Liam:

Liam's name is the name of a boy of Irish origin meaning "resolute protection".

Liam originated as the nickname of Uilliam, the Irish variant of William. William is an English name from German origin brought to Ireland when the British fled England after the conquest of Norman.

The Irish began to use English names, including William, which led to the development of Uilliam and its short form, Liam.

Liam is the top US boy's name for 2018, joining the elite group of names to top the list. Liam started out as a short form of William but has long stood on his own and for several years has become one of the most popular baby names for boys.

Now it is the fastest-growing Irish name in the United States, first entering the Top 10 in 2012 and before climbing to No. 1, holding No. 2 for four consecutive years.

Emma:

Initially, a short form of the German name beginning with the ermen element meaning "whole" or "universal". It was introduced to England by Emma of Normandy, who was the wife of King Ethelred II (and by him the mother of Edward the Confession) and later King Canute.

After the Norman conquest, this name became popular in England. It was revived in the 18th century, perhaps in part because of a poem by Henry Prior Henry and Emma (1709). In the United States, it ranked third in 1880 (after Mary and Anna were omnipresent).

It declined steadily over the next century, beginning another rise in the 1980s and eventually becoming the most popular name for girls in 2008.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, November 3rd, 2018 at First Baptist Church of North Wilkesboro. Willie James Tharpe, age 77

Mr. Willie James Tharpe, age 77, of North Wilkesboro, passed away Thursday, October 18, 2018 at SECU Hospice House in Yadkinville. Graveside services were held 4:00 PM Sunday, October 21st, 2018 at Oak Grove Baptist Church cemetery ( Hwy 268 east) with Rev. Eddie Tharpe officiating. Dudley Waugh

The door of life closed gently as Dudley Smith Waugh crept forward on a heavenly journey Friday, October 19, 2018. He was born in North Wilkesboro, N.C., June 24, 1931 to Benjamin and Daisy Smith Waugh.

Dudley, affectionately called "Dud" and "Uncle Dud" was raised and continued to live in the Fairplains Community. He attended the Wilkes County Schools. His family were faithful members of Beulah Presbyterian Church and it was there that Dudley accepted Christ at an early age. He was blessed with a strong and impressive tenor voice and he used his talent to the Glory of God in choirs and as a soloist at different churches. His most current membership was at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church where he served actively in the choir and as an usher.

A staunch believer in hard work, which he exemplified throughout his life, Dudley worked several jobs and while on one specific job he met the love of his life, Lona Ferguson. They were married August 20, 1960 and to this union one son, Kirk Douglas Waugh was born. Dudley retired from North Wilkesboro Presbyterian Church after 44 years as the church sexton. Because of his dedicated service to caring for and maintaining God's House, Dudley received several citations and recognitions and today his legacy continues to live on at the church.

Dudley's family was very near and dear to his heart. Although he had a quiet, humble manner and a humorous side, his spirit of love, devotion and caring did reveal itself. As one to stay very close to home, he did enjoy trips to Gatlinburg, TN. and to Durham. He loved the family gatherings and reunions. He especially enjoyed the 2000 Waugh-Watkins Family Reunion in the Maryland area where he was able to tour Washington, D.C. and the White House.

He was preceded in death by: his parents, sisters, Hazel Waugh, Ella Ruth W. Brown, Martinez W. Ferguson, Violet W. Roberts, Charlene W. Bynum, Rebecca W. Ford-Daye, and brothers, Bruce Waugh, Baxter "Sonny" Waugh, Danny Waugh, Sr. and Kent Morgan Waugh.

With fond and loving memories to cherish, he leaves his devoted and loving wife of 58 years, Lona, his son, Kirk (Tammy), two grandsons, Brandon Whittington and Denzell Waugh, two sisters, Betsy Waugh Carver and Martha Waugh Barnes, sister-in-law, Rita Ferguson Daniels, brother-in-law, Rev. Charles Ferguson (Brenda), sister-in-law, Joan L. Waugh, nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 24, 2018 at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Charles Ferguson, Rev. Matthew Farley and Rev. Steve Snipes officiating. Burial will follow in Mountlawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church from 12:00 until 1:00 on Wednesday, prior to the service. Flowers will be accepted.

