ʟ&ᴅꜱ ! reaction to bedroom talk/noises — (MDNI)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
a/n: idk i had some loose thoughts and tried to turn them into something, might be nothing ! bonus boys both got promoted for this one though because im insane about caleb in particular rn
zayne ! gets off on ambient noises. the rain battering the window panes, the crackling of a wood fire, the thump of the headboard against the wall- he’s romantic like that. he's pretty quiet broadly speaking when it comes to sex and so he enjoys when the atmosphere helps him to express his feelings, his own noises typically being the air escaping his nose in heavy puffs.
he has one sound he enjoys above all those though, always prefacing it with a gentle "are you ready, my love?"- before slipping himself into your awaiting walls, revelling in the gasp that follows in response.
accompanying it will always be the sounds of kissing. zayne pulling you under the sheets, wet lips planting themselves where ever he can reach- the dip of your collar bone being top of the list as he takes you chest to chest in his own perfected version of white noise. an instrumental that makes your skin burn until he stills above you, professing his love with a groan.
xavier ! forgets who he is, who you are, where he is, what hes doing- mind blank but his mouth works overtime to chant a chorus of "yes, Yes YES" with every drop of your hips, descending on him with precision.
if he could see himself from your perspective, he'd probably be unbelievably embarrassed- unaware of the drool thats collecting in the creases at the corners of his lips with every breathy mumble, voice horse from the sheer amount of satisfaction rushing through his veins and off his tongue. the same dewy look would be collecting in his eyes. pretty blues glassing over in a way that makes him look unresposive. he'd fail to let you know he was going to come. too caught up in his own choir to give it even a fleeting thought.
breathing would be laboured after the matter, lungs struggling to catch up with themselves as he comes back to his senses. he'd be slung right off of cloud nine when you start giggling beside him- suddenly aware that he has no idea what he was saying, or the noises he was allowing to be known. you had no idea a human being could change colour so fast.
rafayel ! has fun in sex. teasing nature seeping into all aspects of your life with him regardless of certain activities so it's completely expected that your shared quaters are filled with laughter and bickering even with him burried inside you- elegant hands swatting at your arse randomly to hear you yelp in surprise for him ( he's also doing it bc it makes you tighten around him but shh)
rafs tone would alter to have a more commanding edge as the pleasure really sets in, "dont you dare stop" being a phrase often thrown around and his nails sinking further into your skin- each time it's laced with a snarl that almost makes him seem intimdating if he wasn't belly laughing only a few minutes ago.
unfortunately, or fortunately in his case, he grows impossibly hard at the thought of someone hearing you guys- his pride and ego stroked thinking of an accidental visitor learning how healthy his sex life is, poor thomas has to do damage control fairly often to keep his reputation in good light.
caleb ! has a filthy, rotten mouth when he's caught in such an act. not really in a humiliation sense but more in that he swears like a sailor- each sentence broken or seperated by various profanities as he bigs his game up to egg you one. he won't admit it ever but his wordy displays are defenitely not rhetorical. he needs, and wants, you to let him know that he's doing you well.
"fuck baby, you lik- fuck, you like that dont you?", he'd hum into your ear, sweaty foreheads pressing together in an attempt to be as close to you as humanly possible- each question laced with a sweet pet name.
this boy has a unhealthy addiction to the sound of skin on skin, heavy plat plat plats ricochetting of the walls in a steady hyponitc rhythm that knocks all remaning sanity out of his head and into his dick. he’d drive into you for hours after he’s slipped into exhaustin just to hear the way it becomes messier, stickier- wetter as he annouces his orgasm to you.
jeremiah ! desperately tries to keep himself as quite as possible, shyness seeping into his bones when a stray moans slips from behind his lips- a soft note from the back of his throat that makes his ears flush a painful, deep red and his lip catch between his teeth until the skin breaks and theres a metalic tinge to his delicate kisses.
would have the tendancy to be higher pitched when he's in the bedroom, somewhat squeaky in his efforts to keep a lid on his excitement and would just about explode at the sound of your voice carrying him toward a sweet release- air coming out in hurried pants as his shoulders start to shake, stomach convulsing in waves with each desperate attemp to fill his chest and focus his mind.
"atta boy miah", he ascendes. literally. minimal contact with the mattress when his being raises in an attempt to escape you and get closer at the same time.

PICK A CARD - 10 things you should do to become the person you want to be in 2023.
Tumblr media
PILE 1 //
You can explore your sensual energy.
Remimance on your pain in order to understand how much you have grown.
Enjoy your own star power (writing, singing etc.)
Moses Sumney has a song that says "Think about who gave them their definitions and rewrite those definitions for themselves". Sometimes what you think of yourself comes from someone else's wrong opinion of you - do the work to define you.
Learn more languages, interact with people from different cultures etc. (Make sure you're engaging with people outside of your bubble.
Be more direct, especially with your romantic interests and partners. I see more of "do you want this to be something more?", "how do you feel about me?"
FLIRT (check my flirting PAC on my master list).
Budget in such a way that you have some extra savings that will go toward life's pleasures; get that bag you want, go on a trip etc.
Say NO more - stand your ground and speak up for yourself. Your inner child deserves it. You deserve it.
Attend more live shows and concerts.
PILE 2 //
Take care of building your finances, school or work career - a major focus of the year.
Trust in your own feelings and instincts about other people instead of going with whatever people have to say.
Identify the bad habits you may have, compassionately release them and practice a new helpful habit.
You might struggle with your emotions, and to help you stabilize them, you need some tools. Whether that's having emergency affirmations, meditation, eft tapping, sleeping etc.
A lot of you are transitioning from youth into adulthood and I'm seeing that you need to focus on pushing yourself into the adult role. It'll help you with your responsibilities and socially.
Remain hopeful in love but take care of your feelings.
Instead of asking people for advice and validation, try to tap into your own inner power for the answers.
Prompt more conversations with other people. Get to know other people more. Be more curious - it's good for your own social growth.
Very specific but you may carry spiritual/religious trauma, release the resentment - PLEASE. It gets in the way of how you perceive yourself.
Give yourself credit often. Celebrate your wins. Don't just let life pass you by.
PILE 3 //
You're doing so well. Make some room for some fun - blast music, dance more etc.
You've been alone for too long - you need a kiss or two. Make the effort to date or manifest more romantic opportunities. You deserve it.
Shake off regrets and move forward owning your life and your power. This is your life.
Put more effort into your body and health. Walk more, yoga, weights etc,
Your doubts and fears are just a shadow of your old self. Do everything to maintain the new you. The ideal version of yourself. Stop falling for that trap.
Avoid your ex relationships (family or friendships) and if you can't, take care of yourself as you interact with them. It might set you back a lot. If you're with someone new (romantically or not), do not compare them to those ex relationships.
Doors are opening. Walk through them all.
This needs to be emphasized, you keep replaying bad memories with people from your past, please do the work to overcome this. Let it go. Cut those cords. It keeps you stagnant.
Latto says "Money talks and I speak fluent". Heal your relationship with money. Make space for more money.
Increase your productivity and do the projects, goals etc. you've always had in mind.

AS SAID BY ZEVRAN ARAINAI  *  assorted dialogue from dragon age: origins, updated version
i'll take that as an apology.
if you want to bed me, you have only to ask.
that's rather saucy of you, isn't it?
magic can kill. knives can kill. even small children, when launched at very fast speeds, can kill.
so let us pretend that i do, indeed, believe murder is wrong.
you say that like it's a bad thing.
why have we not made love as of yet?
how will you ever learn how to pleasure each other unless you talk about it?
it drives me mad with desire.
do i detect a bit of jealousy there? feeling territorial, are we?
sounds intriguing, if you ask me.
you get the most delightful wrinkle in your brow when you are curious.
shall i describe the rest of the ritual to you?
those stories you heard? all true.
i see where this is going. downhill. and quickly too.
you seem rather charmed by the idea.
i am willing to take my chances.
it is flattery only if i exaggerate the truth to please you. i am but stating a simple fact.
now i regret that extra pie at lunch.
so let me get this straight. you have... never wooed? not once? you are woo-less, as it were?
perhaps you have people you need killed.
i said no such thing.
politics and death go together like kisses and lovemaking.
you are... feeling all right, yes? perhaps you are tired?
one day you will realize that you have wasted your youth and beauty on bitterness and suspicion, mark my words.
i'm sorry... are you speaking to me?
does that make you jealous?
i admire you. you are a wicked, wicked woman.
i do not think you a fool. we are not so dissimilar, after all. i know what you are doing.
if you like, i could hoist you up on my back.
i don't go into forests as a rule.
i can think of many other things we can do other than sleep.
when the prey is caught, it deserves a good death, a clean death.
i am not permitted to tell you what they mean.
surely you can see i am serious now. i honestly wish to know.
didn't you desire companionship during those two years?
adventure has changed you.
so i imagine it has been some time for you.
i simply offer my services should you ever feel the need for... release.
has anyone told you what marvelous eyes you possess?
you should be admired by painters, copied by sculptors, exalted by poets.
i am so confused. i think i may cry. may i lay my head in your bosom?
i couldn't help hearing about your... predictament.
how could one kill such a creature without bedding it, first?
could you destroy something as pretty as i am?
one would have to be blind not to realize how very pretty we all are, and how important that is to preserve.
creating a new life can be a great deal of fun.
your form is wonderous, that's true.
i've thought about your predicament, my friend.
surely this must bring you discomfort, knowing you can never partake in such pleasures.
which girl? i saw many and i watched them all.
on second thought, i suppose it would be rude of me to intrude on another man's domain.
you are only slightly more attractive to me than a slime-filled pool of swamp water.
are you dispensing professional advice now?
and here i was becoming rather fond of the idea of you watching me closely.
that cynicism will serve you well, my friend. hold onto it.

tell me about the Ganondorf/Link ship 👀
Hi anon!
So I ship Ganlink in many of the canon universes, but the one I'll talk about here will be Twilight Princess, my favorite iteration of Ganondorf as well as Link. I'm putting a lot of the Manga's backstory onto Link. In this instance, Ganondorf's invasion of the castle is successful, and Link is captured.
Ganondorf makes the first move, with Link in a cell a la Peach and Bowser and just kind of talking at him. He doesn't hurt him because where's the gratification in that? He won. He had exiled the princess to the desert and sent the ruler of the Twilight packing back to her realm. There wouldn't be any pleasure from torturing the hero any further.
Link learns that Ganondorf's motivations are entirely centered around saving his people from the harsh desert. He learns that the King of Hyrule denied him and his people asylum as well as supplies to keep them alive.
Link doesn't speak at all (I headcanon him as selectively mute due to a combination of gender dysphoria (he's trans) and a HORRENDOUS stutter that people made fun of) and he's shocked that Ganondorf appears to respect that.
