I have one floating about somewhere, but here's an up-to-date one! :)

Vethna Mevnrael (they/them) Appearance: 5’9, skin the color of bronze with long wavy hair that’s only a few shades darker than their skin. Their eyes are a greyed-out blue-green and glow in the darkness due to magic. They wear a deep v-neck black gown with golden embroidery, an outrageous amount of rings and jewelry, and their signature wine-red lipstick. Background: Vethna hails from Vygrand-- otherwise known as the sworn rival land of your home country. Where you have been raised to resent most, if not all magic, they have been raised to thrive on it. You don't know much about them-- just that they're on the run from someone, something, powerful, and you're the only one who can protect them. That, and they have a whole lot of gold... almost as much as they have secrets.

Nikke Ivante (he/him) Appearance: 6’0, pale green skin and covered in iridescent scales. Purple bags sit under his pale green eyes, which, like all mythosi, glow in the darkness. Wears smudged black kohl across his eyes. His hair is long, half shaved, and braided, mostly black with streaks of white. His tongue is forked and his sharp fangs often protrude from out past his lips. His arms are covered in tattoos of snakes winding downwards, and on his neck sit geometric tattoos. Background: Nikke has been sent to kill you or kidnap you-- you're not entirely sure which it is, and you don't intend to find out. He's crude and sarcastic and overall a brute. He doesn't seem to take his own life seriously, nonetheless yours, and you have no doubt he's going to capture you or die trying. Hell-- maybe he'll just kill you both while he's at it... you know, for fun.

Jost Ivante (she/her) (Not romanceable in demo yet) Appearance: 6’0 with pale green skin and iridescent scales. Her features are sharp and she has multiple piercings, the most notable being her bridge piercing and snake-bites. She has tattoos down her arms and on her neck in geometric patterns. Her hair is waist-length and slicked back and filled with braids and tokens, and just like her brother, is streaked with white. While she wears dark paint over her eyes, it’s done in a manner much neater than Nikke’s. Background: Jost is Nikke's identical twin sister-- and, if possible, she's twice as mean and just as rude. She's more ruthless than her brother, but she doesn't quite have the fighting power to back up her venom-laced threats and taunts. Nonetheless, she fights dirty, and if you want to beat her, you're going to have to be smart.

Amilia Von Clamile (she/her) Appearance: 5’3 with snow white skin and blood red hair that’s poorly cut and uneven, coming to her chin on one shoulder and sitting well past her collarbone on the other. Her eyes are green and her face is covered in freckles. A deep scar juts into her lip on the right side of her face and runs down her jaw and neck. Background: Amilia's a fae-- the very kind of mythosi you've been raised to fear and have spent most of your life killing. She's all smiles and nerves, but you see something else in her eyes, sometimes. Something cold. Something calculative. Everyone seems keen to turn a blind eye to her, but you know a liar when you see one... don't you?

Syfyn Javall (she/her) Appearance: 5’11 with warm toned skin that’s often burnt red, leaving splotchy tans along her body. Her eyes are a steely grey, hair blonde and cut to barely brush against her shoulders. She tries to often wear it up despite this, resulting in most of the hair falling out messily. She's covered in scars with feathers in her hair, and her pupils are slits. Her teeth are all mostly sharp. Background: Syfyn Javall, The Brazen Griffin, Second-in-Command to the Plaithian Army. She used to work beneath you once-- used to fight beside you and honor you both as a comrade and friend. You grew up together within the military. When you had nobody, you had each other. But then you betrayed her-- or maybe she betrayed you. You don't know who started what, but you do know that the blood is on both of your hands now.

Sabir Du Vaelas (he/him) Appearance: 6’1 with dark, cool toned skin, black eyes, and long black hair kept in locs. He wears expensive robes that are a deep teal and is covered head to toe in expensive silver jewelry, most of which is covered in snake symbolism. Sabir's ears are pierced in several areas, and he tends to wear silver eyeliner and highlight. Background: Sabir, otherwise known as The Silven Viper, Eye of Plaithus, used to be your charge. He's a politician-- one of the better ones, if such a thing exists. Your past together was volatile-- perhaps you were lovers, or friends, or enemies. Either way, he saved your life when you otherwise would've been put to death by the state, and you owe him thanks for that much.

Freedom (gender selectable) Appearance: 6′0 with pallid, paper-white skin and bronze eyes that appear to almost be filled with a shimmering liquid. Their hair is waist-length and black with an iridescent sheen to it, long black claws bordering on talons on their hands. They wear long, tight fitting black robes. Background: You hear its voice sometimes, when it's quiet and you're alone. You try to tune it out. You try to ignore it. It forces you to remember things. To feel things. It's within you, wiggling and writhing, waiting for the right moment to attack. At times it feels predatory. At others, its presence is comforting-- protective and doting. It'll become whatever you want it to be. It'll become whatever you need it to be.

