You are so right, my friend!

I think, with all the gags that he is used for/plays a part in, it is easy to forget that Buggy is in fact one of the more intelligent characters we know.

Is he a dumbass? Yes. Is he really smart? ALSO YES!

I mean, come on. It has been said before, but I have to say it again. Buggy not only builds his own bombs, he managed to build them in a high security prison.

I know we like to joke about the fact that Buggy became a Yonko because of luck, but the achievements that are attributed to him, are truly his!

He truly was an apprentice of Gol D. Roger and Dark King Rayleigh.

He truly is considered a Friend by Redhaired Shanks

He was one of the most infamous pirates of the East Blue (hell, he was known as Buggy the Immortal - I know this is an anime only thing, but I will never let it go)

He razed villages to the ground (There is no way Orange Town was his first destroyed village)

He managed to almost execute a fellow pirate on what is probably the most famous scaffold in all the world, and escaped the marines in a city crawling with them.

He was only captured when he unknowing infiltrated a Marine Base .... and unknown or not, he INFILTRATED a Marine Base!

He truly did lead a prison breakout from one of the most secure prisons in the world (was he the one who did most of the work? No! But that doesn't matter, because he was still a leader of the breakout)

He exposed the Summit war to the entire world by streaming it!

He built up Buggy's delivery Service, an organization so big it had no problem supplying people with mercenaries, weapons and resources.

Did he have help (even if no everyone was aware they were aiding him) in most of these situations? Sure. Did some of it happen as accidents? YES. But they are still his achievements.

But, what, I personally think, is most telling in regard to Buggy's intelligence is his ability to get followers. Is a lot of it dumb luck? Hell yeah! Of course! Buggy has incredible luck - even though it ends up biting him in the ass along the way. But that doesn't change the fact that Buggy is smart enough to use the situations he finds himself in to his advantage. He knows what to say, whom to grovel to, and whom to lead to get his way.

He is an incredibly interesting character. And I know that most of these points are probably overanalyzed by me. But man! I love Buggy!

It's an autobiography. His book is called "In the Pleasure Groove: Love, Death, and Duran Duran".

A great read - I think I finished it pretty quickly.

I also recommend "Wild Boy" by Andy Taylor.

k but... imagen steve sleeping like every night, and eddie gets home from rehearsal and writting and the first thing he does when getting into bed is placing his icy hand steve’s back making him wake up like “EDDIE STOP- JESUS YOURE FREEZING” and eddie just laughing

Man my ex used to do this (I’m a super warm sleeper) and I wouldn’t even wake up, just grumble and whine in my sleep.

But Steve’s a light sleeper, and he should really start expecting it when he goes to bed before Eddie comes home. Eddie strips before getting into bed, feeling wicked but excited to get his cold body onto Steve’s warm one. He makes sure he’s fully under the covers before touching Steve’s back, hands gentle but frigid, and Steve lets out a sleep-deep yelp and flinches away.

“Ed, noooo,” Steve whines, shuffling towards the wall. “Too cold,”

Eddie chuckles and wraps his whole body around Steve, holding him tight enough to feel Steve’s heat in his bones. “Aw, don’t be like that. Warm me up, baby, don’t make me sleep alone!”

Steve shivers, the chill of Eddie preventing him from falling back asleep, but he always ends up surrendering to it. “Gotta start showering before you get into bed,” he mumbles.

Eddie makes it up to him by pressing hot kisses on the back of Steve’s neck, and that gets him to loosen up some. He once pushed his luck by sticking his hands in Steve’s armpits, and got kicked out of bed and onto the floor for his troubles. “Ya know they say you sleep better if it’s colder,”

“Fuck that, same people who take cold showers. Dumb,”

“Yeah, they don’t have you to keep them warm,” Eddie’s starting to warm up now, sucking out Steve’s body heat like a vampire. In the morning, they’ll wake wake up warm enough to never want to get out of bed.

Finally being done unpacking all the boxes in my new apartment ^^. I‘m excited to have a home of my own now and a home where I can have a dog. So I am also excited for the puppy I am probably going to adopt in summer ☺️🐶

🐱 - Do you have pets?

Following up on the last one, not yet but hopefully soon ☺️ already visited some dogs and it’s going to be a knee-high black and white dog with a fluffy tail. Can’t wait to have her in my home

🐯 - favorite animal?

A hard decision. I adore wolves for their elegance and love otters for their silliness. Owls are super cool too, especially when you find out that the symbols of wisdom are actually the himbos of the birds ^^

What i'm pretty sure of is that they wouldn't have any bio kid, but they might adopt. And if they do, probably several kids, since El grew up in a large family and Byleth was a little miserable alone.