Ganondorf at least attempts to get him to speak, but it's surpringly not that forceful. "You are not much of a talker, are you, Chosen?" And a shake of his head gets Ganondorf thinking.
Ganondorf starts learning Hylian Sign Language in the hopes he can get Link talking.
The first thing Link asks him once he realizes Ganondorf understands his signing is if he's the last of his people. Ganondorf seems angered by this, but the anger ebbs away quite quickly to a somber sort of look, and he sits down in a chair outside the cell. The conversation goes something like this:
"You're the last of your tribe... aren't you?"
"... Yes."
"I'm sorry."
"It is no fault of yours what happened to my people."
"If it helps... I'm the last of my tribe, too."
"Your small village in the forest would suggest otherwise."
"They aren't my tribe. They took me in several years before this all happened."
Link shares what happened in the city he destroyed by pulling that sword. Ganondorf appears to be sympathetic. He opens the cell door and releases Link's limbs from their chains. He fully expects the smaller male to strike him and run, but... the hero merely sits on the stone instead. Ganondorf sits across from him.
"Why did you not run?"
"What's the point? I've got nowhere to go."
"Your village?"
"They think I'm dead. Besides, nobody would want some washed up hero who failed the one task he was given."
Ganondorf winces at this. It is his fault, after all.
"Was it even your choice to begin with? This task?"
"No."
"If given the choice, would you have done the same?"
Link's sign is much more snappy this time. "No."
So... not only had this boy failed in his goddess-ordained task, but he hadn't even wanted to do it in the first place.
"The goddesses have a cruel way of pawning about their chosen."
"Could've figured that out on my own." A bitter glare from the hero.
"Come." Ganondorf stands up, gesturing Link to come with him.
And so, Ganondorf outfits Link in something OTHER than green, he puts him in blue. Gives him his own room in the castle. Allows him to come and go as he pleases. And when Link inevitably leaves the castle, the people swarm him and ask him how he escaped. And they're shocked when he says,
"He let me go."

SOOBIN: “It’s always been my goal for the other members to be happy”
Tumblr media
TOMORROW X TOGETHER The Name Chapter: FREEFALL comeback interview
2023.10.23
SOOBIN, as always, speaks in a calm voice throughout. Whether he’s talking about the happiness that surrounds him, the challenges he faces, the pleasures of everyday life, or the major goals that guide the group, his voice is resolute but relaxed—spirited, but soft.
You kept talking about how you want to watch the new movie Concrete Utopia.
SOOBIN: I never ended up seeing it. It left theaters. (laughs) If someone in my friends’ group chat says, “There’s a movie I want to see,” then someone else asks who can go, and then anyone who can goes to see it. I’m really thankful to have friends who will come with me to see the movies I want to watch.
You took a trip with them recently, isn’t that right?
SOOBIN: I took an overnight trip with them to Gapyeong not that long ago. We had a cooking competition, then they asked me to teach them the dance for “Sugar Rush Ride.” So I showed them and then they spontaneously held a competition and asked me to be the judge. It was really fun and super cute. (laughs)
It sounds like your friends are very important to you.
SOOBIN: It’s fair to say they know me really well. They really love me and look out for me. Usually when they say something like, “Choi Soobin’s eating only this much? Something wrong?”—there really is something wrong. These days they’re so good at seeing through me. It’s almost annoying. (laughs) And if any of us goes too far, we apologize on the spot. And after we take a trip, we even say, I had such a great time thanks to you guys. You really made me happy. It’s always like that. I get carried away in that kind of environment which lets me say embarrassing things, and even though we bicker sometimes, it leads to self-improvement. I guess you could say I’ve become a kinder person overall and I’m capable of being a lot more open now. I really learned how to express myself.
I imagine that you get a lot of energy out of that whole process.
SOOBIN: I started going out way more this year. I was having a lot of personal doubts and feeling confused last year, so it wasn’t an easy time. So I went around looking for help, talked a lot to more experienced artists, and got some advice. I ended up getting really close to a lot of people. After that, I had more reasons to go out. It’s a refreshing change of pace from the same routine every day, so I really need that time these days.
Tumblr media
How did you feel during the world tour? Judging by your vlogs from that time, it looks like you established your own little routine for after each concert.
SOOBIN: You hear from a lot of different artists that they sometimes feel empty when they get in after a concert. But not me. (laughs) After seeing all those people in big crowds, coming back, and having some alone time, it’s—I mean, that’s a really full day. I think it’s important to have time to be alone and reflect, and to enjoy your hobbies. I don’t really feel like I need to follow up something as special as a concert with something else exciting. I actually feel more comfortable just spending each day the way I’m used to spending it.
I’m surprised you cherish what’s already comfortable to you so much when you also want to try so many new activities.
SOOBIN: I guess you could say I have a personality like a flame. There’s so many things I want to do, but I also get tired of them pretty quickly. For a while I was learning swimming and boxing, then I had an interest in baking and thought about buying an oven, but I was over it quickly. I also bought a camera and then, after a month, never touched it again. (laughs) Anyway, I’m the kind of person who pretty much goes ahead and does things as soon as I want to do them. I never hesitate to start something and I’ll even skip sleep when I want to try something. I can’t stand when I don’t have a hobby to do. It’s tough for me if I can’t have a good time and break out of my routine with something new. I guess that explains my personality where I have to do whatever I want. I’m the kind of person who tries to enjoy what he wants when I want to because I never know when I might lose interest.
But you have far more endurance doing what you do than other people.
SOOBIN: I don’t think I could’ve put this much into any job other than this one. I can already see myself living a lazy life when I’m much older and retired (laughs) so I want to do everything I can while I can. There’s a lot of people who work to make us shine, especially in a line of work like this, so there’s no way I could just phone it in when they’re putting their all into it.
Tumblr media
You must have devoted a lot of time and effort toward getting ready for this comeback. You mentioned several times on Weverse Live how excited you are for the new album.
SOOBIN: It’s about embracing and pushing your way through the pain and the hard times you come up against in the real world, so I felt like it’s something I can comprehend and express well. I was actually worried about the last album because I was nervous I wouldn’t be able to pull off the concept of the album, and that’s why I didn’t feel very confident. But the songs are a little bit more of an “easy listening” songs this time and the choreography’s fun, so I’m more confident this time. At first I thought the single “Chasing That Feeling” was basic, but after listening to it four or five times, I realized how catchy it was and started humming it to myself. It felt like the kind of song you’d never skip over in a playlist and one you can keep listening to over and over.
You also mentioned that the dance moves for “Chasing That Feeling” are more physically demanding than those for “Back for More” (TXT Ver.).
SOOBIN: Everyone would assume that “Back for More (TXT Ver.)” is more tough when you see it, but for me, “Chasing That Feeling” is actually more physically demanding. But I still love the choreography. I had so much fun with it when first learning it and I was full of excitement while dancing, but the dance coaches told me, “SOOBIN, you have to do this one with more tenderness. You’re too hyper right now. You need to tone down your emotions.” (laughs) We stretch our arms out really, really wide in the intro and do moves we’ve never done before, but it was a really good match for me and I had a lot of fun. I think the dance really captures that idea of following your passions and always pressing forward even when it’s sort of painful. I got to like the song more while practicing the choreography.
You said on Weverse Live that you have a favorite track off this album. Can you tell us which it is?
SOOBIN: It’s “Skipping Stones.” Singer-songwriter HANRORO wrote it, and I’m a big fan of her music. The song she gave us is so characteristic of her sound that it feels like a song she would’ve written for herself. I fell in love with it the very first time I heard it. It was fun getting to record a song of a style I listen to and sing all the time, which made the process laid-back. I like HANRORO’s music and voice, but I think it’s her all-Korean lyrics that are really beautiful. “The water that swallowed the scars will become calm someday / And it will have a wide embrace.” Time heals all wounds and I was so amazed how she managed to tie that in with the idea of skipping stones. It made me respect her even more.
Tumblr media
You wrapped up your second world tour a little bit before the album came out. Did you enjoy yourself on tour? It seemed like you had a lot on your mind while trying to enjoy yourself on stage before that.
SOOBIN: I started to feel less nervous doing the world tour. Now I’m not even scared or nervous before a concert—I’m just excited. I think I’m more comfortable with it because I feel relaxed now. I’m still not totally loosened up, obviously (laughs) but I can’t force myself to be comfortable with everything. I’ll probably have to wait a little longer for that.
During the world tour, you also put on performances at major venues like Lollapalooza in Chicago and the MTV Video Music Awards.
SOOBIN: I was nervous for the VMAs for sure but it was still fun because there were a lot of people who have been superstars to me ever since I was young and it was amazing to see people with MOA light sticks even though it was an overseas awards show. It was so fun that I felt like I was dreaming. It was like, Am I even supposed to be here? I was extremely fortunate to be able to meet people like Bebe Rexha who were a major motivator for me. Moments like those feel like rewards for all the hard work I’ve put in and they’re a huge motivation. I’m very thankful and lucky.
It’s like you take that motivation and work hard to pay it forward to MOA.
SOOBIN: It’s even hard for me to grasp, for someone who used to be a fan myself. To me, it even feels like what fans are giving is just “pure love.” I was so amazed that they’re willing to come such a long distance for our concerts and you can see fans giving things to each other just because they all share a common interest. It’s not like the love between friends or between a couple—it’s something completely special that can’t ever be explained. I’ve been a fan before, too, but speaking as a singer, “the existence of fans is just pure love.” It’s amazing how unconditional their love can be.
It’s clear how much you love the fans when you talk to them on Weverse Live about somewhat sensitive subjects in a firm but kind manner.
SOOBIN: This is how I feel: Let’s all be gentle and share the love. That way, I can be closer with them and no one will be crossing any boundaries of what is acceptable. The reason I say that is, I’m trying to make it so that MOA and I can love each other more and without having to hold anything back. Sometimes I can ignore the uncomfortable stuff and just move on, but the reason I brought that up is because I wanted to make sure we don’t make each other feel uncomfortable and there’s no hard feelings. My point was to say, Let’s make sure we all feel comfortable, and let’s look out for one another and have nothing but love for each other. I try to be as gentle as possible when I say these things, of course.
Tumblr media
You also referred to the other group members as “companions” last year in the video TXT Share House.
SOOBIN: We all went through a rough patch at one point last year together. I felt our companionship was particularly strong while we practiced for the year-end awards shows. We were having a lot of honest conversations about our innermost feelings. We weren’t in Korea that much at the time, so I think we relied on each other a lot.
I was surprised when I found out you get a bigger room during world tours because other members come see you. I thought you would want to have your own space.
SOOBIN: I’m not really bothered by them coming in. We each have our own rooms, but I’m actually thankful and feel good that they come to my room to talk to me because it makes me feel like they trust me and rely on me. And I get more excited and talkative than they do when they come in. (laughs) I’m happy when they come in and I always hope they do.
