so i took the cane with me cause i had a tattoo consult today, so this was the first time using it in public) and so far my experience is

1. people moving way out of the way (nice, i don’t want people in my personal space without the cane either)

2. people who just head stalwartly right at me (i will BEAT you with this stick istg fuck off)

3. old people with canes giving me weird looks (sometimes… people who are younger… use mobility aids too)

and i mean yeah my leg hurty but also im pretty sure my calf and knee would hurt worse without the cane.

also, how the FUCK do i balance shopping bags and the cane? fingers crossed the wrist strap arrives soon.
