Ty, very bad at flirting: Um... you smell really good.
Louie, equally bad at flirting: Thanks, I use both nostrils.

pls tell me everything you want about anything you like. i am LISTENING. ears WIDE OPEN rn.
if u insist. here’s a character analysis of louie duck and ty cloudkicker in swindle comic
louie is very proud of his cunning abilities. this can cause him to come of as arrogant and obnoxious sometimes but really the whole reason why he makes his cleverness to be his whole thing is because his cleverness the only part about him that he feels makes him worth something. this is mostly because of the fact that he comes from a family of legendary adventurers who are smart and tough and strong and brave and many other things that he isn’t, causing him to feel inadequate and left out. all he has to offer is his cleverness, and sometimes even that is not enough causing him to feel like a burden on his family. his family and friends love him but he keeps desperately trying to use his cleverness and cunning to earn a place in his family because he does not see himself as a person worth loving.
ty is ashamed of his cunning abilities. at the age of 8-10 (??) he spent several weeks on the streets alone with only himself to depend on, resulting in him develop skills for pickpocketing, shoplifting and other forms of stealing and becoming a sharper person in order to survive. when he is adopted his father sends him to school where he fails to make friends as ty struggles with his habit of stealing the belongings of others, causing him to be shunned by his teachers (probably) and schoolmates. he also causes enough trouble in school to the point where his father has to leave work multiple times for his son’s misbehaviour. as a result ty starts to keep his problems to himself, lying to his father and telling his father that he is no longer struggling with the habit of pickpocketing and that he has tons of friends at school, in an attempt to not worry his father and be less of a burden on him.
soooo like. something about louie duck not being sharp enough and ty being too sharp. something about louie trying to use his cleverness as much as possible to prove that he’s worthy of love and ty repressing his cleverness for the same reason. something about two sharp kids trying to prove that they’re not burdens, not realising that they’ve always had a spot in their families and that it was never something they needed to earn. and then they fall in love and KISS‼️‼️‼️
anyways u guys should read @/swindle-comic it’s pretty good [translation: PLEASE READ IT PLS PLS PLS]