What do you tend to talk about in that situation?
SOOBIN: They mostly come to me when they’re facing some kind of difficulty, whether it’s personal or something related to the group, or when they just want to talk. And I’m usually the one who goes to the label as our representative when we want to propose an idea to them. But there were a lot of times on the most recent world tour where they came to me saying they wanted to hear what I had to say. “How are you feeling about the tour? No problems?” Stuff like that. I actually tend to keep any baggage to myself if sharing it isn’t going to solve anything. Sometimes the other members feel hurt by that though. (laughs) But I still usually unload when it’s something that can be solved together, of course. It’s not like I don’t like to talk. (laughs)
Tumblr media
When YEONJUN and TAEHYUN were on SUCHWITA, they said that all the members agreed on one big goal for the group. Was it those conversations that led you to be able to agree on that goal?
SOOBIN: I’m not someone with any big goals—I just want to enjoy the small things in life. But we talked a lot last year about our members’ dreams, what makes us happy, and what our goals are. Not all five of us shared the same goals, but we got to talking about how some of us want to make it to the top of our field. So I thought, If that’s what makes you happy, and that’s your goal, then I’ll try my best for it, too—because it’s always been my goal for the other members to be happy. I figured, if that’s what will make them happiest, then I’ll work toward the same goal with them.
Why does the other members being happy make you happy?
SOOBIN: It’s not just them—my family, my friends, the staff … Nothing makes me happier than seeing them all happy. That’s why I hope our fans are happy, too. I think the people I care about being happy makes me really happy and is as important to me as my own happiness. At least for me.
Has your attitude toward work changed as the goals you’re focused on have shifted?
SOOBIN: I’m making a bigger, tangible effort. I feel like I’ve always done my best, right from when we debuted, but now it’s like I’m trying to be even better than my best. (laughs) I’m practicing harder, working harder when shooting—everything. I’ll work harder this year than last, and next year I’ll work even harder still.
But there will always be bumps along the road when working toward your goals. How do you keep yourself moving forward?
SOOBIN: It might not be the case for everyone in this field, but I think this work makes me really happy, way more than it brings me pain. I'm not the type to dwell on something painful for too long in the first place. It's not simple to get this much love and support, and the happiness it brings is too important for me to let go just because things get tough. It brings me so much joy that it's worth sticking with, no matter what I have to go through.

Dieter enjoys the fun he has. He’s not going to lie and act like he’s above it all. He enjoys the chaos that pursues unrelated to him, likes the bodies moving and crowding one another as loud music blares from the speakers. He feels two arms snake up his shoulders and around his neck. Looking down he spots manicured, pastel purple nails. A pleasurable tingle rolls up his spine when those same nails gently bite into his chest.
“Come join us, Dieter,” Lyra whispers into his ear. “I have a friend with me, I’ve been telling them all about you,”
His cock twitches at the thought and he’s about to get up, that is until he spots you. You’re mingling, your clothes more than modest compared to the rest but you still seem you belong. You smile and laugh and he recognizes the person across from you as being a model. Someone he never talked to before but recognized from magazine covers. He looks up to Lyra who’s looking down at him with expectant eyes.
“Sorry but I spot a friend. Maybe next time,”
“Your friend can join,” she purrs.
Dieter slowly rises from the couch, he touches the underside of Lyra’s chin and forces her gaze up with a smile. “Next time, sweetheart. Promise.”
She sighs and smiles before moving away.
Now that Lyra is out of the way, Dieter makes his way to you. You meet his gaze when he’s halfway there, your eyebrows lifting with surprise. He notices a smile tugging at your lips and he finds himself starting to smile as well.
“Dieter!” you exclaim, throwing your arms around his shoulders. “How are you?”
His hand moves to your waist on instinct, slightly moving lower when you don’t release him. He buries his face in your neck and takes a whiff of your smell; strawberries.
You introduce him to your model friend, and he learns that her name is Jessica. A polite, albeit slightly forced, conversation proceeds. Dieter finds himself growing impatient, yet what for he’s not sure. Your one arm slides to his waist, holding him close. He’s surprised at how comforting it is. You’re one of those rare people who doesn’t want him to change or ask for anything more of him.
And that fact alone makes him feel shitty for wanting more from you.
It’s not hard acting like he doesn’t crave something more intimate, but it is tiring. It feels as if he’s working around the clock, the acting never stops.
You must’ve noticed his recline from the conversation because you squeeze his hip, drawing his attention back to you.
“Do you want to get some fresh air?” you ask, your gaze slightly clouded from the alcohol but still worried. When he nods, you turn to Jessica with an apologetic smile. “I’ll talk to you later, yeah?”
Jessica nods and waves them off, already starting to speak with someone else before the two are even out of the door.
The cool night air chills his warm skin. Dieter closes his eyes briefly, focusing on the way the wind caresses his skin. It feels nice.
“Wanna go get something to eat?” you say, crossing your arm with his. “I’m starving. That party had nothing to eat,”
“There were chips—”
“Yeah, chips ain’t enough to soak up all I drank tonight.” you rub your stomach, kicking the pavement. “I feel sick,”
“Why did you drink so much anyway?”
“I don’t know,” you say with a small shrug. “I guess I was feeling a bit tense lately. I thought that if I got a bit loose I would feel better, but my calculations were wrong,”
Dieter lets out a low chuckle, “Don’t worry. We’ll get some food in you and you’ll be good as new.”
Silence follows, the only noise being your shoes hitting the pavement. Dieter thinks how nice it would be to just lean in and kiss you. He bets he could taste the gin still coating your tongue.
He’s torn away from his thoughts when you tighten your arm around his.
“Tell me how you’ve been feeling. You didn’t look so good in there,”
“I—” he honestly has no idea how to reply to that. He shakes his head. “I don’t know,”
“Come on, you can tell me anything,”
“I can’t pretend anymore.”
You suddenly stop and give him a confused glance, you tilt your head, which he finds incredibly endearing. “What do you mean?”
“I just— Look, I really enjoy what we have, but I just can’t pretend I don’t want something more. You make me feel good about myself. You make me want to be a better version of myself and every time I see you my heart feels like it might combust.”
A gust of wind blows. You’re staring at him with wide eyes and a gaping mouth. His heart aches at the sight, maybe he misread everything from start to finish, it wouldn’t be the first time.
“I’m sorry,” he mutters, stealing his arm back. “I just really couldn’t hold it back anymore. It was getting exhausting.”
He attempts to move away but before you can he feels your fingers pressing into the hallows of his cheeks, you pull him close, your lips finding his under the yellow glow of the street lamps. You kiss him hungrily, and just as he suspected he testes the gin on your tongue.
You’re the one to break the kiss, panting and lips kiss-swollen. He’s about to dive back in before you press your palm into his chest.
“Food first,”
He grins from ear to ear, “Of course.”

yandere sugawara hc?
ily sm for this.
fun fact: i actually kin sugawara.
tws: blood/gore, murder, gaslighting, manipulation, Stockholm Syndrome, stalking, non-con, somnophilia, kidnapping, murder-suicide
YAN! SUGAWARA KOSHI HCs
Sugawara would, at first, admire you from afar. Watching as you joke with your friends, eat your lunch, and so on.
Sugawara would develop a crush on you that way. He would notice all the cute habits you have and the way your nose crinkles when your friends say something weird/gross, the way your eyes brighten when you laugh. He would notice everything.
Sugawara would find you on social media and stalk your page, looking for things to talk to you about. If he doesn't know/isn't interested in something you are, you better believe that he will research it.
Eventually, Sugawara would notice that he has competition. Whether it be you crushing on someone else or some rando crushing on you- he would be jealous. So so so so so jealous. He can't stand it.
Suga would work up the courage to speak to you and you two would become friends. He'd ask you to come to his practice games and he would ask you to hang out.
Suga would for sure be delusional but have moments where he realizes what he's doing is wrong. He would justify it somehow. Saying that he wasn't stalking you, he was just making sure you were safe... all the time. He wasn't killing people in cold blood, he was just making sure they didn't hurt you.
Before the murders start, he would secretly spread rumors about you. Horrible things. He feels bad, kind of. But, he knows that you'll be happier with him. He's the only one that's worthy of you.
And, when everyone leaves you, you'll cling to him. He'll be so happy. Don't even think about trying to reconnect and explain yourself to those losers, they didn't even ask you if it was true. They just left. Truly a blessing in disguise, if you ask him.
Suga would sneak into your room at night and take things from your dresser, like your panties/underwear/boxers and use them at home to get off. He'd cut portions of your hair off while you sleep, using it for voodoo.
Worst of all, when you fall asleep, he would use your hands or your thighs you pleasure himself while he touches you. He would be drunk off of your sleepy moans and the adrenaline. He secretly hopes you would wake up.
He would also take pictures of you. Pictures of you changing, pictures of you sleeping, pictures of you laughing, staring off into space, crying, etc.
When he starts killing people off, those 'friends' of yours would be first. Suga eliminates people that catch on and people that speak ill of you, as well as people that have feelings for you/people you had feelings for. He doesn't really want to hurt your family, but he will if he has to.
Suga will without a doubt, kidnap you. He'll run away with you to a cabin deep in the woods and keep you there. He'll lock you in a room until he can trust you.
Sugawara will keep you locked in that room, chained to the bed until you learn to lean on him. Sure, you'll hate him at first, but when you realize that he's all you have and he's the only one who will ever love you, you'll behave.
Sugawara will for sure feed you, clean you, bathe you, give you water, etc. He will take care of you, using the chains as an excuse.
He would also sleep beside you. He would cuddle up to you at night, kiss your forehead, and tell you all the good things that the two of you could have if you would just behave. He would also force affection maybe including sexual intimacy.
Sugawara uses the training system. He will reward you when you behave and he'll punish you when you break a rule. Behave, please. He'll cripple you if he needs to.
Suga is delusional, remember? So when he forces you you say that you love him, he knows you mean it.
Body worship. Suga loves everything about you. Doesn't matter your size, color, blemishes, etc. Will worship you in entirety.
He won't tell you that he kills people handles people for you. He wants you happy at all times, so he'll do anything to keep it that way.
If you have a uterus, Suga wants to have tons of children with you. Will definitely use your child to keep you in line.
If you manage to escape, he'll catch you before you can get help and take you back home.
If you manage to escape and get help he'll kill you and them himself. If he can't have you, no one can.
However, if you stay with him, when both of you turn eighteen and he trusts you enough, he'll integrate you back into society and tell everyone that you two decided to run away because you wanted to be safe. You'll be a wonderful housewife/house-husband/ house... spouse??
They'll never figure out that he was the murderer. He's too smart.
"[Name]-chan, I love you so so so so so so much. You love me too, right? Right?... I'm so glad. I knew you loved me."
"Don't cry. I'm just making sure you're safe."
