SWIMFAN- 2002 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I know this isnt that great.... but its great!

Ben (John Tucker) has a bright future ahead of him. He is a talented swimmer set to get a scholarship and has a sweet girlfriend Amy (Shiri Appleby).

However, he becomes enamoured with mysterious new student Madison Bell and bangs her in the swimming pool.

After busting he realises hes made a huge mistake and wants to forget it, but Madison is a stage 5 clinger and has already become obsessed with Ben.

And if she cant have him.... no one can.

This is one of the better Fatal Attraction type movies! Fun early 2000s vibes with a few recognisable faces from that era. Good soundtrack. Falling from grace by the gentle waves is amazing.

Theres not many surprises but ive always really enjoyed this film.

I requested PTO for tomorrow to have an extended long weekend over the holiday because I have some serious spring cleaning to catch up on but what I really want to do is go #swim Unfortunately my local pool is closed until next year for renovations and it’s questionable whether or not my shoulders and right hip can handle #swimming after how sore I still am from the Intermediate Tuesday hip hop dance class. . . Stoked to share that I just received my @speedousa Limited Edition Signature #Goggles I got both the @ryan_f_murphy & the @kathleenbaker2 #pink Speed Socket 2.0 Mirrored Goggles. I wish I could’ve gotten all 4 but I had to control myself. I at least had to be all #GOBEARS about it. Plus the Dressel goggles sold out in minutes so it wasn’t available by the time I Iogged on to Speedo’s website. I of course had to get another #Vanquisher because I actually need new goggles and we all know the signature goggles are gonna be tucked away as collector items, never to be used. This is my 3rd Vanquisher & I’m excited to use them! . . One of the down-sides of being extremely macho-- I feel like I don’t know when other men are supposed to be hot or not sometimes, when it’s a pertinent detail to a TV show or movie.  Is Will Trent... Is it supposed to be exciting for the women in the audience when he has his shirt off?  Are women supposed to be saying to themselves, “That Will Trent can solve it!  he can solve the mystery of how to do kissing good, all on my cheek” or whatever...?  I think I learned about heterosexuality in the old days, when they wouldn’t teach someday-men these things, but they never told us the downside was that years later, there might be an entire layer of ABC mystery shows that we don’t fully appreciate.  

He just looks like some guy to me because of his haircut, but then sometimes Erika Christiansen will be like “oh damn, Will Trent” and I’m just sitting here like... “That guy?  Really?  You were in Traffic and also Swimfan, though!” Like, I desire that Will Trent solve the mysteries of crime and also the mystery of how to win Erika Christiansen’s heart despite the damage caused by an abusive childhood.  But maybe other people desire that Will Trent burst through the walls like an erotic Kool Aid Man, and show them the scenes ABC refuses to broadcast.  And if so, can it be said that we’re even watching the same show?  And if not, who is the murderer on their show?  I’m not sure who it is on mine, but probably one of the minor characters who we briefly were introduced to in Act One.

Two nights ago, Will Trent found an evil torture room in the forest.  Last night, Will Trent had a shootout with an evil faux-Facebook employee while trying to uncover a conspiracy that reached into the heighest echelons of Georgia high society.  But tonight’s episode is about Neo-Nazis.  I’m very excited.

As time has gone on, I have serious questions as to the actual connection some of them have with him.

Yeah, he definitely helped remove legitimacy from the accusations by not responding - and also by continuing to live his life as usual outside of social media.

Had he spoken, not only it would be quotable, but it could imply there was a cleanup situation happening.

I know that Aries never met him, and I think Kayla is like… friend of a friend of a friend? Karis and Desiree knew him.
