Thanks for the question! Had to think about it in all aspects since most of the time he is not cooperative so you have to read between the lines and then some. The short answer is in extremely rare circumstances under very specific conditions then yes. Now for a slightly more in-depth answer to your question. What do I mean by ‘rare circumstances’, well the first part of this is that it would likely still benefit him in some way for him to put someone before himself, for example, to keep them alive because they are one of his ‘favourites’ this means he is unlikely to find a suitable replacement for them. Whilst Jim is unable to love in the traditional sense, he almost has his own way of love if you can call it that, it may appear similar to what you see in other ships but it is not the same. Jim can be affectionate and gentle if he wants to be, yet this is mostly for a sense of not wanting the person out of his life because it would be dreadfully boring without them or because he feels the other can understand him. Family, yes he would perhaps put them before himself to continue the family name for example if his death was inevitable or perhaps even to get back at them, with Jim, nothing is off the table. Would Jim do something selflessly for anyone not in these two tiers, I think we can be very certain the answer is no.

a fan comic of sanji and zoro from one piece, during the wano raid scene where sanji bandages zoro.

panel 1: sanji looks disgruntled, a cigarette hanging out of his mouth as he ties strips of bandages together. he asks, “hey. still alive in there? say something, wouldja?” zoro answers from off-screen. his speech bubbles are shaky, and his words are occasionally interrupted by groans or hitches of breath. he says, “do… you think… luffy feels… attraction?”