"Sweetie, don't worry about them. They didn't even ask if you did those things. What friend leaves you over some silly rumor?"
"Don't worry, baby. I'm here. I'll always be here."

《》《》《》《》《》《》《》《》《》《》《》《》《》《》《》《》《》《》
Summer of 1972 somewhere between June 1-3 the leaders of camp America waited for the bus of new campers to arrive. "I dont know if i can wait another summer" one of the leaders told in counterpart. "I know you cant, but me neither." The other man said back "I just hope that these fresh campers aren't like the ones last year." The man with slivers rings on his fingers spoke clearly to the other. "We need our flower, time is running out. We're the leaders yet we have no 3rd."
Just as the other man was about to reassure his partner the old rusty sc hool bus pulled into the dirt and gravel drive way. Both of the leaders put on fake smiles hoping that soon they wouldnt need them. The young, boys and girls filed off the yellow bus the two leaders scanning the faces hoping to find one worthy. Then the leaders eyes met with y/e/c, both men ran over her. Long tan legs that her shorts did a great job at showing off. Her long hair blew in the slight summer breeze. They found their flower.
"Hello everyone! We are the leaders of Camp America. I'm brother steven and this is my partner brother james some may call him bucky" steven the blonde one of the two told the new campers.
As the two shared more about the camps life and people they kept an eye on the girl. Hers eyes wide with amazement, the beauty of the people, camp, and culture held a dark sinister tone. in the camp all of the fresh eyed people felt cold on their necks. Even when the sun was wrenchingly hot it was like a beast that could not be met by the eyes was breathing down their backs.
"The men and the women sleep together in one sleeping unit. But when two get married they move to a cabin on the other side." Steven and james walked into the long unit house beds and bunck beds lined up in rows some people were out side working.
When the group passed by they all smiled and said hello all wearing wearing white while the children wore yellow. When the group walked in the sleeping unit they were met with moans of pleasure, three woman laid having sex.
"Now we dont forbid premarital sex we think it's an art here. You can have sex with who ever you like man or woman here but once you are married you can not and if one breaks said rule there will be consequences."
All the new campers etheir looked away from the three woman or started -most men kept their eyes on them. In the group their were 4 girls and 9 boys one being toby raxx a hellish boy that y/n was not to happy seeing.
They continued to walk on with the tour and have dinner y/n talked and mingled with the people saying hello and thanking them for opening up their home. Y/n was very understanding, her own mother was from a place like this and when summer came she would go to a rainy part in Washington were her grandparents lived in the camp her mother grew up in. But that all changed when she was 12, her mother had disappeared one day, and her father closed off.
Never the same. He forbid her to ever speak to her grandparents or ever go to the camp. mumbling under his breath that the camp did something to her mother sisley. Her father never used to believe in God and never went to church but after her mother he prayed and he made her as well every sunday they went y/n didnt mind but she did miss her summer fun in her grandparents community.
As y/n talked around and laughed with the people and children, a red haired woman couldn't take her eyes off of the young girl. Natasha was well a where of the other people looking at the girl with lustful eyes especially the leaders.
Y/n was open minded, and found her heart and child like ways more happy here, it reminded her so much of her mother and grandparents. Once night fell they made their way back to the shared unit, they gave all the of them white long baggy dresses to wear from now on. Y/n remembered that her mother wore them often.
When the sun was finally down and she was changed as she made her way to her assigned bed, pulling the blanket down and getting nice and cozy sleep taking her o er quickly.
As the night went on people began to shed their clothes, james and steven walking in the sleeping unit they watch as Natasha a red haired woman that they used to have sex with make her way to their girl sleeping peacefully unaware of the filthy moans and skin slapping around.
Her soft long hair flowing on the pillowcase so innocent. Natasha gently pulled her blanket back, y/n's nightgown ridden up on her waist revealing her white little cotton panties with a pink bow on top. Both leaders now sat on the empty bed across from their girls. The Green eyed woman pulled y/n's panties down, Nat had now had the girls legs open wide showing casing a pretty naked pussy to the three on them steve and bucky naked slowly jerking eachother off at the sight of her virgin cunt.
The red haired woman kicked her lips eyes blown out with lust. She made little kitten licks to her clit a soft moan coming from y/n. Natasha then dived deep sucking and slurping at the innocent girls pussy.
James and steven moving their hands faster as y/n's eyes opened gasping at the sight of the woman between her legs. Sitting up on her elbows she said "What are you d-" she was cut of by a loud moan coming from her throat when Natasha sucked harder the womans green eyes met with her y/c/es eyes . Steven standing up from the bed cock wet and pre cum leaking from the tip he yanked the dress all the way off of y/n her breasts now out james moaning at the sight.
Steven leaning down her neck and chest leaving kisses in his wake, one hand playing on her nipple well the other nipple was being sucked on. "O-oh that feels sooo good" y/n sequeled in delight her eyes heavy. James's blue eyes locking with y/n's as he came hot white cum shooting out all over his hand and soon she followed cumming on Natasha's face, the red head moaning at the taste of her.
"Your ours now sweet girl" bucky spoke.
A/n: I'm probably not making a part 2

God, I LOVE your writing! And I was afraid of sending a request but here I am. 😊 I was thinking a lot about John x Reader, but the reader being a bounty hunter who could have been in love with him (he's in love too) for some time and makes excuses to "go after his bounty" very often.
Nobody
(John Marston x Fem!Reader Fluff)
Hi guys I finally uploaded again teehee
Warnings: none
Tumblr media
There was a loneliness so great within you that you could see it within the slow movements of the sun traveling across the sky, in the way the shadows warped and curved in following the sun's path, in the way a clock's hands ticked. An estranged family and being forced to live on your own led you to a new season of loneliness that you could not move on from. You waited patiently for someone or something to take your hand, and lead you into the next phase. But maturing came with the realization that no one would come to save you, so you'd have to fend for yourself.
In many ways, bounty hunting fulfilled you. Financially speaking, it provided you with just enough to get by, but not enough where you could settle down and live comfortably without a care in the world. Bounty hunting also allowed you interesting interactions. You'd occasionally have one on one conversations with the people you were turning in, able to see glimpses into the type of people they were and what type of lives they led besides what was foretold on the bounty posters. It also made you feel less lonely; the intimate nature of some of these conversations made you feel as though you were talking to an old friend you ran into in the middle of the market and wanted to catch up. But as soon as the town approaches on the horizon, your bubble was burst; a reminder that you were in fact turning in a dangerous criminal, and not your old pal who you got into bad sorts with.
You supposed going after John so often was worth it for the thrill alone. He was a conniving little weasel who always found himself getting out of arrest or being turned in. When you saw the $400 bounty on his head, you knew this was someone to go after, though you never did expect to have so much fun.
For one, he put up a fight. They all usually did, but he was so crass and petulant: there was something slightly amusing about the way he squirmed and cried out whenever you lassoed him, the way he grunted and tried to fight back whenever you hog tied him and tightened the rope just enough to keep him teetering on the edge of discomfort. You got a sadistic pleasure out of subduing the man, and you could never consider yourself too disappointed whenever he managed to escape; it always meant you could try and capture him again another time.
It got to the point where you made things too easy for him. You wouldn't run as fast or spur your horse on. You fumbled with knots and didn't draw them nearly tight enough. You indulged in idle chit chat that had nothing to do with your objective to turn him in, which he would use against you to distract you and get away. Surprisingly enough, he actually entertained your meaningless chatter. And you learned quite a deal about him through it.
Outlaw on the run. Rides with a gang. Lives life by no rules. Could he be any more enticing? The fact he had a son with another woman didn't scare you off either. As far as you knew they ended on amicable terms so you supposed you weren't crossing any lines. It's not like you were actively pursuing him anyway.
Well, in a way you were. One could consider seeking him out repeatedly with no real intentions of turning him in to be active pursuit.
On one particular instance of your pursuit, he had finally inquired on your persistence for capturing him.
"Christ woman, I don't know why you keep coming after me. You clearly don't get anything out of it." He continued to thrash and fight back like some deer that'd been caught and was trying to fight off its attackers. His bouts of aggression came in intervals, convulsing like a fish out of water until you finally straddled his back.
"There's a thrill in the chase. Especially when it's such a big fish." You continued to fiddle with ropes, pretending as if you had never tied a knot in your life. "It's also kinda hilarious how I keep catching you."
"Yeah well, you never can quite turn me in at the end of the day." He sneered, smirking to himself in self satisfaction. You scoffed and tied his wrists, pulling on the ropes a painful amount and tying the knot fully.
"Have you ever considered I let you go?" You rebuked.
"Have you ever considered I let you catch me?"
John reveled in your disbelief, taking your silent scoff as a sign that he had won this battle. Suddenly he was turned over by you; you straddling his hips while he lay on the dirt road beneath you. If anyone rode by he couldn't begin to imagine what they would think was going on. Especially in public.
"You keep up that smart mouth and I might actually turn you in this time." You threatened. But it was empty, it held no weight, and you both knew it.
"So you admit you only come after me to see me and not actually turn me in?" He teased.
"I never said that."
"Well, I'm sure there's a ton of other bounties you could spend your time going after instead of wasting your time coming after me for no reason. You must either be really bored, or desperate to see me."
John's comment made you want to pistol whip him, but it also made you want to kiss him. To drop to your knees next to him and bow your head and profess just how much you really liked him. Part of you hoped he also enjoyed your little adventures just as much as you did. That he also looked forward to seeing you every few days and counted down the hours until he felt the snagging texture of your lasso against his skin that was still recovering from the rope burn be gained only days ago.
"You're right, I could. But none of em are quite as entertaining as you are." You stood up from John, towering over him and blocking out the sun from his view. He was afforded a better view of your face, and his sarcastic demeanor melted into one of endearment.
"There's other ways to reach me, woman. But hey, I don't mind playing rough." You rolled your eyes at him, gently kicking his ribs as a warning.
"You're a bold man, John Marston." You chided, squatting down to begin to try and carry him. John was used to the sequence of events, so he stiffened his body to try and help you during the awkward phase of attempting to lug him over your shoulder. Once you did, he put on the same act as damsel in distress.
"You gonna actually turn me in this time?" He asked, already knowing the answer.
"I'll see how I feel on the way there."
You were so good at being alone, dealing with the loneliness, until you came after John again, and you were aching all over again.

NSFW alphabet for Brunhilde?
Here we gooooo
NSFW ALPHABET - BRUNHILDE
Tumblr media Tumblr media
A = Aftercare (what they’re like after sex)
Usually, Brunhilde takes good care of you after the love making, in which she destroyed you completely: kisses your forehead, caresses your cheeks and lets you sink between her breasts, lightly laughing and talking softly to you while stroking your hair to sleep; however, if she has thoughts of some sorts or something you did - or just happened - made her upset, she stands as far away from you as possible, with her back to you and not speaking until she feels better. In those moments it is important to leave her alone, so be patient, the cuddles will be for next time.
