You should've noticed it was strange for Vinny to knock on his own door when you heard it. At least, then, you wouldn't be surprised by another familiar showing up at the door.

You could blame your own scattered mind, too worried about boiling the broth to care. Besides, there was no one else who could've been at the other end of the door. It was raining in the evening, not an optimal time to be out of the house.

"Hey, Vinny, where did you leave the—" At least, that was how it should be, until you saw him standing outside, drenched in rainwater. "Jay?"

Seeing each other was a surprise for both of you, neither expected to see one another. Both of you were hoping to see an absent redhead, the only bridge between you and Jay. You couldn't say that he remembered your name, but the two of you have met enough time to know about each other.

You hoped that was the case with him, at the very least.

"You're Vinny's..." Jay belatedly realized he didn't know which term to use, which left him no choice but to change the topic. "...Sorry for intruding, I didn't..."

"No, no, it's fine," you smiled despite his awkwardness, stepping aside for him to enter, "Vinny will be back soon, anyway, I'll tell him about you coming over."

He nodded glumly, "Thank you."

Closing the door behind you, suddenly, the opportunity hit you. Never before had you ever have to interact with one of Vinny's actual friends aside from Sung. At least, you knew Sung, you didn't know Jay at all.

You were eager to become closer with one of Vinny's new friends, if anything. "Are you hungry? I'm already making dinner, eat with us, yeah?"

Jay looked at you, for a moment, he didn't know what to say until the answer came, quieter than expected. "All right... thank you."

You gave him another genial smile, hoping he'd relax but it was a miss with Jay. Without any other choice, you pulled your phone out to text Vinny, telling him about this new occurrence.

You: Jay came over, I let him in.

You: Do you mind if I lend him your clothes? He looks drenched.

Uchiha Vinny: ? Sure.

Uchiha Vinny: I'll be right back.

When you lifted your head from your phone again, you zoned in on his soaked uniforms. Concerns overwhelmed you, whatever had him out in this weather must have been serious. "Hey, you should get a change of clothes," you gestured towards the door at the corner of the room, "the bathroom is over there."

You dug into Vinny's closet, pulling out one of his spare t-shirt and pants. After handing them to Jay, you ushered him towards the bathroom, pointing out where the clean towels were.

Before you got the chance to return to the kitchen, you heard the door unlocked. Vinny stepped into the room, immediately scanning for the traces of Jay.

"Where is he?"

Vinny lifted the grocery bag and left it at the counter, you fetched the bottle of fish sauce from it, eager to return to cooking. "In the bathroom," you looked at Vinny, curious, "did something happen?"

"I don't know," he shrugged, peeling down his outer layer, "he'll tell us if he wanted to."

You nodded readily, agreeing with his assessment. "Okay... Can you hand me the spice? Open the window, too. I don't want the scent of food to cloud the room."

"Sure," he complied before returning to the counter area, peering at the pot you were brewing, "are you cooking for Jay too?"

"Yup," you said, "can you take an extra packet of noodles? I don't mind eating less, but you are both athletes, you should eat a lot."

"Huh... sure," Vinny shuffled around you, pulling open one of the cabinets.

Behind the both of you, Jay reappeared after putting on the clothes you. When you caught him looking your way, you smiled, but Jay only looked vaguely confused. Strange boy, indeed. You left him to his device when you saw him picking up an incoming call.

"Minu says he's coming over too." Apparently, that was the result of the call Jay was on. At least, you were more familiar with Minu than Jay, even if you didn't get the chance to interact with him often back when he and Vinny were with the Zephyrus.

It was nice to see another friendly face, although, you couldn't say the same to Vinny.

The pack of noodles in his hand immediately crumbled within his grip, the anger on his face was evident. "Goddamnit, what is this? Some kind of shelter for abandoned animals?"

You could only smile, it was nice seeing Vinny surrounded by his friends, even if he wouldn't admit that on his death bed.

Minu arrived not long after with his bike at his side, it made you wonder if these boys carried their bikes with them everywhere. Vinny did have that habit himself.

"Mm~this is damn good!" Even with two additional servings, Minu made quick work of the noodles, eating less wasn't even a choice for you after he arrjved. "Vinny, you really scored big with her, how did you manage to find someone who cooked divine food?"

"It's only instant noodles with toppings, but I'm glad you like it,” you beamed at him, glad to have some appreciating your cooking.

