We don’t get much characterization for Tetia but she’s shown to be sweet and open-minded. Licht is a good man and would totally be smitten with a woman like Tetia who never judges and has the same dream as him (and Lumiere). And well, Licht is Licht. Of course Tetia would be drawn to him.

They are a couple that is sweet and happy. And while I do love my drama, I can get behind some saccharine sweetness! Not that the ship is without tragedy, through no fault of their own though. Just… the pain of them being in the middle of living their dream, everything comes crashing down! They probably knew that it wouldn’t be smooth sailing for them considering the royals at the time but they definitely didn’t expect the royals to massacre the elves. But the fact that they were so in love and hopeful for the future despite the looming threat of backlash is tragically beautiful!

Jwhcudjebwha! Licht x Tetia is a background ship but it means something! It’s important to the story that they were in love and had hope! It’s important to people to see individuals from different communities finding love with each other. It’s important to my heart because it’s wonderfully wholesome despite the ultimate ending!

Ok, so we already knew this, but Lucius definitely stands alongside Zagred in terms of manipulator mindset/ gamebreaker magic / ruthless execution of plans.

Holy shit, that man is terrifying.

In terms of trying to take him down, in spite of everything Asta and Liebe have gone through, I can't see the final blow being landed by anyone but Yuno, Julius, or maybe Zora.

Zora would be thematically appropriate because his power is almost entirely the result of hard work and innovation, as opposed to Lucius getting handed the ability to use both time and soul magic.

And speaking of time magic, Lucius could possibly be able to use it because he ate Julius' soul, just like he gained the ability to confer devil powers after eating devil hearts... but I really hope not. My shot in the dark theory is that Lucius is Julius' reincarnation, and was born with Julius' soul as well as his own, due to Julius' premature and tragic death.

This would make it thematically appropriate for Julius to deal the final blow, since in that case, he would also be able to use time and soul magic.

Deep in my heart, though, I'm convinced that it'll be Yuno.

As many of you know, "a soul who died tragically and prematurely being born in the same body as their reincarnation," is exactly my theory on why Yuno is the way that he is: able to use both the four leaf grimoire wind magic that Yuno Silvamillion inherited from Licht and Tetia, as well as the Star Magic that Yuno Grinberryall inherited as a Spade Royal. Sympathetic to the plight of William Vangeance because they know what it is to exist as an elf soul and a human soul together in a single body. And able to defeat Lucius because he ultimately faces them alone.

In terms of the soul duos we've seen before, William sacrificed his autonomy for Patri's sake, and Lucius attempted to murder Julius. (And Asta and Liebe are able to form Devil Voltron for short periods, though it's not quite the same thing.)

In terms of two souls in one body working together successfully long term... I think that Yuno of Hage might be the only true example that we've seen. Both souls seem to think of themselves as 'Yuno.' Elf-possesed Yuno doesn't change his name and tells people, "I'm me."

(Later, in the Spade Kingdom, Elf Yuno tells Human Yuno, "I'm you.")

Like Asta, Yuno's most powerful moves involve fusing himself with another person (fusing with Bell in Spirit Dive).

And... I don't know. I could be completely off the mark here, but it feels extremely significant to me that we didn't see any true evidence of Elf Yuno remaining with Human Yuno after the elf arc until we literally saw inside his perspective.

So at the end of the day, it was Tetia who suffered the most. Like girlie was better off dead than surviving the red wedding. She lost Licht, her brother and Secre have disappeared, she lost one of her children, and the whole elven race was massacred.

Oh and her family friend to kill her. The audacity.

I can only imagine the tears she must have cried as she tried to raise her kid and preserve as much elf culture as she could based off of what Licht and the others showed/told her.

Black Clover chapter 265...

That I would like to call the chapter of the elves return and brought us some pleasant surprise. First of all...

THAT PLACE IS SO BEAUTIFUL AND THE NAME OF THE ELF VILLAGE IS BASICALLY HEAVEN OR ELYSION !!! I know Elysion is related to hell but considering everything the elves went through.... Safe to assume it’s basically their Elysion. And nexxt page left me with a wonderful thought(s)...

TAKE THAT ZAGRED !!! NOW LOOK WHO’S LAUGHING, BITCH !!! So they are Licht’s and Tetia’s children ? They have human blood and especially the blood of a royal and while they look young it won’t be a surprise if I learn they are 500 years old or some shit like this meaning... STEP DOWN TRASH KING, THE REAL HEIRS ARE COMING FOR THEIR THRONE !!! (if only it could happen... but being elves AND foreigners it’s not gonna to happen even if they have Clover’s royal blood in their veins.)

