Physically I'm here but mentally I'm clawing the eyes out of everyone who talks crap about their children on the internet and posts them in their most vulnerable moments for clout

I was missing the library I adored as a little kid so I looked it up online and guys. tears in my eyes. they have the progress pride flag in their icon on social media year round. a photo on google maps has "PRIDE!" written on the giant window in the kids book section in window pens with a rainbow underneath it. I can't wait to go back to the country that loves me so much I've seen just endless fierce love and respect for my community and I'm genuinely struggling to keep myself together right now because I've gotten so used to hiding and not being seen, or being seen by people who think I shouldn't exist. aotearoa I love you so much I can't wait to fall back into your loving arms I can't wait to make one hundred new friends. random aubrey thoughts while i'm getting my sunday hot meal

maybe the church had a free meal/food pantry program that aubrey and her parents attended regularly and that's why the church became a source of comfort for her?

and even when the regulars for sunday service are judgemental bitches towards her, prolly even questions if she's worthy of speaking to god, the pastor makes her feel safe and comforted regardless and she keeps going

i can see her taking basil to the church in a scenario where she forgives him bc she finds peace in the house of god and she maybe wants to reassure him he isnt unforgivable for his own fuck ups

Next are Mùnegu (Monaco in Eng, Italian, and everyday life French, Monègue in older French, Mónegue in Occitan) and Andorra (Andorre in French):

Mùnegu:

while she indeed depends on France for military defense, she's very much capable and doesn't rely on him for everything! (dammit!) - she's quite rich (altho the fact she doesn't have many citizens must help)

seem to have a relationship with the Holy German Empire, Spain Kingdom and Italian kingdoms but it made my head hurt with how much dates there are) - gained independence from Genoa in 1247, independence from Holy German Empire in 1524 and becomes a protectorate of the Spanish Kingdom until 1641 where Mùnegu becomes a protectorate of the French Kingdom, then becomes a protectorate of the Sardinia Kingdom from 1815 to 1860. They were both created in 2020 so I made them quite young+They were the only newly micronation that had enough personality for me to work with them - which means France has about 20+ children (but they're 1 or 2 dimensional? kinda ghosts? how would they (not having a defined identity) be portrayed in hetalia/how can they be personified)

Dracystan:

does a lot of clean-ups and gardening; carries gardening and clean-up tools around

any person loitering will be sanctioned/sentenced to remove stinging nettles with their bare hands. it's the law

loves fairy tails! It is said that Once upon a time, the king of Dracystan turned into a frog

gave him frog pins (+ didn't draw it here but he has a frog hat, you know the ones!)

being honest, i thought about The Little Prince while drawing him so that's why he got a scarf and a fox on his overall-

Anthophilia:

SYMMETRY. insects love symmetry, Anthophilia loves insects, so she wears symmetrical clothes and keeps her hair symmetrical too + you can't see it since I didn't color but she's wearing nails polish (orange-red-black-red-orange on each hand))

particularity cares about bees, but also butterflies, bumblebees, birds, nectarivore mammals...

#anthophilia dracystan and frioul are france's children #we can count Saugeais as one too #not sure what Aigues-Mortes may be. a sister perhaps?#Andorra is part of spain and portugal history mostly but france does take care of him a bit (even tho he forgets about him often and doesnt #care much - but its the same for Spain or so i heard)#no change for Monaco/Mùnegu - history with france seems relatively stable #Corsica.. hmm uhhhh my uncle died this morning. this is the same aunt and uncle i met for the first time in jordan in 2015 and he had lost his vision by then and was extremely depressed and told me "im so happy to finally meet you, but i wish we had met 5 years ago, i was much happier back then." and then when i saw my aunt again this past summer in jordan she said that she was going to palestine that week because she needed to fill out legal forms to transfer account and house and other ownership to be under her name because he got alzheimers and started having psychotic episodes and getting violent and had to be put in a psych ward and thats why he wasnt there visiting with her. and then 1 month ago he was in a coma and just this morning his body fully gave up. for the last 7 years i have never forgotten his voice saying that he "was much happier back then" and always wished he could somehow miraculously get better so i could hear what he's like when he wasn't feeling so bad. because from everyone's stories of him, he used to be so loud and outgoing and funny and would entertain everyone he was around. he was a doctor too, and ran a hospital in ramallah. but i never got to see any of that. and it literally only got worse and worse for him all the time until he just died. what an unfair life. this sucks

#i couldnt have possibly met him 5 years earlier #because every person i could ever know in my family has been halfway across the fucking world for my whole life #it feels like ive been robbed of knowing what its like to actually have a family #that aunt is my favorite aunt by the way. shes so lovely and friendly and sweet. im sure he wouldve been a great uncle too #but i didnt even get a fucking chance to find out #how many of my other relatives who died before i ever got to meet them were like that?#maybe my moms dead sister whose son housed me while i was in palestine?#maybe my moms dead brother (killed by idf!) whose son was funny and helped me get into jerusalem and see al aqsa?#maybe my moms other dead sister who. or maybe my. or #it doesnt fucking matter!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i didnt have a chance to know any of these people!!!!!!!#i didnt have a chance to feel like i was part of a family!!!!!!

Most of my family pretends like people who died never existed in the first place and so i found out my dad had a brother that died when i was like 15

#like according to my mom i knew him and like was told when he died but i dont even know how old i was when i passed away #when he passed away #and to this day i dont know how to process or react to people dyong #dying #because no one taught me how to process grief or death in anyway besides ignoring it and pretending it never happened #when my aunts husband died she threw out every picture of him and like so my cousin doesnt even have pics of his dad #my mom only had 2 pictures of her dad who passed away when she was in high school #my mom is tad better because she started talking about her dad more recently like 2 years ago even told us when he died like the date and #said she wanted to do sth special on that day #its weird because my parents also think it's really important to go to every funereal they hear about #like i've been to more funereals of people i dont know than to weddings of people ive known #like we dont know a lot of turkish people here but we already went to 2 funereals of people none of us knew because we heard about them #and then brought food to the families #but i wasnt even taken to the funereals of my own relatives

heartbreaking: bg3 head preset mod you found is a replacer not standalone </3

#doesnt tell you what heads replace what either </////3 #i dont like replacer heads bc it messes with npcs and even though that doesnt really matter i dont like it #wanted to make goose but the half orc heads are lacking....#i wasnt planning on playing her i just wanted to play around in the character creator #this is my issue with making characters who already have a design bc nothing lives up to what they look like #kaya was relatively easy besides the scar not being right bc she has a typical pretty face #.txt
