Okay galaxy brain headcanon time. So Tommy's name tag in season two said Kincaid not Kinard. Maybe that was his original last name but he changed it when he finally cut contact with his dad - or his last name was something else entirely. He turns 18, says fuck you dad, changes his name from Thomas X to "just Tommy" Kincaid, joins the army and Tommy 2.0s himself, then years later he's like "i wanna be a pilot", im gay, no dad fuck off, new life, new me, new name, new station. Tommy Kinard is Tommy 3.0.
Tommy 4.0 is of course marriage to this hot firefighter named Evan and that means new name once again, but maybe with a hyphen this time.
Heyyy Anon!
First, I just want to say, well fucking done on catching that! I had to do a bit of research on this ask cause I, for one, missed it!
So, here's S2 Tommy in all his selfie glory:
Tumblr media
And if we zoom in... that name tag does in fact say, Kincaid:
Tumblr media
BUT... I think it's just a costuming error because I went back to watch the "Begin" episodes and everyone calls him "Kinard" and it's the name on his turn-out.
However, I do like the idea of an evolution of Tommy Kinard, so here's my two cents inspired by your two cents!
You can change your name at 16, and I agree he changed his legal name from Thomas to just Tommy. I imagine his father called him Thomas, and I believe that was a sore spot throughout his childhood.
Thomas can't do anything right.
Tommy can sneak out at night.
Thomas was a mistake.
Tommy has friends at school.
So, I believe Tommy joined the military the day after he graduated from high school, which would potentially make him 18. And he never saw his father again after this. A quick Google search let me know that the Army is actually the only branch of the military where you only need a high school diploma to become a pilot. So after completing basic training and the other requirements to become an Army pilot, Tommy could have potential received his pilot's license in roughly 2 years.
I'm not going into time served in the Army, so let's move on...
Thus, Tommy 2.0 is born.
He lands in LA, buys a house, and decides to join the LAFD, where he meets Captian Gerrard and Sal DeLuca. This ultimately shoves him into Tommy 3.0, which is the version of himself that I believe he hates the most.
He's wrestling with feelings he's always had but knows they're "wrong" in certain people's eyes and so I believe his first years at the 118 Tommy has never felt more like his father.
And he hates it. Despises himself even.
So, when Chim shows up, Tommy has this massive wall up, built by self-hatred and sadness. But then, Chim saves his life. And that wall begins to chip away, bit by bit.
We see the wall has almost completely crumbled when Hen arrives but with Captian Gerrard there he's prepared to put up barriers again.
Until Hen gives her speech.
I believe that speech cracked open Tommy 3.5. Maybe not someone who's ready to stand up and preach his truth in front of everyone but definitely someone who knows it's time to help be a part of the solution.
When Bobby shows up, Tommy is sailing nicely into Tommy 4.0. He's happy, he has friends that he can go out to drink with, and for the first time in his life, I think he's starting to feel as if he actually could belong somewhere.
Lou has said that Tommy likes to fly because it's his way to feel free and escape his problems. And I believe that with the happiness Tommy has found at the 118, his displeasure of not feeling true to himself is harder to ignore.
So, he transfers and stops lying to himself. New station, New him right? He gers the freedom of flying and being open about his sexuality.
Tommy 4.0 is officially here.
Then, years later, after a really bad breakup that left him ready to give up on the idea of ever finding love, he finds it in the most adorable ally that helped steal his helicopter, Evan Buckley.
And that's when Tommy Kinard finally finds the place where he belongs.

also let's be serious right now okay. the choice to have tommy call buck "evan" was so inspired, because as this journey begins for him, the healing has to start from the very core. and before buck was ever buck, he was evan. evan was the core of all his insecurities and his hurt. what buck is hurting from is what evan has been hurting from this whole time
and now, he's free and he can start healing. and evan has to heal first. evan gets to learn and figure things out with tommy as his guide and that's beautiful. tommy is there to guide evan so that buck can face the world. so that buck can get what the core of what he really wants, and who he's been looking for this whole time. tommy will allow evan to be seen and heal in this new light, but we know who's been seeing buck this whole time

the way tommy reassures buck that no one is looking at them, that nobody cares about what they're doing, but also tells him that he gets why he's tense. he doesn't invalidate his feelings while trying to soothe him. the way he gives buck the space he needs to ask questions he hasn't felt like he could ask anyone else, and answers them patiently and gracefully. the way he flirts with him and even in that, he is kind. he is gentle. he checks for reactions and respects that buck has just started his journey while he's been on his own for years. tommy i love you... i love queer solidarity

