new workout idea i put on a pop playlist and then just dance like a crazy person all around my room while unpacking for an hour. im so serious when i say my heart rate hit 179 beats per minute
#and it was FUN#maybe all cardio is not awful and hellish?#a good alternative to the brisk 7000 step walk with my headphones in 👍#i am soooo not active it is seriously a problem#i HATE EXERCISE but i need to stop being winded on staircases#we're working on it#poppy

5 Things You Will Find in My WIPs
Saw this from @mariahwritesstuff and decided I wanted to play. For this, I'll be referring mostly to my books as opposed to the snippets I post here.
No pressure tags:
@those-damn-snippets @frownyalfred @distort-opia @bruciemilf and anyone else who wants to play.
1. A distant or emotionally hurtful mother (I have no idea why, I love my mom and she's great, I promise).
2. A sense of grief over the loss of the past, a relationship, or the death of a loved one, and many things in between.
3. A heavy focus on the mind and thought process and the hinting idea that every character narrator is an unreliable narrator.
4. A fight, either subtle or explicit, with powers and entities that are simply too big to win against alone.
5. The desperation for connection with another, the need and desire to know someone intimately, and the accompanying fear of losing that connection.