I’m trying to think of the power Amilia would get if she learned how to use her ninpo (since she was made with Lou Jitsu’s DNA) and I have literally no idea so if one pops in your heard I’d love to hear it :D

Wait I'm going big brain on this one okay

So I think every turtle kinda matches their power, right? Like Donnie has his tech thing going on, Mikey's power is kinda just energy at this point and he's a very energetic person (turtle?), Raph is protective and get's bigger (big enough to protect his family? I'm kinda just making up stuff as I go), and Leo has a power that allows him to really manipulate the playing field by moving himself and things around (which speaks to the strategist part of him).

So Amilia would have a ninpo that speaks to her personality... but tbh I'm not exactly sure what her personality is.

But I do have a list of random powers I think would be cool!

-plant control (kinda like Draxum)

-force feilds

-Possession? (idk where that one came from)

-invisibility (a classic)

-Energy absorbance (like the black panther suit where it can absorb the energy from attacks and throw it back at you)

Oh my gosh I love this! Thanks for the ask!

For Ajmal, I'm thinking Danny from Smoke & Velvet (@roast-ifs), because they're so soft and sweet and I think it'd appeal to Ajmal's protective and nurturing side. Also they both like arts and theater so they'd have that to get excited about together.

I think Zanetta would be into someone like the Sage from the Nameless (@parkerlyn). They're calm, confident, nice and very smart and she just thinks that's very sexy.

Felice would fall for Penrose from Virtue's End (@crimsiswrites), I think. He feels very reliable and also very sweet and caring and Felice really needs that. I think Penrose would give them the assurances they need.

I feel like Armine has a bit of a similar vibe to Amilia from the Exile (@exilethegame). They'd probably enjoy getting each other in a wide range of shenanigans. I think it'd be cute!

Berhane would probably not go for anyone lmao, they've got better things to do. But if you can make them hang out long enough with Levi from Sentinel (@nyehilismwriting), then maybe something would happen. There'd be mutual respect and I think Levi could get Berhane to chill a bit and boy, do they need to chill.

[ 👪 ] what is your muse’s relationship with their parents like? was it always this way?

the root of her relationship with marcelle is that she wants her approval so bad even as she resents her; younger davina admired her until the cold distance split them apart, never wanting to be a commander of anything but doing it to try to make marcelle proud of her, and ultimately feeling like she doesn't even love her, and it's only gotten worse with time and revelations to where they are now. as for emeline, davina resents her now for how passive she was about marcelle grooming her into a weapon, but she thrived with her affection when she was younger.

[ 🤷‍♀️ ] how does your muse approach strangers? how does this compare to how they interact with close friends or lovers?

pre-incident davina was a lot friendlier on the surface with strangers, and while not quite sarcastic, very teasing, and protective of plaithus' people, which is what made her so beloved as commander; after getting exiled, she's become hardened, bitchy, and aloof to keep people at arm's length. she's still SO rough around the edges with friends (again, to keep them at arm's length), but she also starts behaving a fraction more like her old self around them as she gets attached, and particularly with amilia she absolutely melts with wanting to keep her safe and make her smile.

[ 🎵 ] is there a specific song or songs you associate with your muse? why is that?

fire - pvris; the title is very on the nose since she's the painted phoenix BUT lyrically it feels like one massive callout for some of the obliviousness she's had as the commander and how much she burns bridges

im just sad it’s so well written the shift between flashback and present caught me so off guard and like. wow i can see this very stoic person who quietly still believes in protecting people and being kind actually IN that past life with friends experiencing actual joy and I’m reeling. she has a past relationship w sabir and it just hit me like. ‘Oh. before this terrible thing happened to her mars was strong bc she loved people and she was happy. she was the Painted Phoenix she protected people she cared so much she wanted her mothers to be proud of her she wanted esmie to be proud.’

now she’s just tired and and she’s trying but it’s so hard and her gradually warming up to vethna and immediately being reminded of esmerelda in the way amilia feels like a sister and just. Starting to feel alive again im

Okay, I need a minute to rant. I was forced to read this book for school-- and I’m so sorry? Why? It’s not at all well done, there are a thousand other book that we could have studied instead?

The List, by Patricia Forde, was... it just was. The premise was interesting, the concept was cool, but at the end of the day it was just.. so poorly executed.

To start, the topic of the book is language. It’s a post-apocalyptic world where global warning happened, and now there's a group of people living in the settlement called the ark, which is lead by Noa (yes, like Noah and the Ark haha). The people there are limited in their use of words for reasons that I’ll rant about it in a bit, too. They speak “List” since their allowed words are a list of 500. Cool, kay? Don’t have a problem with that. Let’s explore how limiting human language to 500 words impacts how the characters interact, how that impacts the rest of the people and everything like that.

Except, ya know, the book just never??? explores that???? The main character, Letta, is exempt from the rule because she’s a Wordsmith (which means she documents, collects and creates lists of words.) Her mentor is exempt from the rule. The main side characters are rebels, so they don’t follow the list. Noa and his lover are exempt from the rule. Everyone important is fruggen exempt from the rule?? The only characters that adhere to the list are minor characters that Letta has little personal attachment to? Like thanks, but what the heck is the point of the list if it doesn’t even matter in the end??????

