I became a yoga teacher because I wanted to lead people in moving, strengthening, and getting their jitters out. I needed that for myself. • It took me a while to figure out what else I needed Yoga for. The great thing is that each one of us will get something from the practice if we practice. • I’m so excited to be joining @jillromanoyoga and @karenpburnettyoga teaching teachers for a 200hr training beginning June 14th!
