im gonna start making doodles trying to reclaim my TF F/Os that i've lost, maybe once a week or once every two weeks... or once a month?? i dont know, i will try to keep some consistency but i really need to start slow on this. here's to hoping that drawing them every once in a while will make even just the smallest difference.

im so sick of associating these characters with my abuser and i'm so sick of the immediate fight or flight response that i get when just looking at pictures of TF characters or even the voice actors. i have tried just about everything... therapy, medication, exercise, watching a few clips from the shows, buying cameos, commissioning art/fics, talking to voice actors in person at conventions... nothing has helped me get better at all. i tried giving up on TF entirely, throwing out/giving away all of my TF merch, refusing to touch the franchise, but that has only made me more and more miserable as time has passed. it has been over a year since [insert the most horrific experiences ever here] happened to me and since i associated that with a long list of things, TF included. and im! sick! of feeling bad! so! if im gonna be miserable no matter what, then i might as well try to get better, right?? drawing my F/Os loving me has never failed me before, so here's to hoping it isn't gonna fail me now. i am quite the stubborn bitch and i refuse to allow my main coping mechanism i've used for 2 decades to remain tainted forever and ever 😤😤

these will be the shakiest, shittiest doodles imaginable, but i think drawing the robots i miss so much at least once a month can help me rewire my brain into believing they're safe again and they love me and i'm not in danger. i think the best thing that will help me is drawing my Ryan F/Os interacting with them as "proof" that they're safe to be around, that they've "approved of" them, will help me slowly reclaim them. fake it til you make it as they say. let's try this for maybe just a couple of months as a slow start and see how it goes :/

i don't listen to english songs that much. but the title of one of my fics comes from taylor swift's song 'exile'.

here are 3 songs from my collection. all vids have english translation, tho i don't think hindi/urdu poetry can be aptly translated.

1. Laal Ishq, meaning 'red love' (red symbolising passion here) - i think i've shared this before but this is the most important thorjane song for me. i'll just copy paste what i said to Vi (@uniiiquehecrt ) when i shared it with her:

2. O Bedardeya, meaning calling the other person 'heartless/merciless':

the breakup song where the guy says how much she hurt him, how heartless she is, how it ruined him. he asks her to hurt him some more. and demands her to do him justice this one time if she ever did love him.

really cathartic. here's the vid, btw, because it's worth looking at how angry the guy is at her. this doesn't have the extended verse where he says she should tell everyone how horrible he was because he wants to hear it and hate himself some more.

3. Hasi, meaning 'smile' - the female pov song:

she talks abt having nothing and no one and how he gave her everything. the line of the song for me roughly translates to - he gave her everything by giving everything of his up in his mad love for her.

So, I found more info, and one of two things is going on:

The Attack on Titan/Harry Potter fan isn't just a fan of two examples of media made by bigoted creators, but actually is a bigot themselves and verbally supports the creators as opposed to just enjoying the franchises. This member of staff is deleting all evidence they can, including deleting blogs.

Some randos on tumblr are mad at staff and trying to make it look like there's a cover-up going on.

Honestly, I'm not sure at this point, especially since no one's trying to host evidence either way off-site.

So far ever single piece of evidence I've seen is, a screenshot of them liking dramionie (it think that's how it's spelled? Idk I was never into HP), a gifset they reblogged from AOT, and and aged up ship fan art of the kid (idk her name) from spyxfamily. Like that's it so far. So uhh take that as you will. It's a Google doc floating around somewhere it was like 1 full page at most with 3 screenshots.

Also considering I found out about the drama cause of someone saying they were going to go suicide bait staff I can probably guess why they decided to take it down.

Still I don't think staff handled it the best they could have and people complain about the swiftness of posts being taken down when all other reports of harrasment don't see the same urgency have every right to be upset.

Ok im watching pirate radio/the boat that rocked because I'm a Tom Sturridge stan now

(The movie follows Carl (Tom Sturridge) a 17 year old who got expelled from school for doing drugs. His mother sent him to live on a boat with his godfather Quenton and the band of DJs who run the pirate radio. Shenanigans ensue, the British government tries to take them down, its a good time. Also its set in the late 60s)

fanfic: loser in the sky with diamonds by scrunyuns basically tom & greg go on a trip to the bahamas and tom accidentally takes acid that greg took with him, and then the rest of the fic is them having an acid trip. I'm telling you, this is the funniest thing I've ever read in my whole fucking life. it's from tom's pov (which I'm a big fan of overall) and because of the drugs he's even more unhinged & cringe than usual, I was constantly crying of laughter (I was reading this in the middle of the night and I really had to do my best to stay quiet and not wake my family). and it's SO IN CHARACTER it's crazy, I 100% recommend it if you want to have a good time (all of scrunyuns' fics are amazing, don't know if they're on tumblr but if they're reading this I'm your biggest fan) (thinking about making a tomgreg fic recommendations list based on mood btw, like the best sad fics, the best funny fics, the best aus etc.)