Oh, yeah, why do we have a list??? because... Global warming was bad, Noa tried to warn them, and no one listened. Politicians used their words to lie and lure the public into a false sense of security. Therefore, words are bad. Fine, so he’s trying to protect the people from being lied to, right? Trying to stop the deceit and lies that can be spread by words. That’s good. okay.

But Forde also throws in Noa... wanting all humans to be reduced to animals, because people think they’re superior to other animals, and they think that because of words... and... something about how people thinking they’re superior and exchanging ideas is bad because they're destroying themselves... or the environment? I’m not really sure but let’s pretend it made sense.

Both aren’t necessarily bad ideas to explore, but Forde muddles the two ideas... and Noa’s trying to protect people from words while not caring if they die in the process of removing the words. She mentions how the superior species will be destroyed by the earth-- like the dinosaurs-- and Noa wants to make them animals so that they’ll survive when the world... destroys them again(?), but then he shows no regard for them dying during or immediately after the process of making people animalistic??? It contradicts itself too much.

Okay, so beyond the list-- there are rebels called Desecrators, who don’t like noa and live outside the arc, because he bans speech, and creativity like art and music. Benjamin, Letta’s mentor, leaves to go search for words in the forest that surrounds the ark (they look for labels and stuff that may hold words from the old world). While he’s gone, a desecrator, Marlo, hides in her shop and she helps him hide from the gavvers, which are basically police. She contacts other desecrators to help him get home, since he is wounded. Noa calls Letta to announce that Benjamin is dead, some things don’t add up about his death, so Letta goes to explore what is up with that. Because she’s sneaking around to figure out what happened with Benjamin, Noa comes to her shop and is like, “yo, if you wanna know something just ask, cuz I don’t like people snooping behind my back.” Shes cool with that, so she goes to ask him about adding hope to the list of words because that had all correlation about figuring out how Benjamin died, and overhears that Benjamin is alive and being tortured by Noa.

Thus, she teams up with the desecrators to save her mentor, and in the process they find out that Benjamin is being tortured because he didn’t agree with Noa’s plan to make people wordless and essentially animals. Benjamin dies. They foil Noa’s plan. the end.

realtionship are... very stale in this. Letta and benjamin interact for two second before he leaves on his word search, and theres nothing we know about what they think of eachother? Is he important to her? is he just a teacher? does she consider him like a father? who knows cuz i don’t. He’s then declared dead. Letta’s sad and is in shock but... why? I don’t even know why he’s important to you? So I just don’t care???? Like, thanks, but Letta went on a whole ass journey looking for you but I can’t tell you why or how you’re important to her. Its only two seconds before Benjamin dies for real that Forde is like, oh yeah, Letta loves him, he’s her father figure, mentor, friend, ext-- like thanks. Now he’s dead. ya could have told me that before.

Letta’s relationship with noa? weird??? Apparently, he’s her uncle-ish. his lover amilia’s sister is Letta’s mother. But Letta’s mother didn’t agree with what Noa was doing and just.. left. There is no emotional turmoil in discovering that her mother had abandoned her, and on top of that... Noa and Letta dont have a relationship? Like, Forde says he loves letta because he knew her when she was little, but when Letta’s mother left, amilia didn’t want anything to do with her. Noa makes no attempt to come visit Letta when she’s a child. There aren’t really any familial moments between them. by the time they start interacting again, latta is involved with the rebels and we know Noa is evil.

Benjamin and Noa? Apparently friends. even though we never see them interact, except for when Noa is torturing Benjamin when he refuses to agree with Noa’s plan to animilsize people.

In both of these relationships there's no sense of betrayal, despite the fact that they were apparently very important to each other.

Motivations are all over the place? Letta’s described as a blind follower to Noa but... she doesn’t really act like it? Like, she goes behind his back to look at bejamin’s death... why? just ask Noa? when Noa comes and says, hey, stop snooping and just ask me, shes like Kay cool i’ll do that I trust you. But then why did you snoop in the fist place that makes no sensssseesesesrukhgefjchdgl

When Marlo, a rebel, comes into her house and is being hunted down by the police she hides him... even though she doesnt know him or what hes done wrong, knows that Noa wants him arrested... and is a blind follower to noa.

If she’s a blind follower, why does she do these things then? her motivations are non existent. Forde could have made her motivations as simple as curiosity, but Letta isn’t shown as being a curious person? like, when Noa tells her she can ask him anything... she doesnt ask him about Benjamin’s death. Even though she went out of her way to figure it out, and can now question the person who would, in theory, know the most about it. She also shows no interest in finding out about her missing parents, even though she’s presented multiple opportunities to find out more.

What is this book? Why is this the book my teacher chose? The motivations are unclear, the character development is weird, the relationships arent built properly??? Please explain????

