LIKE GENUINELY NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I LISTEN TO THIS SONG I CAN'T CONCLUDE WHETHER IT'S BOLAS SINGING ABOUT THE OTHER TEAMS, OR IF IT'S THE OTHER TEAMS SINGING ABOUT THEM

and genuinely i think that is PERFECT for bolas, i think that song perfectly fucking encapsulates the absolute madness that was team bolas. i think BOTH are true; i think bolas IS EQUALLY the singer and the evil people. i think bolas fully believes they are the singer and i think the other teams fully believe bolas is the evil people and i think that's PERFECT. it took me a little while to dig through my mess of a folder, but the story idea that made me snort the hardest when i rediscovered it was a 'Yuuri on tinder' fic. this is everything i have for it:

Yuuri is legendary on tinder. “No I’m not,” grumbles Yuuri, attempting to ignore Phichit’s dramatics using the very devil at the heart of the issue. This is not his fault. Sean Richardson’s adorable Dalmatian is in three of his four profile pics and Yuuri is in love. He thumbs fly across the screen, phone dinging with another match. Phichit gasps, phone out. “And Yuuri achieves a match again! That’s right folks, Yuuri Katsuki continues to do the impossible and achieve a match for every swipe right!” Yuuri rolls his eyes. It’s all nonsense, of course. Vicchan is in every one of his profile pics and clearly the main draw of his flock of admirers. Which is completely fine for Yuuri. He’s only on tinder for the pets, it’s good he’s drawing a like-minded crowd.

i don't remember the exact plot of this story (undoubtedly because i was sure i'd never forget it), but one day, Yuuri decides to get a tinder to meet fellow pet owners. im sure his logic when he did this was impeccable. yuuri is very oblivious to how successful he is on tinder. Yuuri pets so many dogs, sleeps with so many people (coincidence, he's sure), and Viktor is absolutely in love with Yuuri's massive photo album of dogs until he discovers how Yuuri met all of them (cue Viktor struggles, because DOGS but also JEALOUSY) (and also why won't Yuuri sleep with him, he brought his dog all the way from Russia 😭)

You sigh in frustration. You can’t find your [NOUN 1] anywhere. You could have sworn you had it just this morning; you had used it to [VERB 1] some [PLURAL NOUN] before class. You feel slightly panicked at the thought that someone stole it; it’s your only one.

“Have you seen my [NOUN 1] anywhere?” you call to your roommate, [STUDENT CHARACTER 1].

[STUDENT CHARACTER 1] pokes their head out from the bathroom where they’re brushing their teeth. They look [EMOTION] at the question.

“Why would I know anything about that?��

“I don’t know!” you say. “I remember you borrowed it that one time, after [STUDENT CHARACTER 2] said you [PAST TENSE VERB] like a [ADJECTIVE] [ANIMAL].”

“That was one time!” [STUDENT CHARACTER 1] exclaims. “And anyway, that was like [NUMBER] years ago. I haven’t done anything with your [NOUN 1], I swear on my Great Aunt [PERSON NAME]’s [BODY PART].”

“Yuck, okay, I get the picture,” you say.

You decide to ask [STUDENT CHARACTER 2] about it on the way to [CLASS SUBJECT] class. 

They’re half-dressed when they answer their door, wearing only a [COLOR] [PIECE OF CLOTHING].

“Have you seen my [NOUN 1] anywhere?” you ask, politely averting your gaze.

“I don’t even know what that is,” they say. 

You roll your eyes. 

“Forget it.”

Maybe you should ask your best friend [STUDENT CHARACTER 3]. If they don’t know anything, you don’t know what you’ll do. Probably run away to [COUNTRY] and become a [PROFESSION]. You really need that [NOUN 1] back!

[STUDENT CHARACTER 3] narrows their eyes when you ask them about it after lunch. You knew they’d have an idea – they watched a lot of [TV SHOW] growing up.

“I know exactly where to look,” they say. 

“[EXCLAMATION]!” you exclaim. 

[STUDENT CHARACTER 3] leads the way back to your room. They throw open the door, looking like [FAMOUS CHARACTER] as they rush inside.

They rummage in your roommate’s closet. You almost stop them, worried that [STUDENT CHARACTER 1] will be mad, but decide you can deal with that later.

“Aha!” [STUDENT CHARACTER 3] exclaims after a moment. “I found it!”

They straighten up, holding a [NOUN 2] in their hand. 

You look at them in confusion. “That’s not my [NOUN 1].”

“[SWEAR]. I must have misheard you. I borrowed your [NOUN 1] this morning. I needed something to impress [CHARACTER 4] with.”

Your jaw drops. You can’t believe your best friend would betray you like this. 

“Well, did it work? Were they impressed?”

“No, they saw it and immediately started [VERB ENDING IN -ING].”

You sigh. “Can I have it back, then?”

[STUDENT CHARACTER 3] looks down. “No can do. I threw it in the lake after that.”

You throw your hands up in frustration. At least you know what happened now. Time to start packing for [COUNTRY].

The story is apparently about saving your dog Tomy from a mutant dog so you can bet if Roxy started this game she'd feel she'd have to play it out for Tomy. She can't just LEAVE him!!! She COULDN'T!!!

Couldn't get a good look at this mutant dog either but given its overall body shape I'm guessing it's kinda werewolf-like. Honestly, it'd either scare her half to death, or she'd think this guy is cool as hell. Like a 'fellow doggo that could kill you' kind of thing. She's convinced she could kill if so desired for some reason lmao

The dead animal in the trailer and stuff like that would scare her, but I dunno a dog being the horror might just be cool to her. A weird kind of kinship despite the fact she'd crumble into dust if she hurt someone for reals. I haven't seen anything but the trailer so I dunno, maybe it does petrify her but she takes it personally that Tomy is trapped and she won't let it lie until she's beat the game. Nightmares for weeks won't put her off. She's nothing if not the most stubborn and determined dog to ever exist lmao

Pfft if the ball mechanic makes the big mutant dog chase it or something then Roxy can relate to that so hard. Sat there nodding to herself like "yeah I'd give up trying to murder someone for a ball too". She's got her priorities too, ya know?

That looks like a really cool game though ngl I'm really interested imma keep an eye on the horror game players I like so I can watch it they play it.

On another note, it's really not that hard to scare Roxy lmao horror films, horror games, haunted houses, literally anything like that can get her. She's not as freaked out by real life stuff though. She's seen enough real world horror to get by. Yeah, it's still terrifying when it's real but she feels a lot more in control in the real world, ya know? More choice of actions! Fictional scenarios like that scare her though. Freaks her out just that little bit more that some people find this fun.

At least Monty's just as scared as she is so they can pretend to be fine and internally freak out together lmao