Apparently, Vinny didn't share the sentiments. "Ugh, what are a couple of rich di... douches like you doing here bumming ramen off me?" His disgruntlement was open to everyone in the room. "I want you gone as soon as the rain stops."

However, his little misstep didn't escape Minu. "Vinny, did you censor yourself because she's here?"

"Don't change the topic." Vinny threw a glare at him, but there was no denying his showing blush.

Leaving the other two boys to their own conversation, Vinny leaned towards you, keeping his voice low. "If you really minded them staying, I'll kick them out."

"You don't have to," you told him, "it's fine for a night, I think they need the help, anyway."

Even with your reassurance, he didn't look convinced. "You're not wrong but... I don't want them to make you feel uncomfortable."

"It's fine, they're good friends of yours, aren't they?" You pat his arm, soothing his worries. It was nice for him to worry about you, but you didn't want his friends to leave because of any minor inconveniences they will cause.

They needed the help anyway, you could leave anytime, but you knew Vinny would have somethint to say about that, especially when it was late and raining.

"Stop being nice for once," he fought to push down the surfacing smile, but your smiling back at him got him cracked. However, with Minu and Jay finishing their conversation, their entire attention turned towards the two of you.

"Vinny... you don't have to mind the two of us, be natural with your girlfriend."

That soured Vinny's mood immediately. "Don't make me kick you out, don't even think about getting sneaky and trying to stay here," he warned, "you're both dead if you're not out of here by tomorrow morning at the latest. Seriously."

There was minor ruckus when Vinny's mom came over afterwards, you insisted that she'd not push herself while you cleaned the dishes. She left after the rain subsided, sharing the same sentiment as you did.

Everything mellowed out for a few hours, although, once the sleeping arrangements came up, Vinny was back to his defensive mode again.

With you sleeping next to the wall, Vinny slotted himself between you and the other two boys as a barrier. If anything, you were surprised that there were enough blankets and comforters for everyone. At least, the room provided space for four people sleeping at the same time.

Even if Vinny did box you in. "Cross the line and both of you are dead," he warned the other two, sliding under the blanket next to you. It was funny to see how bossy he became at times, funnier when it did little to faze others.

"Vinny, it's very heartwarming to know you have a soft side," Minu bemoaned. "but do you really have to oppress us?"

"Do you want to die?"

"Chill, papa bear, nobody is stealing your girlfriend,” Minu narrowly dodged a pillow throwing his way. At least, it was the one he needed to lay on.

Both you and Jay could only look at each other in sympathy, having to deal with people whose personalities are too big to be cramped into the same room with each other.

The least you could do was pacify yours. "There, there," you rounded your arm around his waist, pulling him down with you, "time for bed."

Fortunately, Vinny mellowed out easily in your hold, sliding his own around you to put you in his embrace. Once you situated yourself nicely in his arms, Vinny pressed his lips on your forehead, the kiss was soft and sweet, easing the both of you into slumber.

"you were right, this is really good" you comment still chowing your food. after what he had said to you vinny told you to wait in a bench while he went buy the food for you both. now you two are sitting in the same park you had encounter him a few weeks ago. enjoying each other's presence, the feeling being oddly familiar.

"it's good to see you're still cycling" "it always made you feel better, from what i remember". little did you know it wasn't riding a bike that made him feel better, but you. you always hyped him up, and praised him, saying he looked cool and all. it never failed to make him happy. you never failed to make him happy. vinny feels his cheeks heating up thanks to those thoughts, he tries to hide it by lowering his head, hoping you wouldn't notice. it's been barley five minutes and you're already making him feel things, damn it. "fuck" he mumbles under his breath.

"vinny, you're okay?" "..hey, don't look down, it doesn't suits you" when you say this you softly reaches for his chin with your hand, making him look at you."there... much prettier" that damn smile again, vinny swears you're doing this on purpose, there's no other explanation. "yeah, y-yeah" "i'm good" he replies, missing your touch when you pull your hand away from him. "you sure? you're a little red." you ask concerned."no, yeah- i'm okay"

"...alright" "oh, right! so how's your mom doing?" he tenses up after hearing that. what's he supposed to say... that she's incredible sick and he's worried something bad could happen...? he doesn't want to think about it right now. "...she's sick" vinny get's visually uncomfortable talking about this so you pick it up fast enough."prefer not talk about it, right?". "yeah.." you hear him say.