Okay... Who else here shed a tear and knows he is going to cry when this scene will be animated ? Personnally I know I will if it is really well executed. Also Secre, best girl and I was right to put you in my top 10 of BC characters and put you to Yuno’s place after I read the RAW version of this chapter ! But also RIP the other twin even if you were present through Yuno. Unless we are hiding us something, something big concerning the local loud boy of the Black Bulls. Whatever is Asta backstory, we are going to learn his origins sooner or later in this arc. I bet we will learn it towards the end of the arc because there is too much revelations for now. Between Yuno’s legacy as the prince of Spade, Vanica revealing she took a kid as an hostage when she was fighting Acier, Nacht being the vice captain of Yami’s squad AND a devil’s host and now this ? We will loose our mind.

So let’s resume: Asta will be train by Nacht and Gimodelo to have a better control on his devil’s power after Antima’s betrayal (Yes I call that a betrayal and yes I’m still mad at AMD.), Bell is gathering mana for Yuno and defeat Zenon once and for all and the Heart’s kingdom squad will be trained by Patri and the others to learn “extreme magic” (can’t wait to see what it is). In other words, the members who were sent to Heart kingdom will train harder than these past six months to counter attack in two days and Yuno and Bell... are just gathering mana ? Is it the big mistake that Yuno will do and it will cost something dear to him (*cough* Asta *cough*) that I saw coming from far away ? Does he really think it will be enough to beat Zenon who, I remind everyone (I love to put salt in the wound), decimate half of the Golden Dawn (could have been the entire squad if it wasn’t for William and his arcane magic) while using 55% of his devil’s power, devil that the only thing we know for now is his magic: spatial magic. That’s why I say Langris or Finral OR both is going to give Yuno a major boost against Zenon because right now and in the state Yuno is, there’s no way he could win. While Noelle and Asta will have no problem to defeat Vanica and Dante but like I said it in a another post, I don’t believe Asta will win against Dante for the second time. You want more details ? You were a personal maid for Tetia ever since you were both young. You remember meeting the young Lemiel. You were washing dishes when the prince walked in and when he first met you he fell in love.

You were always dragged around by him. You remember how you both would go on walks together.  But you always remember you can’t love a royal, you are nothing but a servant,maid, a commoner, how can you be with him.

But he didn’t care which surprised you, “I don’t care Y/n  i love you no matter what and no matter what your mine” “I love you too my prince”. 

Of course rumors were going around and it was weird being looked at but you didn’t care. Meeting the elves was fun and you and Tetia would just talk about Licht and Lemiel for hours. 

“So you watch me sleep” “Hey you weren’t supposed to hear that” “But i must say thank you but you are the most beautiful thing in this world” “Lemiel” “Come on now let me go show you my newest idea”.

One day a couple of elves called you over wanting to play with magic together. You did but they asked you, “Hey Y/n want to train together”. You have never trained before but it sounded fun. 

You ended up with cuts and bruises and Lemiel begged you not to do it again. 

“N/n please never do that again what if you got badly injured” “I know Lemiel i’m sorry” “Don’t apologize just come here”. Lemiel held you in his arms as you both stood there for the whole time.

But as you trained you asked the elves why they did it.  “To protect the ones I love”, you had to be there with Lemiel. You were still guilty about how you couldn’t really do much with helping Tetia.

“Y/n stand back” “But what if-” “I got this Y/n”, you watched with fear in your eyes but it all went away seeing the three were safe. “Lemiel, Tetia are you guys okay” “We're fine Y/n”.

For time learned how to use a sword and the cleaning skills and other skills you had helped a lot.  

You were helping cook a meal for the family as when you called over Tetia she came over to hug you. “Woah Tetia you alright” “Would you want to be a bridesmaid” “Wait don’t tell me” “Yes!”. 

“So my sister told you the news” “Yep i can’t wait i’m so happy for them” “Don’t worry Y/n are wedding will come soon enough”

“So you're going to be a bridesmaid weak” “F/n don’t be rude i’m glad to be one” “Just saying but hey save me some cake” “I thought you were going to go?” “Nope got stuff to do” “Don’t tell me still nervous to be next to Secre” “No i just don’t want to go and hey you know i love you more” “Awe but you're still so young” “F-off”.

“Hey i know you're excited but let me finish” “Okay, okay i will just i’m excited” “I know but tell me do you look great or do you look great” “Thanks Y/n” “Now come on i’ll be outside waiting for you”.

You were happy for Tetia soon that will be walking down an aisle as Lemiel stood there waiting for you. It made you smile. Soon you will have your own kids and you and Lemiel can live happily ever after. 

But you spoke too soon, an attack came on. Everyone was attacked as you tried to look for Lemiel. Then your eyes soon met with seeing Tetias injured body you knew she can die so came to her side as Secre did. You told Secre to go help Lemiel with the giant demon as you stood with Tetia.