On Tommy Kinard
"It's not that I don't like Buck and Tommy, it's just happening so fast, he's underdeveloped!"
*clears throat*
Here is a recap of what we know about Tommy. And this is just off the top of my head, I didn't rewatch anything.
He was closeted at the 118 before and found the atmosphere repressive. He (probably) acted like a dick to fit in. When presented with the chance to make things better, he took it, and developed positive relationships with Hen, Chim and Bobby.
He was in the army and trained there as a pilot.
He knows Muay Thai and has a set up in his house.
He likes to work on cars and has a lift at his house (where TF does he live is my question - he has some nerve being agog at Buck's loft if he has a muay thai gym and a car lift)
He is down for violating departmental policy at the drop of a hat (has done so on at least two occasions) to help a friend and has no problems fucking with the fire chief.
He is a nerd. He likes pub trivia and has incorrect Star Wars opinions, and can keep up with Chim in the movie-quoting department.
His favorite movie is "Love, Actually" and he likes craft beer and monster trucks.
He came out when he transferred to Harbor and felt comfortable enough to stop lying about who he was.
He follows MMA and has friends in Vegas who like him well enough to hook him up to a frankly insane degree.
He'll risk his own life and engage in helicopter skulduggery to save people he doesn't know...I mean, apart from doing that for a living.
He'll take time out of his day to give a tour to the cute boy who called him up and offer to give that boy flying lessons (a significant time investment) which was probably maybe about more one on one time with said boy.
He yearns for the belonging and found family that the 118 became after his departure and probably befriended Eddie hoping to earn a plate at the cookout, aside from just clicking with him.
He likes Eddie and Chris a lot and they like him. Chimney also likes him.
He was attracted to Buck right away and was emotionally aware enough to pick up on Buck's jealous feelings over Eddie and his friendship, even if he was surprised that it was him Buck wanted to get to know.
He respects and values Buck and Eddie's friendship and wanted to make sure Buck knew that.
He's brave enough to shoot his shot by planting one on a dude.
He's a lil bitchy but also generous and ready to throw in with this insane guy who's inviting him to a family wedding after 0.5 dates.
He showed up to a bachelor party when he was on call because Buck asked him to, then showed up in turnouts after fighting a fire for like 12 hours yadda yadda we all know this part.
He has got it BAD for one Evan Buckley, who he only calls "Evan" which according to LFJR is a conscious decision by the writers, which fascinates me.
He was willing to take a chance with a man just discovering his sexuality BUT wasn't willing to put himself through that if the man in question wasn't ready for it. When Buck showed him that he was, he was all in.
He does NOT take his coffee like that.
Oh and
He's a beast.
This is VASTLY more information than we knew about ANY of Buck's previous girlfriends with the possible exception of Abby. Even Taylor did not get this much development over 20 episodes (things we knew about her: she was an ambitious and ethically flexible reporter, did not eat fudge, had a dad in jail, and sometimes jogged for exercise, she was capable of being nice and did love Buck, I believe). And as for it being fast? Sometimes it just be like that? A relationship doesn't have to have year(s) of buildup. Sometimes people do just meet, like each other, and start dating, in fact in the real world that's usually what happens. It's in TV Land that you have to have eighteen seasons of UST before pulling the trigger. Most of the time in reality people just vibe off each other and decide to go out and THEN they learn about each other.
And they've got a great start. You'd think they'd barely spoken by how a few naysayers are talking about it - the loft scene was like a solid five minutes of very open conversation, the Cringe Date seemed to have gone well and again, open and honest (if cringey) conversation before Cockblocker Eddie showed up, and the coffee meetup was again....open and honest conversation. They're not gonna show us long scenes of them exchanging firefighting stories and workout preferences (I mean, I'd watch that, but it's not what the show is about).
In conclusion, anyone saying he's poorly developed or the relationship is "out of nowhere" either is being willfully obtuse or has ridiculously unrealistic expectations for relationships and/or what constitutes character development.
As for whether they have chemistry, that's a matter of subjective opinion. Given that a TON of people watched that harbor tour scene (even when it was posted as a sneak peek) and started going "wait...what's going on here...are they flirting??" might be a clue. People were talking about Bi!Buck maybe happening with Tommy based solely off that clip of the harbor tour and what they were seeing between them. And imho that loft scene was crackling. But we all see things through the lenses of our biases, myself included.
Got that off my chest, whew.