Nevertheless, with the work of rebuilding Fodlan from the ground up, they might just be too busy to raise any child of their own until Edelgard retires, and they might be old by then- and that's fine too ! They can help Dorothea a bit with all of her orphan-centered work. Imagining El as the granny who gives out sweet treats to kids after she longed for such leisurely sweets-filled days so much is beautiful in my opinion ❤️

In the meantime, they can adopt all the pets in the world ❤️💙

So since I've already posted little snippets of my two JT fics here and here, I'll give you an snippet from the draft of my Mr. Kidd fic!!!

Here it goes! I hope you like!

The tray was steady in her hands as she started up the stairs. Dolores had already taken care of most of the mess, except for the man passed out in her waiting room, flushed face and shiny bald head, it would be difficult to drag him up the stairs.

The corridors at that hour were still dark, she still hadn't had enough time to light the candlesticks. But stumbling around in the dark became the least of her worries when she heard, reverberating off the hallway walls, the sighs of a couple. Stopping to walk, Alma stiffened her posture. It was common for some guests to end up violating the nocturnal company rule at the inn, but normally they tried to be discreet, but this wasn't it.

She started walking again, her eyes meeting the shaft of light that was seeping through a gap in one of the rooms, no, not one of the rooms, his room. Alma didn't consider herself a prude, but she felt her face heat up as her eyes caught a glimpse of the mirror of the room number seven. The reflection was clear, the bedroom lights all on casting shadows across the face of one of the Saloon girls. The snapping of flesh against flesh, the grunts and loud moans pierced her ears. What she happened to see made her grip the sides of the wooden tray with such force that it almost made it squeak.

He had his white shirt and gray tailored vest open, his sleeves rolled up at his elbows, his sweaty chest exposing muscles taut with exertion, he had a tight grip on the girl's ample hips, a single-handed grip on the back of her neck. Alma gasped as he caught her gaze, fixed on her reflection in the mirror, only a beam of light illuminating her face. The young chambermaid did not realize that she was admiring his voracious countenance, but he did, and he gave her a condescending smirk with that. Dark thick brows drawn together in concentration, lips parted, smeared with whore's rouge, black curls disheveled and damp with sweat sticking to his forehead, falling before his eyes. Kidd held her gaze, the thrusts of his hips becoming harder, his brown orbs so dark that Alma couldn't help but think for a second that he wasn't a man, but a demon.

alright I have a non sad ask for once, when Buggy was first learning how to talk he called Rayleigh dad on multiple occasions. Rayleigh nearly started crying ever single time.

Honestly, I love this so much - and I am very happy for a not sad ask from you!

Rayleigh's and Buggy's dynamic is something that evolved in my head into a full father and son dynamic, with Rayleigh being so incredibly proud of Buggy, even when he was still just a small-time Pirate in the East Blue - after all, it would have been easy for him just to ask Luffy about knowing Shanks, but he had to ask about Buggy as well, because he is his son and he loves him very much.

I also believe that if Rayleigh were to meet Buggy right now, he would tell him that he looks ridiculous and then continue to sit him down and brush that hair of his until it stops looking so raggy. [Oda, please bring the ponytail back!]

I'm kind of leaning towards general surgery at the moment... To be honest not even two months ago I had no idea what I wanted to do, but then I scrubbed in on a surgery and, even though I'd been in surgeries like that before, something in me just clicked and I thought "This is it. This is what I want to do for the rest of my life."

The Doctor: If he did have something, he can't remember it anymore

Meggy: Her headphones. She is very noise sensitive, so she has headphones for muffling sound that can also play sounds much quieter than other headphones usually can. Very helpful if she needs to call someone

Popshot: A small jacket from when she was 12, before she was augmented. It's too small to fit her now, but it has a lot of sentimental value.

Busi: A stim toy for chewing shaped like a UFO. Im not sure if that needs any further explanation

Does Raz ever stayed with Shara after Agent story? or do they still get in contact?

Yes, Raz and Shara stay together after the Agent story, even if they aren’t always in the same place due to work (what with Shara trying to run Operations for the recovering Imperial Intelligence and Raz having to kind of go wherever she is directed to go by whoever is pulling the strings that week as the Sith sort out the mess). I haven’t decided how much of my Force-sensitive!Shara AU is maybe actually canon for my ‘verse, and if it is canon, it certainly complicates things for them. But ultimately, they’re in it together.