She survived and one of the twins survived. The news hit you that Lemiel and Secre didn’t survive and that they had died. You remeber you looking for him and him holding you in his arms but the giant demon was causing chaos but it felt like time stopped when he looked into your eyes as he smiled kissing your forehead. “I promise Y/n i’ll return ''.

But he never did with a broken you had spent two years trying but you made sure his story became a legend as you would tell his story out even writing it down.

After those two year it was said you had died of a broken heart and that on your deathbed you were speaking of the fond memories you had with your lover.

-“Lemiel wait up” “Come on Y/n well miss the butterfly”

-“Y/n teach me how to bake sugar cookies” “Okay now go give me the book”. “I told you no tasting the dough” “I’m sorry Y/n” “Tetia don’t eat it either”.

-”You know how I knew I was going to get poisoned” “Don’t worry Y/n i’ll find out who did this to you” “Don’t at least not now” “Of course”.

-“You know Lemiel I'm going to put a ring on that finger before you know it” “What I'm sorry I couldn't hear you” “Oh nothing”. Lemiel smiled he can’t wait to marry you.

-”How many kids would you want?” “As many as you want my prince” “Okay a hundred” “Nevermind just two or three” “I’m just kidding now names”.

Your story was never as famous as his was but  you were there,you were known as the storyteller, the one who brought up his story. But it soon turned into nothing but fog as the years went on as the thought of you passed by everyone's minds. But after your death many hoped in your next life you would be able to be happy.

Headcanons about Patri, Licht, Limiel, & Tetia?

+ unpopular opinion on Vetto x elf Fana? (when they got new bodies and came out of Sally’s incubators around age 15 or so again, I don’t know if it was just me but it felt like Vetto was crushing on her trying to be polite as could be avoiding his gaze… plus they always seemed rather close-ish in all of the elf flashbacks - idk)

Wow that's a lot of characters, I did Patri before here so I'll skip him and I'll do both requests for the rest.

unpopular opinions:

- Licht: I’m really upset that Licht and Limiel weren’t the ones who defeated the devil. Asta and Yuno couldn't even scratch Dark Patri at that time and this is not even their business meanwhile the elves were robbed of their moment!

- Limiel: I didn't like him at first and I thought he was pretty generic comparing to Julius. He grew on me after I watched the anime.

- Tetia: I find her character boring.

- Vetto x Elf Fana: I ship them!! They have a sweet relationship.

headcanons:

- Licht: he's actually really lonely, the elfin children worship him while the elders put all their hopes on him, there are a few elves who treat him as a friend but none of them dare to consider him as more than that because Licht is different and special and far above all of them.

- Limiel: he's the first person, and by far the only one, who sees Licht as just Licht, and for this reason they're best friends.

- Tetia: she loves making flower crowns.

- Vetto x Elf Fana: one of their favorite activity is taking care of the elfin kids because Vetto has a soft spot for small things and Fana enjoys teaching and playing with children.

Black Clover theory/ Headcanon/ Rambles

I have a theory about Asta's parentage and his connection to Yuno that lasts lifetimes. Also some random ramblings. This may be more info dumping.

So this isn't really anything new and a lot of people have been pointing this out that Asta could be the son of Dante and a random Spade citizen or a servant to the spade royal family or Asta and his Mother we're experiments by the dark triad.

I've also seen theories about Asta possible being one of Tetia and Licht's descendants.

Also I've seen theories about Yuno and Asta somehow being Tetia and Licht's childern which technically came true with Yuno being the reincarnation of one the unborn hybrid sons.

Ok so I don't think Zogratis siblings would have time to do experiments on Asta but I do think theirs a high possibility that Dante is Asta father.

Dante does have green eyes and when you look into his past he was a in the Spade kingdoms military. We also see him in bed with a woman.

We cant quite see her face but her hair good be similar to the woman in Flashback who we presume to be his mother.

Its a bit of reaching but its possible that their one in the same.

Asta lack of magic could because he was conceived when Dante became Devil possessed. Or it could be Vanica cursed him or his mother while she was running away. IDK that doesn't quite loom like a normal wound.

This makes his connection with Yuno a little more tragic.

Ok so some of the first things I saw of Black Clover was Tetia anf Asta and my first thought oh their related before i knew anything about the series.

That in mind. We know about the elf/human hybrids descendants. Because of Nero sealing Tetia's wounds.

To me Asta kinda looks like Licht and the royal sibilings.

We also know that Yuno was one of Licht's son that died during the red wedding.

So if Asta is the Descendant of the surviving Twin and Yuno the reincarnation of the one that died. Essentially in a symbolic way Asta and Yuno represents a brother hood that will span lifetimes.

Although if Asta is Dante's son I can see him trying to apologize to Yuno and possibly both of them breakdown because in the end their both just Teenagers.

Or maybe I'm reading to much into this.
