Here’s how to make them:
✨INGREDIENTS✨
9 medium whole wheat tortillas
1/2 white onion
1 small red bell pepper
1 small green bell pepper
3/4 cup canned corn
1 package @eatplantboss Southwest Meatless Crumbles
1/2 cup vegan cheese or cheese sauce
Small handful cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
🔪 Slice up your veg and sauté until soft.
😋 In the meantime prep your Plant Boss crumbles. Soak in water for 3 minutes then add them to your veggies and simmer until all the water is absorbed.
😍Mix in some vegan cheese or cheese sauce, cilantro and lime.
🙌Roll up your filling into 9 whole wheat tortillas then place them in a greased baking tray.
🔥 Bake at 400f for 25-30 minutes until crispy!