Buck tucks them away in a corner when the mingling begins. They're stood far too close to be decent, Buck pressed up against the hard lines of his date with little care for anything besides being close, close, close. But in his defence, Tommy had taken his turnout coat off somewhere along the way which means he's stood there in a too-tight LAFD tee straining against his biceps and those suspenders Buck has always found more than a little maddening. So, really, it's only right to tuck his hands beneath one of the straps to pull Tommy even closer. And Tommy goes easily, smiling wide enough that it brightens his whole face as he presses Buck a little more firmly into the wall at his back.
"That was good. That was really good, right?" Buck breathes, his own smile making his cheeks ache.
He's horny, yeah, his boyfriend is incredibly hot. And, Jesus, the noise he'd made in the lobby—Buck can't wait to wring more of those noises from him. Mostly, Tommy just looks so stunningly happy to be there with him. So, yeah, he's a little amped up. But he's mostly just giddy. No, happy. He's just happy. Because everyone he loves knows who he is, knows who he's with. And he's just really fucking happy.
"How do you think they knew?" Buck asks then, still a little breathless just from Tommy's closeness, from the way he ducks just a little so their noses brush like they're in their own little bubble. "Like they all just seemed to know. I didn't even get to introduce you as my date." Tommy's eyes do something then, the crinkles at the corners smoothing out as they melt into something so fond Buck's stomach somersaults with it. "I mean, Hen I get. Her gaydar is killer. Like astounding. But Chimney?" Buck's eyebrows furrow, but it couldn't be called a frown for the smile still tugging at his lips. "Do you think he just saw how happy I was—"
"Evan," Tommy says softly. Buck snaps his mouth shut at the look on Tommy's face, all indulgence, downright smitten, if Buck had to take a guess it's probably the same look reflected on his own face.
Tommy reaches up to cup his face, swiping gentle, reverent thumbs over Buck's stubbled cheeks, smile twitching with bitten-back amusement. He pulls his hands away then, freshly cleaned palms coming away sooty.
"Oh," Buck murmurs, face flooding with heat. So, that's how they knew. Makes sense.
"I'm sure they saw how happy you were too." Tommy nudges their noses together again, a gentle little nuzzle that makes Buck's body fizz from head to toes, but there's something hesitant to it that has his eyes flickering back and forth between Tommy's. "You're happy, yeah?"
"Yeah." Buck nods just to feel their noses brush again. "Really, really unbelievably happy, Tommy."
And if Tommy's smile had been beautiful before, this one is radiant as the fucking sun. Buck almost wants to shield his eyes from it, except he doesn't. Not at all. He wants to map every inch of it and remember it forever.
"Good," Tommy breathes out. "Good, that's really good." One of his big hands finds Buck's hip, settles there and squeezes just tight enough to make Buck fizz again. "I'm happy too."
Oh.
Oh.
That's nice. That's really fucking nice.
They have to get out of this very crowded hallway immediately.
Buck lets his smile shift into a smirk and sways forward into Tommy's space. He doesn't look at Tommy's eyes as he does it, zeroed in on those lips that Buck could happily spend the rest of his life getting to know inside and out.
"Hm," Buck hums, pushing far enough forward that Tommy stumbles back a step. "We should probably go and get cleaned up, huh?" He extracts himself from Tommy's arms with only the slightest bit of difficulty, leaving one hand wrapped around his suspenders to drag Tommy along with a raised eyebrow.
Buck isn't entirely sure, but he think there's a little bit of pink underneath the soot on Tommy's face. It makes him even happier.

wait eddie finding someone with similar interests actually goes beyond buck's jealousy or anything else because he's finding someone who embraces these parts of him that that previously were framed around his trauma (or rather, he's finding someone to embrace these parts with, even if tommy isn't necessarily aware):
the army
helicopters
mma/fighting
cars
like...this isn't just him getting a new friend. it's also him embracing all these things as hobbies rather than the depths of things he struggled with. (army, being shot out of the sky, street fighting, crashing his dad's truck/buying one with illegal money, etc)
anyway im gonna go cry about him

