Pyscho, Carrie, and Last Man On Earth for Minerva :D
Horror movies and talking about my s/is. Two of my favorite things!
Psycho (1960): Excluding your f/o, does your s/i get along well with anyone else in canon? Is there anyone they don’t like? Is there someone that doesn’t like them?
Minerva gets along amazingly with Hurk and Sharky, as well as Mary May Fairgrave. I suppose i could also put the three fangs for hire here as well, Boomer the good boy, Peaches the mountain lion, and Cheeseburger the bear. The next step down in friendship level would be anyone she works with : Whitehorse, Pratt, Hudson.
As far as not getting along with, that's also a relatively simple one. Joseph, for more than the obvious reasons. Minerva thinks he is the most annoying man to ever walk the face of the planet, on top of the whole doomsday cult thing. Maybe a shocking one that she doesn't like is Adelaide. The woman is a bit much, even for Minerva. The feeling is mutual, but Addie tolerates the deputy for getting her helicopter back.
Carrie (1976): What’s that one thing that your s/i is always associated with? Even if some people aren’t very familiar with them, what’s that one thing your s/i is known for?
A cry of hope across the resistance has become three words. "It's the Deputy!"
Minerva is known mostly for her actions. Her enemies know her by the way she can systemically clear a base to reclaim it for the resistance, and her allies know her as the avenging angel who swoops in to save the day when she sees someone in need. Those closest to Minerva would tell you the most recognizable things about the woman is her custom SPAS12 shotgun, decorated in flames, her affinity for hitting peggies with a shovel she painted a smiley face on, the animal usually following her around, and her tendency to take the charm from peggie vehicles she crashes as a trophy, of sorts.
The Last Man on Earth (1964): In a scenario where your s/i never meant your f/o, what would they be doing now? Would much change about them?
A scenario where John and Minerva never met is more than likely a world where Eden's Gate did not settle in Hope County. She'd be just another Hope County Sheriff's Deputy, drinking with her friends on the weekend and trying to stop Sharky from burning the whole damn county down. Not much would change about Minerva however, she'd still be the same girl blaring classic rock way too loud as she drives around Hope County in her beat up old mid-70s Silverado, considering that without a holy war to fight, she'd probably have the spare time to get it running again.
Thanks for the ask!!

sukuna and gojo use binding vows for sex, taking things like orgasm denials or touch deprivation steps further, where the other is contractually bound to not be able to do certain things, like touch themselves or touch the other etc etc
one such instance being a vow where gojo has a vibrator up his ass, but he can't touch himself or remove it, until sukuna specifically, pulls it out.
he keeps the vibe in throughout the day, with sukuna controlling it remotely, even as they both go throughout their separate days.
gojo goes to have his usual breakfast, and meets yuuji at the dining room, they greet and sit next to each other. yuuji is, as always, energetic and excited to see him
they make conversation, until gojo gives a jolt and starts twitching and huffing. sukuna has turned the vibrator up all the way. yuuji worries and panics and asks him what's wrong. gojo gives a breathy laugh and reassures him. he motions low and tells yuuji about the vibrator inside him, through sudden jolts and soft whimpers.
satoru complains about it, and yuuji advices to remove it or go and take care of himself.
except gojo states that he can’t and yuuji puzzles.
"it's... a pact—mmh!"
"a pact???" yuuji's voice rises in volume, but he visibly calms, shoulders dropping into a fond sigh. "sensei, you really are..." that's all he can manage to say. reprimand is useless. gojo likes it, yuuji is well aware, he is enjoying every second of this, even as he complains.
gojo gives a few odd jolts, undoubtedly an odd pattern of intensity from the vibe, yuuji can guess. sudden irregular ups and downs that are not taken well by the man.
satoru clicks his tongue. "what is that guy doing?" he actually looks irritated for a moment—a look yuuji doesn’t get to see often—until it’s broken with a sigh and his pleased, calm demeanor returns, mimicking the soft waves of pleasure across his thighs.
still, yuuji can see his hands crumpled at his sides, undoubtedly wishing to use them.
that's when satoru perks flares up all of a sudden.
"actually, yuuji,” he turns to look at him, grinning. “you can help me" he opens his legs and lifts the edges of his kimono, his dick peeking out the fabric. yuuji gulps at the sight. satoru motions to it, giving yuuji a wordless look. yuuji hesitates for a moment, but complies, taking his hand to the cock, and starts stroking.
satoru crumbles under the touch, immediately breathing out his nose and muffling moans. he leans into yuuji, wrapping an arm around his shoulders, fingers clasped in yuuji's kimono, nuzzling into his hair and whining in his ear.
satoru's sounds fluctuate in pitch and volume, making it known when his vibe's gotten stronger. yuuji keeps his pace and satoru spills in his hand. he twitches and sighs, soft breaths against yuuji's flushed ear.
yuuji stares at the cum in his hand.
"you can wipe it on me,” satoru tells him with a breath that's calmed much too fast. “my clothes are already soiled anyways". and yuuji feels bad for it, but he obeys nonetheless.
satoru takes a hand to yuuji's chin and turns his face to him and gives him a kiss. short and sweet.
"as a reward." he smiles at yuuji. the boy surprises but takes it happily, cheeks warm and eyes softened, albeit a bit timidly. a tinge of disappointment colors the edges of his face.
"you want more?" satoru brings his face to yuuji's again. the vibrations have reached a slight plateau, so his voice is steadier.
yuuji’s face widens a bit, but he nervously chuckles, pulling back from gojo's face. "no, it's alright," he lies. "i don't want sukuna to kill me"
but satoru’s already pulling into him, breathing into his lips. "i won't let him <3"
"that's...actually reassuring......" yuuji’s eyes flutter shut as satoru's lips meet his again.
and with that, they're kissing and slowly the vibrations and gojo’s twitching start again. satoru moves atop yuuji's lap to straddle him, and while they kiss, yuuji takes his hand between them and jerks him off again. satoru moans and gasps into his mouth, each jolt mirroring the pulses against his prostate.
they separate for gojo to bury his face in yuuji's shoulders, arms hugging his neck. he humps into yuuji's hand until he comes against him again.
he pants and huffs atop the boy, catching his breath. yuuji's gentle arms hold him, fingers rubbing slow circles at his back.
satoru's breathing calms against yuuji’s neck.
"yuuji, u're such a good boy."
yuuji's heart and dick swell.

