hey I'm asking for advice what is a good way to protect oneself from feeling negative about people? not specifically more of generally. is it a low mood/vibration thing? thank you

It took me a long time to answer because when I first read it, I thought it was "how to avoid negativity/bad energy from people in general" and I thought a lot about it until i could answer it. But now I see I had misunderstood the question lol.

I'm not so sure what you meant by feeling negative about people, but here's what came to mind:

If you feel negative about life in general when you're around people

Yes, this could be about their low vibration that you're connecting with. This is what I was originally going to answer and the key is to:

⭐️ Pray for protection when you wake up, when you're about to meet people, when you're about to get in a crowded environment, when you arrive home to leave negativity outside, when you go to sleep.

⭐️ Keeping a clean and organized house, clean bedsheets and wear clean clothes when you can is also helpful bc extreme clutter holds bad energy easier than an environment with good flow. But this is all to help the most important thing which is to

⭐️ Shield your aura and mind by having positive thoughts about the present and the future. Remind yourself that you're protected and guided, that you'll hear the inspiration when it comes, that your life is not their life so what they say and think reveals more about them than you.

If being around people makes you feel bad about yourself

You could be picking up on their envy and your brain will translate that into self loathing, or you're aligned with their vibration and capturing how they feel about themselves. The key is to hold your ground mentally and see a barrier between you and their bad emotions (they can still be good people with self esteem issues, so just filter and be mindful of your interactions but don't necessarily cut them off completely as a rule).

If being around people makes you feel negative about them/having bad thoughts and feelings about them

If you are close to people and start to feel envious, jealous, to bring them down or wish them bad things, this could be one of two things. One is you need to work on self confidence and how you compare yourself to people and judge them. The other thing is that you're in a negative environment and it's triggering these thoughts when you otherwise wouldn't be so petty or mean towards people. If it's the second case, I'd say to refer to the first topic where I say the key is to pray and remain positive to avoid aligning to their vibration.