i saw that ask you mentioned me in (you're so right btw!!) and even though i literally just woke up i am now In My Feelings about lee know. the thing that pisses me off about the "meanhoe" nickname and the way that some stays treat him is that, and i've said this in the tags of a lot of 2kr gifsets before, but me and lee know have the exact same personality. call it Scorpio Things or whatever, but when it comes to showing affection to the people we care about, lee know and me are exactly the same. i noticed it the most during the 2kr episode with him and chan, watching it felt so familiar because it was like every close friendship i've ever had - the other person would be acting all cute and clingy and i'd be like 🙄😒 but actually i'd appreciate a lot and in return i'd just like...... take care of them? we're the mum friends, like we're ride or die and we'll look after you and we'll love you forever but we're also going to complain about it the entire time. so when those stays act like lee know is actually genuinely being mean and cold it extra breaks my heart because it's so obvious to me that he's not. me and lee know look cold on the outside but on the inside we're made up entirely of heart emojis, we're like cats that show we love you by sitting quietly in the same room as you. and the fact that stays have even said it to him?? like actually told him on vlive that they think he's mean??? unthinkable, that must be so upsetting for him ☹ obviously the members understand him and love him and know that when he's being sassy or threatening their lives he doesn't actually mean it so like, how can people calling themselves a stay not get that? when it's so obviously the case??? idk man

8. How did you get involved in your latest fandom?

It was October. I was extremely depressed due to RL circumstances. I just finished watching another playthru of Until Dawn, and was wondering whether SMG did other games like that. Discovered Man of Medan, did a little more research, and found out a new game was coming out called House of Ashes and it was getting good reviews, like best game since Until Dawn.

My partner's sister and their GF was visiting for Halloween weekend. I decided, maybe we can buy this game and play it altogether as a fun treat. We got really drunk and high and picked our characters. I loved Nick Tarabay in Spartacus and Salim was also the only non-US military character, so obviously I zeroed in on him and vowed to keep him alive no matter what. (We hated Jason BTW lmao but when we realized that the character my partner picked was fucking the character their sister picked, we switched things around and my partner played Jason, doing a phenomenal job).

So, dressed up as a fembot from Austin Powers, I kicked ass through the temple, made it out alive with Jason and Rachel, and went straight to tumblr to reblog some aesthetic gifsets. That's where I found there was a whole fandom brewing and a discord server. I was really going through a dark spiral and was severely alone, so I decided to get back into fandom after having been out for several years. AND YOU KNOW WHAT, it's a silly game, but I'm happy I did it.

20. Any ships which you surprised yourself by liking?

No brainer on this one. Jason/Salim, cuz I remember sitting down with my partner and having this lengthy conversation, being like this is fucked up and I don't know how it'll ever work. Now I'm writing domestic suburban AUs where they're gonna get married and have kids.

This took a while to assemble because I first needed to track down all my original posts which are strewn across several personal tags because I didn't know at the time I established them that I'd be shitposting, getting back into giffing?? etc.

January-June

Still lurking but I took to commenting on Thai BLs on YT a lot. The thoughts needed to go somewhere but I wasn't back on tumblr yet cause I'd been mostly using it for Kpop for several years at that point. My first Thai QL related reblogs are from January 2023 though.

Fun fact: I watched Theory of Love in 2019 after stumbling across OffGun and promptly watching their entire back catalogue lol I even watched a good portion of 3 Will Be Free as it aired but fell off of Thai series entirely and I don't recall why! My only guess is that I was too into Kpop and learning Korean, nerdy proof from vocational training below lol I got back into BL in late summer 2022 via Semantic Error and from there I fell quickly!

honorable mention: This was also the month I suddenly got back into gifmaking, something I had dabbled in throughout several past fandoms (don't- just- don't go looking lmao). Basically no one's watching Wednesday Club? -> a gifset of May as played by Piploy. There's barely a ZeeNuNew fandom to speak of on tumblr? -> a badly thought out ZNN gifset lmao.
