Uhh yeah once again, Crooked Kingdom is also perfect. What I found the most interesting was how different SoC and CK are in structure.

The Hunger Games trilogy is an example of a series that, imo, couldn’t break from its own mould. The first two books are great, but then Mockingjay is vastly different and also terrible.

I think SoC and CK are such a great duology because they feel so different from the other and are executed so well in their own right.

Anyways, book good, I guess.

Annabeth Chase remains my undefeated fictional crush since I read the books when I was like 11. Also, just finished ‘The Last Olympian’ and have began reading the ‘Heroes of Olympus’ series for the first time! The switch to 3rd person is weird to get used to but I’m enjoying it so far!
