#did 15 min run then 5 min walk then 10 min run then ~30 min walk #maybe a longer walk at the end there idk my app says we did 4.2 miles total #couldn’t manage a 25 min run straight through like last week’s long run but #the treadmill vs trail with ups/downs and varied terrain difference #is considerable #so I’m happy with it