Bobby Johnson, 77

Bobby Dean Johnson, age 77, of Wilkesboro, passed away October 20, 2018 at SECU Hospice Home in Yadkinville. He was born February 17, 1941 in Wilkes County to Roby Wilson and Vera Huffman Johnson. Mr. Johnson faithfully attended Vision Baptist Church. Bobby was a US Air Force Veteran and employed with Tyson for 33 years. Mr. Johnson was preceded in death by his parents; his son, Wesley A. Johnson; and brother, John David Johnson Sr.

Surviving are his wife, Elaine Harrold Johnson; sons, Stephen K. Johnson and Joel E. Johnson both of Wilkesboro; sisters, Treva Frazier of Millers Creek, Anganetta Dover and husband Wayne of Salisbury; brothers, Harold E. Johnson and wife Barbara of Ronda, Bryce E. Johnson and wife Phyllis of Wilkesboro; grandchildren, Mayla Johnson of Woodland, Washington, Ivan B. Johnson and Layden G. Johnson (their mother, Clorissa) of Purlear; great granddaughter, Isabella Montenegro of Woodland, Washington; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Funeral service will be held 1:00 p.m. October 25, 2018 at Miller Funeral Chapel with Rev. Joel Gray officiating. Burial with military honors by Veterans of Foreign Wars Honor Guard Post 1142. will follow in Mountlawn Memorial Park.

Mrs. Kathryn Lynne Brooks, 55 of Boomer, passed away on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at her residence.

Kathryn was born on October 24, 1962 in Cleveland Ohio to Fred William Mahnke and Faye Alexander Mahnke.

Kathryn is survived by her husband, Mark Brooks; father, Fred Mahnke; children, Jeanette (Justin) Bratcher, John Verzi, Joshua (Valerie) Verzi, Kevin Mahnke, Katrina Mahnke, Mark Brooks, Emily Brooks; siblings, Fred (Caroline) Mahnke, John (Trudy) Mahnke, Arlene (Rob) Fassinger, Steve Mahnke, MaryAnn (Butch) Likar; grandchildren, Gabby, Gena, Kenzie, Maddie, Ava, Emma, Ella, Cameron, Christian and 15 nieces and nephews.

Week #4

Monday (July 2, 2018)

On Monday, the JD team went to Quezon City Jail’s Female Dormitory for their scheduled Jail Visit. The team was composed of Atty. Aubree Sadural, Mr. Alfredo Alaras, Mr. Melvin Caymo; DLSU Law interns, Ms. Christianne de Vera and Mr. Francis Bautista; ADMU Law interns, Mr. Ville Magbuhos and Ms. Hazel Tolentino; UA&P Law intern, Mrs. Jermae Vania Elnar and of course, Val and I.

The team arrived onsite at approximately 9:15 AM and met with QC FeD’s Chief Paralegal Officer, SJ04 Rodolfo Nuezca Jr. The case consultations did not start immediately as we were given a short orientation by SJ04 Nuezca. After all was said and done, the team immediately got to work and set up the table. Meanwhile, Kuya Fred was telling the PDLs of the agenda for today. Seeing as there were a number of us for the case consultations, Kuya Fred decided to categorize us to make the process easier and faster. DLSU Law interns, Kuya Francis and Ate Cha were to interview PDLs whose cases were already for promulgation. Kuya Ville and Ate Jermae, on the other hand, were to handle cases that only needed to know the next schedule of their hearing. Ate Hazel, Valerie and I were to handle the rest. After that, at around 9:45 AM- 10:00 AM, the case consultations started.

Despite the categories, I was surprised that a lot of PDLs have approached us. In all of the case consultations I have attended, the usual concerns are mostly about the next hearing schedules and/or the status of their promulgations. Hence, I was kind of curious to hear the concerns of the PDLs that approached us. The common theme to their problems lies in the application of the plea bargain to their cases. Because of case consultations and other jail visits, I have come to understand that plea bargaining is now available to cases under Sections 5,11,12,13,14, and 15 under RA 9165. This has apparently become the justice system’s attempt to hasten the process of trials and decongest courts. With the plea bargaining, the crime is reduced to a lesser charge and thus, the sentence the PDL serves also decreases.

However, there is still some difficulty in the application. Seeing as the plea bargain to drug cases was only available recently, there were still some courts and judges that were not informed. Moreover, the Supreme Court has yet to release the implementing rules and regulations of the plea bargaining. With this, it was not a surprise that most of the PDLs were confused. According to them, some of their fellow PDLs who had the same charge were granted plea bargains and were already free while they still remain in jail. Luckily, Atty. Aubree and Kuya Melvin were by my side and explained some legal queries that I was unable to answer.