(I’m a multi-shipper with bnha..I have my main canon ships and then my side ships that I could live for..also these are my main kid ships. Also trigger warning has mention of rape, murder, and abuse)

(Bakushima)

Azori Kirishima is a young male who's 5'11, with lightly tanned skin, blood red eyes, his hair is straight shoulder length with red high lights that look a little more hot pink. He has sharp teeth like Eijirou, he's got big hands like Katsuki as well as a temper and attitude. Azori is still a pretty sweet guy, though he cusses like Katsu, he's a lot like Katsuki but has more patience and does smile a lot more. He loves spicy food, music, hanging out with friends, singing, sparring, playing basket ball, and video games. He also likes to cook, Katsu didn't want two crappy cooks in the house. His quirk is basically called pop rocks, Azori has both of their quirks but its more combined. Azori can harden any part of his body like a rock, he can use it defensively or offensively. He can cause explosions if he's hit or hits someone else. Still he's able to use the quirks separately. He's pansexual cis male but is a little more into boys, but still doesn't mind anything else. (Iidaraka) Jasuma Iida is a young male around 5'6, medium tanned skin, light blue eyes. His hair lands to his lower jaw kinda a pixy cut that's brown cascade to blue. He has soft pink cheeks, his face is a little rounded out, he's not chubby but has a similar structure to Uraraka. He's very sweet and smart, he does his best to keep his straight A's in school and is commonly called 'Dork' by Azori who uses it as an affectionate nickname. Jasuma is a femboy, but also likes sports and plays lacrosse. He loves to eat sweets but has a weak stomach like Uraraka's quirk draw back, he also can't handle spice at all and dies a bit inside when he watches Azori eat. Jasuma's quirk is called earthquake, he's got some pretty powerful legs and stomping the ground can make the it shake or collapse out from under you. Kicks to any body parts can be lethal for said victim of Jasu's quirk. He's very fast as well but its not really his quirk just from the training. His legs don't look that strong but like his father, he's the opitemy of 'never skipped leg day' His quirk is stamina based. Jasuma is a gay Femboy, he doesn't cuss much but if you get him in the mood he wont hesitate. (tododeku) Tomiko Midoriya is a young male around 5'8, some what pale in complexion and has light blue eyes. A mix of light green, dark green, and black ear length hair. He does have freckles scattered more around his face and not just his cheeks. He can be a bit shy but wont hesitate to freeze someone an ice capsule. Tomiko loves to read, listen to music, play with his bunny 'shibun', loves the dark academia aesthetic and his dorm is decked out in it. His quirk is ice, like Todoroki's ice side he can use ice how ever he pleases. Tomiko is still questioning himself. He feels asexual but is developing feelings for Ruki. (tododeku) Amilia Midoriya is a young female around 5'7 is Tomiko's twin, sharing the same complexion with freckles, but she has emerald eyes. Long shoulder length slightly wavy green ombred down to white hair. She's very out spoken and protective of her younger twin brother who she nicknamed 'Tomo'. Amilia is into both fem and butch like clothing choices. Her quirk is fire and fire manipulation, she can breath fire, heat up her hands to warm things up and and can burn things. Its basically a mix of Mido's bio dad and Todoroki's quirk. Amilia is bisexual (Dabi’s boy..I lowkey ship twice and dabi, but for now its platonic) Kenji Todoroki is a young male around 5'6.5, has a not dark but still tanned skin. He has turquoise eyes. He has an emo-ish style red and turquoise hair, that reaches the base of his neck. He's kind and caring, he's pretty chill and liked to hang out with his friends as well as his dad (Dabi). This kid is based off of an AU where the villains who are able to be captured are given the choice to 'restart' or take the death penalty. Dabi chose restart, as did twice..Twice is like the fun uncle who humors Kenji with his clones. Kenji's quirk is the same as Dabi's creamation/blue fire. Kenji is a transgender male who's bisexual. his dead name is Hana (shinkami) Makuyama Shinsou, a young male around 5'8, not pale but in the middle. He has golden yellow eyes, and yellow and purple hair that's messy and kinda curly, he does have the lightening strike in his hair. He puts some of his hair back when he skate boards. Maku also has a plus and minus symbol on both sides of his neck. Maku's very joking and sweet (think lance from voltron), still he can get serious when he needs to. Maku's quirk has a dark past to it. Maku was a rape baby, Denki was raped by a creep who had a quirk that allowed him to break locks, make someone's body paralyze on them or have them pass out. With Denki's electrical quirk and creep's quirk combined. His quirk is called Scrambled, the plus and minus symbols are actually charging points like a battery and he can use it to charge up his quirk to make electricity. When electrocutes someone hard, the victim will end up with hickey like burn marks. He has orange pads on his finger tips and palms to hold the electricity. The draw back to his quirk is that he coughs up blood since the electricity stems in his throat which can irritate the lining and cause him to cough up blood. It's alarming but by now he acts casual about it. Makuyama is pansexual (adoptive shinkami) Akuma Shinsou, is a young male 5'8, he's a bit pale but not unhealthily pale. He has grey-ish silver eyes, and medium length black and purple hair, some sticks up Dabi's hair style. Akuma is shy and introverted due to his past. akuma used to be homeless after the death of his parents. His father was a side kick hero who died of suicide while his mother tricked Aku into using his quirk to kill her. He was on the streets when he was six until he was eight or nine. Aku is quiet and prefers to be alone but can be around people. He likes spooky things, halloween, horror movies, pumpkins, and other things. Akuma's real name is Gaara Yamashita but earned the name 'Akuma' due to his quirk which is called soul control. Aku is able to control a person by using their soul to control any part of them even their shadow. Akuma's name was given to him by parents of his old school and the name started to stick and erase his old one. Akuma is Demisexual (erasermic) Ruki Aizawa is a young person, 5'6.5, they've got the same complexion as Aizawa. With dark green eyes, they have shoulder length black to blond hair, they had a bit of an under shave design that allows them to style it depending if they want to look a lil more masculine, feminine or neither. Ruki is a bit introverted like Shota but will get a bit loud and excited over small things like books. Ruki is a book worm and is also into dark academia like things. Ruki's quirk is called 'Audio erase' they can erase sound just by glaring, he has a pretty chilling glare and he likes to use his quirk on Hizashi when the blond gets way too loud in the morning. Ruki likes naps, reading, cats even though he's mildly allergic to them. Ruki's dead name was Ezra, they're genderfluid, mainly going by he/him and they/them still Tomo uses they them and refers to Ruki as his 'book baby' than boyfriend or girlfriend. Ruki prefers a little mor masc, neither, or both but will wear skirts and dresses.