Another day, another time to debunk shitty takes I see online.
I've seen a multiple of people pointing out that "we don't know anything about Tommy" and how could people ship him with Buck (nevermind that the ship is canon and always will remain so) when we know so little about him?
First of all, I'd actually make a point to say that we as of now already know more about him then all the other LI that Buck or Eddie ever had in the show.
I shall make you a list, so that you may remember it more easily:
- He likes cars and he's a good mechanic (extrapolated by the fact that Eddie explicitly said that fixed/improved his engine)
- He likes playing basketball and he's also quite competitive ("we'll make short work of them" said in reference of Buck and Chim)
- He's sarcastic (the closet line)
- His favourite film is "Love, Actually"
- He loves Monster Truck and Craft Beer, and MMA
- He has a big scar on his chest and it came from a fire in a factory
- He's a very skilled pilot, able to manoeuvre in a hurrican, and doesn't waver in the face of danger
- He likes watching and practicing Muay Thai
- He was a pilot in the army
- He only came out when he started working in Harbor, but prefers not to publicise his sexuality
- He doesn't like Bella Swan (and it's implied he might like Jacob more) and he watched the Twilight movies
- He likes to drive his friends to events
- He has friends that can get him high up tickets for shows in Vegas
- He has permission to fly airplanes for personal reasons when he's not on the clock
- He likes to be helpful and he's thoughtful (driving Eddie to check out his sprain, going to Buck's to clear out the air without prompt, immediately agreeing in helping the 118 with the whole ship operation, trying to get Buck to be at ease on their date)
- He's loyal (he didn't rat the others out when the chief called on their way to Bobby)
- He's a smooth flirt
- He can do a mean mouth static (at least in his opinion)
- He pays the bill on first dates
- He is very much the definition of carpe diem (kissing buck was very much shooting his shot)
- He checks for consent
- He kept contact with Chim ever after he left the 118
- Chim called him for help in the episode Broken
- He went to the 217 and opened the spot for Buck at the 118
- He participated in the betting pool Hen made on how long Bobby would last at the 118 captain
- He apologises when he's in the wrong and is shown to be able to correct his behaviour
- He doesn't like chickens (lol)
- He likes the film fight club and can quote it
- Implies to have dated people he met on a call
See? We know quite a lot actually. So you may get off your high horse how about that.
I don't think I missed anything but do let me know.

“My attention?”
That line for me says a lot of things. His face looks like he’s contemplating things and I don’t think it’s just one thing he’s questioning.
MY attention? You wanted to get MY attention? This was about me and not Eddie?
My ATTENTION? This is flirting, he’s flirting with me and he wants my attention bc he’s flirting.
I think he wasn’t prepared for Buck to be so straightforward, they were flirting but it was less what they were saying and more How they were saying it. Making plans to spend time can be normal friends but the slowly getting closer and the way they were talking makes it flirting. But that is very different than just stating Hey I’m Interested In You like Buck did. He’s checking that he’s picking up exactly what Buck is putting down, that he’s not misreading this before he makes the big move.
And yeah there is an element of Me? Not Eddie? But I think that’s also him double checking that he’s not about to start a disaster, that this is what Buck wants.
Tommy might seem more sure of himself but I think he still needed Buck to say exactly what he was feeling and wanting before he was willing to fully put himself out there.

I personally do not see Tommy saying Really? after Buck said Cause trying to get your attention has been kind of exhausting. as him questioning whether or not Buck was sure that it really was his attention he was trying to get, and not Eddie's.
I see it as him making sure and asking for reassurance that the signals he is picking up from Buck really are the flirty kind, that he is not misinterpreting what is happening between them.
He does a similar thing a bit earlier in the conversation saying Yeah? after Buck said I … I just, I wanted to get to know you.
And both times Buck does reassure him. First simply saying Yeah. and then Yeah, I guess so., realizing the truth of what he is saying the moment he says it.
Tommy is a queer man that is confident in his identity, flirting with another queer man that he recognizes is new to this kind of romantic endeavour. Ofc he is treading lightly and making sure that his perception of what is happening is the correct one before making a move on Buck, wouldn't you?