"and how about that girl? is she your girlfriend?" you ask to try to change the subject "what...? NO no, she is not my girlfriend." "she's not..." he's looking at you so flustered you can't help but laugh. he's cute, you think. "haha, okay okay..." "hm, do you have a girlfriend or a partner?" you're ask picking at your food. "i- i don't, no..." his head falls once more, and the look you see on his face is kind of... sad? "hey hey don't worry about it!" "is okay if you don't date, or don't want to talk about it" he nods slowly but then suddenly looks at you "do you? do you have.... a partner?" he's staring at you with such a intense gaze, it makes you feel nervous. vinny seems genuinely so interested and curious so he waits for your answer. "eh, no- well, not currently..."

"ah..." "wait, but you did?!" vinny throws you off balance asking that, why so many questions? and about your dating life no less... he could just be curious about it, your inner voice tells you. you guys don't see each other since you were nine, your life charged since. is understandable him trying to catch up...

vinny's mind is running wild at the moment. you had dated?? with who? when? how? what...? i'm mean is true you were incredible, and still seems to be so. and holy shit you're gorgeous, really really gorgeous. he could imagine someone falling for you. he's just... he... he doesn't know how to call what's he's feeling. it bothers him to imagine you with someone. imaging you laughing so closely to someone, or going on late walks... he thinks, what if he was the one you call partner...?

wait, what is he thinking? god, no- no, stop. you're just his friend. his best friend or more like his ex best friend... anyhow, he shouldn't think those things about you. you're free to date whoever you want and do whatever you want... vinny can't help though, he wishes you'd choose to do those things with him. maybe you would... he stops himself from going any further in his thoughts. vinny knows better than that, those kind of things never work out for him, and besides... why would you ever choose him.

A/n: ehh, this is from childhood bsf universe but like when they're together (so,, is in the future ig??) i'm really weak for domestic love so,,, here we are. this is waay bigger than i thought it would be. Sorrye.

Warning (s): lots of fluff, curse words, there's a mention of nsfw time (is really briefly and nothing explicit, so blink and you'll miss it), vinny being a simp for the reader (<33), vinny's and jack's (the cat) love&hate relationship, some kisses, and insecure thoughts (vinny poor bby :c), also MINU DID NOT had the accident in this.

Word Count: like 2.5k. (more or less)

Soft music plays in the background as Vinny wakes up from his slumber. With his eyes still closed he uses his hand to look for you on his side, but instead of you he feels cold and empty sheets. Words cannot describe how much he hated when you did that, he hated to wake up without you. What he did like was to see you as soon as he opened his eyes, and have you there with him to start his day. Vinny loves to have you tangled up in his arms in the morning, given that the night before he just couldn't keep his hands to himself and had to hug your body and rest his head on your chest to fall asleep peacefully.

Vinny wouldn't say you were a morning person per se but you seemed to push yourself for him, he could see that much. That's why from time to time, you would wake up before him to prepare breakfast. And Vinny appreciates that, shit he really does, but he can't help feeling a little guilty afterwards. Sometimes it seems like you're doing too much for him, like he doesn't deserve your kindness and love.

"Don't worry about it, I'll make breakfast", "You don't have to do that, really" or "Just stay in bed longer, later we'll get up" is what he usually tells you… But you never listen. He honestly should know better than try to change your mind at this point.

It's been more or less three months since you moved in with him. He remembers you saying in a dinner with him and his mom that the rent at the place you were staying was getting aggressively high, and that you couldn't keep up anymore. His mom was the one to suggest the idea. "Dear, if you're having trouble finding a place you should stay here with Vinny." "I'm sure he doesn't mind." She told you.

The thought of you moving in had crossed Vinny's mind on several occasions before, one of them being when you guys had been intimate for the first time. The morning after, when Vinny woke up he saw you laying there in his arms. The room around you both shined brightly because of the open curtain. He took his time examining your features, you looked so calm and so beautiful… In that same second he wished you would stay with him forever. He wished to see and touch and love you every day of his life.

Finally deciding to get up Vinny makes his way to the bathroom to wash up before going to find you in the kitchen. You're there preparing breakfast like he had predicted earlier. He stops walking when he sees you moving your body and hips according to the song you're listening to. He leans his body on the wall beside him, quietly watching you dance. His presence still unknown to you. Vinny truly enjoys the little moments you had with yourself, the kind of moments you're not even aware are happening.