Such a profound statement gives Amilia pause. Of recent, she’d taken to practicing her magic nearby the swordsman while he trained, but that’s enough for her to snap the tome closed and drop the stance she held so carefully. The familiar feeling of latent magic fizzling off into the air as it was released somehow makes her frown. It seems like they only ever talk while training, but it’s never anything that holds weight as much as this. Perhaps that’s why it strikes her so.

“I…don’t think that’s something to be envious of. Each day feels less like a kindness and more like an obligation. Nothing comes from the heart anymore.”

Running her hands over the cover of the tome, she sighs audibly.

“I think it’s because it’s what I was told from the time I was a little girl that it’s what I was meant to do. To heal and protect. To have the heart to help people. At some point, I stopped doing it because I wanted to, and started doing it because I had to. Now it’s tied to my very being.”Catching a little stray magic on the cover of her tome, she lets it run free, watching the tiny arch of lightning dance between her fingertips, the sharp little shocks something she can barely feel.

“Maybe someday it’ll be what I do not because I feel I must, but because I want to genuinely help people again. We can only hope. Unless I’ve understood your meaning entirely…?”

And inwardly, she can’t help but wonder if in the years to come there won’t be a single secret of hers Lon’qu isn’t privy to.

purge oc au again because i always make aus after watching movies, but also because last time i thought about it i didnt write it down

drake: doesnt participate at first because hes a government official and hes Supposed to be protected but >implying hed actually follow those orders later lol. hed join his mans oliver and crossdress as a nun or an angel while hiding his identity. definitely using some military grade weapons. his first kill is his dad and then whoever actively participates that he finds. he would save innocents tho and help them get where they need to go

oliver: honestly hes just a chaotic bastard who joins for fun with his closest friends. hed help people with drake just as whatever but how much fun he has killing people would be pretty disturbing lmfao. he doesnt hide his identity but he and his friends will match themes with drake in some way or do something random. he doesnt kill anyone related to business and keeps a list of who to avoid. hes very obvious and likes to attract attention

dane: he doesnt care and doesnt participate. he does however have guns which roman taught him how to use as self defense because "swords and magic dont count as self defense," apparently. he lives in the middle of nowhere so hes never had a problem but hes cautious. if drake and oliver ever peer pressured™ him to participate then hed dress up as classic characters like the phantom of the opera or match them or something

roman: same shit different day. if hes feeling extra bored hell participate but he only enjoys it when people are extra creative or give him a challenge. he likes setting off traps from long distances and snipes anyone whos harming innocents

amilia: she flies out of the country to avoid any problems

reginelli mafia: they dont participate but stand their guard at a safehouse

the other mafia: same as above

costin: he uses his smoke to set a trap to identify and/or kill anyone who even thinks of involving themselves with him. leaks government secrets with proof on the deep web for funsies

molly: she participates and dresses like marilyn monroe and other retro celebrities. she joins drake and oliver sometimes

bianca: she leaves the country too

elizabeth: after the death of her husband she asks drake for protection, which he gives her at a secret government location (lol)

starsky: nothing different from what he normally does, but he keeps tabs on everything out of amusement

naeva: anyone who opposes her shall disappear "mysteriously." she doesnt get her hands dirty herself

If you are looking to meet Atlas Warren, you don’t have to look any further and just head to Oakwood instead. People say that he looks like Julian Greene but honestly, I don’t see it in the slightest. Only 25 years old, he is the owner of 404.

People who know him say he’s loyal, intelligent and creative but to the ones who don’t know him, he comes off as aggressive, silver tongued and vindictive.

