I really dislike squid parties. I hate that I do because I know people are just having fun but I want to actually play the game, not lose because half my team doesn't want to participate. Especially because I've been trying to level up weapons lately and the losing streak because of this stuff has not been helping.

first few tricolors were mirror matches which i wouldve been quite happy with cuz it gives me a chance to get a feel for tricolor on brinewater without any real stakes,

but,

for every match some ppl tried to initiate a squid party while some played the objective as normal, and i just kinda stood there unsure if i should join in the party or play normally

as a result, i learned nothing and had no fun, the ppl playing objective learned nothing and had no fun, and the squid party learned nothing and had no fun

people who get mad when people squid party in mirror matches are so annoying like yeah sure you "wanna play the game" IT DOESNT COUNT TOWARDS ANYTHINGGGG ITS NOT THAT SERIOUS!! plus it helps some people calm down in between matches against the ACTUAL other teams!! just ignore the squid partiers if you hate them that bad