"Pretty good moves." Vinny says, his voice sounding a little rougher. You guess it is because he just woke up.

Turning around you see your boyfriend, his hair still a wild mess from bed. "Ha, yeah, i bet." You respond sarcastically.

You turn back to continue cooking and Vinny takes the opportunity to walk towards you and wrap his arms around your middle, hugging you from the back. "Morning." He says. "... It'd be a good morning if you had stayed in bed with me." He adds, grumpily.

"Morning to you too, baby." You laugh. Vinny's reply is a little smirk followed by a kiss on your cheek.

"Meow! meow..." You both heard behind you. "Someone is hungry." You comment.

"He's always hungry, this lil' brat." Vinny takes his arms off your waist to go feed Jack.

You smile when you hear him curse out Jack again. These two are so adorable, you think. Vinny never really means the things he says about Jack, you see. He actually tolerates the cat. Jack doesn't poop in the house, he's always out and he stopped messing with Vinny's clothes. So Jack is pretty okay in his opinion. But the cat still manages to piss him off on occasions. Like when he jumps on you when you're both in bed, you always pet the animal and give him you undying attention, Vinny knows you don't mean it, but it feels like you care more for the stupid, dumb cat, than him. It annoys Vinny to his core. And aghh, the purrs Jack gives you? It pisses him even more, it's almost like he's showing off that you're with him instead of Vinny. Fucking cat, he curses in his head.

Minutes later you finished cooking and you two had breakfast shortly after, then moved on to do a few chores around the house. In the afternoon Vinny had to go out because of a part time job, but you on the other hand chose to stay at home doing one of your hobbies with Jack since it was your day off.

Around 7pm you receive a text from Vinny, he was letting you know he's with the crew to practice. You send him a simple "okay" in response, as you lay your phone aside and try to go back to what you were doing a notification sound pops up from your device. "When we're done we'll be at xxxx, can you meet me there?" It reads. This is different from Vinny's usual requests, you think. Still finding it a little strange you send him a message agreeing that you'll be there.

You know the time they are done cycling because he usually sends you a text saying he's "coming home", so when the time's up you just put your shoes on and lock the door behind you.

It turns out the crew, or more like Dom, wanted to meet you. Vinny didn't like the sound of it. Putting his beloved partner and those assholes together...? Nope. In the same environment? Still no. In the same room? Fucking hell no. They insisted though, and played dirty, too, saying you "weren't real", and other things that implied he was just lying about you. Having had enough of it, Vinny gave in. He had sent you that text one or two hours ago.

Vinny sits down and grabs his bottle of water to cool off but it doesn't make him feel any better. He feels nervous and maybe even sick. Dom is probably going to fuck up, Vinny is gonna feel embarrassed and you're going to look at him like he's some kind of freak. He doesn't want that.

Great time I managed to get me some friends, Vinny thinks. He closes his eyes shut, presses his elbows on his thighs and then holds his head with his hands. Shit shit shit shit shit shit!

"Hey!" Vinny hears a voice from afar. He raises his head a little and opens his eyes to see you waving at him from the other side of the street.

As you make your way towards him, Vinny locks vision in you, following every one of your steps. It's almost kind of protective, he doesn't want to take his eyes out of you feeling as if you might disappear if he did so. When you come to stop in front of him, who is still sitting, you ask "Is everything okay?".

He looks up to you "... I think so." "Can't remember it anymore." You giggle at that.

"You don't remember why you called me here?" He gets up and pulls you closer to him then he then gently grabs your face with both hands.

"Uh-hum." He hums before pulling you for a kiss. An intimate one.

Vinny rarely kisses you in public. He thinks it is better when it's just the two of you, with no one around to interrupt or see it. So you are caught off guard at first, but return the kiss a few seconds later.

Vinny got so distracted watching you that he really forgot about the crew, he forgot they were just a few meters from distance. You both didn't notice it but from the moment you called for him, the Hummingbird Crew had been watching your interaction, and when Vinny started kissing you it was a shock for all of them. Minu was the first one to react, Vinny wished he didn't as he heard a loud whistle, only seconds before Dom and June joined him. Cheering you guys up like crazy.

