{Gosh this cosplay is and was a journey! The tones of purple for the fabric on the arm armour and the belt were literally impossible to find and the breast armour became pretty massive.

Overall I still like it, even though it comes not really close to the original designed by @inverted-typo

It was my first armour build ever and my first time working with foam for more than just accessories :D and while it looks kinda crappy from inside, it's all shiny from the outside ;D I hope you enjoy it ♡}

I haven't been active here much lately, but with @redthreaded 's #fallforcostume challenges starting up again, I'm going to try to post more! Hi, I'm Marjolein and I've been sewing fantasy and semi-historical costumes for about 10 years now. Fantasy has been my genre of choice since my early teens, and I started going to @kingdomofelfia once I went to college. There, my wish to buy all the princess dresses gradually transformed into a wish to make my own, and sewing has been my main passion ever since. Recently I've also started to sew regular daywear dresses for myself, especially now that covid19 is throwing a wrench into most fairs and pretty much all of my costume plans. In real life, I am currently unemployed and when I'm not sewing or job hunting I play #fallout76 with my husband. We have a cat, Nicky, who is the cuddliest kitty in the world. He adopted us in Greece and insisted we take him home with us.
