calling me his pretty babydoll as I get all excited over how cute my hair looks in pigtails and ribbons, it makes me feel so little and sweet. After my hair is done, we can go out for ice cream, I’ll get a double scoop of strawberry of course! Daddy will hold my hand as we look through the mall and try to find the cutest stuffie to take home. Should look around for a Jellycat plush? Stop at Build a Bear? Take a peek at the Disney store? Maybe we could find a My Melody stuffie at Miniso! So many wonderful choices ʕ ᴖᴥᴖ ʔ After I find the perfect plush - or two… or three - Daddy takes me home and helps me wind down by putting on one of the classic Barbie movies, wrapping me up in my baby pink minky blanket, and he cuddles me while I drink strawberry lemonade from my Fluttershy sippy cup ⋆ ࣪ ᖭི༏ᖫྀ ⋆ ࣪