Have you ever thought about how Linebeck describes Jolene as "crazier than a rabid squid"- only to then be possessed by a literal rabid squid later in the game?
Cause I sure have- especially after seeing a lot of your BellumxLinebeck stuff
mmmmghmm im gonna be honest i haven't thought about it much at all
linking it to my bellum x linebeck thoughts, im not too sure what to make of it in context with my other linebeck notes and w/e
there's also my idea that linebeck has a special interested in shellfish and by extension squids, and the idea of him having a weird thing for bellum, and just... enjoying sealife, and it's kinda of...
he compares her to a rabid squid to link in order to i think... offer a shorthand explanation of what she's like, and i think it (with some other stuff) is kinda just another little peek into how he might feel abt her?
i mean he also compares link to a dog in that one letter? i'm not sure where im going with that one. i dont think linebeck particularly likes dogs
i'm not sure abt the link between that and him getting possessed, jolene is kind of just... there a lot of the time and doesn't really do anything except 1) show that linebeck has enemies and 2) show that people know about link's quest by the end, linebeck generally references sea creatures a few times in ph
relating to bellum x linebeck, i dont see him comparing jolene to a squid an indicator of anything in relation to that, with linebeck having a thing for bellum its more of like. there's a lot of complicated ideas i have with what goes on between them during bellumbeck and bellum being a squid thing is more linebeck having a bit of a monsterfucker streak and having a bit of a thing for like. being tied up. as for literal squids he kinda just likes them as food and to dissect and learn about
like i think 'rabid squid' is more like linebeck just tossing out some derogatory shorthand to explain how he thinks of jolene as some fucking. violent annoyance he has to deal with that he doesn't fully understand
tbh i see the comparison but imo it comes down to a difference in characters and interactions and histories, there is the rabid squid thing (and i think in the manga too theres a vague parallel drawn ig) but im not. sure. what there is there just beyond. linebeck talks about sea creatures and wants to get the fuck away from jolene
i'm not entirely certain what you've been thinking about with that comparison, but i haven't been thinking much about it and it's kinda. eh ig???? its something

🐠🐳 i think those r the right emojis <3
🐠 a funny quote from a published work
Lame response, but believable enough. That is, if you weren’t Bro, and hadn’t known him practically his entire damn life. But with his luck, he’ll let it go. Whew. Close one there, better not go internal monologuing again now.
( Tell me I'm your world; published April 3rd 2021 )
🐳 a big, long quote from a published work
"Are they worth dying for? Are your curiosities and will to help worth dying for? Would you die for them?" The wind calls back, howling as it batters the trees and knocks bloody autumn leaves to the ground.
"If family is worth dying for, then so are they. Even if to them I'm just a bloody animal, a monster no better than the beast that hunts me, I'll live for them, I'll die for them. I'm nothing without them and I know that so well."
It's not a revelation, it's not new.
It's the autumn fire, heat, and smoke twist, mingling with what was safe. Suffocating and no longer home. Sand and gunpowder. Blinding pain and life.
Fighting for life through the cracks in his thoughts and memories.
Yet the chill sinks its teeth into his bones, and he thrashes against it. He refuses to be gentle, refuses to be tame.
Because in his truth, he's still that demon with blood on his teeth and he's still fighting with anyone who lets him prove his strength. And they still throw him to the ground, spit in his direction, and he gets up bloody and bruised time and time again until he's as red as they are. He's earned these scars, he's earned the history he's carved into his very being. Disrespect or not, whisperings of how he doesn't need to fight, he doesn't care.
Because no matter how much they take from him, or how they try to tame him, he's still a rabid animal at heart.
Burning, snarling, baring his teeth, alive.