ive just rewatched the first kiss, ya know, for reasons, and i noticed something new
tommy looks disbelieving and uncomfortable when buck tries to reassure him that he WAS part of the 118 family
AND BUCK IMMEDIATELY CLOCKS IT
and pivots slightly, lightening the banter with the "you made fake mouth static at the fire chief"
and tommy fucking ✨SPARKLES ✨ at him, takes the out and goes for "im renowned for my fake mouth static"
but still kinda shakes his head a bit, when buck insists 🤩that he was cool, it's only when buck goes on to expressly tell him that he wanted to get to know him, that he narrows in on buck with a different kind of attention
you can tell that he's going: "wait wait wait really? me? holy shit. yes! ok, don't get overexcited, tommy boy, try out some more flirting first, yes! yes! gonna go for it. gonna kiss the cute boy so good about this" in his head
i know we like to joke about buck being a disaster bi (and you know, it is valid at times, looking at you, awkward fistbump insta rainbow flag ally) but look at how well he read what tommy needed from him that time!!!
and look how quickly tommy read him!
tldr: tommy is uncomfortable with compliments and praise, while buck actively seeks them out. but even extremely early on, buck and tommy are excellent at reading one another and responding to each other's needs!!!
they're perfect for each other, your honor!!!!🥰

Just curious on your thoughts because I love your blog so much! I have so much trouble watch the end of Buck and Tommy’s first date (the early part is slight awkward but also adorable) - Tommy just seems so out of character those last few minutes compared to the very other scene we see him in (especially scenes with Buck). Do you think some of that was a little bit of self preservation in his part? Like it’s so obvious he is so into Evan and wants to get to know him more - and then he’s worried about pressuring him or that he came on to strong so he ends up being kind of a dick for a few minutes. Just curious on your thoughts! I feel like every other scene Buck and Tommy are in together Tommy is so sweet and goofy and a bit smitten and protective! I sooo need some more “relationship” scenes to see them being all adorable together!! Hope this wasn’t to rambly and again enjoy your blog a ton!
Hii! Not rambly at all, and thank you for the love!
[This answer is partially based on Lou's cameos and his own background for the character Tommy.]
I think you hit the nail right on the head.
Self-preservation.
I only differ from your view because I don't feel like it was out of character for Tommy. As an audience, it can feel that way because we've only seen Tommy through Buck's eyes. And that view of him is that he is confident, cool, and handsome... guy has a cleft...
But, Tommy's been hurt in the past by friends, family, and past relationships.
We can see Tommy's face in the "hot chicks" scene, and the guy is hurt. Not only because he was literally shoved back into the closet but also because I think he really likes Buck and this is the first person he's pursued since his last break-up.
And that's hard, isn't it? To put yourself out there again, testing those waters only to find out you might have gotten your hopes up a little too high?
Then tack on the fact that Buck is nervous and clearly terrified of Eddie finding out they're on a date (according to Tommy's POV)
That had to hit Tommy hard that he 1: really likes someone who potentially will hide any potential relationship they might have going forward and 2: wondering if he's the asshole picking a public place. Did he unintentionally pressure Buck to come out earlier than he wanted? Or if he even wanted to...
That's a lot to deal with in a very small amount of time, let alone a first date.
I actually like that Tommy did what he did because it put the ball in Buck's court and thankfully, Buck took his shot.

so i love this. i love that buck's awakening is with tommy. and let me tell you why. tommy holds himself in a way that is just so sure of himself. he takes up space and he doesn't curl into himself when he does. his body language tells you he's proud. but he's also not proud to a point to not be vulnerable. admitting that there's a sense of jealousy he feels about the 118 shows what kind of character he is that has grown from whom he was when we first saw him. and this version this grown, confident version is the one that buck meets. the one that buck kisses and gets to explore this new side of his life with, and that is amazing in so many ways. give buck someone who is confident in the space the occupy in and can take his hand and say 'let's just see how this goes, yeah?'

can't get over the fact that tommy cut the date short even though he genuinely likes buck and sees potential in a relationship with him because he needs buck to feel the same. he doesn't need him to be secure in his sexuality, it wasn't about pushing him to be out for their sake, it was the complete opposite. it was ‘because i want you to take your time with this, and figure things out, and be gentle with yourself, i am taking a step back’. because i could be gentle with you but the thing is i like you, and i maybe like you—or the idea of you, of us—a little too much for this to work without hurting us both. and i don't want you to be hurt now, in such a delicate moment, and i don't want to hurt if i can help it, and i have to help it, because i am ahead of you in this. i see what you can't yet see and that is okay but it leaves me with more responsibility. i think you're adorable, but i don't think you're ready, not like pointing out a fault, but rather like reassurance; that you're good, and worth it, and that whenever you figure yourself out someone will undoubtedly be there to walk alongside you, even if it won't be me. i would like it to be me, sure, but this isn't about me. i won't make it about me. i think you're adorable. i hope you find what you're looking for. i'm rooting for you. i think you're adorable.

