Gaza Shelter Tents and Evacuation/ HELP PALESTINIAN FAMILY DURING THIS MASSACRE | GoGetFunding
Dear followers, Edward Smith (@edwordsmyth )and I recently set up a fundraiser for a dear friend in Khan Younis, Gaza Strip. Fadi SJ Bou Salman's family desperately needs 5 shelter tents, and money to get through the Rafah border into Egypt and safety. Please reblog, donate and boost as much as you're can. This is very important. Everything is deteriorating dangerously in Gaza, and we worry for their lives continuously.
Please read here: "Hello world, in light of the catastrophic conditions experienced by the displaced in the Gaza Strip... I have a friend named Fadi in Gaza, he and his family are displaced due to brutal and continuous bombing which has destroyed their home and neighborhood. Fadi and his family urgently need to establish 5 shelter tents in order to protect their children (including one baby only just born in November) from the extreme cold and harsh weather in light of the lack of capabilities at UNRWA. Due to the supply shortage and blocking of aid from reaching Gaza, the cost of one shelter tent with all its needs is $400. They also require money for evacuation from Gaza and transport to safety, because nowhere is safe for them inside Gaza. Soldiers, tanks, explosions, and gunfire are always near, and the only safety for them and their children is in exiting the strip. This will require money to pay for entry into Egypt via the Rafah border crossing. As well as funds to cover transportation to a new city where they can have a new life and new beginning far from this war.