About him:

Most stories you hear of in today's times are often fabricated trends of having a hard life. Some fake and others very real but who’s to really say? Luckily for Atlas he’d been born the first child of two to Elijah Warren and Amilia Grimes in a small town called East End, Pennsylvania. The Warrens had been well off just by the bloodline itself but something about it seemed off. Atlas’s father had been an entrepreneur and his mother an attorney, they gave their children all they could ever want so what was so wrong about it? The Warrens had always been a secretive family, if you played no part in it you would never know about anything that was going on behind closed doors. They didn’t do family functions nor were there any photos of Elijah’s side of the family, only Amilia’s and when their children asked they simply told them that they had passed long before either Atlas or Emery were born. It left too many questions unanswered for a long while then again East End had never been normal. As Atlas grew older he discovered the kind of privilege he had if he wanted something he could take it...He could do it and his parents could always bail him out. If his temper got the best of him his parents would cover it up or knew another place to put the blame but Atlas and Emery were off limits. This gave Atlas a ‘god complex’ and he used it well so much so that when the killings began to happen East End thought him to be the murderer but his mother quickly stomped it out before it could even reach the papers. The killings went on by the unknown suspect and while teens went missing the Warrens remained safe and untouched.

By the time college came around Atlas thought it could be fun to spend his time partying there but instead found himself learning coding and building. His roommate whom at first he thought could be a drag turned out to be Gillian, a faceless hacker on campus who used his skills to tap into campus to erase security footage, embarrass teachers and change grades all his customers had to do was place the order on his site. Upon figuring out who his roommate was he promised to never tell anyone who he was as long as he taught him all he knew about systems and coding. This became Atlas’s new obsession and for the most part it stopped him from being as destructive as he had been in the East End. After college Atlas went back home where he began the development of 404 but his old habits began to get in the way. He met a girl named Skylar and the two became inseparable. When the murders began to happen again Atlas feared for his girlfriend and the baby. He spent nights and day perfecting a security system but it seemed the killings were getting closer and closer. An email had been sent to him in good timing by someone with the initials L.V. This person offered to help fund 404 but funds weren’t something he needed so instead he countered asking for protection for his girl and child. The deal had been signed and sealed.

what were the ro's like as children?

Ooh... I know I've talked about their backstories but idk if I've ever actually answered this before.

Vethna: Sarcastic, a people pleaser when it comes to positions of authority, always wants to follow the rules but inevitably is dragged into pranks and other things by their friends. They were basically a classic gifted kid-- their studies came easily to them, they got along with their mentors, and they viewed their grades and academics as a direct reflection of themselves.

Nikke: I actually don't think Nikke's changed much. He was, and is, protective, stubborn, hot-tempered, and sarcastic. All of those are direct results of either A.) His village being put in danger by hostile groups in Vrithka or B.) The way his father treated him growing up. He has a good heart and is well-intentioned, but his short patience and brashness has always been a problem for him, even in his youth. It got him into a lot of fights... (You know what they say-- you gotta be tough if you're gonna be stupid.)

Jost: She was super insecure (still is), and constantly was looking for some sort of validation from her parents that she never was given because all of the attention was given to Nikke. Nikke cared for her a lot, but she was only able to be bitter towards him because of how much more their parents cared about him compared to her. She was super mean to him as kids, to be honest, but he never really minded (he still doesn't).

Amilia: Less skittish, but otherwise the same. Loud, boisterous, curious about everything. She was super extroverted at heart but other kids were mean and didn't get along with her, so she was always the odd one out and learned to entertain herself when alone. She started getting into music at a very young age and was a natural at it, and she spent most of her extended fae youth mastering instruments.

Sabir: Patient, smart, clever, and kind. He's always had a good head on his shoulders. But... uh... stuff... happened... and he also became other things, too. An amazing liar, a great manipulator, and completely and utterly brutal... not that anyone would know he's any of those things, because first and foremost, he's always been charming.

Syfyn: A feral, small child who constantly broke the rules for no other reason that she could. Her parents were gone a lot due to being leaders of the military, so she was always trying to do what she could to get their attention to little avail. It sort of just ended up with her always being scolded and ignored again, which made her more angsty and angry, which led to her doing more stupid things... it was a feedback loop.

Freedom: ... was never a kid but damn. Imagine if they were.

Ima do a thing where I explain an OC *finger guns*

Alrighty everyone this OC I’m doing is my own and bear with me I’m terribly bad at these. Okay first off the character’s name is Amilia Lewis, she is an American Magnus who mostly specialises in healing and earth based magic. She’s currently 21 years of age but she looks to be around maybe 19, but people constantly say that she behaves more like a woman in her late twenties or earlier thirties, She is just slightly shorter then average height at 164 cm (5ft 4in.) Her body type is average as well. Her complexion is very pale with a hint of an olive undertone. Her eye color is dark chocolate brown. She has black hair the just barely reaches her shoulder blades and tends to keep it up I’m a ponytail Amilia is the oldest of four and was raised in the countryside where she was almost always around some form of nature namely woods and marshes that where located near to her home, which led her to practice earth based magic. She picked up healing magic when she was in her late teens due to the fact that she cannot preform highly offensive spells. Now for Amilia’s personality. Amilia is one of those people who is right between being quiet and reserved or friendly and outgoing. Honestly it depends on who is around her and what the situation around them is like, She also prefers to handle things that are more important before doing things that are less relevant. She is extremely loyal and protective of her family and people who she has formed deep friendships with her friends and family say that she is a kindhearted, considerate, and caring person but unless you’re really close to her she’s going to hide it behind a tough exterior and alot ally of sass, though even if you are close to her you’re still going to get a lot of sass from her.

