Dabi doesn't like the idea of shopping, it's not something he's ever done to begin with. If he needs something, he just takes it, why bother with all the ruckus of searching for hours just for a dumb shirt or boxers.

You tell him it's not that bad, and that he'll find it more than exciting if he gives it a chance! So after some convincing, you managed to bring him with you. Touya is skeptical about the whole thing, thinking he'd spend hours waiting for you to pick between two different shades of the same color or hearing you yap about the latest trends. He quickly discovers the kind of shopping you want to do.

His eyes are flashed once he steps into the store. Dabi swears he had never seen so much underwear in the same place! Pastel colors, nude ones, black and white... the forms, shapes and styles were vast. You can see his cheeks turn slightly pink until a sly mischievous grin appears on his lips.

He spends a good moment checking out the clothes and whispering things into your ear, making your body shiver with every chosen outfit. Touya is so excited about seeing you wear all of the lingerie he chose.

The kind that draws attention from the employees in there because of how much noise he does when he finds something you'd look good on. He has a particular taste for black, but he also has a thing for more soft/cutesy colors and designs (like a fancy dessert he's about to eat).

He is also a clown and will allow some foolery like "pretending to try som of the clothes". The laughter between the two during that shopping spree wasn't absent.

Dabi is impatient to see you try all of those outfits, grabbing and touching your body on the way home. He teases, sliding his hand under your shirt, grinding against you, biting here and there. He could feel himself going wild, imagining the videos and photos the two of you could take with your new wardrobe.

You walk around the room dressed in nothing but the tiny piece of clothing, striking seductive poses as Dabi holds the camera out to focus in your body. He feels his pants grow uncomfortably tighter, shamelessly telling you how much he wants to fuck you with that lingerie on.

I’m gonna do it. I’m gonna say it again.

1. I warn you against taking the story beats in MHA at face value. Just because something looks one way doesn’t mean Horikoshi won’t make it go a different direction later. He only puts like one or two major story beats per chapter. Don’t be fooled by them.

2. Just because Hawks lost his quirk doesn’t mean he’s done. If you think this, you’re guilty of the exact thing the moral of MHA warns you against: equating a person’s worth to their quirk. Why’re some of y’all agreeing with AFO on this? We literally got a flashback to chapter 1 where this perspective was explicitly debunked!

3. Heroes are heroes BECAUSE they make sacrifices for others. I guarantee that by the end of this, many characters will suffer permanent consequences not as a result of being heroes but because definitionally making these sacrifices is what makes them heroes in the first place. And yet I predict a significant, noisy portion of this “fandom” is gonna cry about how someone losing their quirk or becoming disabled or dying ruins everything because some of these characters can no longer be “pro heroes”--as if the story hasn’t been telling us all along that “pro heroes” aren’t necessarily real heroes. Anybody can be a hero, regardless of their quirk. That isn’t referring to PRO heroes but TRUE heroes. Some of y’all need to listen to Stain more closely.

Look below at how, when Mineta told AFO to spare Tokoyami, AFO specifically went "..."

He remembers Jirou and thinks, The braying howls of the weak...

He was going to take Tokoyami's Quirk. He took Hawks'. But after Mineta pleaded with him, AFO just straight-up left and didn't take anyone else's Quirk.

AFO saw Yoichi in Mineta.

These scenes are near-identical to each other.

Mineta and Yoichi (at that time) are both much smaller than the normal person at their age

They're both hurt, yet dragged themselves up from the ground to throw something at AFO, to get his attention and make their voice

Both are considered weak, even if they have a Quirk (Mineta's Pop-Off and Yoichi's undeveloped Factor)

The fact that Yoichi got AFO's attention here by throwing a can at him, while Mineta got his attention by throwing a Pop-Off ball; and it stuck.

Mineta's call for his attention landed and actually stuck to AFO. This is unlike when Yoichi and his can bounced off, and AFO kicked him, not listening to him; AFO listened to Mineta and left Tokoyami alone, technically doing what Mineta wanted—to not hurt this person.

AFO just went on to hurt more people away from Mineta's [Yoichi's] eyes so the small weakling wouldn't see.

Yoichi and Mineta both cried to AFO to not hurt in his ways, when AFO was intent on stealing people's Quirks

AFO even stole Hawks' Quirk during this time.

He had time to steal Hawks' Quirk, and though he could've tossed him to the side, he let Hawks stand in his way.

He had the energy. Right after this event, he flew off and left the scene. But he didn't go for Tokoyami immediately.

And this let Mineta play his part, and remind AFO of Yoichi.

"A putrid, festering Quirk Factor."

That sounds like Yoichi, AFO.

This chapter (385) where AFO listens to Mineta is literally called [A Youthful Urge].

Mineta told AFO to take his Pop-Off (hurt him) instead. But last time, AFO hurt Yoichi by kicking him; this time, AFO not only listened to Mineta to not hurt Tokoyami, but didn't touch Mineta at all.

Even though this time, Mineta [Yoichi] offered to take that place of suffering.

Yoichi didn't do that back then. AFO just turned on little Yoichi anyway.

Yoichi through his whole existence is literally [the braying howls of the weak]. AFO acknowledges he's weak and idealistic, yet he still loves him.

Side note about this panel, I think it's interesting that in this vision, this was the first time we saw Yoichi's eyes: when he was being defiant, despite being pushed down by someone much stronger than him.

Really characteristic of him, honestly. Yoichi's soft-spoken and frail, but it's always reiterated that Yoichi had a powerful will against his stronger big brother.

Mineta at this moment reminded him too much of Yoichi, because the two scenes are near-identical to each other. Parallels, really.

i’m so annoyed, i thought about calling in sick on tuesday bc my voice had been feeling a bit strained but bc i don’t get sick days and have to work every scheduled day this month to get my full salary i decided to push through it. my voice lasted until the end of classes and i’ve had no voice since :( so now i have to take a day off anyway (and judging by the lack of improvement, probably the rest of the week).

the most annoying part? of all my classes this week, tuesday’s were the ones i was least looking forward to. i was really really looking forward to all my other classes this week and now i don’t get to teach them. bc i pushed through the day i was dreading. ffs. i'm so annoyed

#should've taken that day off #i still have no voice over 40 hours later #and japanese cold/flu/cough medicine is completely ineffective #did you know a lot of common drugs found in western cold medicines are illegal in japan? #well yeah there you have it #no sick days but also no effective cold medicine #idc what the law says if i end up visiting the uk at all i'm coming back loaded with lemsips #i honestly think i would have been find if i'd had a lemsip before and after classes #but nooooo gotta take a day off bc i sound like my vocal chords have been through a cheese grater #i don't even feel that ill just got a bit of a sniffle and no voice #ughhh #so yeah that's my first proper gripe about japan #using my day off to study japanese though #and by study japanese i mean binge-watch anime #i've discovered My Hero Academia and omg i love this show <33 #*fine not find