B = Body part (their favorite body part of theirs and also their partner’s)
Her favorite body part of herself is the belly, because you love to snuggle against it and the way you touch and caress it everytime makes her blush heavily. Her favorite part of you is the mouth: your lips are so silky and sensitive, she loves to bite and pinch and tease you here, the way you moan and scream is music for her ears.
C = Cum (anything to do with cum, basically)
She doesn’t want to see her body covered in cum, finds it disgusting and filthy; so don’t do it. Don’t you dare. Instead, she loves to fill your mouth with her fluids, so be prepared to accept it, her present for you. If she does so, it is because she trusts you and feels that she can give you everything, so take good care of what you receive.
D = Dirty secret (pretty self explanatory, a dirty secret of theirs)
Brunhilde loves to step on you, and you can’t change my mind. She ties you up on the floor, then wears her highest heels and starts to search for all your weakest points, pressing the palms, sternum, teasing the breasts with the pointed heel, lingering on the thighs, groin, fingers. His goal is not to give you hellish pain, but a mix of stimuli which only deepens the pleasure. And how you moan, squirm and pray, as she proceeds to torment you... her most wicked smile will mark her face for a long time, the more you plead and your breathing quickens, the more she continues.
E = Experience (how experienced are they? do they know what they’re doing?)
Brunhilde’s partners can be counted on, but she has learned a lot from them and is therefore well prepared; this proud queen knows how to grab you, make you roll under her and take you from top to bottom without you even having time to think about defending yourself, and she will do it without any delay. And now it is over for you, store as much breath as you can and get ready to lose it all under her hands.
F = Favorite position (this goes without saying)
Cowgirl all the way. She doesn’t disdain sweetness but also loves putting you in a position to beg for her mercy, lingering long and cruelly right in the moments when she sees you in the absence of air. In this position, she decides every pace and depth, if you want to experience maximum pleasure you must first give it all to her.
G = Goofy (are they more serious in the moment? are they humorous? etc.)
In these moments Brunhilde is anything but serious, because the sight of your expressions or how the body reacts to stimuli amuses her a lot, so be prepared for her sadistic laughs and the most perverse smiles with which she makes fun of you, with heavy jokes and continuous teasing, which ends in full dirty talking.
H = Hair (how well groomed are they? does the carpet match the drapes? etc.)
They totally match and yes, she is well groomed; Brunhilde loves to look neat and tidy, as well as being as clean as possible.
I = Intimacy (how are they during the moment? the romantic aspect)
Between the two you are probably the more romantic and sweet, but there are moments in which she competes with you: when she is in a more relaxed mood she takes care of her love in the most tender way possible, from putting you at ease with massages or a nice dinner, undressing you calmly and covering every corner of you with kisses, pushing you on the mattress and climbing into your lap for a large dose of pampering and caresses, preparing your body for what will follow next...
J = Jack off (masturbation headcanon)
It happens, more than she cares to admit, that the thought of you leaps into her head at inopportune moments and turns her on. In this case, most of the time she manages to control herself and keep her urges at bay, waiting for the most suitable moment to vent them on your soft flesh; but if she really doesn’t succeed, the first secluded room she finds will see her intent on touching herself energetically and sighing loudly, while behind half-closed eyelids there is your image and what she would like to do to you.
K = Kink (one or more of their kinks)
Impact play, most of the time spanking. Binding your elbows behind your back and hitting your buttocks and thighs for a long time until they are red and numb, listening to your every moan and scream and word as you gasp for air, knowing there is nothing you can do to stop the torment but suffer and take all the pleasure you can from it, all this drives her crazy and keeps her going until she sees that you are no longer able to take it. It is his favorite way of punishing you when you act like a brat towards her, and also when you pretend to be the dominant party: then it is up to you whether to choose to continue with your behavior and therefore also the punishment, or whether to acknowledge that you can’t win against her…
L = Location (favorite places to do the do)
Any place is fine, as long as here she can have you all to herself and is free to do with you what she wants most. And that it is secluded enough that no one hears you scream and can come to your aid.
M = Motivation (what turns them on, gets them going)
When you assume a proud, self-satisfied or superior air, Brunhilde doesn’t hold back: you have just given her a reason to test if you are actually like that, and therefore she has to demolish you piece by piece, or if it is just a way to attract her attention; either way congratulations, now she is interested in you, it is your problem.
N = No (something they wouldn’t do, turn offs)
Brunhilde will never want to deal with selfish people who think only of themselves: she can’t stand them and in this case the rule that opposites attract does not apply. The only thing about her that you attract, if you are narcissistic or similar, is her punches aimed at your face, so be careful when approaching her, your nose may suffer.
O = Oral (preference in giving or receiving, skill, etc.)
She is fine with both, but first she wants to receive: you have to work hard on her, but don’t worry, because to reward your obedience and sweetness, she won’t be late at all in reciprocating and sending you directly to the Paradise of the senses.
P = Pace (are they fast and rough? slow and sensual? etc.)
Initially it is midway, a pace that is not exhausting to follow but not too slow either; then it gradually accelerates and becomes energetic and increasingly tough to sustain, mostly to test your resistance, how much you like it and how you adapt to it. In this case, however, she listens to your body and its reactions to adapt to what you prefer, as you must be in the best conditions if you want to give your best.
Q = Quickie (their opinions on quickies, how often, etc.)
Quickies are welcome, but Brunhilde prefers to take all her time with you, so she can calmly enjoy your skills and reactions.
R = Risk (are they game to experiment? do they take risks? etc.)
Certainly, the lady is ready to take risks; but are you? If you are hesitant about it, she will try to convince you to do something more extreme than the usual routine, perhaps doing a little experiment to see if you actually like it or not. If, on the other hand, it is a flat no for you, she will adapt to it by looking for an alternative solution, perhaps a half way to spice up your meetings.
S = Stamina (how many rounds can they go for? how long do they last?)
Brunhilde has a remarkable stamina, she can go on even for three amorous sessions, and furthermore she doesn’t come so soon, so the rounds can also be very long and exhausting.
T = Toys (do they own toys? do they use them? on a partner or themselves?)
This queen has a lot of toys she can play on you, mainly while she watches you writhe and lose your sanity and sadistically enjoys the wonderful show you are when you fall into her hands. More rarely, if you are not with her, some of them can also try them on herself, but it is not the same thing...
U = Unfair (how much they like to tease)
A lot! She is truly terrible, a torturess who never misses an opportunity to tease you with everything she has, to then deny herself and push you to chase and follow her where she wants most, and as much as she wants. She loves playing for a long time before catching you, taking you to the edge and seeing the frustration, as well as the longing and desperation, with which you beg her not to leave you unsatisfied and give you peace, and keep you on your toes until mommy listens to you and, in her infinite goodness, eventually leaps on top of you and starts working on your quivering body.
V = Volume (how loud they are, what sounds they make, etc.)
A lot louder than you: her voice continues to incite you, to stimulate you, to comment on everything you do, to tease you without brakes, and when it gets lower you know it is only so that she can fuck you well with the hottest words you have ever heard.
W = Wild card (a random headcanon for the character)
Even if she really rarely does it, when she is with you Brunhilde knows that she can let herself go without fearing anything, that can trust you, and that moreover you know what is hidden behind her always composed expression; then, when she needs it, cries and allows you to console her, or simply stay by her side in silence. It is short and then everything resumes as it always has, but only happens with you; so protect this secret with all of yourself and never betray it.
X = X-ray (let’s see what’s going on under those clothes)
Well, Brunhilde has a large pubis, which you can cover with kisses; the labia majora are small but swollen, and the labia minora hang just a little outward from them.
Y = Yearning (how high is their sex drive?)
Brunhilde is as easy to excite as to bore, so yes you can get her attention in no time; but then the difficult thing is to keep it high, so it all depends on you - not so much on your skills, but on your creativity.
Z = Zzz (how quickly they fall asleep afterwards)
As I said at the beginning, if Brunhilde is calm, she falls asleep immediately after you or with you; if, on the other hand, she is irritated or having thoughts, then best wishes, she will not sleep for the whole night and, if the state she is in is your fault, it could be a big problem for you…

— Tamino for ODDA Magazine, No. 23 / Fall/Winter 2022-23 / Spring 2023 (x)
TAMINO
"When the heart speaks, the mind finds it indecent to object," says Milan Kundera in his masterpiece, "The Unbearable Lightness of Being," Tamino's favorite novel. And it is that the music of this young Belgian-Egyptian singer cannot come from anywhere other than a heart that harbors feelings as pure as longing or melancholy. At 25 years old, Tamino has turned into a musical reference due to his complex themes and his deep and emotional voice that became known for the acclaimed song "Habibi," instant success in 2018. His first album, "Amir," was not long in coming to confirm his undoubted talent, capable of conquering even musicians like Colin Greenwood, a member of Radiohead and Tamino's frequent collaborator. Now, after taking a break from all this whirlwind of emotions, he returns to the spotlight determined to move us with "Sahar," his sophomore album, released at the end of September 2022, that shows us a more vitalistic and tender side of the singer, who takes us by the hand to guide us through the boulevard of broken hearts. Could there be a better company?
In conversation with JUAN MARTÍ SERRANO Photographer JAIME CABRERA HUIDOBRO Fashion Editor ADRIAN BERNAL Casting Director CHOUAÏB ARIF Edited by EMMELEIA DALIWAN and ALBERTO CALABRESE Dog MOZAR
JUAN MARTI SERRANO. Hello Tamino, it is a pleasure to meet you! I'd like to talk a little about your past. You started in the music industry at a very young age, when you were only 14 years old, creating your own music band. Now, at 25, when you look back, how do you remember those years?
TAMINO. When I was 14, I started out playing in bands very locally in Belgium so I wouldn't call it "the music industry yet," we were performing but not making any money. That period of my life taught me a lot about band dynamics and sound checks, some stuff you have to learn. At 17, I went to study in Amsterdam and I started performing just by myself. Suddenly, when I created my first song in 2017, stuff started happening, I was 19-20 years old. Those years were quite crazy, a rollercoaster, a lot happened in a short amount of time. I was never home, touring all the time...
J.M.S. What was more fun, those old days or just now?
T. I couldn't say. There are aspects of it now that are more fun and there are aspects of before that are also more fun. The weird thing is that I've always taken this very seriously, in that sense nothing has really changed. If I would play in a small cafe show when I was 17 in Amsterdam I would take it as seriously as I am taking the show now. I don’t allow myself to go crazy like drinking the night before or whatever. I'm quite boring in that sense, I'm very dedicated to the shows and what I’m doing, I always want quality. I guess the scale is the only thing that has changed.
"I'm an introvert so that's where I get my energy, when I'm alone, I recharge my batteries." - Tamino
J.M.S. What lessons have you learned during all these years?
