trying to find a way to express how much i care 4 syzoth x ashrah and wish it wasnt overshadowed by other ships like symas, ashtara etc WITHOUT sounding like im against other pairings because im not at all!!! all ships are good ships, angelscales is just sooo dear to me and theyre ignored so much

its just something to me about two non-human characters falling in love and helping each other to see that their features they’ve been shunned for are actually kinda cool. cant stop thinking about them both just being so sweet and loving to each other about their "unconventional appearances". syzoth thinking she looks cool as fuck and beautiful with her demon markings even if she sees them as a curse and works so hard to get rid of them, and ashrah loving him for his natural form and encouraging him to spend more time casually hanging out around others while not feeling like he has to be in human form to fit in because she knows that’s not what he is. syzoth was enslaved by shang tsung and ashrah just barely escaped quan chi’s sisterhood of shadow, thats another thing they would find comfort in each other from

hold on i gotta talk about this for a bit (not directed at anon!!!! i just like talking about them ty for the ask🫶) its insane to me so many ppl r like !!! b.. b…bbut his wife and son just died how is he moving on so fast!!!!like OBVIOUSLY HES NOT😭the fight intro dialogues take place years after story mode (johnny has literally made multiple movies since) and even in saying that theyre not even that intimate with each other in anything we see , they r definitely taking things slow. big fan of multishipping i think symas is cute too but its wild to me how much more hugely popular that ship is than syshrah and nobody bats an eye at it but whenever i see anything of syzoth and ashrah its always just BUT BUTBUT THINK OF HIS FAMILY!!!! ppl can move on!!ppl can learn to love again!!!! let me enjoy projecting all this love in my heart onto two of my fav characters!!! i promise im not the kind of guy to be like “this ship is canon so its better☝️🤓🤓” all ships are good!!! im just forever a syshrah defender theyre cuties
