I wasn't expecting it, but "The Case of the Prudent Prosecutor" turned out to be one of my favorite episodes so far. Burger has to recuse himself, and his entire office, from trying a case because the defendant is a friend of his. He asks Perry to defend him, Perry obviously agrees, and Perry gets him off.

Burger and Perry have some great moments, Burger clearly enjoys watching Perry try a case when he isn't the one on the receiving end of his "shenanigans", and Burger turns out to be a really good, kind friend. It was just a delightful episode.

Miguel's commentary for the brothel scene is so spicy actually. he outright calls daemon's grooming "abuse" and says daemon backs off rhaenyra because HER horniness surprised him (he expected her to be scandalized, but instead she was into it) and he didn't like not having the upper hand in the situation, so he backed off and left her there