T. That I don’t really like traveling! [laughs.] I mean, I love being in other places, I love meeting new people and cultures but I don't like traveling itself. I know some people like flying, but I really hate it, I hate all the waiting around it. At the same time, when you are on tour with the same people all the time, sometimes in close spaces, I concluded, "Yes, I’m an introvert." I need time for myself, I need to read, to have space. That's the main thing that I have learned.
J.M.S. Have you ever thought about a life not linked to music? Have you ever contemplated a future detached from your role as a singer?
T. First, I really loved acting and directing. I was always making these little theater plays and forcing my little brother to participate in them. That was actually my first passion, I really, really loved it. I took it very seriously as well even though I was fucking eight years old or whatever. I acted until I was 15 or 16 along with the music but music eventually took over. The funny thing is that now my brother is an actor and a director. That was basically the only other aspiration I ever had.
J.M.S. Have you ever thought of revisiting your acting passion?
T. If I do anything with it I would really need to take it as seriously as music. It couldn't be a part-time thing, it would require a lot of my time and effort. I should just be able to give it my everything.
J.M.S. You consider yourself a composer before a musician. I would like to know what inspires you the most when creating your sound and your lyrics.
T. I really don’t know! [laughs] I think that’s the beauty of songwriting, you simply don’t know where it comes from. If I think about books or other music, yes. I can tell you about several people that inspire me the most. I really love reading a lot because it’s sort of this in-depth perspective of someone else’s life or whatever which is super inspiring for me. Something about reading a book makes me want to write a song as well. But the biggest thing of course is just living. The main thing behind my songwriting has always been finding a sort of inner world, also to work through things. I don't want to call it therapy because it is an art form and not every song must be autobiographical, it is just a place where I can let my emotions be and refine them in a way.
J.M.S. Now I am very curious to know what your favorite book is...
T. I really love "The Unbearable Lightness of Being" by Milan Kundera.
J.M.S. And tell me, when it comes to composing the narrative of your music, I would like to know if they are based on your own experiences or on the experiences of others. Do you find more inspiration in your life or in the lives of others?
T. I guess it's always a combination. You go through life experiencing whatever comes across your path but you are also an observer. It is always a little bit of both. I have to say that when something impactful happens to me there is of course an inner tension that wants to get out of me. That's the most natural state of being when wanting to create something. If that isn't there, life can be sometimes very still or dynamic, then it’s more a craftsmanship thing. I couldn't say if one stage is better than the other. I don't necessarily think that the best song comes from this struggle and tense state of being or maybe of the observer state of being. Both influence each other, it's like a dance.
J.M.S. Don't you think that many times writing music forces you to constantly immerse yourself in your memories and experiences as if it were an eternal and exhausting spiral of introspection?
T. It's the other way around [laughs.] It's not being a musician that makes me think about all those things all the time; it is just the fact that I always think about those things that probably made me into a musician. That it's just how I am and how I've always been. There is this beautiful song called "I Watched The Film The Song Remains The Same" by Sun Kil Moon. In this song, the singer thinks about his childhood and compares his friends to himself and how he always was drawn to the melancholic aspects of things and how things never leave him. He once had a fight at school and how that event is going to haunt him forever. I really relate to that emotion, to that song. That's probably the main reason why I make stuff.
J.M.S. Being a melancholic and nostalgic person but at the same time young and sensitive, have you ever stopped to think about what the hell you really know about life?
T. Of course! [laughs.] When you are a bit younger you think you know everything, you think you are invincible but of course, that grows out of you quickly normally when you grow into adulthood. I don't think being a songwriter is about knowing things, it’s more about exploring them and accepting the fact that you don’t know anything and you are just figuring it all out. I think that figures out all-out aspects of it that people relate to in a way because at the end if you look at songs from whatever era, you find similar things. Human experiences are not very different from each other.
J.M.S. Are you hoping to figure things out?
T. Yeah! You are always trying to figure things out I guess.
J.M.S. Your single "Habibi" made you reach fame back in 2018, a song that was highly applauded by the public and critics. How do you feel when you listen to that song? Do you still recognize yourself in those lyrics?
T. I recognize the boy who wrote it at the time. I was 18 so I have a lot of love for that younger self. It was a very courageous song to release especially at that age. I'm super happy that I did that at the end. It is still a song that I love performing. The beautiful thing about songs is that they evolve with you. When I'm singing it now,the feeling I get from the  song is different. There are so many memories attached to the song that come back and give me a similar feeling as it did back then, but the song changes a bit with you. It keeps on surprising me.
J.M.S. The same year [2018] you released your first album, "Amir." How do you remember the moment of releasing that first great work?
T. I was definitely nervous but at the same time, I was feeling like I had made something you really believe in and you are fully behind it. You feel that whatever happens to this, whatever opinions it can receive, this is what you wanted to make so it doesn't really matter. Well, it matters but at the same time it doesn't [laughs.] Let’s say hypothetically if I would have made an album that I wasn't proud of and I would release it feeling that it wasn't what I wanted to do, the bad opinions would have made me feel broken because I would be thinking "I knew it wasn’t good!" If I really like the work and someone doesn't like it it’s fine, I'm still going to like it. The curse of writing albums is that the moment you finish it a couple of months later you totally like hearing all the flaws and it’s very motivational because it drives you to start writing again and to try to make a follow-up with fewer flaws [laughs.]
"Right now I'm super focused on music, I really want to make a third album. I want to write a lot of songs in the next few months even though I know that's going to be super busy." - Tamino
J.M.S. But the reception of your album was really great!
T. I know [laughs.] But I can hear all the things I could have done better or just differently. One work drives the other.
J.M.S. In one of her songs, Spanish singer, Rosalia, mentions that fame is a bad lover. Nowadays, being famous entails enduring an intrusion into private life and overexposure to social media. How has your experience with fame been after gaining attention through your songs?
T. Fame is a very subjective term. In some sorts of bubbles, you can be famous, but in others, people don’t know you at all. Before social media, if you were famous, you were really famous. But now it’s like a big group of people know you but then a bigger group of people have never heard anything about you, so I wouldn't be able to call myself “famous.” I have experienced aspects of fame when I’m performing, because a lot of people who know my music have come together and maybe want to meet me in person after the show. And it can be overwhelming because suddenly there are a lot of people who have heard your music and want to express their love. But if I’m just walking on the street there are not enough people who really know me, rather it would be annoying. I feel really happy with my level of fame or whatever you want to call it, because it is really spread or very concentrated when I’m performing. Otherwise, I have a very normal life.
J.M.S. Look, I think if you have your own Wikipedia page, you're famous!
T. Oh, man! Then a lot of people can be considered famous! [laughs]
J.M.S. Singer, Lykke Li, declared that “sadness is a blessing.” Do you think that for artists it is totally true when it comes to finding inspiration?
T. Definitely. I've found many emotions inspirational. I guess sadness and joy are quite connected, they can’t be without each other. You can only be joyful because you know what sadness is like. The same thing goes for sadness. I like the yin-yang of that. That's basically everything. Everything comes down to that.
J.M.S. You say that you don’t like to explain your own songs, you prefer that everyone interprets them. So if we go by that idea there is not just one Tamino, but many versions of you for every person who listens to your songs, right?
T. Yes! I think people do that anyway. Life happens inside our consciousness so everyone has their own perspective. There are many versions of you because in everybody's mind you are somehow a bit different. There would never be one singular vision of a person.
J.M.S. This makes me think a bit about the mystery and how overexposed artists are today because of social media. You have managed to stay out of all that madness and remain very enigmatic. Do you think it’s important for an artist to be somehow untouchable and unreachable?
T. I do like some mystery [laughs.] In the first place as a fan of other artists I like it when they are not too revealing because I don’t want to know everything about them, I just want to experience their work. At the same time, I read for example a biography about Leonard Cohen because I was interested in his life. I do like some mystery and I think it is important for people to be able to experience the work as pure as possible.
J.M.S. After having listened to “Sahar,” I am left with the feeling that one of the main themes is loneliness. I would like to ask you, do you usually feel lonely or do you consider yourself a solitary person? Or otherwise, have you learned how to embrace loneliness and be comfortable with it?
T. Rather a solitary person than lonely. I don’t really feel lonely because I have really good friends. Loneliness is more about a state of being that you can feel from time to time and when you feel it you can dwell in it or call a friend and hang out. I do that when I feel lonely but I'm also very ok with being alone because it’s the only way I'm able to create. I’m an introvert so that’s where I get my energy, when I'm alone, I recharge my batteries.
J.M.S. One of my favorite songs on the album, “The Longing,” talks about letting go. Do you think you are someone who holds on to people or even memories or is it easy for you to let go?
T. I'm still figuring that out. I don’t know yet if I’m a super sentimental person who is very nostalgic and dwells in the past or someone who is quite always moving forward. Maybe I’m someone in between.
J.M.S. In “Sahar” through songs like “The First Disciple,” you talk about love and desire. At 25 years old, do you think our generation correctly understands what love is about?
T. I wouldn't be able to say what love is about, I don’t even know. That's a difficult question to answer. There is something about the whole dating app era that is a bit weird but at the same time, I have a lot of friends who found love, even myself. I would never say that we are a lost generation, we are very capable of love, finding it, and maintaining it. It just takes some work.
J.M.S. In both records, “Sahar” and “Amir,” you can perceive that the great influence of bands like Radiohead is prominent. Actually, a component of the band participated in a single of your first album, “Indigo Night.” I would like to know your personal and musical connection with the band led by Thom Yorke.
T. Colin Greenwood, the bassist of Radiohead, was the one who played with us in that song, then we started touring together a bit, and then I asked him to play again in the new album so he plays in seven songs! We spent a lot of time in the studio and we already did a big concert in Istanbul in June. He is super.
“I guess sadness and joy are quite connected, they can’t be without each other. You can only be joyful because you know what sadness is like. The same thing goes for sadness.” - Tamino
J.M.S. Ok, we spoke about music, your “personality” as an artist… Tell us more about who Tamino is.
T. Well I can tell you that my favorite movie is “Phantom Thread.”
J.M.S. That movie in which the fashion designer lets himself be poisoned by his girlfriend in a kind of psycho-emotional game?
T. Yes! Love that movie! When I was a kid my favorite movies were “The Lord of the Rings” and they still sort of are.
J.M.S. Love “Lord of the Rings”, so homoerotic!
T. Which character makes you think those movies are homoerotic?
J.M.S. Most of them. All those sweaty and dirty men sleeping together in those dark and mysterious forests with voyeuristic trees with eyes spying on them...
T. Maybe I should rewatch them!
J.M.S. And Frodo and Sam, of course! Something between them was going on!
T. Oh yes! I can understand that!
J.M.S. And favorite musician?
