so much more invested in a day of fallen night than i did with priory of the orange tree. granted i read priory in june last year so maybe i’m due for a reread but i’m in the thick of the plot after like 200 pages of exposition and i’m at the edge of my seat and postponing sleep to read more. that kind of feeling
