二零二二年十月，襄阳北路的两个瞬间

2022十月，中国依然在如火如荼地进行着所谓的动态清零政策。伴随着二十大的召开，为了不在这个“大喜”的日子给中央上眼药，上海对各种餐饮娱乐场所营业的限制日趋严厉，目的是为了“防止聚集性传播”。事实上，由于十一黄金周后被检出的感染数量陡然攀升，且相当多感染者被查到去过酒吧等娱乐场所，因此全市范围内有大量的bar, pub, bistro，居酒屋或上面认为你和酒沾边的任何“类酒吧”，都被强制停业，甚至有一些区域的餐厅不可以在零点之后继续运营。对于一个以夜生活闻名的城市，这些措施在已经降到冰点的餐饮服务业上又浇了一盆冷水。

⬆️黄浦区一家正喜迎开业的酒吧在庆祝开业的花篮都没来得及撤下的时候就因防疫政策被勒令停业。

10月21号晚上十点半，我前往长乐路附近找朋友吃夜宵，但我们原定要去的一家店却因为防疫措施而被迫停业，最终扑了空。在上海夜生活文化的中心巨富长地区，这不是唯一一家被停业的饭店酒馆，例如对面本来酒吧云集的集社此时也一片漆黑，长乐路上徒留钻头挖路的噪音。

在去哪里吃饭暂时没有头绪的情况下，朋友说他要找一个在襄阳北路上摆摊卖酒的朋友拿东西，姑且顺便去看看。没想到那条路上和上海的其他区域的冷清街道仿佛完全不是同一个世界。

这里应该是你在如今的上海可以见��的最为公开大规模游走在防疫政策灰色地带的聚集现场了。人员密集，鲜有人戴口罩，贩卖酒精的娱乐场所——但因为在露天而非室外就不会被勒令禁止。摆摊的人并非全为职业摊贩，有不少年轻人可能是以赚外快或者好玩为目的，以车后备箱或露营小桌板为据点，支起一个个贩卖路边简易鸡尾酒的小摊，多为highball型的鸡尾酒，汽水兑便宜基酒，价格也很低廉，均价约20～30元一杯。

pandemic三年以来，餐饮娱乐场所被迫关停直至大量倒闭，演出电影音乐会被大量取消，政策勒令人们呆在家里保持距离，更不要说三月到五月的上海封城直接威胁到了人基本的生存与尊严。如今在政策依然严令室内娱乐场所禁止营业的情况下，在露天摘下口罩，聚集在一起喝酒的热闹氛围，找回一些还活着的感觉，这也是一种微型的反抗。

关于官方对这个露天地摊的态度，似乎是比较暧昧的。一个月前上海正式修订的市容管理条例解禁了摆地摊，但从现场摊主的一些说法，长乐路襄阳北路这边的街边酒地摊出现时间似乎更早。现场甚至有披着警察马甲的人在维持秩序调解抢地盘纠纷。

但这并不意味着官方的全然放任。我和朋友在现场大概逗留了半个多小时离开，顺着襄阳北路向巨鹿路走一路上都是这样摩肩接踵的酒食小摊。这时候前方突然有人大喊“城管来了！”，摊主们闻声纷纷开始收拾小桌子和汽车后备箱准备撤离。

关于“城管”的身份，从我和朋友当时在现场拍到的照片来看似乎有警察也有城管，同样也是穿着警察马甲的人在现场协助驱赶，他们身后还跟着一个带有高压水枪的清洁车，对着摆地摊的地方一阵猛喷（类似的高压水枪最近哉上海十分常见，不管路边有没有人就旁若无人地开始洗地）。

不过凌晨一点多再次经过襄阳北路的时候，一些摊主又回来了，依然是路边卖酒喝酒，音箱大放音乐。

半个月前，巨鹿158——上海知名的酒吧夜店聚集地曾被划为中风险区域。那天晚上看着襄阳北路上这些没有口罩束缚的男男女女灯红酒绿，仿佛这条路是一个平行宇宙的路口，用放肆娱乐对抗禁止出门娱乐的平行宇宙，入口偶尔因警察和城管坍缩，对生存，自由，快乐的渴望又会让它再次开启。走出襄阳北路巨鹿路，一切又渐渐归于寂静，招租的空店铺取代了取乐的人们变得随处可见。