T. So many! Anouar Brahem’s “Blue Maqams” has really inspired me for this album. The typical ones I have mentioned so many times like Leonard Cohen and Bob Dylan, Fairuz... I think when I really like something I always go back to it, that’s probably something that is very present in my personality. I have loyalty to those kinds of things. I rarely have anything like this new thing that I’m super into. I like a lot of things but I don’t love a lot of things. If I love something, it is with me forever in a way. There are a couple of books and movies that I would always go back to and I probably always talk about.
J.M.S. Any TV shows?
T. “Better Call Saul!” Just brilliant!
J.M.S. Let's talk about fashion, an industry that has been seduced by you since we all got to discover your music. Some houses such as Missoni included you in their advertising campaign and many others requested your presence in their shows. What is the meaning of fashion for Tamino and how do you go through your style?
T. I like just wearing clothes that make me feel I would say “I like myself,” but it depends on the day. Sometimes I like to wear a suit, sometimes I like to wear a t-shirt. What I'm wearing needs to make me feel aligned with the mood I'm in because then I feel that my interactions with people are better. I think that wearing what makes you feel comfortable that day makes you more connected to yourself.
J.M.S. Do you pay attention to the clothes you wear?
T. I definitely pay attention to what I wear. I love well-made clothes and good fabrics and designs. I really appreciate the quality. There are some brands that I'm really into like Yohji Yamamoto.
J.M.S. Would you like to participate actively and frequently in the world of fashion?
T. It’s funny because it was never an ambition when I was younger. It was something that just happened. It’s super cool but I’m very sober in fashion. It’s not like I’ve ever had a deep desire to make it in fashion, if something comes along and feels right like I really want to do it, then for sure!
J.M.S. Now that you have a well-grounded career in music and the support of specialized critics and your fans, what is the next step for Tamino?
T. First, we have the tour coming so I hope I will be able to enjoy it more this time, to be more at the moment. Right now I’m super focused on music, I really want to make a third album. I want to write a lot of songs in the next few months even though I know that’s going to be super busy. I want to spend some time in New York or anywhere else that can feel inspired. It’s time for something new.

MY TOLKIEN BLACK HEADCANONS because I understand him
A lot of people just chalk him up to be "a smart kid" a la kyle or wendy but dont really define it which bothers me. I think Tolkien is only really smart in say mathematics and biology and is more so an athlete than bookish. Mfer can do advanced algebra just fine but dont ask him too many questions about the civil war he just doesnt care okay.
Speaking of Tolkien has not read or seen anything okay his pop culture consumption is bizarre. He doesn't know what a harry potter is he doesn't know what star wars is and everything he knows about lotr has been against his will. He has lived off of direct to dvd disney sequels and whatever esoteric foreign artsy movie his parents are obsessed with in that week to seem so smart and pretentious. He is frankly a little too scared to ask too so he just plays along for the most part and skates by on whatever he knows second hand.
HE LOVES SPIDERS why dont we talk about how he loves spiders. Which just makes me think he LOVES bugs in general he's that kid that has an illustrated encyclopedia on bugs he reads for fun and if given the chance would go on a tangent on any random species if hes sure you wont make fun of him for it. I just know he has a lil terrarium and he would NEVER squish a bug ever in his life and he would be very upset if you did maybe distrust you even. His friends know to send him a pic of a cool bug if they come across one in the wild he loves that.
I don't think Madea is some exception to Tolkien I think he is just a very easily amused boy okay literally anything and everything makes him laugh. Tyler Perry in a dress? Hilarious. Kick a guy in the balls? Hilarious. Whoopie cushions? Puns? Banana peel? HILARIOUS. Its why he and Jimmy get along so well Tolkien is never a dull audience.
AND ON THAT NOTE i think Tolkien watches bad movies on PURPOSE cuz theyre funny in an ironic way alright he loves watching people genuinely try to make a movie and fail at it so spectacularly. Madea is a guilty pleasure tho no doubt about it.
He had a very obnoxiois karate kid phase. Not the movie I mean like he took karate classes and everyone had to know about it. You know the kind I'm talking about.
To keep it sort of brief i believe Tolkien's more of the one who gets his heart broken than be the heartbreaker. Hes very popular and his relationships are wonderful and passionate but they fizzle out fast - and not even necessarily from his end. Everyone says hes a great boyfriend and he always tries so hard but he's never "the one" and I imagine it eventually makes him a little jaded ngl, learn to take everything more casual and expect it to never really last for long. Which of course then ironically makes it a self made issue. Point is is he's the cool guy you like who never seems to care and is so effortless but deep down he cares a lot actually.
I think after the Faith+1 and Wing incidents Tolkien actually keeps his interest in music on the down low. He only plays the bass in private and skips karaoke night. Its just that the embarrassing memories make him cringe way too hard but he does genuinely love it still. You're gonna have to coax it out of him very gently.
I think he's the type to use social media in like little bursts where he joins in on specific trends and posts daily and then just stops within a week or so and a few months later when he comes back online he's surprised at his decent clout and then repeat. Very basic basic tho like selfies and five month old memes and his random opinion on whatevers relevant that may or may not age very poorly.
I don't like to think of Tolkien as the "mom friend" or whatever but I can definitely see his friend group seeking advice from him cuz hes 1) got the most relationship experience and 2) his parents are the most functional of all the parents in their group so they raised him properly to like, yknow, communicate and problem solve and stuff. A wild concept. Him actively mothering everyone tho? Not so sure about that like hes a rich only child where does he learn to take up that kind of role.
He is not above violence, drugs or alcohol LET HIM HAVE FUN for God's sake. He doesn't really smoke tobacco and he drinks socially but he is a stoner and will experiment with anything if the company's right. And obviously he'll only throw a punch if driven to his limit or in defense but my boy likes to witness some mindless violence at the very least.
Idk how to finish this post so I'll just say that Tolkien did in fact not see Black Panther IN FACT i would go so far as to say he is a comics-only truther even. That is all for now.

do you have any tips for last year of uni, the first two years were online so haven't really made any close friends or connection with people. How to bare through it and grow too ?
oh hello. and oh boy. yes.
get a library card from the local library. even if it isn't the closest to you/campus, they likely have an online collection/hoopla access/etc. which may prove beneficial either for research or pleasure. i've had no companion so constant as my library books, and they stave off the feeling of isolation which will inevitably (even in the best of times) creep up on you. they will also give you something to talk about. "what are you reading?" asked by/to me has always led me to the best people.
go to events on campus. (i do not necessarily mean clubs, which affront me personally. i spent too much time participating in clubs in high school that the thought of continuing to do so at the collegiate level left a sour taste in my mouth. you don't have to go in for organized fun.) go to all the movie screenings you can, even the ones which don't sound at first like they may interest you. see the plays. go watch the english majors read their poetry in the union building and read the campus paper (if you have one), keeping an eye out for the events they cover, which may recur regularly. if you find one which seems interesting--seek it out. invite the person who sits next to you at your 8am lecture and makes snide comments about the professor you both hate. try not to bond over meanness. be genuine, and earnest.
go to events off campus. there's always a magnificent adjustment period where you're getting to know the place you've found yourself in. either it's new, and you've just arrived there, or otherwise you're new. even if you're attending a university in your hometown, you'll find that the options open to you are broader. you'll learn which bookshops and cafe's the other students frequent--what everyone's favorite thai place is, and which one to avoid altogether. know the best place to get coffee, or tea, and stick by that place with conviction. keep an eye out for posters around town, look up events at local theatres. go to everything that's free.
i have a lot of difficulty talking to people. i'm uncomfortable almost everywhere and will seldom speak to anyone unless they've spoken to me first. i think this is... fine, though maybe not ideal. the only advice i can give as far as meeting people and making friends, because i'm not terribly good at it, is: pry, pry, pry. ask questions about the things they mention, and get to the heart of things. if they talk about some hobby they enjoy, ask how they discovered it. ask about how their weekend went, and when they tell you what they did, ask about minutiae: ridiculous, unimportant details. treat every silly thing with seriousness, as though everything is worth investigating. (most of it is.) ask the girl in your english class what she's doing with a TI-84C in her bag--but be careful with that one.
ask people out in groups, if you're a little hesitant or uncomfortable. a couple of friends of mine go to trivia on wednesdays, and we started going before we knew each other terribly well. the group setting takes some pressure off you individually, and gives everyone something to talk about when you're back in class. create a community, and run with it.
if something touches you--say so. if you admired someone's presentation, take the time to write them a note about how a particular point hadn't occurred to you before, and has changed the way you thought about the subject. if someone does something you think is admirable, tell them. remember people are delicate things, and that almost everyone is nervous and uncertain. hearing that something they did in some way registered with you will always be a relief and an excitement. mostly, we are scrounging around the world looking for people to take notice of us, and invest some energy into trying to know us. with few exceptions, i've found these extensions toward other people are treasured and reciprocated.
write thank you notes. to friends, to teachers assistants who help you out, and to professors, if you feel they deserve them (most do not). learn how to write good thank you notes. ("do not start with the thank you" in and of itself has made me a better person/writer)
read the posters, and the event guides, and the lecture series announcements. go to at least a few lectures offered by visiting experts. the subject matter is unimportant. ask them questions, if you come up with any.
i spent the first two years of a four year program studying online from 2 or so hours away from the campus i was technically assigned to. i feel like i've been playing catch-up, and everyone else was better situated than i was when i did finally make my way to campus. it was lonely at first, and difficult, but it doesn't have to be. i am sending you all the love and the well-wishes i can rack up. it's more than alright to be nervous, but be excited also. read a lot, watch a lot of movies, try not to order the same thing twice at any restaurant. be honest with people, and don't worry about coming off as overly sentimental or cloying. if you like people--tell them so. explain why. do not squirrel yourself away out of trepidation. you are worth knowing, and people will be grateful that you've made an effort to ensure you're close to them. bring a warm coat if you're going out to meet friends in the afternoon--you may find yourself still out in the evenings, and cold. keep your hat on, and know you may end up many miles from where you've started. keep a record of it all. pictures and notes.
i hope you have a beautiful, eye opening, hilarious, and moving year. i suspect you will.

Thats it imma take all the tgm asian characters and adopt them
some headcanons for my kids (+ I’m basically just channeling my own family/friends/myself onto them <3)
They all have ethnic names period even if theyre not listed in the movie, they have them. (most of the time growing up asian american you will 100% have a name given to u by ur parents/family member/close family friend/grandparents, the only bad that comes out of that is only members of ur family use the name and are the only ones who can pronounce it most of the time and when it comes to papers u sign, u dont rlly include ur asian name bc its like a middle name and isint always necessarily which is p shit, we are given such American first names because they’re easy to pronounce when coming over :/)
Yale has a tradition of inviting flying friends over to his place for New Years for a Korean celebration and makes a seaweed soup thats always eaten for the new year! (something my own family does)
Yale taught Harvard Korean and always has Harvard tag along on Korean trips to visit family! They love Harvard and Harvard loves the food lolol!!! and them ofc!!!