ngl I'm lowkey thinking about trying a past-syfyn, current amilia romance route next time I replay davina for funsies? I'm not sure if she can open up to anyone quite yet after how much The Incident and how much she feels like syfyn will always choose duty and the queen over her still hurts her - and that still remains to be seen how it will play out with syfyn, now that they've reunited as well, especially with lingering love there despite everything - but so far her dynamic with amilia is gentle and protective, even as much as davina tries to build up harsh walls to keep her and everyone else out, despite how much she wants to be seen as the fallen commander and a murderer and to be left alone, but that persistent care from amilia and the slow softening on davina's end, along with the lack of davina feeling like she needs to live up to an idea of her former self with someone new........ the potential there is Very Good imo

Amilia Upchurch - Short Story

Back in 2002 on a cold October night, me and my twin brother was born in our home on a hill cliff. I was told of a blinding light, screams, and deep red blood. Our maid Ella said she was told to take us and leave our parents behind to fight. It was not her fault but she said that she felt bad, but i told her that it was not her fault and that she had to do it. Because the beast had killed them.

Even though I don’t remember that day, it’s still a constant nightmare on replay of what Ella told me. And for some reason this night was different both me and my brother were awake walking in the darkness not knowing what our destination was. Then we heard a voice that sounded like it had not drank any water in ages. It was so loud that it made my head pound and my stomach twist in knots. Saying, “Go to the door I’ll give you your parents back”. Even though it sounded too good to be true. Anything weird and non-human like this was something we are used too and bringing the dead back to life was not far from it.

In our view was a huge black door that was too heavy to push but for us it was easy as ripping a piece of paper. The voice had said, “yes push the door realise me”.I knew there was something wrong but i still wanted to try. Once we pushed the door open a powerful wind spet us back. When we looked up it was a huge body emerged in black. Ghouls and beast alike came out crawling by its feet. We sprung into action ready to fight but as soon as they were there they vanished. And at that moment we knew we had screwed up.

I felt shame at how we could be tricked so easily, and that we unleashed a horribly terror upon the world. I put those feelings aside and started to make a plan to save the world. If only that was as easy as it sound. I got a phone call from Hack he sounded pissed. All in all he told us that we needed to fix this mess and that we also need help,because we can’t fix it on our own.

The two people he asked for help were human to my surprise a boy and a girl to be exact. The girl’s name was Clair a cheerful girl with long black hair and an obsession with guns. And there’s Jace the mute but he’s not really mute, he just does not talk as much. Hack said they are good fighters so we could use them. The first time we ever meet was months ago.

The first few times we had somes encounters with Death that did not end well,but we are still here and now were in the Desert. Jamel and Jace had a fight about who killed the most ghouls. It was me and Clair but it’s fun to watch them fight. “We need to find the mother before she finds us“, I say and they stop and shake their heads in agreement. We walked in the Desert heat following the cloud of black smoke. Everytime we follow his trial we always have shortcomings about finding him it’s like he knows we’re coming he’s always one step ahead and I hate it.

The Desert heat was scorching, like all the energy was being drained out of my body. But out of the blue we found an unnatural cave that has water, we couldn’t help ourselves but to drink. To our unknown knowledge it was how the mother captured her victims. But what she didn’t realize was that we didn’t drink enough water for her presence to go unnoticed. So we attacked her,

killing her incessantly. What we finished what we came here to do we left before we fainted from heat stroke. Hack greeted us with a smile and a look of approval. He asked, “ did you make progress on finding Megdeath”. I replied with a solid No, and keep moving to my room to remove sand from my shoes and to take a cold shower all that heat makes me wish for snow.

That feeling quickly goes away as I get out of the bathroom. I flop on the bed wanting sleep to come but it never does,and I can’t help but wonder what would've happened if Hack never decided to help us. Probably dead. Now I can’t help but think why am I the leader, I can’t even come up with a plan to find Megdeath let alone kill him. And to be honest with myself I’m scared at the fact that I don’t have any control. And it’s been a few months sense the world was plunged into this darkness because of me an Jamel. By the time I collect my thoughts an alarm goes off alerting us that Megdeath is on the move. We get our weapons and gear up ready to fight.

Hack: “He’s moving to a small field in the east of you hurry you can catch up and take him out the school.”

We rush to the jet and fly of at full speed. I see a huge black figure and tell Clair to shoot it out of the sky. But as soon as she does he fires back and one of engines get hit and we crash land with him at the nose of the jet ready to kill us. We jump out shooting our guns until the clip was empty. It doesn’t make much damage as we want but it’s enough to get him to his knees. Jamel and I come in with kicks and punches that knocks him back a couple of feet. When Jace is ready

we move out of the way for him to come in with his katana cutting him down until each cut is deeper than the last. Now it’s time for Clair to deliver the final blow, however we did not expect him to move after all of that and once he did he ran straight for Clair pushing his hand through her stomach.