The team was able to finish the case consultations at around 11:30 AM and has interviewed more or less 50 PDLs. Out of the 50, about 15-20 PDLs have approached the three of us with their concerns. After that, Kuya Fred then had a quick meeting with QC FeD’s 25 Paralegal Aides (PLAides) who were also current PDLs in the jail. Throughout the activity, the team was assisted by SJ04 Nuezca and J02 Pilande.

Tuesday (July 3, 2018)

Tuesday was once again, a day dedicated to finishing our assigned tasks given by Atty. Aubree and Kuya Melvin. Tables and graphs were made as well as letters and activity reports. Aside from those, Kuya Melvin also instructed us to make attendance sheets and certificates for the 2nd Quarter Kumustahan happening this July 18, 2018. Unfortunately, this is an event Val and I cannot attend seeing as July 17 is the last day of our internship. However, I do hope Atty. Aubree will still allow us to attend or maybe we could not work on July 17 and instead work on July 18?

Aside for these stuff, it was pretty much a quiet day.

Wednesday (July 4, 2018)

Remember the case consultations we did last Monday? Well, Kuya Fred allowed us and the rest of the JD interns to follow them up last Wednesday at Quezon City RTC. Aside from the awesome prospect of following up on more or less 50 cases, this was also the first time the JD interns were all present. I admit I was excited to see all of us working together. Unlike other trips, we were to meet at QC’s Justice Hall at 9:00 AM. Valerie and I left our place at around 7:30 AM and boarded the MRT going to Araneta-Cubao Station. From there, we rode on a bus.

When we arrived, we saw Kuya Fred with ADMU Law interns, Kuya Ville, Ate Alexa and Ate Hazel. A little while after, Kuya Francis, Ate Cha and Ate Jermae arrived. Before we did the follow-ups, Kuya Fred oriented us a little bit on how the process goes. Seeing as we were going to follow up around 50 cases, he wanted us to do it systematically and quickly. He had us separate the cases by branch number. I was to follow up cases on courts 100, 101, 103, 105, 217 and 227. When the orientation was done, Kuya Fred left us since he had to go to another court. The JD interns then split up and did their assigned tasks.

Before doing the follow-up, we need to first know the case number. Sometimes, (if you are that unlucky), the staff will not even entertain you if you do not have the number on hand. Since the staff office is occupied by shelves full to the brim with case folders, having the case number hastens the process of finding it. With that, you can finish your job faster. After obtaining the case numbers, Val and I went with Kuya Ville to the 4th floor of the Hall of Justice since our courts were just near each other. The only Court I went to was Court 227 since most of my assigned courts were found in another floor. After that, Val and I went to the 2nd floor to follow up on our other cases. Here, I got to go to Courts 100, 101, 103, 105 and 217. I also went down to the basement since one of my assigned cases needed me to follow-up on the probation officer.

Seeing as this was my second case follow-up, I was a bit nervous. I admit I was already steeling myself for raised eyebrows and disapproving tones. Luckily all the people and staff that I have talked to were very kind and accommodating. They were quick to answer my queries and questions. Because of that, I was able to follow-up on my cases with ease.

The team finished at exactly 12:00 PM. Before leaving us, Kuya Fred told us to go back to the office for another orientation. Usually, after case follow-ups, these were supposed to be inputted in HLAF’s official website. Seeing as only Ate Alexa knew how to do that, all of us had to go back to the office for the orientation. After lunch, we went back to the office and Ate Alexa showed us how to do it. We were doing that until closing time (4:00 PM).

Thursday (July 5, 2018)

Thursday saw us on a long trip to Cavite. As per the provincial jail’s request, HLAF was supposed to hold a seminar regarding plea bargaining. Once again, all of the JD interns were to be present and were to be accompanied by Kuya Melvin and Kuya Itoy. The talk was to be held from 10:00 AM-12:00 AM. Seeing as they lived near, Kuya Ville and Ate Hazel decided to just meet us at the jail. The rest of us, Ate Cha, Ate Jermae, Ate Alexa, Kuya Melvin, Kuya Itoy, Val and I, carpooled in Kuya Francis’ car. Everybody met at the office at around 8:00 AM and were on our way to Cavite by 8:15 AM.