Idea 1: Vanessa quits her job
This idea is based on my interpretation that the Vanessa we see in Security Breach isn't really her; it's Vanny controlling her. Vanessa's consciousness is there, but all that she can do is just watch, like viewing your own life through an old television.
So after the 3-star ending, Vanessa would be left with a job that requires skills that "she" technically never had. She can't just pull up Vannys memories (which i have her being able to do because extra pain :D) because there are no memories of how to do that job, a final "f*ck you :D" to Vanessa from Vanny before she left.
(I feel this needs a bit more of an explanation. Vanny had an instinctive knowledge of how to use any electronic device, courtesy of Glitchtrap/Afton. This meant that she never had to read any instructions for any of the surveilance equipment that she used on the job. She also never looked down at keyboards when she typed the passwords needed to access the security computers sinceVanny had all the passwords to herself. All this means is that when Vanessa looks back at these memories, they are effectively useless.)
So now all Vanessa has left are her own memories of watching herself push random buttons that do random things. It would be like trying to learn how to fly a plane solely by watching someone else do it.
Vanessa also realizes that she'd have to still assist lost children after hours, a thought that truly scares her. It's not because she doesn't like children, no. In fact, I believe Vanessa used to work really well with children due to her former position as a video game tester/coder. This might not make much sense, but is elaborated upon in idea 2.
It is also stated in the game in one of the logs that you can find that she was not recommended for a position as a security guard, so it just makes sense for her to leave afer being freed.
So she would put in her 2 weeks notice, but not before working out some special deal with the plex that allows her and Greg the gremlin of chaos to visit the pizzaplex whenever they want and for any length of time.
As for what job she would try to go back to? It would be her old job of beta testing and coding. She was evidently very good at it based on those cut AR emails. It might sound like tempting fate, but I think that Vanessa would be a heck of a lot more careful this time if she was put back on the VR project. That assumes that the project is still even active.
That way she can make sure that what happened to her, never happens to anyone again.
HI FIRST OFF I KNOW ID SAID ID ANSWER THEM BEFORE TONIGHT BUT THE BIRTHDAY GIRL GOT STUCK UNDER THE TRAMPOLINE BY HER HEAD AND GOT INJURED AND HONESTLY IT WAS A WHOLE ISSUE, MAYBE NOT AN ANIMATRONIC BEAR BITE BUT A HEAD WOUND IS A HEAD WOUND
im a huge fan of the vanessa under aftons control/vanessa under aftons control personality separation so this is already right up my alley. hopefully she'd learn her lesson and not reassemble random ass tapes left that very obviously arent meant to be there solely for curiosities sake smh
i was tryna think on how working the deal with fazcorp or whatever its called but like, she ran around chasing a third grader in a highly dangerous area where a tiny creepy crawley is in the vents, said animatronics are practically trying to MAUL this kid and it was caught on camera multiple times- with faz franchises record i have no doubt they'd "sweep it under the rug, it's probably fine"

Apparently, I’m too obsessive to not dwell on my last musing about why Fixer was Vau’s favorite Delta and the vague feeling that Fixer could be somewhere on the autism spectrum unexpectedly also transferred to Vau? Honestly, not sure where I’m going with that or even if that makes sense but it occured to me that one of constant traits of Vau mentioned through the whole series (minus Hard Contact which makes sense, since he was only mentioned only vaguely here and there) is how he is hard to read even by people who know him for years and how he is appearing not listen to people who are talking (as in: looking bored even though in truth he is pretty interested / invested in the topic). This is especially seen in regard to Sev, when we could look inside Vau’s psyche (seeing Deltas as his boys and caring for them, outright telling Kal he loved Sev) but the emotions don’t show on his face at all once he learned Sev is MIA. Dunno. Vau is a tricky character because he is traumatized man but also an old Mandalorian veteran so it is hard to tell how much of this trait is natural and how much drilled up into him, as a way to stay away and/or out of abuse. Vau is introverted person, for sure, but is also one that is hard to read on body language, gestures or facial expressions alone if he doesn’t want betray his true emotions/thoughts (and really, Mird is the best way to meassure his feelings). Like I said, not sure where I’m trying to go with that, just collecting facts and hints about Vau lately and unexpected observations attack me from everywhere.
