Okay, no matter how competitive Bakugou is, he is no way the type to be so competitive that he tries to one-up someone in having injuries, or lack of sleep.

You know how someone goes "I haven't have sleep in five hours" and then someone else is like "ha, try ten hours!"

Yeah, not Bakugou.

If he and Midoriya had some sparring match, his competitive streak would come from who pinned the other one down the most. Not from who has the most bruised body.

You really think that Katsuki Bakugou, who is strict about sleep and hygiene, would actually be competitive over who doesn't take care of themselves the most? You really think he would actually be upset about Izuku has more broken bones than him because "what the fuck, I have less broken bones than him, unfair"?!

He did not get up out that hospital bed yelling and pulling Sato and Mineta along with multiple injuries because he was upset that Midoriya was in a far worse state than him due to his competitive streak.

No, he got up because he actually cares.

He is the pinnacle of top tier physical health. If anyone gets injured, doesn't shower or eat, hasn't gotten proper rest, HE WOULD BE FURIOUS ABOUT IT.

I bet he is seething seeing Aizawa and Shinsou with eyebags. "Go to sleep, damn you!"

Believe it or not, Bakugou does care for people. He's loud, he's aggressive and he is competitive. But ain't no way he would be upset about someone having more injuries than him because he has this huge sense of pride.

He just doesn't come off as that type of person to me.