Vinny was so worried his stupid friends were going to fuck up he didn't think he would do it instead. Vinny pulls out from the kiss, red as a tomato, just wanting the world to swallow him whole. He rests his forehead on your right shoulder, trying to hide his face on your chest.

"Fuck..." "I'm sorry." He says.

"Hm? What? Sorry for what?" You ask confused. "And what are those guys cheering for?" You don't understand Vinny's embarrassment, much less his strange behavior.

"They're… You know, my friends." He replies with a sigh. And then it hits you. Vinny's friends, the ones he always complains about. Those friends. You smile thinking about it.

"Is okay, I don't mind." You say between laughs.

"Fuck, really?" He asks, looking at you from his position - still resting his head on your chest. You just nod your head in reply. Surely it was kind of weird but you weren’t angry or anything.

“Are we going to go over there or…?” You ask.

Vinny does his best to recover himself and takes his head off your chest, he raises his posture a bit and closes his eyes for a moment, and you just let him, he's doing his best trying to deal with all of this embarrassment.

“Ah, fuck, okay. Let’s just get this over with.” Vinny grabs your hand and pushes you a little to walk over where his crew – who were still staring at your direction – is.

As you come stop in front of them, you raise your hand shyly, greeting them “Hi.” A tall guy with long hair is the first to greet you back. “Hi there, so you’re really Vinny’s partner?” He asks cheerfully, walking closer. He lends down to your height. “He didn’t pay you to pretend or something, right?”

What?

“Hey, band-aid, drop it!” A girl with short brown hair scolds him, and then punches him on the arm. His posture breaks and he goes to hold his arm in pain. You try not to laugh.

Ouch, you think, that looks like it hurt.

A guy clears his throat. “Alright, alright, get out of the way, Dom.” The guy says, shoving this Dom guy to his side. “Hey, i’m Minu.” He offers his hand, and you politely accept, shaking it slightly. “Nice to meet you.” Minu moves his gaze to look at Vinny besides you, giving him a malicious smile. "So you're really dating, huh." He walks closer to Vinny. "Who would have thought you'd find someone capable of handling your temper." He jokes, poking his chest. "That's no joke. I'm actually impressed you-"

"Alright, I got the message. You can shut up now." Vinny cuts him off dryly, proceeding to take Minu's hand off of him.

Minu laughs, "I'm just kidding. It's good to see you happy, man." He smiles.

Vinny was slightly taken back by what Minu said, but you think nobody else noticed it. It was just a little movement but you caught it. He doesn't listen to these types of things often. And you know he appreciates it, you can see it in his eyes as it widens a little. That makes you smile. Vinny deserves good people in his life, and for what you're seeing they are these kind of people.

"Anyways, should i introduce you to everyone?" Minu asks you.

"Hm, yeah, sure."

"Okay, so this guy with the long hair is Dom." He turns to point at the said guy, who waves at you. You give him a smile in return. "The girl beside him is Yana, my sister." He follows. "Then there's June."

"Hi." June says.

"Jay, the guy sitting." Minu continues. Jay looks at you raising his hand. You nod awkwardly. "And finally, Shelly."

"Nice to meet you." She walks towards you with a kind smile, and grabs your hand to shake it.

"Okay, now that everyone knows everyone, we're going." Your boyfriend declares.

"Wait, now? But they just arrived." Interferes Shelly.

"Yeah, and we're having some food later. You don't wanna stay?" Minu adds.

"...I had a long day." Vinny sighs deeply.

"You okay?" You question him. You didn't know he was so tired.

"Yeah, I'm just…" He tries to explain but cuts himself in the middle of it. He clearly is tired, just doesn't want to look that way in front of them, you figured. So you just nod, understanding.

"We can always go out some other time." You remind Vinny's friends.

"Well, that's true. Make sure to bring them with you next time." Shelly points out to Vinny.

"Sure. Anything else?" He replies sarcastically. Vinny turns to look at you, secretly asking if you're ready to go. You reply with a simple yes and he goes to grab his bike from where it is.

"See you next time!" Dom says. And you say your goodbye back.

You and Vinny start to walk away from them, starting your journey home. "There's food done at home. You want me to heat it up for you?"

"Fuck, please." He pleads, dropping his shoulders in a tired manner. "I didn't eat at work today."

"Hmph, is the poor baby hungry?" You say it in a baby tone, patting his hair in the middle of your sentence.

He raises an elbow at you. "I'm joking." You explain with a smile.