She couldn’t even scream out before she fell to the ground. Jamel and Jace runs to her side trying to heal her and stop the bleeding, I on the other hand is blinded by rage and charge straight toward him punching him in the jaw. He hits me back through the Air and vanishes. I run to Clair seeing that she’s stable for know. I call Hack to come get us and to tell him about Clair, he said he’s on his way. As soon as we get there we rush Clair to our Infirmary in one of the rooms down stairs.

Hack: “put her on the table!”

All three of us put her in the table as quickly as possible.

Hack: “Jamel heal the small cuts first, while we x-ray the hole to see if anything got in it.

Jamel: “ok”

Me: “what do I do?”

Hack: “nothing till you get the blood off of you”

I hurry to the bathroom knowing that Jamel can’t heal her completely without my help. I come back all cleaned up and ready to start. Hack said he didn’t find anything so I can help heal her. His hand went completely through so there is going to be a scar but other then that she’s going to be ok. And she’s going to be on bed rest for a couple of days. As I walk back in the room I see her sitting up on the bed looking off into space.

Me: “how you feeling”

Clair: “Alive And well thanks to you guys”

In the silent room out of the blue she said “I want out”. It took me a while to comprehend, but once I realize what she had said I looked at her dumbfounded.

Me: “what”

Clair: “I want out,I almost died hell I’m pretty sure I was dead until you guys brought me back and I don’t want to go through that again”.

I wanted to yell at her and say that she’s being selfish,and stupid,and that people are dying right now but I don’t I can’t bring myself to do it.

I just stare.

But I can tell by the way she’s looking that she’s having doubts about what she just said. I’ll give her some space to figure it out. But in the meantime I need to figure some stuff out myself. I say ok and leave her to her thoughts.

I walk past Jace and he ask me what’s wrong I said nothing and walked right past him to my room. I close and lock the door behind me. And I break down and fall to my knees crying and screaming not caring if anyone can hear me not caring if the world knows I’m just a small girl in a world that’s too big for her to handle on her own. I cry till my eyes are dry and my throat is raw and even then I’m whimpering still trying to feel something other than pain. Right before I close my eyes I think maybe I should give up, but then I realize that I can’t just give up I need to protect my family and friends even if it means giving up my life.

It’s been a couple of days Since that mess and Clair has agreed to stay only because she didn’t want to lose the only family she had. And I can’t say that I blame her either, this is the closest thing to a family that me and Jamel has ever had besides Ella of course. Hack said that once Clair is 100 percent sure she is ready to fight Megdeath again so we can end this once and for all.

She said, “yes of course”.

And know we can end this nightmare.

Hack: “I’ve been tracking Megdeath back to this one location.”

A huge ice mountain in the South Pole. If only we had something that’s faster than that jet.

Me: “do you have anything that’s faster than the jet so we can get to the mountain quickly.”

Hack: “ duh,what do I look like not sending you here without the right equipment to get the job done.

Me: “ ok then let’s go.”

From where we were it took us a couple of days to get there but that was more than enough time to prepare.

Me: “listen when we get to the ice mountain we land about 100 feet away then we walk and climb the rest of the way”.

Jamel: “ then we sneak in and hide, and set up traps.”

Clair: “when he’s trapped we attack.”

Jace: “then I come in to take off his head.”

Me: “if that doesn’t work we spread out and attack together. If you see an opportunity to strike take it.”

All: “let’s end this!”

It took us a few hours to get there and it was really cold but it’s better then the Desert. It was beautiful. I feel bad that it’s all going to be destroyed in the crossfire.But we have to end this now I can’t sit back and watch as the world crumbles and fall to Oblivion. We set traps in every possible corner we could find. Making sure that we had the advantage. It was hard to tell if it was night but we had a watch to check. As soon as it was night we had to hide and wait. It was boring, very, very boring and I was praying for him to come. And I’m glad that my prayers was answered.

He came flying looking around as if he expected is to be there. But then he did one finally swep around the cave and !BAM! Walked right into a trap. Which was metal bars that was blessed by a priest and then dipped in holy water. It stung like hell I know because I touched it. So I know for a fact that it hurt him to. We rushed in attacking making sure to leave enough space between

us to not get hurt. And I could tell that the bars was draining his energy quickly. But unexpectedly he broke free trying to make a run for it, but Jace came in and cut his right leg clean off. Megdeath was screaming in pain and agony, bleeding heavily.

MD: “ you little s*** ,I’ll kill you all you won’t make it out of here alive.”

Me: “no you won’t make it here out alive.”

And with that Clair shot him in the arms, letting them fall limp to the ground with him screaming even more. Jace walked over to swing his sword but then looked at me.

Jace: “ would you like to do the honors leader.”

Me: “ with pleasure.”

And with one finally powerful swing it was over as his head rolled over to a corner, his eyes open with shock and blood oozing everywhere.

It was over at last what a relief.
