but since he does not want to disappoint you, he tries to pretend he understand everything

and tries to explain to you the things you don't get, although sometimes he has to improvise a bit

Des restes de blancs d'oeufs ?

Les bonbons coco, la version malagasy des rochers coco.

Pour 15 pièces :

Monter 2 blancs d’oeufs en neige avec une pincée de sel.

Ajouter 115 g de noix de coco et 75g de sucre. Incorporer délicatement. Râper un peu de combava ou rajouter les graines d'une gousse de vanille.

Préchauffer le four à 180°C.

Réaliser des petites boules avec les mains en écrasant légèrement (la dose d’1 cuillère à café).

Les mettre sur un silpat ou papier sulfurisé. Enfourner 15-20’ jusqu’à une belle coloration.

Flan coco d'Hélène

Faire fondre 100g de sucre en poudre dans une casserole pour en faire un caramel à peine coloré

verser le caramel au fond d'un plat allant au four

mélanger : 400g de lait concentré sucré, 200ml de lait de coco, 4 œufs et 80g de noix de coco râpée et verser le mélange sur le caramel

cuire au four au bain-marie (placer le plat dans un plat à gratin rempli d'eau) et cuire 45 minutes à 180°c

servir bien froid