It was a long car ride from Ortigas to Cavite; however, the idea of travelling made me excited. It was my first time to be away from the city and moreover, I got to travel with friends. We arrived at Cavite Provincial Jail at 10:20 AM. Unlike the other jails in the city, Cavite Provincial Jail looked like a mini barangay. There was a sports and entertainment center and in the middle was a place for meetings/gatherings. The buildings that housed the cells were also big and spacious and convenience stores occupied the remaining small spaces.

Once we got inside, the PDLs helped the team set up for the talk. Ate Alexa and Ate Jermae were the ones assigned to do the talk. Around 10:30 AM, Kuya Itoy started the program. A PDL led the prayer and afterwards, each mayor of the dormitory introduced the jail’s PLAides (Paralegal Aides). Kuya Itoy also introduced the team. Then, the talk started. Just like PLT seminars, a Q&A portion followed. The PDLs were very inquisitive and had a lot of questions. Kuya Itoy and the other Law interns were able to answer all of their queries.

Like the questions in QC Female Dorm, the PDLs in Cavite also asked if the plea bargaining is applicable in their cases. As I have mentioned, I have gained a bit of knowledge about the recent plea bargain to cases in RA 9165. However, the talk has allowed me to learn more. Plea bargaining allows the PDL to confess to a lesser offense and thus, serve a shorter sentence. For example, violators of section 11 (possession of dangerous drugs), will be able to have a lighter sentence as long as the drug possessed did not weigh more than 4.99g for shabu, opium, morphine, heroin and cocaine ad 299.99g for marijuana. With plea bargaining, the case will be converted from section 11 to section 12 (possession of equipment, instrument, apparatus and other paraphernalia) which is only penalized by a minimum of 6 months, 1 day to a maximum of 4 years in jail. Possession of drugs that weigh more than mentioned will have no plea bargaining.

On the other hand, violators of section 5 (sale, trading, administration, dispensation, delivery, distribution and transportation of dangerous drugs and/or controlled precursors and essential chemicals) were only able to avail the plea bargaining if they sold not more than 0.99g for shabu and 9.99g of marijuana. Any amount that weigh more than these quantities will not be allowed to avail the plea bargain.

The activity was finished exactly at 12:00 PM. The staff and officials at Cavite Provincial Jail were kind enough to treat us to lunch.

Friday (July 6, 2018)

Friday was another quiet day for Val and I to finish our assigned tasks. I am proud to say that I have finally finished making the tables and graphs for the jail data from the year 2011-2017. Val also was able to finish her task.

December 3

Now that Este knows how to crawl, Caleb has been trying to get her to stand on her own. Mama don't like it. I almost got upset with him and asked if he's trying to rush her into growing up but I bit my tongue. I know he's just trying to make sure she grows up well, knowing everything she needs to know to thrive.

I'm happy she's doing so well but at the same time, it's a bittersweet happiness. My little starfish is growing. I want to keep her little but I know I can't.

I have to cheer up, today I'm meeting Aubree in Brindleton Bay at her house - we're having a day at the spa in Newcrest. Caleb is watching Este and to my utter shock, he invited Jackson over. Those two have never really spent much time together but Caleb says he might as well try to get to know Lilith's boyfriend. Especially considering things could be worse - her boyfriend could be Vladislaus Straud.

My Este isn't the only one who is growing. Edgar Allan and Emily have grown quite a bit too since the last time I saw them. I helped Aubree put them down for their naps and got in some cuddles while I was at it.

I met their Nanny as well, Paris Hale. She's pretty. Very pretty. There's something oddly familiar about her and I can't put my finger on it.

"Have a good time at your spa day, ladies." August tolds us with a smile on his face as we headed for the front door.

I felt like I should talk to Aubree about it but I didn't want to ruin our day. I decided to table the topic until later.

After we got all pampered, we decided to stop at a shop and buy ourselves nice dresses to wear to a fancy restaurant in Newcrest.

The food was good, they even had someone playing the piano beside us. I think Caleb would enjoy that place. It was nice to get to spend time with Aubree. Not only do we live in different towns but we're also married with kids, while also having careers on top of it. We don't always get to see each other but we make it a point to keep in touch. Something that matters to you - you have to make an effort to keep it going.

By the time we got back to Brindleton Bay, it was dark and cold. We went on a small walk around her neighborhood. It filled me with memories of my own time living in town.

"Aubree...there's something oddly familiar about Paris. I don't know what it is but...it's almost like she reminds me of someone." I told her, stopping our walk not far from her home.

"Any idea who?" Aubree asked me. I shook my head. "I know she's pretty."