Halo met Fritz first and they stuck together like glue being two of the few asians, when they met Yale they made their own little friend group (i think other pocs can relate, when being in a place where there are ppl who make u feel alienated, finding people who are the same as u is comfortable and its easier to relate to each other, at least in my experience)
Fritz has a small lil “asian glow” when drunk LOL meanwhile Yale is head to toe bright red 💀
Yale bought Halo (and later on Phoenix!!) a hanbok as a birthday present (she would look so pretty in one omg, a hanbok is a traditional korean clothing, they are rlly pretty, its like a flowy dress)
Halo incorporates Mandarin in her english
Yale has no siblings so he basically adopted Halo and Fritz to be like his family, he act like a big ol older brother to them, a lot of his own family is in S. Korea
When Fritz’s grandparents immigrated over, the ones taking down peoples names wrote his last name incorrectly as Avalone (this is a true story from my family, my last name is incorrectly spelled and hence its pronounced incorrectly as well honestly this hc can also go with Halo)
Fritz is the youngest of the three, Yale is the oldest
They all taught each other swear words in their language AHAH
Fritz has a younger sister who got him into kpop (lol my own sister) and he has a lot of photocards, Halo teases him about it even tho she herself is into a lot of jpop and cpop groups
Yale always picks up a kpop album for Fritz and his sister on his Korea trips! 💚
When Yale gets angry he rants in Korean (when someone talks super fast in korean its so entertaining, like speak ur truth bro hell yeah but also dont yell at me or ill cry MCNDJD)
Yale’s guilty pleasure is watching Chinese dramas, he and Halo’s mom get together and break down the latest episodes of their shows they bringe whenever he’s in town HAHA (i think Yale would be a hit with Fritz and Halo’s parents)
Fritz is re-learning some of his Mandarin from Halo since as a kid his parents didn’t enforce their languages onto him but he does know more Filipino!! (me shaking my fist at my own parents, i couldve been a fluent bilingual lol)
Sometimes on comms Yale and Harvard will switch to Korean and annoy their flying partner for fun AHAHA

--------------------------------------------------------
Waking up and realizing the life you're living isn't exactly what you desire anymore and deciding to pursue your passion, move to a city in another country and devote yourself to trying to become somebody in the world can be an extremely scary thought for many, but not for this one person.
Today, the first guest on my blog that has been kind enough to sit and speak with me about the stories behind not only himself but also his music and the pain and happiness that has accompanied him along the way is aspiring independent artist, Robbie Z.
L: Hey, Robbie! Thank you for taking the time to speak with me about yourself and your career today, I really appreciate it! You are the first artist to be interviewed on my blog, so it is an absolute pleasure of mine to accommodate your story today!
R: Hi Liam, so nice to meet you! Congratulations on starting your blog! This is really cool, good luck with it! And thank you for having me as your first guest, it's an honour!
L: Thank you so much, Robbie! It's kind of crazy and I cant thank you enough for the opportunity to do this together, now let's get into it!
--------------------------------------------------------
L: You started your professional career in 2018, it's now 2023, whats the journey been like for you?
R: Ahh, it's been so exciting! Music is what I want to do long term. It's my passion, so growing up doing that and learning from my mistakes has been amazing. It's an amazing thing that I started so young to be honest. I always knew I wanted to do this; I started recording covers in 2014, when I was 11/12 and started writing my own music when I was 15 in 2017! So, when I was around 14, I thought "huh.. I wanna do that? Then I might as well start now if I wanna get good at it young." Because when I started I was really bad haha… but it also helped me get thick skin in terms of bullying etc. it's been amazing, but it's truly only the beginning!
------------------------------------------------------
L: I've seen that you have inspiration from Iggy Azalea, who else in the music industry compels you to want to do more?
R: I've always been a fanboy.. Some incredible women besides Iggy who "raised me" as an artist are definitely; Selena Gomez and Miley Cyrus. More recently, I've been really loving Madison Beer, Lil Nas X, Olivia Rodrigo, Charli XCX, Taylor Swift.. I get really inspired by these artists to work hard and achieve all my goals. It really drives me forward.
-----------------------------------------------------
L: The vibe of The Butterfly Trap is very fresh, a total feeling myself energy, but it also includes emotional parts that relate to the listeners life - what kind of vibe can we expect from the new project?
R: Ahhh, thank you! Writing the first EP, I was kind of in a tough spot mentally.. I wrote it from the ages of 18 to 19 and I was going through a lot of stuff that I couldn't understand in my life which made me very confused, sad, angry… This new project is totally different.
First of all, it's elevated in terms of quality in the songwriting, recording etc. Secondly, in "The Butterfly Trap", I was really vague while talking about the struggles.. Masking them in a lot of metaphors. I was afraid to speak of these topics in songs as I was still going through what I was going through while writing. This new project "Dear Diary," is more so me reflecting on situations whilst also having fun, a less anxious, more out going alter-ego of mine! But, as fun as it is, it also has some deep messages that really cut deep for me and it just even feels a little uncomfortable when someone listens to some of these new songs as they're so personal to me. Hence the name, "Dear Diary". It's supposed to be inspirational and honest, but it also talks about lots of different topics such as following your dreams, getting your dreams taken away from you, one sided love, letting yourself live freely.. It's basically 6 different diary entrees of mine put into songs.
-----------------------------------------------------
L: I've noticed you have a lot of unique sounds. Do you enjoy being multi genre and having the ability to switch flows whilst also being able to use sounds that seperate you from the rest?
R: Honestly? I love mixing genres. I love rap verses with pop hooks, rock hooks, punk, ballads, anything. But, I've been spending time trying to find my sound and I think I've finally found one that is just perfectly me, right now. This new single '5 Dollars & a Dream' is exactly what I would want to be remembered with regarding the genre, flow, lyrics etc. I don't want to give myself any labels as a "pop artist" or a "rock artist" etc. I just consider myself a rapper/singer who likes to change. But Pop Rap is what I would describe it as if I have to!
-----------------------------------------------------
L: 5 dollars + a dream (a song that is beautiful by the way and extremely reminiscent of Iggy's earlier work which I LOVE entirely) , whats the story behind this track and what was the process like behind making it?
R: Oh my god, thank you so so much!! This song means the most to me so I really appreciate the nice words. The story behind the track… I think it's pretty straight forward to be honest, which is why I'm a little afraid of people hearing it. It's about knowing what you want to do, having started that and just following your dreams (as lame as it sounds). The song talks about some parts of my story, which I've never been vulnerable about in songs before. And not letting myself give up. Making the song was an absolute blast. One night a few years ago I was in my bed, in my home town in Bulgaria, and I thought of the phrase "I got five dollars and a dream…" with the melody and I wrote it down, then last year as I was packing up to move to London, I wrote the first verse which goes like "I took all of my belongings and I put them in a suitcase…" Initially I wanted it to be a song I write for my first album one day, but it just felt right so I brought it to my producer "SojBoj" , we made the instrumental and a demo and then I wrote the second verse and recorded it! It was really fun!
------------------------------------------------------
L: There is a lot that goes into being an independent artist, how has that been for you so far? Have you had any label offers yet?
R: Being indie or signed each have their own ups and downs / good and bad sides, it just really depends on what an artist wants.. For me? I've been fortunate enough to grow, learn and find myself as an independent artist. I couldn't imagine starting out with a record deal from the beginning. But now I feel I'm ready to get signed and get this party started. Being indie obviously gives me the opportunity to have full creative control which I'm not willing to sacrifice. Whilst it's not for everyone, for me, when the right deal comes, it'll definitely be something I do, because the connections and resources a label has are so worth it for a young artist like me.
-------------------------------------------------------
L: Who have been your main musical inspirations behind this new project thats coming later this year?
R: Ahh! Well, whilst there hasn't been a specific one, I'd say, of course I'm always super influenced by Iggy Azalea; especially her first album 'The New Classic'. '5 Dollars & a Dream' is actually kind of inspired by her song 'Work'. But I'm also now inspired by a lot of punk rock music, more contemporary pop-rocky songs, A lot of just everyday things that I romanticise and turn into songs. Sonically, I make what I want to hear, putting my own input on the kind of music I like. Like a mixture of everything I like, quite literally.
---------------------------------------------------
L: You're doing a show at the Metre Squared In London after the single drops, are you excited to perform and what should people expect to see?
R: I love performing! Back in Bulgaria, I had some performing experience, but when Covid hit, it was hard to get performances.. I did a car-concert, it was super fun! I was in a big truck performing to around 100 cars! I was an opening act for a drive-in movie theatre. When I moved to London though, that is when it really started for me with the performances. I've done some shows the past year that amazed me with the amount of people who came to have fun and listen to music, but also the people who actually know my songs and connect with it, it's my favourite thing in the world. The show is coming up on the 14th of October in Metre Squared in London, and tickets for that show are on sale now! I'm super excited. It'll be the first time I perform my EP, prior to it's release!
-------------------------------------------------
L: With your new music coming very rapidly, and a show coming up around the corner, are you looking forward to what the future holds for you and where your art will take you?
R: I am a very goal orientated person, I've got lots of big and smaller goals that I will accomplish soon. I don't like sharing those before they come true, but I have to say; I've got something that I'm working really hard for that I really hope to get to do within the next year. Plus also, always lots of new music! I've got stuff planned for even after the EP, and my releases will become more often too!
------------------------------------------------------
L: For our last question, Robbie, I want to ask you - who in the music industry, whether it be a singer, rapper, producer, writer, absolutely anyone, who would you love to work with the most and why?
R: There's a bunch of people I admire and would find it an honour to work with, but off the top of my head, I'd say a producer that I would really want to work with one day is Jack Antonoff! He's incredible, it seems like to be so much fun working with him. Dan Nigro is another one, he created Olivia Rodrigo's first two albums with her, he's amazing! Artist-wise, Iggy Azalea. She inspired me to start all of this craziness, she helped me find my path when I was really young and I just admire her for a hundred other reasons, it would be CRAZY. I think maybe a song of mine with Ice Spice or Charli XCX would be so fun too! Me and Charli XCX have to make a song about cars together one day!
-------------------------------------------------------
L: Well, Robbie, it has been absolutely beautiful and a true pleasure speaking with you and getting to hear your thoughts about your music and everything to do with your grind! I would also like to thank you for letting me hear your new single prior to release! I am excited for whats to come from your career given the product that we already have from you and the world should prepare themselves for the undeniable force that is yourself!
R: Thank you so much for having me, Liam. It means so so much to me, the questions were great, they made me think deeper and I really enjoyed it!
L: I'm glad to hear that, Robbie! Once again, thank you SO much for being my first guest on my blog and hopefully this wont be the last time we speak! I look forward to hearing your new EP!