"I know, is just that…" He tries to say. But then he shakes his head negatively, stopping his sentence. "... Is just that what?" You question him. You both stop at the side of the street, waiting for the sign to change and cross it.

"Is stupid, forget it."

"No, say it."

"... It just feels nice, you patting my head. Told you, is stupid." Vinny answers, with his head turned to the other side, avoiding your eyes so you can't see the little blushing on his face.

"It's not. I'll pat your head at home, what do you say, huh?" You offer. "Seems good?"

As he heard you said that he felt warm on his stomach, and it made him feel a little embarrassed to show you the effect you do have on him. So he waited, looking for the courage to tell you the truth... "Yeah, it does." Vinny finally says. Your left hand grabs his chin to lay a kiss on his cheek. "M'kay, then that's what we're gonna do."

Vinny interlaces his fingers with yours without thinking, your hand fit on his like it was meant to be - like a soulmate.

He thinks back to what Minu said.

Who would have thought you'd find someone capable of handling your temper?

Who would have thought?, he repeats in his mind. Not him, for sure. But he'll be damned if he's not glad it happened. He's glad you have the power to calm all of his nerves with just your voice, he's glad you're by his side every morning and night, he's glad you make him feel loved and seem...

And, fuck... He's so glad you're his.

For being too caught up in his head Vinny almost misses your response. "Yeah, i dated a little." Your voice sounds kind of shy. You weren't a player by any means but you had your fair square of relationships. "But i guess it wasn't meant to be." "I'm single after all!" You laugh and Vinny turns to look at you almost apologetic. "It 's okay!" "Really! Don't worry" You try to calm him. He looked a little worried.

"Don't being in a relationship and all feels... Kind of good, besides who needs a lover when i got you." "I'll annoy you so much you'll wish never see me again." You happily joke, patting his thigh with your hand lightly.

"That's not possible..." He says, more to himself than you, but you hear anyways. "... Eh, you didn't tell me what you been up to." He trails off in a low voice, changing the subject before you notice the effect you have on him.

"Right, right." "Hm, where should i start?"

The rest of the night went on with you telling him stories from your life in your homeland. You guys made up for the lost time for sure, you talked non stop and Vinny didn't mind a bit, your voice and way of speaking had him with heart eyes looking at you. By the end of it, it was really late and he insisted on walking you home, almost no one was on the streets, but Vinny was still worried. And it was better to know for sure that you'd get home safe, than wonder if something bad happened later. So that brings you both to stop in front of the house you were staying at.

"This is it." You explain, looking at the building.

He looks at the construction, examining it. "Here? It looks… good." He says with no trace of truth in his voice.

It did not look good, but well, you did not have the money to rent a better place yet. And at least you got what you needed, a place to sleep and a decent bathroom.

"It's okay. I know it's not great, but hey, it can get better. I'm just getting started on my job here, so..."

"Right. That's good."

Vinny scratches his head and looks at you trying to find the courage to ask for your number. The truth is that he doesn't want to lose you again, he wants to get closer and maybe even closer. But for now, he really just wants your number but even that seems hard to get right now.

"Yeah, so I think I'm going."

Unless... you think.

"Wait a sec." He stops you.

There. You knew, he had something more to say. You can still read him like an open book. He stands there, nervously looking for the right words to say. He then presses his lips together. That didn't change, you notice chuckling to yourself.

"Just say it, Vinny. Whatever you need." Reaching for his arm you massage it quietly with one hand, calming him.

"I'm just- Can i get your number? I can… Take you to look around the city if you want to."

"Yes, of course you can!" You open a huge grin. You can't believe you forgot to ask him for his number. You wanted to spend time with him again.

He gives you his phone and you type your phone number right away. "There, massage me so I can save your number later, 'kay?"

"Yeah, sure." Vinny nods. He looks down to his phone and sees the name you saved your contact as, he can't help the smirk that grows on his face. It was an old nickname that he gave you as a child. You remembered that? Damn.

He brings himself back to reality. "Okay so, hm, good night."

"Uh-hum, good night, Vinny." You wave. He turns around to leave when he sees you opening the building door.

"Sleep well!" He hears you yell. He turns back but you're already gone.

Cute, he thinks.

Vinny went all his way home smiling, thinking about when he'll see you again. He better come up with good ideas of places to take you to, he wouldn't want you to be disappointed.