"And younger and blonde." I interjected. Aubree for her part gave me a brief nod in recognition but kept going.

"She does so well with the twins. They love her. Not only that, she cleans the house, makes dinner. We gave her a small raise because she's become more of a maid slash nanny." I know that she and August don't have a lot of money laying around but they are both firm believers in paying a person fairly for the work they do.

I slowly nodded. Maybe I was just being suspicious because of what happened to Rahmi. Obviously it was a bit of a different scenario.

"Plus, I trust my husband. We've known him since high school. Do you think he would do cheat on me?" Aubree asked me.

For some reason, my mind briefly wondered to Apollo and Naya. How my brother is feeling lonely and like Naya has been putting her career before him and AJ. Though she has been trying to spend more time with them lately. "Not normally, no. He loves you. But sometimes when someone is feeling lonely and...look, just be careful, okay?"

"I don't think there's anything to worry about but I will still keep an eye on her." Aubree told me, she seemed a little annoyed with me but at least she's taking my advice.

The Grant Legacy - Generation 2 - The Second Act - Part 1

It has been four months since Este was born. It is now October and there have been some happenings in the lives of Vera, her family, friends and enemies.

The Grant-Vatore Household- Hendford-on-Bagley

Este is now four months old. Caleb has quit his job at the graveyard to be a full-time stay at home Dad. He doesn't want to miss a precious second of his little girl growing up. Vera has started back, part-time, at the Vet Clinic with Zoe Frenz handling a lot of the day to day operations. It's been a bit rough for Vera to be away from her daughter but Caleb makes sure to take Este to visit Mommy on a regular basis when Vera is at the clinic.

Josie did indeed get to meet Este. This is Josie hanging out with Este shortly before Josie crossed the rainbow bridge in her sleep at the very end of September. The whole family misses her terribly, especially Vera. She and Josie had been together for many years.

Lucky also misses her furry pal and has been feeling a bit down with no one to play with. She's grown close to Este, rarely leaving the infants side when she is home. Vera is having a hard time with the idea of finding another cat to take into their family. Caleb has suggested maybe a puppy for Lucky to play with instead. Vera is torn because she's always had a feline around since the moment she entered the world.

Otherwise, things are going well for Vera and her family. They haven't heard a peep out of James since before Este was born, which they find odd but maybe he's gotten bored and moved on?

The Grant Household - Sulani

AJ has grown into a child and it's turning out to be quite the responsible young man. Mew Mew is still his constant companion when AJ is at home, despite turning into an elder kitty. Apollo enjoys helping his son with his homework when he's not at his job as a Cog in the Machine in the Engineer career.

Naya does her best to try to help AJ with his school work as well, but she's become very busy with her career. She's made it to Ensemble Author in the Style Influencer Career. Being a bit older than Apollo, Naya feels like she only has so much time left to make her mark in the fashion industry before she's considered "washed up". It's led to a few issues between the high school sweethearts as Apollo feels Naya's career is taking up time she should be spending with her family. Naya feels Apollo don't understand her viewpoint because he's fine if he never advances in his career. He's just happy being able use his love of science at work and help provide for his family.

The Zhu/Volkov Household - Moonwood Mill

Once AJ became older, Lily decided that although she loves AJ it was time for her to return to Moonwood Mill and to her pack. She still visits AJ when she gets the chance to. She also keeps in touch with Caleb and his family, along with Lilith. They have all made progress in their relationships with one another though they may never be as close as they once all were.

Another development in Lily's life is love. She never thought it would happen at her age but Kristopher declared his love for her once she returned. She has always had feelings for him since she met him all those years ago and he helped her find who she's really meant to be. Kristopher's adopted son Jacob is thrilled that his Dad has finally found someone, especially since it's Lily, who has always been a mother figure to him. Rory, Kristopher's adopted daughter, acts like she could care less.

The Vatore Household - Forgotten Hollow

Despite Lilith's infidelity with Vladislaus Straud, Jackson has chosen to forgive his maker when he saw that she had nothing to do with the Count once Lilith came clean to him. She even went as far as to have Dakota Laws place a spell on the Vatore estate grounds so Count Straud can't step foot on the property, let alone slither into Lilith's bed. The vampire duo have reunited and are trying to make things work between them. Jackson has even started working again as a writer's assistant. He's made great strides in controlling his blood lust thanks to Lilith and his friendship with Lurch.

