I discovered that my soy allergy (or is it an intolerance? idk) has not gone away 🙃 The first picture is a day after I ate small amounts of soy flour�� and the second picture is from today, so these photos are 1 day apart.

I’ve been eating completely gluten-free for like 2 weeks now and my bloating used to go away completely in 4 days after eating gluten (I’m actually allergic to wheat etc but a gluten free diet works well for me) and I was wondering why on earth doesn’t my bloating go away… Now I found out: soy 🙃