So I haven't written a lot of meta in a while for anything, but I feel the need to talk about this because I just have a lot of feelings about it.
I want to talk about the two kisses Buck and Tommy have shared on screen. What I like about the two kisses is that there's this wonderful difference between them.
The first one is the one Tommy initiated with Buck. There's this caution and care and easing that Tommy brings, partially because he doesn't know where Buck stands and he's taking a chance on this feeling. He gives Buck the opportunity to move away from the kiss, to not let Tommy guide him into that kiss.
And even when Buck kisses back, Tommy is still gentle; Tommy is soft and he lingers. Tommy soaks in that moment.
And Buck's kiss at the hospital?
Oh wow it's beautiful in a completely different way. Buck has seen this man not only come to a bachelor party Buck organized despite Tommy being on call, but Tommy coming to Chimney and Maddie's wedding at a random hospital as soon as he could after fighting a 24 hour forest fire. Buck has seen Tommy make him a priority when so many people don't do that for Buck.
But here Tommy is.
Rushing to the hospital.
Tommy probably had his coworkers drop him off in their station's firetruck. Tommy didn't even go back to his station to change, he rushed into that hospital with his entire uniform on, still covered in soot.
Tommy was there for Buck.
Because Buck is important to Tommy. Because this was important to Buck. And Tommy had promised he would be there.
And there's this joy Buck has in someone caring about him that much; to date someone who actually thinks about what's important to Buck. This person who keeps being there for him even when work makes it difficult.
And there's a confidence in Buck.
In how he feels about Tommy.
In what he wants.
These two have been going out for weeks, and you can see the difference in how Buck acts in public with his boyfriend now, even if he's not out to most of his loved ones (yet).
That's so clear in Buck's actions. Buck takes control of that kiss in a way that surprises Tommy, you can hear it in the surprised moan. Because Tommy wasn't putting any expectations on Buck, he was okay with whatever Buck could give him. He never pressured Buck.
And this is what Buck gives when he's comfortable and feels loved.
And part of Tommy's surprise must be that no one actually handles him like this. People see Tommy's size and assume that he would be the one who would initiate, who would take control.
And Tommy?
Tommy melts into that kiss. And Buck can tell and he keeps kissing Tommy like that.
And you know, people talk about how Tommy should have warned Buck to wipe the soot off his face, but honestly how would Tommy have the brain cells to do that after a rough 24 hour shift and that kiss? I bet Tommy could barely focus enough to apologize to Maddie and Chimney for being late.
Buck is also so pleased with himself. You can see that when he goes upstairs. He's been making out with that man long enough to where people are casually chatting while eating wedding cake and he is just energized.
I just really love both of these kisses.

There was always this frantic quality to Buck's relationships
With Abby it was.. I need to be a better man, I need to be the bigger person, I need to be understanding
With Ali it was ... I need to change something
With Taylor it was... I have to make it work
With Natalia it was... I need to be quick with this cause who knows if I'm running out of time/I need to use the lightning strike as a wake up call
And then there is Tommy
Tommy who makes the first step but then lets him breathe through it for a moment
Tommy who asks HIM out
Tommy who cares that Buck doesn't do anything he's not ready for
Yes, Buck is a little frantic with the date but
Tommy gives him room and grace and understanding
And then the coffee date!!!
For the first time we see Buck AT EASE looking at a romantic connection with someone
Is he still Buck, and moves a little head over heels? Of course he is!
But it's not cause he's desperate
It's cause he's EXCITED
He's filled with so much joy and excitement
and for the first time he has no outlined plan with a relationship, no map he's following
Instead he allows himself to discover and explore this relationship and this part of himself
He's so excited about it
So free and bright and content with it
Tumblr media
Tommy really stopped that hamster wheel and showed him a new way and
Buck is guided by that inner light of his now, without trying to direct it
And he's not looking for what's missing, what's wrong or following a plan
He just lets himself be and experience and explore and discover
And just
The sheer joy and ease of it all
I can't!
Go, Evan, go and spread your wings and explore that joy
You deserve it so much
😭😭😭😭