Lilith is glad that Jackson has forgiven her and thrilled to have not only a new niece in her life but contact with a cousin she thought was lost to her forever, Lily. Yet still there's a ache in her non beating heart that thinks of a certain pipe organ playing vampire that lives across town.

Nacho is living in the lap of luxury for him, considering he came from the streets. Lilith spoils him rotten, buying him whatever his furry little heart desires whether it's tuna fish or crab. Jackson has also started warming up more to him and Nacho enjoys the scratches the male vampire gives him when Jackson returns home from a day of work.

The Lewis Household - Brindleton Bay

August and Aubree got quite the surprise when Aubree when into labor in September.

Twins! Little Edgar Allan and Emily, named after two of Aubree's favorite poets. The couple was obviously shocked. Little Emily had hidden behind her brother everytime Aubree went to have an ultrasound done. To say the couple wasn't prepared would be a accurate statement. Caleb helped them out by rushing to buy an extra set of everything in the nursery.

August has cut down some of his hours of work as a Mailroom Technician at Landgraab Industries, while Aubree is about to return from maternity leave to her Editor in Chief job. Given they have not only the twins but their dog Thor and their cat Bette Davis to feed, they can't afford not to work. They are considering hiring a Nanny to help take care of the twins.

The Laws/Ambrose/Gates Household - Brindleton Bay

Jillian is five months along with her and Dakota's first child. Jillian still has her job at the local bookstore while Dakota has just been promoted to a Private Fourt Class in the Army. In an attempt to save some money, they approached Joey with the idea of moving into a smaller home. He agreed and so they moved across town. Joey still has his own room, which Annabel Lee has also claimed as hers while Jillian and Dakota now share a room. The third bedroom in the house has been turned into a nursery. While Jillian was scared at first to be pregnant so early in her relationship with Dakota, now she's excited. Dakota is as well, he never misses a Doctor's appointment and hopes he can make it to all of them as work allows. Their relationship is doing well and they feel it's growing stronger each day.

Dakota hasn't give up his quest to find out where in the world Thaddeus Laws is, especially now that he's going to be a father, but the trail has run cold. Dakota knows his so called Father is alive but Thaddeus certainly doesn't want to be found it seems.

Joey is now an Medical Assistant and is happy that he gets to work with Doctor Annalise Blake. Despite her being a vampire, she has a lot of medical knowledge and is a pleasant being to be around. He's grown very close to the families' cat, Annabel Lee. He swears she understands everything he's saying to her. He's always heard most cats do whatever they want but if he tells her to go eat her food or don't jump on the stove, it's hot. The cat actually listens to him.

Sadly Joey hasn't had much luck in his love life. He's gone on a few random dates here and there but none of it has turned into anything more. He's starting to wonder if he just isn't meant to be with someone.

June 13

Six days until it is officially my due date. Six days. I feel like I’ve been pregnant for a year and a half. Now, I am well aware of the fact that doesn’t mean that is when the baby will come. He or she could arrive before that or after. Caleb and I have come to an agreement that if I don’t go into labor by the 21st, that I’m getting induced.

In the meantime, we have everything done that we can get done before the baby arrives so now we wait.

Even Josie seems to be waiting. Sometimes I think she’s waiting to meet the baby before she joins Ares and Xena across the rainbow bridge. I don’t want to think that way and I constantly monitor her health but there’s a voice in the back of my head that won’t shut up about it.

On a happier note, I think Bluebelle is finally warming up to me and I’ve seemed to gained a feathery friend. There’s a hen that follows me around when I do chores. I don’t think I’ll be able to continue milking Bluebelle though, I almost didn’t make it up off the stool today.

I named the hen Betty after a favorite actress of mine. I’ve never had chicken cuddles before, despite being a Veterinarian but they were pretty sweet coming from her.

Aubree stopped in to see me today as well!

Caleb had to take our picture (after we annoyed him into it of course) this will probably be our last picture together while we’re both pregnant.

Aubree treated me to a spa day in the next town over, we also got some yoga in.

Along with some swimming and food. Food is a must, even if Aubs didn’t seem too thrilled with the hot dog she got of the fridge.

We also went dancing! I can still bust a move, sort of, even nine months pregnant. For some reason some guy was there taking pictures of everyone, it was odd.

We ended our day with more food, the bar food was better at least. I’m really glad Aubree took a day off to get me out of the house for a bit. I know it’s a bit risky to go away from home at this point probably but if I just sit at home and look at the clock in expectation, I’m going to go insane.
